Dear Team,

Its complain regarding Split AC installed in July 2018 not completed a year, Changed Compressor 2 times still its not working properly.

Your dealer with whom we purchased AC not responding even misbehaved with us many times i.e. OMEGA ELECTRONICS--Please take strong action against him

I have registered complaint on your customer care as request number is[protected] on 30th may, one technician has visited with name of "ASHOK" just visited for formality and even rude as well and when i again complaint then he misbehaved with me on call.

He told me he had registered the complaint for replacing compressor but its being 6 days but still not installed and again he is saying for 3-4 days with excuses of EID that is Tomorrow. i would like to know what is your time time to complete and service request.

We are not expecting this kind of services from LLOYD and reputed brand "HAVELLS"

Compressor is the main part of AC and i would like to request for replace my AC as its not working since purchasing.

Please take action as soon as possible against local dealer and your technician.

    I want you to know that I'm really upset by Lloyd's service. Initially, I have heard so much about Lloyd's AC's so I bought one. But after buying it, I got really upset. Since the day I bought this AC it is breaking down every single year because of some random reasons like gas leakage and other reasons like some kind of errors in its functions. This is not at all acceptable from a reputed company like yours. If I have had bought some local company's AC that also would not have troubled me this much as this AC has done. This problem is persistent every time. This time also I've filed a complaint regarding the functioning of AC about a month back and I have not got any solution as of now. Some service persons came around 20-25 days back for checking it and took something from the AC for repairing. And now after 25 days I got to know that it can't be repaired and I have to replace the AC. It took them 20-25 days to make them realise that it won't be repaired. Like seriously!!
    I want to request you that kindly check my track record of complaints that I've been lodging in every single year since 2015. This makes me very unsatisfied as a customer because I'm not supposed to pay every summer to get it started. I want you to kindly resolve this issue and make my AC work ASAP as already half of the summer is over and I've already paid so much of money on its servicing since 2015. Please get it repaired or replaced whatever is possible because I don't think that I will be able to spend some more money on it. Otherwise I won't have any other option than to knock the doors of consumer forum.

      I have purchased lloyd inverter split ac 1.5 ton 3 star model nols18137fi on 18th march 2019 on 24th may 2019 it stopped working i have raised complaint on 24th may 2019 and on 25th may service people came and said that outdoor pcb problem we have to order the part today is 2nd june still no one came to me and replaced the part, how many days it will take to manufacture a part when you dont have the part u should replace the ac.in this hot summer with 47 degrees temperature how can we live. I have called several times to customer care number they have kept me line for 20 minutes and said that they boss will talk he was connected after waiting 30mnts and listened to me and said to wait and disconnected the call. Whom said i complain if you dont respond tommorow i will give complaint to consumer forum. I dont want this ac and i dont want to wait i need new ac by tommorow that is 4th june. My work order number is[protected].

      No one hsa called me and resolved issue.
      I have lodged the complain on 30 August 2021, and their vendor Laksh Electronics and Services attended the complain.

      Finding : AC Motor not Working.

      Charges Rs 3000/-

      Adva: Rs 500 Taken

      Delivery committed within 3-4 days, and almost 10 days have passed and no status.

      VENDOR NEVER PICK UP THE CALL, WHENEVER I CALLED LLOYD CUSTOMER CARE, THEY SAID, YOUR AC REPAIR IS PENDING FOR THE WANTS OF SPARES. WHEN INSISTED THEY EVEN NOT READY TO SHARE ANY EMAIL ID OF SENIOR PERSON ALSO NOT TRANSFERRED THE CALL TO SENIOR PERSONNEL.

      VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, WILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF LLOYD OR HAVELLS WHICH IS PARENT COMPANY.

      HORRIBLE STATE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF SERVICE PARTNER AND ALSO OF COMPANY.

        Dear sir/mam,

        I purchased lloyd inverter split ac 1.5 ton 3 star model no. Ls19b32pa. I purchased the ac from krishna shop muzaffarpur. My invoice no is 209. But from the starting day ac was not working. I called the service centre and tell them problem. Next day lloyd area eclectrician came and check that ac. He said that outdoor pcb is not working. After he fix it within 10 days but that not worked and then he said compressor is also not working. I dont understand what is the problem. So please i want to change the ac. Its not working at all.

