      My problem was,
      I have ordered a lehenga, when I got my order the dupatta was not there and the quality also not Soo good as expected. There after I returned my order and got the refund in LR credits something around 2000 . Then I tried to transfer the LR credits to my personal bank account.. the LR credits appears as debited from Limeroad but the amount has not reflecting in my bank account. At last I haven't received my amount back .

            I had bought a dresses on limeroad.com. I was not happy with the product and called and mail the lime road customer care number atleast 7-8 times before. I was told that a pick-up for my product will be arranged within 4 days and the amount i.e Rupees 2100/- will be refunded to my account. No one came and my money is gone! I have been calling that number but no one seems to answer. What is happening? PLEASE HELP !!!

              Limeroad had picked up a product from my house aftee the courier guy throughly checked my product and also issued a descriptive receipt. Now after sending them 200 plus mails they say that Quality Check has not passed. And when i asked them to return my product, they are even not returning my product. This is a clear case of theft and fraud by Limeroad. I want my money or my product back. They are cheatinf customers in the name of pick up. Im filing a cheating and robbery case in local police station.

                Sir, I My refund money On transfer from Lr credits to bank but till now my money isn't credited in bank since 1 month passed...and bought jeggins it too large for me so I put return and I had received msg from limeroad that they can't pick up so they requested to send by own shiping and I sent by DTDC Courier service and I checked tracking no. They had delivered but My refund amount is not credited in my Lr credits so kindly credite my refund my money in Lr credits.

                    I ordered a saree from limeroad on 7th of November, 2020 paid through UPI method and ₹995 got deducted but the same is not being reflected in the limeroad app
                    Infact nothing is coming about the order I placed. Please do get this issue sorted.

                        Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                        I returned a sarree on 8th August, 2020 and when I mailed for refund, I did not get any response.
                        Upon continously sending emails after 2.5 months, now the customer care executive mailed that the product has not passed the quality check as the sent product does not match the actual product.
                        He told that they will not process any refund.
                        1.I did not even tamper the product and I returned on the very next day.
                        2.if the product does not match the product, how will the limeroad person accept the product when he came for pickup.

                        I returned the correct product and I am not sure whose mistake is this
                        Please help in resolving my refund issue.

                        Could you please elaborate what you mean by did not pass the quality check as I did not tamper the product and returned the product the next day.
                        1.The delivery executive who came to receive the return, checked the product and took it to for further processing.
                        2.Infact I received a low quality product and thats the reason I had to return it.
                        3.When I did not get refund in 1 week, when I mailed, the customer care team said we are still processing.
                        4.Now you say it did not pass the quality.
                        When I did not even open the saree completely and I returned the exact way it was, its not my fault and why should I lose my money for mistake done by someone else.

                          On November 17, 2019, i ordered two maxi dresses order no. [protected] worth rupess of 1051 from your site . It was truly amazing in pictures, but when it came it was faded and in large size. So I returned this product and I had credited the amount in my LR credit… but it was terminated after a certain period may be in the month of Sept 2020 . It means that if someone does not want to make a purchase within that certain period of time you will remove those credits unnecessarily … I just request you that I want my LR credit back so that I can make purchases from your site. Otherwise I will never gonna buy from this worst site.

                              Sir,
                              I ordered 2 Bedsheets from Limeroad worth Rs. 873, which I returned later on. My return pick up was done on 25/8/2020.

                              Now it's been 2 months time I have not got any refund.

                              I tried to contact through mail...but all they are asking is only for some more working days only... But no resolution is there for my refund.

                              You are kindly requested to look into this matter. And process my refund as soon as possible.

                                  Limeroad is not replying to my email now.. I mailed them yesterday They haven't replied yet. I Ordered from them and the size was smaller so i returned it on 9th Oct. They Still haven't refunded my money and the status shows a quality check for 12 days. I mailed them so much i asked them to call me on my number they always call on the wrong number and when they called on right number they just missed called it and im still waiting for thier response.

                                    In the entire e-commerce and online shopping industry LimeRoad has longest refund duration which torchers its customers. Despite such severe pandemic where there is no source of income still LimeRoad is keeping customer's money for almost half a month.
                                    One of my Limeroad orders was picked up 17 days ago via. Shadowfax but refund is still not initiated by LimeRoad. The Shadowfax executive informed it has reached the destination but still these LimeRoad people are cheating and thefting away my money.
                                    The Order ID of stucked refund order is [protected] .The total refund amount is Rs.1130
                                    From last 17 days, it just shows a message that is quality check pending. and no progress is there. Also, there is no proper customer care number provided in your app or website and the number which I found doesn't work at all it just says the technical issue exists and disconnects the call.

                                    If there is any issue with date order or shipping, at least tell your customers, it feels like you theft my money and ran away.

                                    This LimeRoad is such a fraud and cheater company, if I would have known earlier I would have never ordered anything from it.
                                    Dropped several mails and called around 100 times there is nobody to speak or talk. My straight question to you is who will provide the resolution then? I am waiting for my refund from last 17 days, this is the first time I shopped through limeroad and my experience is terrible.
                                    Now I am afraid to order anything from that website because LimeRoad neither talk to customers nor process the refund. Where is my money?
                                    I never through limeroad will ever bluff customer's money this way. Please initiate the quality check as soon as possible & initiate my refund immediately.
                                    They bluffed Rs 1130 from me. I request release the product from word's longest quality check process and initiate my refund as soon as possible.
                                    I have been waiting for last 17days. I am attaching the screenshots of my order status and pickup dates.

                                      This is cheating Website. I placed order of 800 using magicpin coupon code but due to size problem, it's cancelled. Now they added 800 RS in LR CREDITS in twoPARTS of 233+482. Now I am unable to use all credit in one order and instead have to place two different order of 800+800 to use all credit. In this way they are scamming customers...order I'd 75273034
