With due respect i want to bring in your kind notice that my lic - agency has been reinstated on 13th march 2018 and also activated my new life insurance business but my previous renewal commission is still kept withheld from 1st. Dec - 2017.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that i paid my lic premium of rs.35406.00 online through amex credit card on 21/03/2018 and also i got the receipt.
After one day it automatically paid by credit card and not got the receipt rs. 35364.00 on 22/03/2018

I have lic policy :[protected].
I used to do online payment from old portal. However it seems that since new portal has been started i can't login.
I have already emailed multiple times to [protected]@licindia.com, but these guys are not replying to my emails.

Please migrate my data from old portal to new portal.

Due to your lack of response i have to bear the late charges while paying premium....

lic e service account deletion

I was signup in LIC e service account. My e service account ID is..pmjindam. and my policy number attached to my e service account is[protected].
My e service account doesn't work properly...so please kindly delete my account. I have an account in LIC e services. I unable to remove my policies from my account and delete account. I want to register above mentioned policies under my husband's account in e services....

I am an agent of lic india branch 41j im having this problem since 3 month. Iam unable to login agent portal.
Please resolve this problem as soon as posible. I want to give quick service to my clients, if i not able to see any custome policy statues then what the use of being lic agent.

Hi team,

I have registered my policy in "https://ebiz.licindia.in" portal, it was successfully registered and i am able to login into the portal. But when i try to enroll my policy for employer (Cognizant) in "https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html" portal, it shows that i am not a registered user in customer portal.

Attached successful login customer portal and error screenshot which i am getting...

don't receive lic receipt

gender issue

Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as male and name with mr.

When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as male.

I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.br...

lic premium receipt not received for online payment from lic portal

Sir, I (Vinod Bansilal Patel) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated 04.03.2018, rs. 2666/- through lic e services online portal,
but i do not recived any recipt till date and time. Rs 2666/- debited from my account on same time. Pl do the needful.

Also attached scan copy SBI Saving Bank Account Passbook showing the amount debited Rs. 2666/- on 04.03.2018 and not reversed ..upto till date....

non receipt of renewal premium payment receipt

I have made a online payment for renewal premium on[protected]
From sbi upi application..
Transaction status success
And amount already debited to saving account.

For policy number[protected] premium amount 2666.00

I have already made a correspondence with lic of india by email and also send a mail to billdesk customer support by email..

But still i have not received premium...

lic old portal could not login in the new portal

Sir, i deepak kumar das is stating that i could not able to login through online portal (New) by asking some queries like mobile number, aadhar number, pan number etc. Some times it shows as pan no./mobile no. Etc are not valid. For which i am not able to pay my policies through online as regisered user and pay directly. It is very difficult to watch my policy status.. Request to rectify/solve the same as early under intimation to me. Thanking...

not able to login for premium payment

Hi, i am trying to login to lic portal, but unable to get through, after entering the details, it's shows processing and is not proceeding further, same situation from the last 10-15 days.

Govt. Department sabse ghatiya service aur sabse jyada expensive, i feel cheated and wants to get rid of this, but the surrender value is below my principal amount and when i want to pay, then mot able to login.

Very pathetic...
