We had bought a lloyds led television (L40s) with the bill dated as_ july’2016.

While buying the product we had got a guarantee of five years during which time all damages and repairs were to be borne by the company’s authorised service provider for no cost whatsoever.

That recently, while within the guarantee period, the tv set developed certain lines on the screen without any external cause. The said lines were an outcome of certain internal fault which could not be known to a layman. Further, within a period of hours these lines had got broad and had covered half of the screen (From a single line it had become a broad thickened block covering almost half the screen.

As being under warranty, i immediately contacted the authorised service centre of the company who promised to reach the site the same day i. E. Saturday (07/07/2018). I categorically submit that being under warranty/guarantee the service providers were under the obligation to respond and mend the tv set at the residence.

The service providers even after committing to visit on 07.07.2018 turned turtle and did not respond to our complaint for complete two days wherein they were keeping us on hold that they shall visit shortly. But i submit that our patience was put to test and we waited in vain for the entire weekend, as we were constantly assured by the service centre person that he shall arrive shortly. I submit that after a while the service provider avoided our calls and left us hanging with no response whatsoever.

I submit that i made an immediate complaint and also informed them the affect of the fault is increasing by the minute and due to utter negligence and delay on the part of the service providers of the company the fault in the screen constantly kept growing making the entire tv set a mere black screen with only audio being played on a black screen.

To my utter shock i was asked to bring the television to south extension on our own expense, in case we want a prompt service, else we were asked to stay at home on monday, which ment another day break from us. The said request was unusual as this has never been experienced and to which i presented concerns that the same is not the duty of the customer but is also unfeasible due to the fragile nature of the product. However, the representative of the company assured that this is the fastest way to get the tv repaired.

Alternatively, he suggested that if abstain from taking these efforts the repair shall take more time and the availability of the company’s engineer has to be met with and adjusted for which i shall have to seek a day off from work. I submit that i have a six day working and i had taken saturday off already owing to false assurances of the service provider and taking another day off would be detrimental to my work. Under such immense pressure and assurances given against all my concerns i decided to take the tv set to south ex. I will again submit that the said act was unprofessional and marks deficieny on your services.

Out of sheer compulsion i booked an uber and brought the television to south ex. The expenses for the same were borne by me. Furthermore, on reaching the designated place the service provider turned turtle and denied any guarantee/warranty benefits showing the internal breakage on the screen which had developed while transferring the tv set. The denial of warranty/guarantee benefits was solely due to the crack in the screen as mentioned by the representative. However, it was put forth to them and is being mentioned again to you that the same had developed while transferring the product to the said address as the same can also be referred from the pictures that were shared with them from the very first moment. The service provider was completely aware of the obligations he was under and was aware of the fault from the start yet he failed to adhere to our request and grievance pointing his deficiency on us. This is clear case of blowing hot and cold and not delivering the undertaken service.

I submit to you that the service centre representative on our initial telephonic conversation had mentioned that the complete panel has to be changed as there is an internal that they are not authorised to change. On their demand of showing the pictures we again shared all the relevant pictures of the television which have been attached herewith and shared with them at the first instance as well. To which they commented they can only take "photograph as a proof."

On seeing all the evidence being in my favour and clearly pointing out to their misstatements and deficiency the service providers turned pale and realised that they have been caught red handed running away from their duty and their attempt on befooling us may not reach its end consequences. From the very start your company had been trying to defraud us and cheat us with its whimsical and unwarranted attitude. During the entire conversation the service providers were trying to transfer the blame of their fault on me one way or the other. However, the evidence at hand didn’t allow them to succeed in their ill motives.

It is not only unprofessional but also a malafide attempt of robbing us of our hard earned money by your company.

I am a law abiding citizen of the country who trust in the good conscious of the fellow citizens and i have been trying to solve the said matter amicably with your company. However, your company has not come clean and has since day one treating me with disrespect which has harmed my peace of mind. The entire episode has taken a toll on my health and work and has caused me harassment at the hands of your company

The abovesaid act of making us bring the tv set to them was a preconceived plot of cheating and misrepresentation on your part. The abovesaid act is an act of deficient services and is punishable under law.


I look forward for a positive response and an immediate action towards my complaint, else i shall be forced to take legal actions against your company for deficiency in services alongwith harassment and any other civil/criminal liability which you shall be liable for.

    I have complaint regarding my LED but still after waiting from 15 days to attend my complaint

    I only get this Service Request ID HIL[protected] from toll free no [protected] on 14th July 2018 .
    I have some display and sound problem in my lloyd LED TV model L32S S R No 231674.
    Service attendant comes to attend complaint on 17th July 2018 and take a copy of bill and went saying required part will come in 1 or 2 days from that time he started to make me fool ``part aaj aa jayega kal aa jayega.``
    on 29th I talked to service head Mr Naresh Mob [protected], he misbehaved with me and said `` padhe likhe ho ya ganwar ho`` After locking a complaint 15 days ago still waiting for a resolution.
    I want my LED to be repaired and also cancellation of authorized service centre and termination of service head mr naresh ji.

