We had a baby boy in 2021, April. We stored our baby stem cells in Lifecell. We paid some amount and other amount of 30, 000, we need to pay when our baby boy turned one (2022, April). We had given them a check of 30, 000 in advance. However, I called the customer care and asked them if I can pay the amount in advance. They said, Yes!. I paid the amount in Feb.
(attached, the copy for the same). Now, they have been sending email reminders to me and messages asking me to pay the amount. I called customer care many times and they said they will fix it but they never did, One person mentioned, you can ignore them as I can see you have already paid. But, I cannot just ignore many emails. Once, its fine but how many reminders I got is unbelievable ( Attaching the same screenshots). What if they consider I did not pay and take some stupid action against me or the stem cells, I wasted so much time in talking to them but no resolution. They became a big pain. I lost my trust in them now and in their systems. Very outdated I believe.

    I made an inquiry in January 2022 I am getting call from Ms. Kavita regarding presentation. Many times she scheduled presentation date & time but never gave a presentation and few days later, again I am getting call from her & she start to give excuses. Till 30th March 2022 she fixed presentation time 6-7 times but never gave presentation for a single time. Further last week I got call from another person Mr Chinmay for presentation so I said yes and fixed date and time for 17th April 2022 at 5:30pm. On 16 April he confirmed date & time over whatsapp. Again same thing happened, I didn't get a call from him for presentation. I received his call after 6:15pm & he is asking at what time we can give presentation? Seriously! When you are not able to do your job on time then why do you commit for that?
    Literally I am feed up with this. How anyone can trust to take service from your company where your trained employees cannot give presentation if someone made an inquiry? If you cannot give proper training to people or person is not capable to fulfil his/her duty, then what are you doing? Why you are hiring this kind of people who are careless?

      Its been more than a month, since we have made our annual Payment. But nobody in LifeCell is confirming the payment. We have send more than 10 emails, giving them the cheque details, the Blue Dart Courier Proof of Delivery to their Chennai office. We have made numerous calls, most of which they don't answer, and of the ones that they do pick up, we end up, still lodging a complaint, which we don't receive any response or solution about. We have spoken to Mr. Krupa, Ms Poornima, Mr Hamid Sheikh, and numerous others, whose names we did not note down in the beginning. Even after all this, the complaint is not registered on their system, and we keep getting reminder sms's and call centre phones, telling us to make the payment, which has been made more than a month ago.

      Our transaction details are:
      CRM Number: 60200004
      Cheque Number, Date and Amount: 073411 dated 20th Feb 2022 for Rs.2, 900/- (more than a month ago)
      Send through Blue Dart Courier Way Bill Number: [protected]
      Delivered by Blue Dart on 22nd Feb 2022 (again more than a month ago)

      All this has been sent to them, but they just don't seem to take things seriously. What kind of non-sense is this?

        I have used online payment portal of registered customer for payment of life insurance premium payment against policy no.[protected] and policy no.[protected] for RS.1895.82 and 2433 respectively, accordingly an amount of RS.4328.72 has been paid through internat banking with transaction no.202202282810694868151GANCEPU24 DATED 28/02/2022, but receipts of acknowledgment have not received till today, as such kindly take necessary steps for early settlement of my grievance.

            Dear lifecell team,

            We have taken a lifetime plan for preservation of our baby's stemcell by one of your representative ( priya soni, RE Ghaziabad) .
            CRM No:[protected]
            She offered us the lifetime plan at a cost of Rs.47, 990/- ( Refer below mail by priya soni) in the name of registration charges, collection charges and storage charges. During registration we paid a sum of Rs.5500/- and after fifteen days, before delivery we have paid a sum of Rs.12490/- under the guidance of your representative .

            Total Rs.17990/- amount paid by us till now.( lifecell invoice attached).

            As per agreement we have to pay the storage charges after six months of delivery which is due on 18 December 2021 (mother name- Dipali Rai, delivery Date- 18 June 2021 at yashoda hospital, kaushambi Ghaziabad for your information).

            Now, we are ready to pay the storage charges (as mentioned in the offered mail) for preservation o[censored]mbical cord but despite of repeated mail and complaints no response has been received

              I subscribed to Lifecell in 2019 and paid Rs 20k+ which was for the initial process. Rest was rs 30000.
              We were told that we need to pay the rest of the amount next year but due to Corona we had some issues so could not pay at that time.

              We are continuously communicating for the same but the new amount to be paid is different from the amount we were settled at the time of registration.

              Mr. Sudhir is the executive who dealt with us.

                As you people said it will be resolved by 5th November, still the issue has not been resolved since it's already about to be 9th Nov. Is it that much difficult for your organization!!! to just deliver baby stroller as your team members promised... By having hope in your organization as we preserved our baby cord...now we lose hopes even about preservation .!!! Below is the concerned issue.

It's not only the matter of baby stroller ...if you people are not able to deliver the stroller even after seven months, since we Registered in the month of March 2021, means now we are thinking how you people preserve our baby cord... !!!

                Received response from your team..thank you ... But please do take action against those team members of your organization who make false promises and those people who don't even respond to the customers when they enquire about any issues... It's not a matter of gifts or hampers but it's about hopes and reputation about your organization...

