I have purchased a refrigerator from looyod.. After 7-8 months use it rusted inside freezer n gate rubber coming out.. I have complaint so many time to service centre but solutions not come.. N after that i contact to dealer u plz sort out my problem bt they can't. I used to visit dealer shop twice in week they respond me by telling that i will send service team to your home for replair... Bt no any service man coming from 6-7 months... Due the bheaviour of companies n dealer i want to suit a case to consumer forum...

    I have lloyd l40nd led tv has some minor problem then i call to lloyd service center. Mr. Javed with their assistant come to repair tv but at the time of repair the panel was broke by technician, to solve this problem he gave me mobile no of another person mr. Jitendra chaudhari again he gave another person's mobile no and so on. After that he do not reply for changing the panel even if i agree to pay panel amount but unfortunately i don't get any support and service from lloyd

      Today i went to t'nagar showroom (In chennai) to exchange previously purchased bangles from lalitha. They evaluated the jewelry and gave me a written estimate with a buy-back price. After i made selection of jewels i wanted to buy, the sales person was asked by her supervisor to reevaluate my jewels. They came back the second time reducing the buy back price without providing any convincing explanation. They claimed that the estimator made a mistake the first time. We pointed out this is unfair and unacceptable. Sales person or her supervisor did not even apologize. They kept insisting the second estimate was the correct one and demanded that we pay "just" rs. 7000 more if we wanted to complete the jewelry exchange. I had never seen such total dishonesty and customer don't-care attitude from any business and especially from a jeweler. Needless to say, i walked out of the showroom with the resolve of never to shop at lalitha. If the store wants to investigate this incident, name of the sales person is usha and the date is september 24, 2018.

      Hi I'm using Lloyd washing machine since 2.5 years.this is the 7th time I'm raising a complaint.at 33 min in synthetic washing getting message as "SF". respond immediately .if the issue not resolved by today

        I filed a complaint about my tv and on 7th sept 2018 the service person from llyod took my tv for repairing its screen which is under warranty but even after 25 days there is no update on my tv. Customer care is not providing any details, service center person is keep on saying tomorrow for last 12 days. The service of llyod is so frustrating that i am not getting any solution from anywhere. I am not even getting my tv back.

          Hi there,

          i am balraj rana, a valuable customer of lloyd. I have been using lloyd ac since 2017, 9th april.

          I bought the ac in 2017 in april month from new pankaj electronics, mayur vihar phase 1, delhi (with 3years warranty). Ac was working fine till the 2018. As per maintenance schedule, ac was serviced on time properly.After 1year warranty at the normal service on 21st april 2018, refrigerant gas was refilled on 26th may 2018. No leakage found in cooling coil & anywhere else. After that we are facing same problem in ac on 5th august 2018 we register complaint against leaking gas form cooling coil. Then your service technician came to my home and he did normal cleaning. But i think that leakage form some where because ac not work properly like before, but your lazy technician did not found any leakage & denied for replacement anything. He refilled the ac gas on paid basis & he take inr 550/- rupess from my wife beacause that time i am at my office.

          Then we have go to himachal pardesh for marriage function. Then we register complaint on 31st august 2018 against same issue in our ac. Then your service technician came to my home on 2nd september 2018 and he checked proper and told me your ac cooling coil is leakaging then he make a call to his senior sanjay,

          when i talk to sanajy, he told me we provide a senior technician in 2 days but still now nobody came to my home and when i was call to sanjay ([protected]) & pawan, he told me “sir we have checked our system your ac cooling coil should be change but now your ac is out of warranty and your 3years warranty not register in our records ” whereas we have 3years warranty form lloyd and we have done all services through lloyd app.

          We have 2 ac of lloyd company my first lloyd ac we have facing same problem but when i talked to dealer “pankaj electronic” and ashu gupta he resolve the problem that time.

          Kindly find the enclosed copy of invoice and resolve this problem as soon as possible

            Very regretfully and shamefully i am intimating you the following facts for favour of immediate action.

            I had purchased one llol32fbc8528 lloyd led tv on 14/09/17 from qrs showroom, chengannur, kerala. On 31/07/18, i reported before the manager, qrs, chengannur showroom it is not working. Soon a message received in my phone from somewhere & given 2 numbers. Among this, one is resigned technicians phone number. It is very very pity for your firm. Then contacted the qrs office, they send a technician to verify the tv and reported board is not good. After 2 days (05/08/2018), the service centre manager collected the tv and till date no response. On 10/08/2018, i again met the office manager of qrs and he did not do anything, so i wrote a letter to the manager chengannur showroom then also no response.
            Irresponsibility is the trademark of the chengannur qrs showroom. It is not good for your firm. Listen the irresponsibility of the qrs showroom. On 16/08/2018, a message from qrs office, kottayam & provide me a panasonic tv. I accept it. See it is the advertisement of panasonic tv, not your tv. It is the technique of the showroom that means they have more purchase from panasonic tv and not your tv. Whatever it may be i want justice. Now finished one month. No help from showroom or your company.
            Dear sir, if i record my grievences in my mobile phone and sent to the people through watsup and facebook, do you think what happen. Mouth publicity is the great publicity of a firm. Remember it.

