I had purchased a suit worth rs.899/- from limeroad on the 22 nd of february with order id [protected] from limeroad website through net banking and there was a discounted bedsheet worth re 1/- along with that. On delivery of the suit, i requested a return pickup to limeroad which they did and got a mail from limeroad had that my refund of rs..899/- has been processed against order id. [protected] will reflect in my account by 6th march 2020.

They have only refunded re1/- of the bedsheet and no return pickup was there as it was not delivered and order cancelled due to my return request for the suit delivered.

I have put several mails and calls to customer support but helpless

However i have not got my refund against order id. [protected] so far in my bank account.

No refund till date

    Fraud asking for otp and atm pin number. Bank account details to be shared. Bad language used by customer care and disconnected calls.
    Order number [protected], associated with phone number [protected].
    I returned the product and submitted my account details to which the refund amount should be credited. You have credited to lf fund. When i call the customer care number, they asked me atm card number, exp date, account number. They asked to send a sms to this number [protected]. After which one otp was asked. By then i got call from my bank saying there is fraudulent financial transaction initiated, and my card was blocked. When i try to use the lf fund, it is allowing me to use it 99/- (I have 999/-). I have the recording of calls, where the customer care agents are using bad language. Do the needful. I need my money back.

      Bought woman kurta size 2 xl red and gold printed cotton only but after washing the kurta prints spread on the all parts of kurta and now its not wearable... I washed it with normal water... Now how can i get replacement?? And if not then your products is unsatisfactory your return policy do not show about return of after wash defected cloths. For cotton products your products are not very much satisfied.

        This time I m extremely upset ur site

        This type problem, I m facing 1st time & very bad bad experience.
        Please as soon as possible resolve my query.

        One product is added in my account and it is in COD payment mode. I didn't place that and i am not aware of it. Kindly guide me cancel that order online..

            I had rs 810 as 100%redeemable cashback from a previous order and i ordered two tops. I paid an additional 165 for my new order. One of them was ok but the second top delivered was totally a wrong product which i returned. Now the customer care is adamant and behaving badly neither refunding my money nor replacing the order. They refunded only 61 rupees out of my 340. They want me to take gold membership which is of no use to me as i don’t trudy them anymore. I want a simple refund or a replacement according to my order as wrong delivery of product is not at all my fault. Please help.

              Have order one derby shoes whereas i have received loafer shoes - while asking for replacement - there is no stock and customer support suggest to for refund they will provide the full refund (Cash paid + lr credit) - now they are refuse to give the refund for lr credit used amount (Rs.590/=). Have correspondence so many time also send them recording that they confirm they will refund full amount.

              Now they are offering me for gold membership for 3 months, which i have refused so many time and asked for my money back - now they are not answering the call also.

                I have ordered 2 things.. Delivered on 30jan and 31 jan 2020..

                And we raised return on 2 feb 2020..

                But pickup person not come to given address.

                At last they said we are not able to return. From deliver day within 7 days return policy.

                My question. We returned on 2 feb but company person not come to pickup.
                If they r able to dilever. Then it's same to pickup also they knows.

                So they saying we can't take it and not able to refund money also..

                  I purchased clothes from limeroad and got a cashback of 2300 on jan 25 as lr credits. It was on hold status and was not usable. I called on jan 27th when the customer care said it will be released in 2 or 3 days after the republic day offer gets over and will remain valid for 7 working days. The credits were on hold till 30th jan. What happened was, on jan 31 they sent a sms which gave less 4 hours to avail the credit. I did not view the sms during that time, the credit was nullified as mentioned in sms. I called back customer support next day and was only a vain. The answer i got is they cannot keep up the promise because of the system upgrade. Looking at the complaints, i realize that i am one among the many who faced this problem. Is there anything that can be done to get back the money as promised. This will help people who have lost money similar to me.

                    Limeroad stealing my lr credit amount of 2217 which i got on offer 50% cashback having validity of one month upto 28 feb 2020. I got cashback amount on 20 jan 2020 within 5-6 days limeroad stolen my lr credit without expiry validity or without spent lr credit on other orders. Then i sent email to limeroad they replied me that online offers were starts so when offers get end then you will get your lr credit but i only got 414 & 315 out of 2217. So i kindly request to you please help me to get back my remaining lr credit.

                    If limeroad does not return my cashback then I stop using this app and tell everyone in my fb account, Instagram account to stop using this fraud, worse app for shopping. So please i kindly request you to refund my cashback amount.

                    When I first complained about my lr credit amount. Limeroad send me this email but only gave me 414 lr credit amount. So please help me to get my lr credit amount as they said before.

                      They have not given any email id for customer support. Whenever you try to access their email id it will redirect you to orders page and they did not even pick up their customer care number.

                      I have ordered tops but the return person is not coming to proper address and there is no way to contact limeroad..

                        Hi team,

                        I have brought the order [protected] by jan 16th but the cash back they are yet to provide. Without paying the cashback they say it got expired after a week.
                        I called the customer support 5 times and the 5th time they promised to give the cash back but they have not provided yet.

                        Now they don't even pick up the call.

