The new portal doesn't let me login by using my existing account details. I tried mailing to the email ID furnished in the website. Until now, I haven't received any responses. How can I log in to the old URL?
I am frustrated and wish I hadn't invested with LIC India.
I paid Rs. 6005.00 premium on line on 03/02/2018 for PolicyNo.[protected] in favor of Rahul Agarwal but I have received no payment receipt.

Therefore, you are requested to do the needful.

    I am registered customer of lic, and was paying my multiple policy premiums through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is no user id registered in the portal. I tried through forget password option also but in vain.

    When tried to pay directly without going to "registered user" again telling that policy and other details not matching.

    What for these people are for? Nowadays every body is paying online. It is a shame on lic for not making their online portal customer friendly. They are making the online payment cumbersome. They are linking every thing to the payments page (Policy no, date of birth, mobile no etc) and if anything mismatches payment cannot be done.

      I registered my lic policies and registeration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "http://customer.onlinelic.in/cbv/"for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

      "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
      Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

      But i have already registered my policies. Please let me know how to enroll it with employer.

        The policyholder is dead and the nominee is suffering from cancer and there is no source of income.
        Claim is submitted but it is being delayed inspite of requesting it a several times.
        What is the use of lic if the nominee is not getting its benefit.

        This is really disappointing. Poor service from lic.

        I would like to complaint about it.
        Please claim the policy as soon as possible.

          This is regarding my policy[protected] which is having half-yearly payment mode. I had the premium due for october-17 and i had done the payment twice due to a standing instruction which was active on my credit card (Which is actually the usual mode of payment). I had made the payment through online net banking on october 11th and a standing instruction from sbi credit card on nov 9th. I had sent emails to [protected]@licindia.com twice but there was no response until now.

          Could you please check and advise if the amount will be reverted or adjusted to next premium?

            Sir/madam,
            I (Swapan kumar paul) paid yearly premium of rs.9744/-for policy no.[protected], on-line through official website w. W. W. Licindia.com on using my internet banking of sbi on[protected]My a/c no. Being [protected] of s. B. I, dum dum cantonment branch). The premium amount of rs.9744/-has instantly been debited from my said bank a/c and received information of such debit through my mobile no.[protected] from sbiinb and they furnished transaction ref. No. As "igacrznww9" on[protected] at 12:11 p. M.
            Further i checked my sbi a/c no.[protected] passbook and found rs.9744/- has been shown debited on[protected] and with entries read as follows:-
            "inb life insurance corporation lic _ref.
            Transfer to[protected]"
            It may be informed thjat i am not registered user of lici and so paid the amount directly through the official website of lici.
            Hope you would be kind enough to mail the receipt through my mail id which is stated below:-

              network error while logging into the lic portal as a customer with correct user credential

              Hi,

              I am trying to logging into LIC portal with correct user credential. However, everytime i get an error as "Network Error, please try again later". LIC is not maintainging their portal properly. Everytime one and other issue will be there whenever you try to login. It could be either loading the page too slowly or login itself fails eventhough you provide the correct details. I have to pay my installment but not able to...

              You have been providing the worst customer care at your branches with your agressive behaviour of the staff and not accepting the card payments at counters etc. To get rid of your office visiting when we are trying online transactions, the same type of experience is felt.Really ashamed to be with LIC.
              I have registered as user with chandu4bsnl as customer id and when i am going to reset my password, the system says user does not exist. what the hell is this .

              u have also given a message that if you are facing any login issue with new portal, go with old portal and u dont provide the link.

              will you not change for gods sake.

              its been a harassment always . even though i tweeted at your lic, no response. shame
              you dont even have a proper customer care toll free number /call centre.

              with great agony i am sending this mail . hoping atleast a response

                Dear sir/ madam

                I am a policy holder of life insurance corporation of india since more than 3 years. I have given premiums of the policy for last 3 years but now due to some financial problem i am unable to continue the policy as its a matter of big amount for me.. So i contacted to the branch from where the policy was taken, i stated the reason of surrender to the branch manager of chirkunda branch, sarisapahari, dist - dhanbad, pin-828202, and also submitted an application with the policy bond and other required documents, but still they have not processed the surrender, while requesting the policy agent ram charitra biswakarma, he is forcing me to continue the policy but my financial condition is not well to carry on the policy. Please help me so that i can get the surrender amount as soon as possible as there is a urgent necessity. My name and policy number given below:

                  It looks like all the new users getting impacted with this issue.

                  1) created account using the policy id
                  2) proceed to corporate enrollment web page

                  https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html

                  3) and then it says "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal. Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

                  This is totally not acceptable.

                  Can someone from lic support team look into it???

