I am srimanta mandal. I paid my half yearly lic premium of rs.13741.00 (Premium amount 12927.00+ gst+ late fine) on 30/12/2017 through online application. My policy number is[protected]. But still i have not gotten my receipt or any confirmation message. The abovesaid amount has been deducted from my account. So i am seeking your sincere attention into this matter.

Dear sir ..I vipin gupta, my policy no. is[protected] ..I bought this policy from branch code 0241911b and agent code is 1037012 (deepan). He gave this policy to me with the facility of mediclaim. Now they are not giving this mediclaim facility under the policy.