                          I had placed purchase order on 9 jan 2020 for cloths online on limeroad.com with order # [protected] in 50% cashback sell and paid inr 8741. I got 50% cashback in the form of lr credit of 4370, on 17 jan 2020 in my limeroad account with expiry date 24 jan 2020. On 21 jan 2020, i placed another purchase order for cloths online on limeroad.com with order # [protected] and paid inr 139 + 4370 (Lr credits). I received products and found that 4 items were not as per expectation. I read limeroad return and refund policy and return all 4 items of the second order on 27 jan 2020. Now limeroad is not refunding 2209 lr credits and saying that validity cross 24 jan expiry date. My concern is: limeroad has not mentioned anywhere in the policy that lr credits received under promotional offer, i[censored]sed for purchase order, on return will not be refunded if crossed expiry date. This situation is not discussed anywhere.in return and refund policy, it is mentioned clearly that l r credit used in purchase will be refunded in 5-10 business day. I had used cashbacks before expiry date and order delivered to me after expiry date. Now i return items as those were not meeting my expectations. Limeroad accepted return and picked products but not refunding my full money.
                          Therefore looking at non clarity of terms in return and refund policy, my lr credits should be refunded in my lr account.

                            I placed an order worth Rs. 4059 on 9th Jan on Limeroad App during their 50% cashback offer. I also purchased 6 months Gold Membership for Rs.199.
                            1. Of the 6 products i bought, 5 were delivered. One of the packets had 2 products invoiced but only 1 of the 2 was inside the packet.I am yet to receive the 2nd product despite 3 follow ups.
                            2. My cashback of Rs. 2179 was confirmed on 30th Jan and I received an SMS about it at 3.48 pm. This was valid till 3rd Feb 7.30 pm. However, the very next day, i.e. 31st Jan at 12.42 pm, i.e. less than 24 hrs later, i received an Sms saying my cashback would expire at 4 pm that day itself because of a system upgrade !!! Less than 4 hrs to avail the rs. 2179 cashback !!! I was busy in some other work and saw this SMS only today i.e. 2nd Feb when i decided to redeem this cashback. I called customer support today who told me plainly that there is nothing that they can do about this !!! They offered me 2 month Gold membership instead, which is worth peanuts compared to my 2179 cashback. And that too when i already purchased their 6 month membership !!!

                            These guys seem to be one hell of cheaters who lure customers with their cashback offers and then prematurely expire the cashback giving least time to avail it. I need justice !

                            LIME road the worst site of online shopping they promise us for best service but the result is zero i purchased the winter sweater worth rs 1475 but when i received my product that was pullover ( wrong product received ) i requested for refund. my product was picked up by lime road team on 6th of jan 2020 but still i didn't received my refund or product. i also requested to customer care executive i[censored] r not refund my money then please return my product but till i didn't received anything.i am not going to suggest my love ones to purchase anything from this site i hate lime road.

                              I have placed an order on Limeroad of a lehanga of Rs. 6052 on 11th Jan in which 50% of cashback was there which was supposed to get credited after the return period got over. My order was supposed to be delivered on 15th Jan but because of their logistics or sellers issue the product was not delivered to me on time.

                              After several follow ups with marketing team they told me that I will get my order soon and I received that order on 25th Jan.

                              The LR credit gets credited to me after the 7 days of delivery but after 7 days it was not credited and after my follow up with the LR team I came to know that because of their new policy or system upgrade my LR credit has been expired on 31st Jan. Without any call, msg, email how come this happened.

                              When I placed this order no rule was there but at the day of crediting my LR amount how sudden they went to a system upgrade without any prior intimation No call, no msg, No email.

                                Earlier it was showing ki it would be delivered on 30th january but now it is showing something different.
                                Now the status is showing delivered as blur information

                                  Lime road cheated us, firstly they have given credit but we couldn't use it, there was not option for using credit, their executive mentioned us we will extended it for you, instead of extending credit before 3rd feb, they have expired on 31st jan, 2020, even 31st jan we couldn't use, we have done a lot of mail, and tried to talk customer care, but they are not responding us.

                                    It's cheating and shame on limeroad. They don't keep their promises. I have received lr credit amounting rs 4305 on. Dt 22.01.2020 & expiry date was 20.02.2020. However i can't use lr credit during sale i. E up-to date 28.01.2020. However on 29th evening i have received lr credit but the expiry date is now. 03 feb 2020. But on 31st jan 2020 my lr credit expiry. It is disgusting. You are cheating your customers. I want my lr creat back. Plz resolve the issue

                                        Hello sir,
                                        i vishnu gagan sijapati, there are i have many complaint against limeroad to me regarding their revoking of lr credits & cashback without any mail, message, and while purchasing product without any (T&c*) information of revoking. As we know the online shopping is available 24×7. And behind this my concern is the limeroad's online shopping website and management team, they are take back cashback & lr credits when launch their new offer. Please take an action against limeroad. Because the cashback and lr credits is our money, that we received on behalf of shopping. Is this right? Revoking of cashback on their offer period. I am unable to do shopping because of limeroad 's offers. Then what is the benefits of cashback & lr credits.
                                        They haven't any terms and conditions regarding this activity.