              My 40 inch lloyd led which is under warranty is not working the problem is picture panel is of low quality and it is totally stol working now the copany is on daily basis giving me the assurace that it will be replaced today and tomorrow and today i spoke there area head mr kamal sethi he is saying that new product will be given to you but it will take a week. Kindly look into the matter as i am fed up with there assurace.

                I am trying to contact and trying to inform my problem which is facing through lloyd ac which i have purchased last year and hence now it is not functioning properly as per technician same required gas charge..

                As i have taken last service on march'18 from lloyd service provider and its 5 months happen now again same kind of problem occured in the ac so can u tell me if this kind of problem will consist in next 5 or 6 month then the ac cost will reach around 40 k or 50 k in next 2 year. So how can u make trust for the product or else u don't want to make trust for long time.. One of my friend using lg ac from last 5 year and still his ac working without any maintainance. If possible kindly take back this product and deduct depreciation value accordingly as i am not having trust on the product and not even satisfied with your employee answers,, i am waiting for proper revert on my mail as i am tracking same from last day.

                  I am Llyold customer and I bought fully automatic washing machine on 13th Nov 2017 and I also purchased extended warranty by paying around 2000 rs extra.

                  Now it's been only 9 months (as today is 21st August 2018)however I have called customer care and asked for Engineer for 4 times and everytime they came in and not fixed the issue properly

                  And today, I have called to Llyod customer care and asked for an Engineer Visit however they said that the engineer will come within a day or so and I told the same thing to my wife however as soon as I left office the Engineer came in without any prior information or giving me a call to my number.

                  I was going to my office and then I got a called from the Engineer he was asking the secret code which was suppose to be give only once the engineer fix the issue. I gave him code then and there as he told me that the issue is fixed

                  And then he left stating to my wife that the issue is not fix yet and there is some part of my Llyod fully automatic washing machine which needs to be replace

                  When I called to my wife she narrated me everything and also said that the Engineer wasn't looking at her with good sight and peeping inside the home probably trying to find out whether someone else is in home or not.

                  I then called up to Engineer (who came at your place) and he spoke to me very rudely and when I asked him that why did you ask the code to me despite of the fact that the issue was not fix then again he did not give any proper reply and kept on telling me that this is our fault and we should use it properly.

                  I was full of anger that time and I called to customer care and asked the area manager number and they gave me area manager number. I called him twice however he did not pick up

                  Now I am fumed with anger and I am going to put my reviews on social media especially on Facebook and play store to show that how Llyod deal with their customers.

                  If anyone gets in touch with me then I am ready to give every single proof regards to the bills as when I bought the product and recording of every call.

                    Drainage problem in lloyd ac 1.5 ton
                    Last month the company officials came and could not find the problem and told us that there is no problem. But they took rs. 300 as their fees. But the watwer droplets coming by the side also. So this time send experienced professionals or technicians so that they can detect the problem and take the corrective measures.

                      I purchased a lloyd led 32on 08.07.2015. Its image was vanished all of a sudden on 03.09.16. We took it to service centre and it was repaired on a payment of rs.500/- although it was in warranty period of three years. Again on 10.11.17 second time it stopped functioning and booster was changed on payment. Now this is the third time that theled is not responding at all. After having shown to service centre the technical staff mr. Dharmendra told that a sum of rs.4500/-will have to be paid for servicing with only one month warranty. It seems the quality of above product is not good and creating problems now and then. Kindly look into the matter at your earliest so as to solve the problem.

The service engineer visited on 29th July and said some sensor needs to be changed which he will do in a day or two. Till date there has been no response from the company. I am totally unhappy and harrased after buying a LLOYD product.

                        I am writing this to you with full of frustration. This is in regard of poor customer service from LLOYD. I am having a top load washing machine which was having some technical issue. I raised a complaint and a representative visited and checked it. At that time machine was not making spin. He told me that there is a problem in Lid so he will order new and change it. Next day he again came and I don't know what he did. The whole machine got break down .Now he is asking to change PCB card and demanding 3k.
                        Is this how LLOYD providing service to customer? I need your support on this.