      I have purchased lloyd 32" LED at 8th august 2015 and suddentlu it is stop working. Voice is ok display is not working. We are able to hear the voice but unable to see pictures.         I purchased 4 split Acs from your dealer Uniflame Equipment, MRD Road, Bamunimaidam, Guahati, Assam on the 13 th June 2017 for my new flat . During installation process one of the outer units was found faulty and was replaced . However, I had to lodge complain for not cooling for another unit to the customer care vide service request Id HIL[protected], Dated 7 th July 2018. It may also be noted that the phone no [protected], for local contact is not functional. Amidst all this I finally contacted the dealer and he put me through to marketing and then to Service enginee retc. . Finally, Sri Pankaj Das from ZONE REFRIGERATION, Lachit Nagar Main Road was in touch with me.I am told that the Inside unit had a leak and the same is fixed now for a cost of 5000.00 inclusive of testing, carriage gas, deinstallation and reinstallation etc. I realized that it was a mistake to opt for the LLOYD much too late.

          Lloyd service is utterly appalling . Unbelievable !! Several complaints reach absolutely nowhere ! An a.c. machine within warranty time keeps breaking down and no service is provided . Our 2 complaints are ID: 2001881 from 28.6. and also ID: 1993717 from 20.6. There is no integrity whatsoever with this company, no sense of efficiency or wish to deliver quality . Not recommendable at all !
          Is there still a chance that someone will contact us from Lloyd and replace the machine they finally took ?

            Defective product
            Dear sir,

            I purchased Lloyd’s led however it has started giving me problem from 21/05/2016 . The led tv purchased on 06/06/2014 which was installed on the 07th and from then it has started giving problem from 10/05/2016. Coming only sound and without display any type of picture.

            I have complained twice. First time the engineer came told to check the voltage of the house and left. When checked the voltage it was found to be proper and said backlight problem then i said ok change this. Second time 29/09/2016 same problem come then the engineer said the voltage is proper but let the again backlight problem . and he said panel problem and this time i will change ur backlight and next coming same problem then i will change ur led panel. then third time again same problem 16/06/2018.

            tab maine aaj lloyd service centre par mr gaurav se baat ki jinka no, [protected] hai itne dino se ye keh rahe the ki backlight problem hai vo aa rahi hai par aaj keh rahe hai ki panel ki dikkat hai vo change hoga. ye problem itne din se thi toh ye pehle batana chahiye tha .
            aur dusri baat isse pehle bhi meri led mein problem hui thi us samay ye warranty mein thi fir bhi aine har baar backlight change karwai us samay service centre ne kaha tha ki agli baar ye problem agar aati hai toh company led replace karke degi. par aaj jab vo warranty ke bahar hai hai tab mujhe kenh rahe hai ki aapko panel change karwana hoga aap bataiye 45000 ka panel change karwane se acha hai ki mai led replace kar du so agar aap ye problem resolve kar sakte hai to replay me otherwise mai consumer forum jakar apni complaint file karu.
            so plz jald se jald is problem ko resolve kare. and i m waiting for ur reply

              I have purchased Lyods A/c .but its not getting cool since its not being serviced,
              When I complained in regards to the service, I was not been given proper service & your service partners demand huge money for servicing.let me know the exact cost & kindly send me your service engineers to inspect since I have a problem of cooling since the day I purchased the a/c.kindly do the needful....

              This is in reference to the subject cited above for which we have lodged a service Complaint vide reference # HIL[protected] about the Non Functioning of BEEP while operating the Remote. The complaint was lodged on the 09 June 2018 and a technician has visited us which in turn took some parts from the Indoor Unit to be services/repaired/replaced. On the 10 June 2018 the unit was re installed as stated and when in the night we started the Unit we found less cooling along with the issue of not been able to put the unit off through the AC remote. We again called the customer care today and they referred us to talk to Mr. Devraj their service head about the problem and when he approached over the phone# [protected] in the morning itself assured early remedy. Again complaint was lodged, several email reminders failed to get any response, even when called and spoke to seniors they also shelter the service team by saying the damage is natural and nothing to do with us. They informed today that the Coil is broken/defective and the Gas is leaked for which we need to pay. When asked it is not our fault the service team attended the unit properly which has led to the damage of the coil and gas, but not heard. This email is a record that nothing has happened so far and we feel the unit has not been handled properly with the result the problem has ignited rather than resolved.