          Registered a complaint about 15 days ago regarding the air conditioner. It stopped working and shows f2 on the screen, on registering a complaint with online. They said technician will be coming within 24 to 48 hrs from the time of registering the complaint. The first technician cancelled appointment and i dont know why, so i registered another complaint. Then a technician came after 48 hours and said that the fan motor failed. So they need to order the fan motor and it takes time. They took about 9 days and still there is no update from their side. I called to the customer service again and they kept saying to wait for more 48 hours. Then i told them how many 48 hours i have waited and then i asked for a higher official contact then they gave a number who is unresponsive and i asked another official number, on talking to him he put a conference call to the first person, then he said the mechanic is on the way. The area we live in has an average temperature of 43 degree centigrade in summer, its been 15 days and i seek some attention towards this issue, i guess llyod has very poor services based on this issue.
          There a mean and peak time for a service, i hope the both are exceeded in this case. I need an answer, compensation, complimentary service any other beacuse you have made this issue bigger and bigger.

            Sir,

            My cousin has purchased lloyd invert-er air conditioner (3 star - 1.5 ton) vide model no. L. S. 191311, tax invoice no.[protected], payment reference no.[protected] dated 10.03.2019 for rs. 40, 990/-. From the date of purchase the air conditioner was not properly working.in this regard my cousin informed to the service centre at eluru, east godavari district, andhra pradesh. 1st time the a/c mechanic visited and reported that there is a voltage problem. But, the problem was not rectified. After complaint to through online the mechanic visited 2nd time and verify the a/c detected that there is a board problem, and the board was replaced even after the 3rd complaint was launched. Even after there is no improvement was made. The complaint was made 4th time the mechanic once again visited and stated that there is a blower problem in the machine. The blower was replaced after the complaint was made by my cousin 5th time. The complaint was made to the dealer and the service centre the mechanic visited 6th time stated that there is a motor problem in the air conditioner. Even after several complaints by phone to the service centre by toll free no. And to the dealer there is no action has been taken and the problem was not yet rectified from 03/2019 from the date of purchase of air conditioner since it is under the warranty period.

            Hence, it is once again requested to kindly look into the matter and take or give necessary order to the dealer and rectify the above problem at an earliest possible because the summer season is yet to be end or replace the new air conditioner in the place of old one. If there is no action has been taken in this regard my cousin may proceed to the consumer forum.

              On remote control, there is a shortcut button.
              The short cut button has been pressed by mistake. So, remote display is not showing and also the a. C operation can not possible due to that.
              So i request you to solve this complaint.
              When i have contacted to customer care, the team replied that i have to pay rs.500/- to resolve the complaint.
              But i request you to solve my complaint without taking any additional charges from me.

                I would like to inform you that i have purchased a new smart tv lloyd 43inch from last year on dated 09/08/2018, my tv was suffering from some problem, so i will registered the complaint on dated 05/05/2019 request number[protected] under warranty, after so many days your one executive was come in my home and he said your tv motherboard is damage and i will change this item after 2 & 3 days, but after 10 days he will not come and not pick up the phone so i m very annoyed and dissatisfied for your services.

                I brought ac on last year aprial now it is not cooling it is running whole night but not cooling so please make it good.i have warrenty for it.it is not cooling .so please come and repair it fast as early as possible...

                  I purchased ac gls1813ab - ac 1.5 ton,, purchased on 19april 2019 no one come to install the ac the 24 april contact with care my request number[protected]. 25 april the engineer was come he drunk and only hang the ac and demand us for the stabilizer we told him it's a inverter ac so no stabilizer we take for this so told firstly u gave me stabilizer then it install we said ok and we said ok he said tomorrow i come back for install this u gave me 1750 charge for the ac i said him the installation free is 1500 so why we give u 1750 hi said that 250 is additional charge then i said i call your head he said ok fine u gave me 1500 then he was gone... Next day he had not come then i contact with dealer he send other engineer hi said your ac gas is leaked no gas in your ac the last one engineer lose the screw that's why our gas is leaked i[censored] want to start your ac firstly u would pay for the gas then it start other wise we go back
                  So tell me what is my fault... Now a time ac is not install
                  Tell me how is the responsible for this
                  No engineer is come and ac is only hang on the wall from the 25 april...ac is no one else pls change my ac otherwise i will take strict action against the company

                  On 11.05.2019 i had purchased LLOYD 3star 1.5 ton Grande Inverter AC. Technicians are not installed it Properly. when i am trying to contact customer care to complaint about it, they are asking extra charge to resolve it. what a bull [censored]. This i not a proper to way dealing with the customer. My rating to LLOYD Technicians and Customer care 00000.
                  The sales persons in the mancherial showroom are not responding in a correct manner they are taking a long time than normal or a bit late time its so problamatic for customers in mancherial
                  I registered my complain against my Lloyd split ac cooling related problems at 16th may till today I dint get any reply from lloyd my request number is[protected] kindly resolve my issue asap...

