I would like to bring to your kind notice that i paid my lic premium of rs.35406.00 online through amex credit card on 21/03/2018 and also i got the receipt.
After one day it automatically paid by credit card and not got the receipt rs. 35364.00 on 22/03/2018

I used to do online payment from old portal. However it seems that since new portal has been started i can't login.
I have already emailed multiple times to [protected]@licindia.com, but these guys are not replying to my emails.

Please migrate my data from old portal to new portal.

Due to your lack of response i have to bear the late charges while paying premium....

I have taken a policy in[protected] in lic but due to some resion i paid only one preimum after that i have not paid any preimum so my policy will bee lapice and lapice and the policy will not renue. So that i want now to refund our policy money. So please can u help me.

I am anil kumar sharma and my policy no. Is[protected]. Date of maturity is 15.03.2018. I have already submitted the required documents at same branch office in august 2013. Already account details has been submitted

Even after repeated request in person at your branch office, i have not received my maturity amount till date. You are therefore requested to kindly give my maturity at the earliest....

I was signup in LIC e service account. My e service account ID is..pmjindam. and my policy number attached to my e service account is[protected].
My e service account doesn't work properly...so please kindly delete my account. I have an account in LIC e services. I unable to remove my policies from my account and delete account. I want to register above mentioned policies under my husband's account in e services....

At the time of aadhaar link with policy, it is found that a mistake in place of dob mentioned in original policy. Please correct my dob. Details as follows:

Please resolve this problem as soon as posible. I want to give quick service to my clients, if i not able to see any custome policy statues then what the use of being lic agent.

Hi team,

I have registered my policy in "https://ebiz.licindia.in" portal, it was successfully registered and i am able to login into the portal. But when i try to enroll my policy for employer (Cognizant) in "https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html" portal, it shows that i am not a registered user in customer portal.

Sir, ihave paid lic premium for policy no.[protected] dated[protected], rs. 1656/- through payment id scb507e3c463dd842cc932faffedbefda4a through upi online at www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any reciept till date and time. Rs 1656/- debited from my account on same time. Pl do the needful.

Malai district, my lic policy number is[protected] one of your registered customer of lic, and i want to pay my premium and loans through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is your user id not matched to your registered policy in the portal, even i got new password through forget password option also but it did not accept to new...

Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as male and name with mr.

When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as male.

I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.br...

Sir, I (Vinod Bansilal Patel) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated 04.03.2018, rs. 2666/- through lic e services online portal,
but i do not recived any recipt till date and time. Rs 2666/- debited from my account on same time. Pl do the needful.

Also attached scan copy SBI Saving Bank Account Passbook showing the amount debited Rs. 2666/- on 04.03.2018 and not reversed ..upto till date....

And amount already debited to saving account.

I have already made a correspondence with lic of india by email and also send a mail to billdesk customer support by email..

But still i have not received premium...

Sir, i deepak kumar das is stating that i could not able to login through online portal (New) by asking some queries like mobile number, aadhar number, pan number etc. Some times it shows as pan no./mobile no. Etc are not valid. For which i am not able to pay my policies through online as regisered user and pay directly. It is very difficult to watch my policy status.. Hi, i am trying to login to lic portal, but unable to get through, after entering the details, it's shows processing and is not proceeding further, same situation from the last 10-15 days.

Govt. Department sabse ghatiya service aur sabse jyada expensive, i feel cheated and wants to get rid of this, but the surrender value is below my principal amount and when i want to pay, then mot able to login.

Very pathetic...