                  I was offered a LuvLap Baby stroller at the time of availing services from Lifecell. More than a year has passed and I still have not received it. Even after repeatedly sending mails to the customer service, there has been no response from the company or it’s executives. I have sent sufficient proof that I was offered the stroller and yet they have failed to acknowledge it. Terribly disappointed with the services of LifeCell.

                      We tiered of receiving the reply as we will get back to you soon replies... Till how long you people required to just deliver baby stroller... Even after 7 months still you are saying soon we will get back to you means ... How can we trust your organization about preserving our babies cord lifelong... ???

                      It's no point in asking again again about the stroller...
                      Since we lose hopes about your organization ...give back our baby cord in the same condition as we preserved ...and refund the amount ...so that we can move on towards some other organizations to preserve cord...

                        Below is the issue ...

                        We are very disappointed with the services of LifeCell. We registered with LifeCell in March, they told us that we would get a baby Stroller . But even after lapse of more than 7 months Stroller are still not delivered. The executives call/message you several times when they have to sell the package but when you are following up for your entitlements which are part of contract they don't reply/answer. It raises doubt about the reliability and trust on the Company as when they can't keep their promise of timely delivery of gifts, how can we trust them with safe preservation of stem cells for lifetime.                             As per your employee Mr Kriti's commitment we suppose to receive a baby nest after delivery but it's been now 1 and 1/2 month no updates from your team . Regarding this Mr Abakash and Kriti was in touch with me but no-one responding to this issue. Kindly check and arrange the product as committed. CRM no[protected] .

                              I made worst mistake of life in storing my babies stemcells with life cell with CRM No. 92600018 and[protected]. Their accounts department is the worst along with the customer care. In Sept'2019, they raised an invoice of Rs. 2500/- as due from my end which I paid. As already have had bad experience in past, I requested for no dues, which was give by the company on Oct'2019. In 2020, they suddenly come up with 1000/- due from year 2019 and asked me to pay a penalty of Rs.5000/- for same. After that series of calls, atleast 10 people have called me, threatened me of termination of account if I dont pay up..None of them willing to listen or resolve the problem. And best part it they all are clueless about any documents sent by their company or any talks that you have had before. Will never ecommend anyone to go with them for the stemcell storage

                                Hi Team,

                                I have been enrolled in Lifecell with help of Arijit and Shouvik. They are copied in the mail.
                                After the initial payment(Rs 20, 990), I have chased them more than 15 times for past more than 6 month to enable my pending
                                pending payment(It was agreed to be EMI in credit card like the first payment). But I am sorry to say that I have got only false commitment from them regarding this.
                                I would also like to mention that the total amount was agreed with them was 46K, but now I am getting call from your Payment team and they are asking for amount way more than what was agreed. I requested your Payment team to discuss the matter with Arijit or Shouvik. But, the excuse from payment team was that neither Arijit nor Shouvik is picking their call. Now, the Payment team has suggested me to write up mail to the group.
                                I am sorry to say but I am disappointed to see the quality of service you guys are providing. If your own team members can not
                                communicate among yourselves how will you provide service to Customer.
                                Sort this out asap and prove me wrong that I have made mistake by choosing Lifecell(FYI, one of my friend was asking my suggestion about Lifecell,
                                unfortunately I could not provide positive feedback after all these :disappointed: ).

                                Note - More to mention that the first six month Axis credit card EMI was supposed to be interest free but interests was deducted, this was also a false promise by Lifecell team.

                                    I informed to your life cell agent at time of delivery he did not came to hospital delivery happened sample not collected because of this reason I am cancel my registration they did not refund total amount in this part where you see my fault agent response is not proper.thus why sample missed why you people deduct my money I don't understand

                                      Hi,
                                      I am facing plan upgrade issue @Lifecell.

                                      I am from Faridabad.In July 2020, I have taken the plan form their sales representative manoj.he offered me the plan for 75 years. plan payment break-up as mentioned below -

                                      1- For 1st year - Rs. 21000/- needs to be paid - which I have already paid.

                                      2- On the first birthday of a child means after 1 year completes - Rs. 30000/- for next 75 years - which I have to pay as a renewal of the membership.

                                      But now when they contact me after one year and saying that if you want to take the plan for 75 years, you have to pay 45000.
                                      Because you did not give the post dated cheques at that time.I explained them that I don't know anything about post dated cheques because your representative did not demand any post dated cheques from me.than how would I know about this formality.
                                      I have the lifecell mail in which It is clearly mentioned that the plan what I take is for full 75 years.and in this mail they did not mention any Post dated cheques formality.

                                      Now I am asking for the same offer but they completely denied that they can't gave me same offer now and then their executive is keep on arguing with me and He is also keep on denying that their database is showing a different plan for us (that I don't know from where it comes up), i.e. either I have to Pay 45000 rs for 75 years or to upgrade to 21 years plan then I have to pay Rs. 30000 today itself. I have got frustrated after raising innumerable complaints, but have not got any responsibil response from them. Let us know if you get any solution to this.this is so unprofessional

                                        I have my stemcell banked with them since 2007. I have been making annual payments every year.

                                        This year renewal I wanted to pay. But I am unable to login to the site. Multiple emails to their Customer Service with no response.

                                        Even a payment related mail, they are not responding.
