We regret to mention here that my policy no.[protected] was matured on 28.03.18.

As per your instructions i submitted all the required documents to the concerned branch and confirmation through sms was also received on 05.04.2018.

Now 2 months have passed and i continuously follow up at the branch number but nobody picked up the phone after great efforts one mob. No. [protected] got from net and he asked that i will check and confirm but after continuous follow up he said the cheque is ready and collect from our office but i replied that i am working and not able to collect please send it at my residence through speed post he said ok on monday i. E. 14.05.2018 but till date i have not yet received any cheque.

It is very unfortunate to say why you have instructed us to send the copy of cancelled cheque and other documents for neft etc.

Now almost 2 months have passed and i have not received my payment.

Kindly intervene and advise the concerns either send my cheque or send the payment through neft.

Needless to mention that kindly send my cheque with interest as you are aware that 2 months have passed.

Pls. Treat it as most urgent and arrange my payment with interest.

Please delete these policies user id[protected],[protected],[protected]. So, please delete/remove user id of my above mention policy number because i want to add these policy with single user id/mail id for e-services.

          I paid lic premium online (Net banking) with reference id as pos 356698 lic mumbai. For rs.2767 on 12/dec/2016 which was debited from my account but it was not credited to lic account.in my account the transaction has been recorded as pos prch pos 356698 lic mumbai. Please help me how to recover this amount. To whom i contact to get solved this problem

            I have two policies which were registered on old portal and regularly i was paying premiums of those policies, but now these policies are not listed in new portal and it is not registering it too.

            Please make these available on my new portal to pay the premium.
            Registration of these policies on new portal is showing error of data mismatch. At the time of commencement of policy i was not having mobile number as well as any e_mail and hence it is showing a data mismatch. So please look in to the matter and solve it at the earliest.

            On payment failure the deducted amount will be return to your account withing 3-4 working days. Check the current status again.

                Kindly connect my complaint dated 03/03/2018 vide which it was requested to surrender the policy no.[protected] issued in the name of ram das chak during the cooling period, as the conditions required to be accepted are not acceptable to the party, as such not interested in that policy but sorry to state that nothing has been heard by your office in the matter. Kindly do the needful at the earliest so that customer may be relaxed.

                My ROI is now 9.20% which was previously 9.00 for which I paid fee too.
                They charge fee to decrease ROI. on querying for the increase they told that "LHPLR has increased from 14 to 14.2%".

                I hardly know what does LHPLR means . there behaviour after availing loan is more bitter than neem leaves.

                  Yesterday & today, i had repeatedly tried to make online payment of due premium amounting to rs.60, 014/- with regard to my lic policy no.:[protected] through sbi atm-cum-debit card; but great surprising that always reported"pbe10002-invalid credential" & payment could had not been accepted i. E. Concurrently denied receipt of its payment. Kindly???

                      I was totally misguided by the agent about the maturity of the policy which i did on 28/05/16 at barbil orissa. He assured me that i will get the interest every month till i require and the amount will be refunded if and when i require. I am a widow with 10yrs old son. I shifted to my parents place in jamshedpur as there was no one to look after us at my in law's place. I called the agent for the amount to be refunded, he simply denied that it is only possible after my death. Sir, i am in extreme terrible state of mind. Pl. Help me.

                      Ur money will get double in every month.
                      I had checked all the website of lic.i felt some doubt...i cross-check his LinkedIn profile..its a fraud ...please guys beaware with this.

                            In 2010 my father invest money on wealth plus 801 policy that time lic says when you invest 60, 000 then policy maturity time after 8 year you will get 1, 50, 000 but when purchase this policy then give me policy of sum assured 1, 00, 000, now a day it time to complete 8 year then lic give me just 74, 000 and policy complete date is 8/5/2018 but still not credit in my account. When you miss any premium of lic then it late fee 8% of premium, now my maturity policy payment still not credit so lic is not giving my sum assured or any late fee.                               I have submitted a dd rs.1150 for rate of interest reduce but not done since 1 year again they are adjusted that 1150 rs in my princple amount. branch manger told that i have get the rural subsidy from govt, so not possible to reduce the interest rate. no of times reminder to the customer care, simply said under process. I don't know that in one id we can add other policies. Please delete this account. So i can add this policy in my other account i. E. Prema77. Because aadhar no. Is same and pan no. Is same.in both policies. I have to keep only one account i. E. Prema77.in that i have to add other polices. I. E.[protected][protected] [protected]. All are from one name

That time i got total 10000 unit from both policies at rate of rs.10 per unit, as on date of maturity there are only 5138.58 unit is left which current rate of nav is rs.15.4558 per unit. I want to know that where are my bailence unit i. E.4861.42 units. My payment must be on my initial unit allotted. Please check this matter kindly.

I have settled at bhopal and contacted customer care center at bhopal and came to know that the said policy has been fore closed and proceeds not paid to me. Till date i have not received any reply from chhindwara branch please look into the matter so that payment of deposited premium should be made to me through my bank account.

I have settled at Bhopal and contacted Customer Care Center at Bhopal and came to know that the said policy has been fore closed and proceeds not paid to me.                                         The annual pension due in march, 2018 hasn't credited to my bank account so far nor advised me the reason thereof despite personal follow up and repeated emails to lic of india, patel circle, udaipur, customer cell, jodhpur and ipp cell, new delhi.