                    My complaint #[protected] for 1.5 ton split ac which is opened for last 11 days. I have extended warantee for 3 years still i am facing the breakdown issue. Lloyd and its vendor Sai ultimate cooling solution has been absolutely careless about consumers. No one is bothering to fix the problem. Their vendor Sai ultimate solution [protected] gives evasive answer, they have stolen my cooling coil and now telling me to either take the old cooling coil or wait for 1 month for new coil to come from Lloyd. Lloyd has been equally irresponsible by taking 2 weeks to send the replacement, and replacement was also extremely damaged condition. The moment the new coil was installed, the gas started leaking with huge noise.

                      I have a lloyd 8.2kg washing machine on 28/4/2019 it suddenly produces noise and its spinner got burst, since then we are calling lloyd customer care service they are not responding they are fooling us by saying that your part is not available and one day we receive a call from them they say that your part is available and from that day no one is comming and listening us.
                      My washing machine is under warranty period.

                        This is to inform you that i had raised a service request no[protected] to fix some problems with my lloyd washing machine which is under warranty period.

                        The so called technician showed up, did some hands on and completely destroyed the machine. He didn't even bother to check if the repair is working or not.

                        His number is [protected]. When we called him afterwards he said "do whatever you want to do. I will not come to see your machine again."

                        This just shows how disgusting this company and it's technicians are. I am going to report this in the consumer affairs forum.

Purchased from perambra, kozhiokode, kerala, india, shop kottaram home needs perambra invoice no.2826 dtd 22/04/2019. Duely informed the shop and registered complaint on lloyd.                             I have 3star inverter ac, i have complained on 8/04/19. Machine came and said flap motor is not working i said change motor but he said motor is not available now i will come after one week with motor. I paid service charge. After one week i called that machine. He said still not came that parts. After one month still parts is not available.
                            Service is very poor, no proper response.

                              I purchased split AC 1.7 from GN Electronic on Mar 17. After installation both the inner/outer unit was found noicy. Mr Bhupinder & Mr Ranjit techincian of llyod company visited and gave assurance the sound will be smooth after running for few days.
                              Till date the sound has increased and a bad smell is also coming while starting the AC.
                              The complaint has been made to customer care and also contacted Senior techincian many time most of the they are not picking phone and if by mistake they pick the phone they will give only false assurance.
                              I felt that I have made wrong choice by purchasing Lloyd product.
                              Please look into the matter otherwise the will be referred consumer court. I am fed up the service engineers.

                                  1) the buttons got broken from the which water comes out
                                  2) even after putting the water bottle down, the water is not coming, there must b some problem with the rod which goes into the water, the rod which goes inside the water
                                  3) dispenser lights are not working which indicates the display for cold and hot
                                  4) water cooling speed got slow down, its taking like for an half hour

                                    Hi,
                                    I have called to llyod customer care service yesterday to send a technician for my ac's 2nd servicing and with low cooling complaint for that they have raised a request.in the same call i was asked about the servicing amount or cost for the issue for that they said this is will be your free service no need to pay anything. Based on that request ac technician guy called me and came to my home for servicing and asked me to pay 550rs. I informed him about the call which i had with customer care guy. But still he denied that and demanded for money and cleaned 2 pads which are in my ac (I used to do that every week which is nothing new and rocket science) and said servicing done. No gas check, still low cooling. He simply demanded for 550/- and left without doing any service which is highly appreciate and did not expected from the company like llyod-havell's. Service guy is number is : [protected]. Please check and resolve my issue and give my amount return.

                                      This is to bring in to your notice that the cooling control technical team or installation team is totally unprofessional, they are not attending the call on time neither they are resolving the ac problem.
                                      Following points needs to be address immediately -
                                      1. Complain number[protected] registered on 5th april, 19 till today not one attended.
                                      2. Complain number[protected] registered on 28th march, 19 till today not attended.
                                      3. We have purchased new lloyd ac 12 numbers on last week, till today i am waiting for installation team.
                                      LLOYD customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        My registred mo:-[protected] and i have complian my spilt ac is under warrenty (Second service)
                                        My complain history
                                        First service request no:[protected] date:-11/04/2019 by call
                                        Second service request no:[protected] date:-16/04/2019 by call
                                        Third service request no:[protected] date:-18/04/2019 by call
                                        Forth service request no:[protected] date:-18/04/2019 by app

                                        So i have many time complian for split ac service but no servicer provide by service center and no other reason by provide me and all service requset is canceled by one side service center and no notice provide me...
                                        So registerd my complain aginst service center and my split ac service is provided fast and last 20days warrenty extend by my product so wested my time. So help me

                                        The customer care number is not getting picked up, need to call to get service done for my Air Conditioner. Please reply ASAP.