                    I have registered for premium payment with your old portal. But now this is not enabled with your new portal. Please do the needful for me to login with my old use id & password. Your old site is licindia.in. But the same site is not opened now. I need to login my old user name and password with your lic site. Kindle help me to enable to open yr site along with my old user id and password.

                      I krishnendu Gupta is a policy holder of lic India. My policy no.[protected]. I take a loan against above said policy two years ago and repay all amount with interest on dated 08/11/2017, but I have not received my above said policy til now.I contact at least ten times to branch office of lic India at kapurthala Punjab, pin 144601.I send two written complaint to branch manager of this branch but they have not any reply and tell me we can not give your policy because it is lost and we have no responsibility in this matter. Please arrange to give my above said policy as soon as possible.

                        The New Portal for payment of insurance premium does not work. I am Registered user of the old portal and had been paying online premium since past 10-12 years. . However, now I am not able to pay premium with the new portal since last two months. The premium payments are all overdue. No solution in sight !!! The customer care in LICI hardly exists.

                          I have raised a complaint in consumer complaint forum as well as raised several complaints to LIC grievance team at different levels. Consumer forum forwarded the complaint to LIC team but none from LIC team acknowledge the complaint or resolved the problem yet.

                          Raising the complaint again..

                          "[protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]
                          My gender has been changed from male to female in new portal. This restrict me to add any policies by throwing an error "gender doesn't match". I have raised the concern to customer support team at regional and at zone level. They have forwarded the details to portal team but no response from portal team.

                          According to lic webpage
                          "turn around time (Tat) :the tat turnaround time for acknowledgement of complaint is 3 days and for resolution of complaint is 15 days from date of receipt of the complaint."

                          But no response from lic portal team since 28-nov-2017, the date when i registered this complaint."

                                मैं प्रदीप, फरीदाबाद से, मेने सन 2004 में जीवन श्री पालिसी ली थी, no.[protected] जिसका साल का प्रीमियम रुपए 25745 था, जो मेने साल 2010 तक भरा, यानी कि लगभग 1, 50, 000/- ।। मेने इसी साल इस पालिसी पर लोन लिया रुपया 66750/- जिस का मेने january-2018 तक का कोई भी ब्याज और मूल नहीं भरा, और इस पालिसी को 14 साल बाद यानी january 2018 में सरेंडर का आवेदन किया, और मुझे मिला केवल रुपये 6404/- सब कुछ काट-पिट कर...

                                मैं lic से जानता चाहता हूँ कि मेरे पैसे 1, 50, 000/- जो कि मैं प्रीमियम भर चुका था, उसी पैसे में से मुझे लोन दिया गया, और मुझ से आजतक का ब्याज लिया गया और सारे पैसे एडजस्ट कर लिए ।। पर लोन देने के बाद जो मेरे दिये हुए या बचे हुए मेरे वाकी के पैसे पर कोई भी बोनस या ब्याज क्यों नहीं दिया, आपने तो मेरे से ब्याज एडजस्ट कर लिया जो पैसे मुझे लोन पर दिये थे, मेने 14 साल पालिसी का रखा 6 साल तक उस में अपना पैसे ही ड़ाला, उसी पर लोन लिया, उसी में से आप ने ब्याज एडजस्ट कर दिया, मूझे lic ने इन 14 सालों में मुझे क्या दिया, केवल 6404/- रुपए ।। वो भी मेरे ही बचे हुए पैसे में से...

                                आप मुझे क्लियर कर दे, की आप की क्या पालिसी हैं, आपके एजेंट पालिसी बेचते समय तो इंसान को क्या-२ झूठे सपने दिखाते हैं, और हक्कीत में लूट के इलावा कुछ नहीं, केवल कस्टमर को बेवकूफ बनना ना और पैसे एटना ...जैसे कि मेरे साथ हुआ और किया ।।

                                  Sir my father had a policy and my brother who is 10 years old now was the nominee on that policy. My father died 2 years back and we give the policy bond to agent to get it transfer on name of my brother who is minor but now they are not giving the bond to us. From last one year i am asking for my bond in the lic office and now they are saying they are finding the bond. Please help...

If LICI developed new portal then they should send link to their old user through e-mail or they should given old portal link to their current portal.

                                    My mother in law has LIC policy at Branch 89G sakinaka, Mumbai.
                                    Policy no[protected]
                                    After her death it gone 3 years but her family Didn't got any claim amt.
                                    There is claim department who don't know how to treat customers and how to talk to customers.
                                    They asking for discharge paper... But they don't know that after death of people hospital not provide discharge papers.
                                    Very poor and worst service..!! 😡

                                      Im unable to login into my lic account through the new portal. The new portal says you can use old login details for first time login but upon logging in, the message returned is 'no user registered'.

                                      This is very inconvenient s im unable to pay my premium as well as link my aadhar card. Im abroad and i get no responses from [protected]@licindia.com
