I am holding policy no:[protected] &[protected]Branch 117) and mode of premium on half yearly basis - may & nov thru ecs from axis bank.
Today, i have check premium paid certificate for the year 2017-18 thru lic website and found that premium of nov, 17 is not appearing in the certificate in both the polices. I am paying premium to lic thru ecs from axis bank (Debit my saving a/c) for the last 10 years. What's happen this time?
I am outstation.
Can you check & revert.

In this connection, I have checked by Banker -Axis Bank about the payment of these policies. According to my bank, they had already paid the premium Rs 2802/- on 28th Nov, 2017 against both the policies thru ECS & detail are as under:-

    Dear sir the branch manager of cuttack cda branch kamala nta jena miss conducted to me and my wife when we want to know1) why the stipends money has not arrived to my wife.2) why he has shared the wrong information to get the stipends (When it's in circular for 2 policies and 1200rs commission holder can get it 3) communicating with partial information to appointment letter i :e: the second part of the letter (Anexure of payscalerules) not attached with it.

      The policy holder had passed away on 17th january last year. I am her only child who had submitted all requirements regarding her death claim. Unit two at thiruvananathapuram has not made the due payment to my sb account with sbi, vazhakkala br. Thrikkakara, kochi so far. Who can help me with this matter?

      I had entrusted a relative living in Kottayam District to help me proceed with the matter and entrusted all documents to him to be sent to Unit Two, Thiruvananthapuram.He kept saying the money would soon reach my SB account.Now I have begun to doubt some foul play from his side as he refuses to answer my phone calls.Thanks!

        Dear sir,
        I am sujata chakraborty. On 6/2 2018 i paid my lic premium online. The amount-21, 412.18/ (Got deducted from my axis bank account twice same amount). Policy no[protected].
        I check with my bank guy, they said its already deducted from my account to lic account. So lic company only can give me back the money.
        I got confirmation from lic for the payment. But that is for one.
        Please resolve the issue as soon as possible and give me back the money.

          On 23/01/2018 i registered for premier service vide request number[protected], for the past 13 days the status is still showing as published, but till now it shows 'required premium service registration' in premier service section, in status showing under process, as mail came on 24/01/2018 saying within 4 working days you will get confirmation mail, but till 06/02/2018, no mail has came. After this i did same thing on 01/02/2018 for my wife, she got confirmation mail within 2 days & premier services started for her.
          So please resolve issue. Please accept or reject the request. Please dont keep under process for so many days.
          Once it is resolved i am awaiting to use the premier services. I am not able to use premier services due to this.

            Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 559XX4801 for a purchase worth Rs7149.0 on POS LICBILLD at Life Insurance Corpora txn# 996856.

            Sir as rs 7149 debited from my account for policy[protected] on do 06/02/2018 as shown above but policy status shown nothing pls resolve my problem. And send print copy of paid premium on my mail [protected]@gmail.com.

I am unable to create new account also, as all my policies are already enrolled with an existing account. Very worst response...

                  I am not able to pay the premium in online i have tried many things but nothing is workable. This problems started after lic migrated to new portal.
                  My policy number is[protected] because of this i cant able to pay my premium for past two months and they put fine for late payment.
                  How i will be responsible for late payment fine when your new portal is not working properly?
                  Kindly go into the issue and solve the problem asap

                  I could not able to login to LIC new portal https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#Login
                  It's always giving an error about "your user doesn't exist" which is incorrect. I paid my last premium successfully with the old LIC portal.
                  Please help to get it resolve as soon as possible. So that we can pay the premium online cashless.

                    I have few LIC Policies, which I wanted to enroll for my Employer. That is going to be linked with my Organizational Portal.

                    In the LIC Portal, (http://www.licindia.in/), to enroll all the policies for employer, it is mentioned that we have to select Enroll for Employer Link. But the link is not present in the LIC Portal. Thus unable to link the policies with my organization

                      Please deactivate e service under policy number[protected] asap.
                      I has to add on my existing i'd but wrongly it was made separately.
                      Plz create a pop up where customer can deactivate there e service as well like others provide doing.
                      It was really ridiculous to complete 350 word for complain something.. People don't have so much time for given exam here, plz be professional on every aspect

                        The new portal doesn't let me login by using my existing account details. I tried mailing to the email ID furnished in the website. Until now, I haven't received any responses. How can I log in to the old URL?
                        I am frustrated and wish I hadn't invested with LIC India.
                        I paid Rs. 6005.00 premium on line on 03/02/2018 for PolicyNo.[protected] in favor of Rahul Agarwal but I have received no payment receipt.