                  I have purchased your product i. E. Split inverter ac ls18i36fi 1.5 ton on 02.06.2018 from brand bucket (R) sco-1117 sector 22-b chandigarh. The same was installed on 04.06.2018 by the concerned of lloyds circle installers. I am residing at the top floor of the building as i shifted recently after installation of the said ac. The same is not functioning well as having no cooling effect in the room. I contacted the person who installed the ac and he recommended that i should make a tollfree call on the number affixed behind the remote. After making call, complaint was registered and a concerned of the company told that there is some leakage of gas and that will be repaired by the same concerned who installed it. So i contacted him and he told me that he has repaired the same and now you will have more cooling in the room. Sir i am sorry to say that it is still not working properly. So your goodself is requested to replace the same with a new one as i don't want any repair etc. From your end.

                    We are writing from quiet healing center, auroville, tamil nadu and
                    Complain about a very poor and very dissatisfying service we had to
                    Endure from lloyd.
                    Last year we purchased 2 inverter type lloyd air conditioners from a
                    Dealer in puducherry.
                    One of those machines has given us problems from very early on. Since
                    More than 2 months now it is completely dysfunctional. We had a
                    Service man try repeatedly to replace burned parts but something very
                    Obviously is wrong with some integrated part of the machine.
                    The service man who came yesterday confirmed that the problem does not
                    Lie with our own infra structure or with any mistake from our side but
                    Is an inherent fault of the machine itself.

                    Lloyd should replace this machine with a brand new one! For 2 months
                    Now your company fails to repair and keeps delaying action.

                    We appreciate a quick response to this message, we did not receive a reply to our mail to [protected]@lloydmail.com.

                      Service request hil[protected]

                      Purchased lloyd portable ac june 2016 and within 2months it started giving problems and no service executive knows a thing about portable ac so half of the season gets wasted to get it corrected

                      Lately portable ac isnt working since 2 weeks
                      After so many complaints service executive took ac for repair
                      Was charged 2500rs and still ac is freezing
                      Now issue of ac leaking water in 1 hour of working cropped up
                      Now give my 2500rs back
                      And replace this terrible product

                      Terrible service by lloyd
                      Consumer court seems only solution

It was put in use in may 2018 and it is observed that it's cooling is not perfect. It would be appreciated if an expert service engineer is deputed to the following address to rectify the fault.                         My AC is not doing cooling and in turn consuming lot of electricity.I complained at call centre on 01/06/2018 one technician came but Did nothing again I registered complain on 06/06/2018 on customer service care but no response till date my electricity bill is inflating due to improper function of AC

                          new ac making loud noise

                          #mylloydindia, a new window ac brought on 7 th june which was installed on the 8th and from then it has started giving problem. A huge sound of explosion followed by compressor switching off and ac not cooling.

                          I purchased lloyd inverter 1.5 ton ac model no. Ls18i31af on 13th may 2018 installed on 16th may 2018 from sri venkata ramana agencies sullurupeta nellore dist andhra pradesh. Since then the cooling effect of the unit is not satisfactory, as it is not giving sufficient cooling effect even in the small room of dimension 6 x 10 inches. A complaint is given to the customer service. Two persons attended, at cooling effect is not improved. It is very painful to submit that the product is selected through net after observing the features of the set, but we are very much disappointed with the performance. Hence we are request do needful early either by improving the performance or replace the unit.

                            I registered complaints to lloyd regarding ac cooling on dated[protected]. Complaint no. Hil[protected] technician named mr rajesh checked on[protected] but cannot solve the cooling problem but he closed my complaint without enter the service code provided by lloyd. I again registered complaint on[protected] complaint no. Hil[protected] and the technician mr vinod sharma came to check on[protected] after five days of registration of complaint. Both the technician failed to solve the problem of cooling which is not reducing from 32 degree celsius.in this way, lloyd is harassing to me. Please take action against it and provide me justice

                              I purchase a washing machine from your outhorised M/s Radha Enterprises, Alwar.
                              voucher No-4012 Dated-1/11/2015. (attached)
                              At the time of purchase he told me that warranty of washing machine is 6 years. not only motor but full washing machine. He also mention this on the bill it may be seen attached bill.
                              Now I do complaint for washing machine that my washing machine give current when we wash the cloth and its drainage system is not work. my complaint No is HIL[protected].

                                  Sir, we purchased lloyd ac in may2017 and from its start up there was sound coming from it. Sound gradually increasing even after water servicing... Complained to sai sneha showroom, but received reckless answer from raj kumar who owns it.. Pls help to eliminate the sound as we can't afford to buy another new one as we hoped lloyd would work good for us... Request the concerned to help us and keep up the goodwill of lloyd..                                     Dear sir/madam

                                    I have bought a automatic top loaded 7 kg washing machine which was under maintenance of loyad service engineer from last 20 days due to heavy voice during running time and dryer was not working. 2-3 times engineer has come and replace some part but but machine is not repair till now. I have spoken to engineer that if it is not repairable kindly exchange it. So i request you kindly do the needful asap because we are manually washing our cloths and facing ploblums.

                                    Either repair or exchange it as recommended soon.

                                    AC is not cooling only hot air is coming out.not working properly. Please do send someone to repair it since this AC is on hospital pls do come early as possible.
