This is machender vadla I just made an lic payment of rupees (24020) via lic app the money has been deduted in my account but the merchant site shows the transaction has been failed REASON: OTHERS is quoted the PAYMENT ID : LSCB[protected] for the reference I’m attaching the screenshot of the issue kindly look after the issue I will be pleased if you resolve my problem

    Loan no[protected] for rs 13.50 lacs
    I would like to bring to your kind attention that i have availed mortgage loan of rs.13.50 lacs during the year 2010 at 11.75%. I have paid the emis for the last 7 years up to date and no emi is over due.
    When there was an increase in interest rate your company has increased the rates in my loan account without any written approval from my end. However when there is reduction in interest rate that is not passed to me. I under stand that the ongoing market rate is around 9% percent only and your company is charging 13.5% for my loan. Because of this the outstanding in my account is not showing the correct picture. Request you to look in to this matter and reduce the interest rate based on the market rates and provide me statement of account after effecting the interest rates with retrospective effect.
    Request you to inform the current interest for my loan account.

    Tried to login to my account which is not allowing.

    Even after forgot password generated the portal is not allowing me to login. It says my account is locked. Help me to login to my userid.

      Dear sir / madam,
      Lic of india official site is not opening and giving the error message like:-
      "if your page is unable to load, please update to one of the following browsers."
      I've checked and confirmed on google chrome latest browser which is higher version that lic suggested, but still unable to open the site. Also, i've tried it through the latest mozilla browser, but all the efforts are failed and still i'm unable to open the website. This happens since last one week period and not any corrective action from lic.
      Before 1 week it was working nice and provided new features like premium services, lic loan with all details, etc. Were amazing; but suddenly it is stopped or stuck on customer portal login page.
      Also, we are unable to raise the complaint to lic as its site itself is not working properly.

        There was a mistake in date of birth in my lic policy, which i corrected in lic branch. But it did not corrected in lic online login site. Pls suggest me either how to chnage my date of birth in online or how to delete that login detail. So that i can creat a new one.
        I asked in that branch which have my lic policy, but they said that we cant do anything. Everything will be happen on head office mumbai.

          I registered my lic policy account[protected] https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#Register and registeration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html" for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

          "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
          Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

          What to do to enroll my policy

            I thought LIC Agent is Fraud and was waiting for a response from the LIC Customer care after my complaint. But even LIC Customer care is not taking any action and they are really least bothered about my complaint and their brand respect. This is really worst action taken by LIC Customer care regarding my complaint and that LIC Agent is roaming freely by cheating people's. Is this what the LIC teach to their Agents and is this how people's should suffer buy enrolling for LIC Policies...? LIC, Now I'm getting wild on ur delay in my complaint... This is really a hell problem with the LIC Company

              I am continuously trying to login the customer portal of lic india. But every-time i am getting same message since few months that "your policy were not migrated due to data/technical issues. Request to please contact [protected]@licindia.com" (See attached photo). But fact is that i am never getting any revert from this mail id even after my 4 to 5 emails. Even my parent (Bo_205) branch is not supporting me on this issue.

              I am afraid now, there could be a chance this so called lic india will tell me that i am not even a policy holder even after paying lacks of rs, since 10yrs.

              Hope, i would get any support after writing over here.

                  I am trying to pay my lic policy premium through lic site for last 4-5 days but i am unable to pay. The site is 3rd class which take hours to log in and then there is message time out and it logs out. Nothing happens on clicking on any link. And then they are very quick to charge intterest on late payment even if it is due to problem in their site. Worst service by lic.

                        After the recent change on lic portal, my gender is updated as male instead of female, due to which i am unable to add my other policies due to gender mismatch - i have already got a letter from lic that gender change is rectified on my main policy, but seems like the portal is not updated - how do i resolve this? It's pending since october month.

                          For the last more than 8 years, i have been using your customer portal for my premium payments. Unfortunately for the last few months i have not been able to do so due to some website related problems. Your website is advising to use chrome browser version 44 or above. I am using chrome browser version 67 which is the latest, but your website is not uploading any page. My son who is an it specialist is also facing exactly the same problem in bangalore.

                          I also tried by downloading the app licmobile in my android smart phone and tried to login from 9a. M in the morning to 9 p. M.in the evening using 4g broadband for data transfer. But the response from your website has become so slow, i have not been able to complete any online payment.

                          I am a senior citizen and now i have to stand in queue for making the premium payment.
                          I sincerely hope that you are able to fix the problem and senior citizens like me are able to make the premium payment through your online portal.

                          Also i would like to know the procedures for enrolling my single premium varistha pension bima yojana policy to my existing customer login account and to link my aadhar no. Online to my existing policies.

                                    Each time when i use the lic website it takes very long time to get to the login page. Many times its site is down. Even if luckily i get to login into the page all the other activities inside the page takes long time to access.
                                    Also the new login page they have launched is very slow and non responsive.
                                    New login credentials are not accepted and says incorrect policy details.
                                    Very worst site quality and speed... Disappointing and frustrating experience from such a giant organization. At least should have invested in their own site for the betterment.

                                    The offices quality are even worse and the employees are not supportive at all. The tag "government" will also fade in front of lic. Such a lucrative and pathetic approach towards the customers.

                                    I would suggest to please maintain the brand and focus on customer satisfaction else it will not take time to white wash such brand.
                                    In today's competitive world all these things are mandatory and has a great importance.

                                      I, mrinal kanti sarkar s/o ramkanai sarkar & father of purushottam sarkar (P. Sarkar) is bonafied customer of lici. I appeal to you to refund my deposited rs. 41, 888 (Rupees forty one thousand eight hundred eighty eight only) in the name of my son purushottam sarkar (P. Sarkar) in support of my statement written below-
                                      1) one last 18/10/2017 for entering in the "jivon utsarga" policy i deposited rs. 41, 888 (Rupees forty one thousand eight hundred eighty eight only) in case counter of the lici, rampurhat branch, birbhum, along with from & other documents. Its boc no - 09871 received dated 18/10/2017.
                                      2) on the next day 19/10/2017 i handed over my son, purushottam sarkar's school certificates, the proposal deposit receipt lic & the photo copies of essential documents to agents (Agents code no-0123946b).
                                      3) the agents agreed to diposit the documents & give me the final original receipt within 2/3 days. But after some days in wonted the original receipt instead he misbehaved with me & did not handover it to me.
                                      4) after ten or twelve days i went to the lic office rampurhat branch and come to know that no policy given on the proposal deposits receipt rs.41, 888. I requested the agent to submit the documents and come to know the bad mentality of the agent.
                                      5) under this conditions i apealed the manager of lici, rampurhat branch along with the documents to return the money due to my daughters marriages.
                                      6) when agent come to know this he consulted with the manager and redeposited the money through neft from kanara bank rampurhat on 16/11/2017 in lici, bearing boc no 09871.in the situation manager wanted the original proposal receipt from me. My question is how an agent an a branch manager can play at ducks and drakes with a consumer. The matter is brought to you for verification and supervision. I beg you to return my money which will be benefitial to my daughter's marriage. Thanking you and waiting for yours kind consideration and information.

So far i did not neither gate back my deposited money nor any written answer. No action has been taken from LIC Rampurhat, Birbhum.