                          I have purchased an lloyd ac on 24 april. After few days of installation it was working fine but suddenly we smell something worse while switching it on. Sargam electronic has sent n - number of technician to resolve the issue but they are worthless, they are not even proper trained, the way they reacted on the issue. They replied very senselessly.ac is working and technician said, it might be the wire of the steplizer is burnt, sargam and lloyd don't have any trained technicians they just send them from road to repair. You sent n - number of jokers to resolve the issue.
                          Ac timer also has some fault, when i set it for 4 hours, it switchs off in 3 hours and when i set for 3, it s/off in 2 hours, similarly when i set for 1 hour, it suddenly s/off. And when it suddenly s/off, it smells pathetic. If i write any email i don't get any response but i get a message of service every time.5 technician have visited to resolve the issue till now 09/08/2018. Now just do me a favour just send the guy who can uninstall the ac and take to your workshop/showroom and intiate the process to refund the amount. I am just fed up with your idiotic apologize and services.

                            Dear sir/madam

                            I'm am really sorry to write this letter. We came to india from england on 29th july 2018. My brother bought a 39inch lloyd tv on 20th july 2018 and installed it on? 21st july 2018 in my father and mother in laws house. On 31st my son turned on the tv and saw that it was cracked on the inside and that half the screen was black. We went to the place were the tv was brought from. The people said that since it is cracked, they can't do anything and they are not responsible for anything and said they will inform the company. They sent the technician and they gave the report to the shop. Now we are feeling like they are playing together. We paid 25 500 rupees and since they have the money they will not do anything.
                            So we said that we will contact the lloyd company but then they said that the company will only contact them and not us or anyone else and they will only do anything through them.
                            So i don't know what to do as i heard lloyd company is a very good company but we are disappointed and now me and my husband are a big question mark in front of my father and mother in law and when we came to india we thought the kids could watch9 some tv but they are unlucky. It's only been a few days and we haven't been in the house so how can the people say it is our fault. We came for holiday and now we are going back sad.
                            If the shop wanted 25 500 rupees as charity money then we are happy to give but not like this. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

                              My ac is almost 3 months under service. My demand is to replace the whole unit.

                              Previous job no: hil[protected], after waiting 2 months they replaced main board for swing motor not stopping complaint. After replacing main board, the very next day i found swing motor issue back again. I have reported this case through escalation and social media. But no response. I thought at least ac is working, this is my bad decision to buy a lloyd product.

                              From 31/07/2018 onwards ac unit is not cooling totally. Its powering on, but the compressor is not taking.

                              New job no: hil[protected] created on 31/07/2018

                              2 weeks before i paid 500 as labor cost for replacing mb under warranty.
                              In social media lloys blocked me.

I m purchase 1 August 2018, warranty details inside of bill, written by the dealer and confirm Lloyd sales head Bathinda. Company fake and false information in market. Company cheat me and all indian customer. Please issue warranty certificate.

                                Respcted sir we bough lloyd 32 inches full hd tv on 29/09/2016 in a world cup offer, the vendor promised it will cover 4 years full warranty, but recently my tv is not working, so i made online complaint, but they are saying only one year completed so no warranty applicable

                                  We had bought a lloyds led television (L40s) with the bill dated as_ july’2016.

                                  While buying the product we had got a guarantee of five years during which time all damages and repairs were to be borne by the company’s authorised service provider for no cost whatsoever.

                                  That recently, while within the guarantee period, the tv set developed certain lines on the screen without any external cause. The said lines were an outcome of certain internal fault which could not be known to a layman. Further, within a period of hours these lines had got broad and had covered half of the screen (From a single line it had become a broad thickened block covering almost half the screen.

                                  As being under warranty, i immediately contacted the authorised service centre of the company who promised to reach the site the same day i. E. Saturday (07/07/2018). I categorically submit that being under warranty/guarantee the service providers were under the obligation to respond and mend the tv set at the residence.

                                  The service providers even after committing to visit on 07.07.2018 turned turtle and did not respond to our complaint for complete two days wherein they were keeping us on hold that they shall visit shortly. But i submit that our patience was put to test and we waited in vain for the entire weekend, as we were constantly assured by the service centre person that he shall arrive shortly. I submit that after a while the service provider avoided our calls and left us hanging with no response whatsoever.

                                  I submit that i made an immediate complaint and also informed them the affect of the fault is increasing by the minute and due to utter negligence and delay on the part of the service providers of the company the fault in the screen constantly kept growing making the entire tv set a mere black screen with only audio being played on a black screen.