                        Therefore, you are requested to do the needful.

                          I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but in vain.

                          When tried to pay directly without going to "registered user" again telling that policy and other details not matching.

                          What for these people are for? Nowadays every body is paying online. It is a shame on lic for not making their online portal customer friendly. They are making the online payment cumbersome. They are linking every thing to the payments page (Policy no, date of birth, mobile no etc) and if anything mismatches payment cannot be done.

                            I registered my lic policies and registeration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

                            "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
                            Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

                            But i have already registered my policies. Please let me know how to enroll it with employer.

                              The policyholder is dead and the nominee is suffering from cancer and there is no source of income.
                              Claim is submitted but it is being delayed inspite of requesting it a several times.
                              What is the use of lic if the nominee is not getting its benefit.

                              This is really disappointing. Poor service from lic.

                              I would like to complaint about it.
                              Please claim the policy as soon as possible.

                                This is regarding my policy[protected] which is having half-yearly payment mode. I had the premium due for october-17 and i had done the payment twice due to a standing instruction which was active on my credit card (Which is actually the usual mode of payment). I had made the payment through online net banking on october 11th and a standing instruction from sbi credit card on nov 9th. I had sent emails to [protected]@licindia.com twice but there was no response until now.

                                Could you please check and advise if the amount will be reverted or adjusted to next premium?

                                  I (Swapan kumar paul) paid yearly premium of rs.9744/-for policy no.[protected], on-line through official website w. W. W. Licindia.com on using my internet banking of sbi on[protected]My a/c no. Being [protected] of s. B. I, dum dum cantonment branch). The premium amount of rs.9744/-has instantly been debited from my said bank a/c and received information of such debit through my mobile no.[protected] from sbiinb and they furnished transaction ref. No. As "igacrznww9" on[protected] at 12:11 p. M.
                                  Further i checked my sbi a/c no.[protected] passbook and found rs.9744/- has been shown debited on[protected] and with entries read as follows:-
                                  "inb life insurance corporation lic _ref.
                                  Transfer to[protected]"
                                  It may be informed thjat i am not registered user of lici and so paid the amount directly through the official website of lici.
                                  Hope you would be kind enough to mail the receipt through my mail id which is stated below:-

                                    network error while logging into the lic portal as a customer with correct user credential

                                    Hi,

                                    I am trying to logging into LIC portal with correct user credential. However, everytime i get an error as "Network Error, please try again later". LIC is not maintainging their portal properly. Everytime one and other issue will be there whenever you try to login. It could be either loading the page too slowly or login itself fails eventhough you provide the correct details. I have to pay my installment but not able to...

                                    You have been providing the worst customer care at your branches with your agressive behaviour of the staff and not accepting the card payments at counters etc. To get rid of your office visiting when we are trying online transactions, the same type of experience is felt.Really ashamed to be with LIC.
                                    I have registered as user with chandu4bsnl as customer id and when i am going to reset my password, the system says user does not exist. what the hell is this .

                                    u have also given a message that if you are facing any login issue with new portal, go with old portal and u dont provide the link.

                                    will you not change for gods sake.

                                    its been a harassment always . even though i tweeted at your lic, no response. shame
                                    you dont even have a proper customer care toll free number /call centre.

                                    with great agony i am sending this mail . hoping atleast a response

                                      Dear sir/ madam

                                      I am a policy holder of life insurance corporation of india since more than 3 years. I have given premiums of the policy for last 3 years but now due to some financial problem i am unable to continue the policy as its a matter of big amount for me.. So i contacted to the branch from where the policy was taken, i stated the reason of surrender to the branch manager of chirkunda branch, sarisapahari, dist - dhanbad, pin-828202, and also submitted an application with the policy bond and other required documents, but still they have not processed the surrender, while requesting the policy agent ram charitra biswakarma, he is forcing me to continue the policy but my financial condition is not well to carry on the policy. Please help me so that i can get the surrender amount as soon as possible as there is a urgent necessity. My name and policy number given below:
