Ref. To my complaint no[protected] with lic against policy no.[protected] dated 28/10/2017 is not resolve till date as the complaint is below:
Your sale team pooja, kanika khanna and vivek they were assured me to give for cash back 10%, diwali bonus 15-20 %, credit card, term insurance 10lac and referral bonus 10% if you purchase the policy, then i was purchased the policy and also refer a friend for the same policy, after that they were switched of there phone and not contracted by me, i also recorded there phone calls for these facility, i will send it if you needed.
The branch said on the comment that there are no such person but who was called me for policy and who collect cheque from me and submit in lic, i have the call record which was received from [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], i will show at police station. Who is the agent on my policy and lic give commission for the policy.
Please beware of the call for lic.
