returns from lic not credited

Dear team,

I mohiuddin datey has four lic policy #[protected],
[protected],
[protected],
[protected].

Out of which policy number[protected] returns from lic for 2016 for rs 20, 000 has still not credited into my sbi account and also policy #[protected] returns from lic for 2018 as per the schedule given to me rs 40, 000 also not credited.
I’m paying my annual premium from 2006 without...

payment not received from lic

My lic policy jeevan surbhi no.[protected] lic branch jeevan jyoti super bazar bharatpur (Rajasthan) formed on[protected] whose premium is rs 5416. I have paid all premium on time. Its s/b claim on date[protected] is due on lic and still i have do not recieve any paymentfrom them. They said that they had pay cheque no.737305 on date[protected]. But i had not recieved any payment from lic. So i requeast you to provide me my s/b claim payment...

roi not revised

I took loan of 19 lacs with roi of 11.25 in 2012, and all these years had been paying emis against that roi. Lichfl never informed about reduction in roi.
Very frustrating. Will be approaching them for immediate reduction and arrears recovery.
Also what kind of institution it is which changes for roi reduction and no money for increment of roi, strange....

do not get online premium receipt

I have paid renewal of my policies online through bill desk on 01/03/2018 and the amount has been deducted from my bank a/c [protected] state bank of india, new garia branch, srinagar, kolkata 700094. But still i do not get any receipt, not in my registered e mail id or in the lic e - service. My payment id : lsbi[protected]. A copy of payment has been given herewith....

unable to enroll my policies with employer in lic portal

I registered my LIC Policies and registeration was successful, next step if I try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for Cognizant, it shows error that I m not a registered user

"It seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our Customer Portal.
Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create Portal-ID."

But I have already registered my policies. Please...

unable to login new portal (lic india)

I try to register the same policy again but getting the error ''Invalid Policy Number".

May I know the reason, why I need to register the policy again ? It's fault from your end that policy didn't migrated.
I never seen this type of pathetic customer support team, although I am following from last 2 months.

receipt not received of premium paid online

I have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] on 17 02 2018, for rs. 3215/- online, but i did not receive any receipt till date and time. Rs 3215/- debited from my account on same time. I receive this msg during transaction.

premium amount debited twice for the month of november

Premium amount paid for november month in december 18th 2017.1st transaction was successful and again i paid for december month same date, amont debited in my account. Only i receive november month premium receipt. Again i paid on 30/01/2018 for december 2017 and january month 2018. Still iam not getting my money back for december month. physically disabled proposer - denying the customer login benefits while paying policies.

It is hurtful that lic enabled "customer" login and its benefits only to few who is paying to lic. Denying the “customer status” while paying policies bring difficulty for me as i am a disabled person and online services are important for me.

Your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. Kindly use user id of old portal if it is your first login to new portal; login through email or mobile permitted only for subsequent logins.

I am a registered customer of lic and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal from old customer login, which is now unable to login through new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but cannot register. wrong personal information in online portal

Hi,

Even the same issue happened with me. My gender showing in online portal is male instead of female.
I tried reaching out [protected]@licindia.com but i have not yet received any response from them.

So i am not able to add new policy in lic portal.
Is there a way where i can change my gender to "female"?
Please help me to sort this issue out.

new user registration failing

When i try to create a new user, in the registration form, the condition for date of birth

"the date in this field must be equal to or before 19/02/2000"

This condition makes no sense as the policy holder dob is post 2000.

Please advice how to overcome this problem.
Because of this i am not able to pay policy premium....

I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that i have submitted original policy[protected] along with discharge form duly signed by the under signed along with attestation by the agent but your good office declined the payment & informed me that the payment already made on 14/09/2017 under the cancellation of policy due to coolling off of rs.10071.08 vide cheque no 7880 & the same has been cleared on 17/09/2017.