                                  To my utter shock i was asked to bring the television to south extension on our own expense, in case we want a prompt service, else we were asked to stay at home on monday, which ment another day break from us. The said request was unusual as this has never been experienced and to which i presented concerns that the same is not the duty of the customer but is also unfeasible due to the fragile nature of the product. However, the representative of the company assured that this is the fastest way to get the tv repaired.

                                  Alternatively, he suggested that if abstain from taking these efforts the repair shall take more time and the availability of the company’s engineer has to be met with and adjusted for which i shall have to seek a day off from work. I submit that i have a six day working and i had taken saturday off already owing to false assurances of the service provider and taking another day off would be detrimental to my work. Under such immense pressure and assurances given against all my concerns i decided to take the tv set to south ex. I will again submit that the said act was unprofessional and marks deficieny on your services.

                                  Out of sheer compulsion i booked an uber and brought the television to south ex. The expenses for the same were borne by me. Furthermore, on reaching the designated place the service provider turned turtle and denied any guarantee/warranty benefits showing the internal breakage on the screen which had developed while transferring the tv set. The denial of warranty/guarantee benefits was solely due to the crack in the screen as mentioned by the representative. However, it was put forth to them and is being mentioned again to you that the same had developed while transferring the product to the said address as the same can also be referred from the pictures that were shared with them from the very first moment. The service provider was completely aware of the obligations he was under and was aware of the fault from the start yet he failed to adhere to our request and grievance pointing his deficiency on us. This is clear case of blowing hot and cold and not delivering the undertaken service.

                                  I submit to you that the service centre representative on our initial telephonic conversation had mentioned that the complete panel has to be changed as there is an internal that they are not authorised to change. On their demand of showing the pictures we again shared all the relevant pictures of the television which have been attached herewith and shared with them at the first instance as well. To which they commented they can only take "photograph as a proof."

                                  On seeing all the evidence being in my favour and clearly pointing out to their misstatements and deficiency the service providers turned pale and realised that they have been caught red handed running away from their duty and their attempt on befooling us may not reach its end consequences. From the very start your company had been trying to defraud us and cheat us with its whimsical and unwarranted attitude. During the entire conversation the service providers were trying to transfer the blame of their fault on me one way or the other. However, the evidence at hand didn’t allow them to succeed in their ill motives.

                                  It is not only unprofessional but also a malafide attempt of robbing us of our hard earned money by your company.

                                  I am a law abiding citizen of the country who trust in the good conscious of the fellow citizens and i have been trying to solve the said matter amicably with your company. However, your company has not come clean and has since day one treating me with disrespect which has harmed my peace of mind. The entire episode has taken a toll on my health and work and has caused me harassment at the hands of your company

                                  The abovesaid act of making us bring the tv set to them was a preconceived plot of cheating and misrepresentation on your part. The abovesaid act is an act of deficient services and is punishable under law.


                                  I look forward for a positive response and an immediate action towards my complaint, else i shall be forced to take legal actions against your company for deficiency in services alongwith harassment and any other civil/criminal liability which you shall be liable for.

                                    I have complaint regarding my LED but still after waiting from 15 days to attend my complaint

                                    I have some display and sound problem in my lloyd LED TV model L32S S R No 231674.
                                    Service attendant comes to attend complaint on 17th July 2018 and take a copy of bill and went saying required part will come in 1 or 2 days from that time he started to make me fool ``part aaj aa jayega kal aa jayega.``
                                    on 29th I talked to service head Mr Naresh Mob [protected], he misbehaved with me and said `` padhe likhe ho ya ganwar ho`` After locking a complaint 15 days ago still waiting for a resolution.
                                    I want my LED to be repaired and also cancellation of authorized service centre and termination of service head mr naresh ji.

                                        I purchased 4 split Acs from your dealer Uniflame Equipment, MRD Road, Bamunimaidam, Guahati, Assam on the 13 th June 2017 for my new flat . During installation process one of the outer units was found faulty and was replaced . However, I had to lodge complain for not cooling for another unit to the customer care vide service request Id HIL[protected], Dated 7 th July 2018. It may also be noted that the phone no [protected], for local contact is not functional. Amidst all this I finally contacted the dealer and he put me through to marketing and then to Service enginee retc. . Finally, Sri Pankaj Das from ZONE REFRIGERATION, Lachit Nagar Main Road was in touch with me.I am told that the Inside unit had a leak and the same is fixed now for a cost of 5000.00 inclusive of testing, carriage gas, deinstallation and reinstallation etc. I realized that it was a mistake to opt for the LLOYD much too late.
