I have semi automatic Lloyd Washing Machine at Lucknow-226029. It's under warranty. Its dryer is not working. I lodged a complaint on 13th June 2019 vide service request no[protected]. However, its is not being attended for last 7 days whereas company policy is it will be attended in 48 hrs. I regularly chased with call centre but no result. Service centre nos provided are either not reachable or switched off. Today I have sent a whatsApp and SMS message to Zonal Manager Mr P Mishra. However, no use. R P Vaid Mob No 91-[protected]

    Dear Sir,

    I am not happy with Lloyd services LED TV and I suggest. Nobody purchases the Lloyd Led. because these are Remote control not available in the market. If you want a new remote from the company. It is so expensive around [protected]@. I shocked its normal remote rather than other brands such as LG, Samsung, Sony its easily available in the market around 150/- I would like to inform you that I am your old customer. I am using your 32’’ led semi-smart led ( Model L32S).
    Kindly look into this matter for a better price because Costumer is getting bothered.

    The technician called today morning that he shall visit to install the split A/C, waited for whole day but no one attended. I had to take leave from office, who shall be responsible for this. Please give me one time when will the technician visit else please take away your AC which was delivered on 11th June in Mahindra Aura, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon

      I am purchased a split air conditioner on 28 April 2019 that my AC having a water leakage problem and my wall getting wet. So, please send a mechanic to see the Fault. I also try to call in Lloyd company costumer care no. But the call is not going. Details of AC.:- model no. LS 18I36FI INV SL/No. NAHHG01B66565. So, please your mechanic to check out the fault of the water leakage.

        Complaint ID is[protected] filed on 10th June.Technician responded after 48 hrs and informed that part of the AC is damaged and will get back once the part is available without giving any tentative time when the AC will be repaired. Both ASH, 1st Escalation, Gaurav Singh Chauhan and RSH, 2nd Escalation, Pradeep Mishra of Lucknow region have not responded to my call and the Customer Care Executive kept me on hold and doesn't responded.

                I bought this model ac two days ago. But there is no cooling in my shop. My shop size is 10*10=100sq ft. Company visit at my shop two times they are not listening to me. They said ac is ok but i am not satisfied. My last is air conditioner is far better which is from ONIDA. My requirement of ac is 1 ton but I bought 1.5 ton for better results but i am really harassed by company

                  It is highly disappointing that inspite of brand name of Lloyd, the kind of product and services provided to customer is worst.

                  Faulty Product : 1 X Lloyd 1.5 Ton Inverter 5 Star LS18I53ID Split AC (White)

                  Purchased in end Mar 2019, stopped working just after few days. It is showing 'E1' error. On 16 May 2019 reported complain which has not been addressed till date (11 Jun 2019). The complain was handed over to Universal Service Center.

                  No one is ready to give Senior person number to address the issue.

                  It's highly dis-satisfactory that after spending high amount of money on product neither I got good product nor service.

                  I request an immediate action from Llyod's side for rectification / replacement of the product

                        Sir i purchased Lloyd inverter ac with name Mr. Tilak raj with registered mobile no [protected] on dated 24/04/2018, whose warranty is 1+9 and my ac compressor has an problem i contacted to your customer care for raising complaint but they are charging 500 rs from me as an technician visit, why i pay when my ac compressor has 9 years warranty pending. your services are not satisfactory. please resolve my issue asap and contact me with an better resolution asap.

                          Split ac purchased in the yr 2017, in the year 2018 I spend rs 2300/- twds gas filling and now in yr 2019 again same complaint of no cooling and u r agent said apprr. 4000/- I have to spend.
                          Pl justify my problem if every year I need to fill gas and spend money is Complusary or what.
                          I want pl replace my ac or repair it properly without further addition to cost

Your service man came and fill the gas, next day only all the gas leaked, and from that date I'm getting no response from customer care number . They're just saying we'll come but nobody reaches us. So I want a strict action for my complain ASAP.

                            I'm not sure issue is with LLoyd or the individual dealers in between. We have raised a complaint in March 25th 2019 that our AC isn't working. We contacted Surya a dealer in Hyderabad and then Chantibabu another escalation manager both doesn't seem like a real a managers and sounds like an illiterates with fake managerial attitude. At least three technicians visited and checked and found that cooling coil is faulty should be replaced. Finally after 14 days they the so called new coil that looked damaged and was incompatible with my AC was brought and another technician trying to fix it was incompatible(i think they have sold that coil outside for money please check it from your side whether there is an entry for this coil in Product sheets).They did some third class welding on the coil and put some gas and threw it on our face. Now it rean good for a month, Now warranty is expired, Those third class managers are happy. Now my AC wont cool the room even like some cheap Air cooler even at 16 degree Celsius.

                            I just want to know has llYod maintaining the quality like or middle footpath dealers are doing like this. Anyways I have few other friends who has these kind of problems, we are approaching Consumer court. Hope I will get refund or atleast Llyod will be sued.

                              Dear Team,

                              Its complain regarding Split AC installed in July 2018 not completed a year, Changed Compressor 2 times still its not working properly.

                              Your dealer with whom we purchased AC not responding even misbehaved with us many times i.e. OMEGA ELECTRONICS--Please take strong action against him

                              I have registered complaint on your customer care as request number is[protected] on 30th may, one technician has visited with name of "ASHOK" just visited for formality and even rude as well and when i again complaint then he misbehaved with me on call.

                              He told me he had registered the complaint for replacing compressor but its being 6 days but still not installed and again he is saying for 3-4 days with excuses of EID that is Tomorrow. i would like to know what is your time time to complete and service request.

                              We are not expecting this kind of services from LLOYD and reputed brand "HAVELLS"

                              Compressor is the main part of AC and i would like to request for replace my AC as its not working since purchasing.

                              Please take action as soon as possible against local dealer and your technician.

                                I want you to know that I'm really upset by Lloyd's service. Initially, I have heard so much about Lloyd's AC's so I bought one. But after buying it, I got really upset. Since the day I bought this AC it is breaking down every single year because of some random reasons like gas leakage and other reasons like some kind of errors in its functions. This is not at all acceptable from a reputed company like yours. If I have had bought some local company's AC that also would not have troubled me this much as this AC has done. This problem is persistent every time. This time also I've filed a complaint regarding the functioning of AC about a month back and I have not got any solution as of now. Some service persons came around 20-25 days back for checking it and took something from the AC for repairing. And now after 25 days I got to know that it can't be repaired and I have to replace the AC. It took them 20-25 days to make them realise that it won't be repaired. Like seriously!!
                                I want to request you that kindly check my track record of complaints that I've been lodging in every single year since 2015. This makes me very unsatisfied as a customer because I'm not supposed to pay every summer to get it started. I want you to kindly resolve this issue and make my AC work ASAP as already half of the summer is over and I've already paid so much of money on its servicing since 2015. Please get it repaired or replaced whatever is possible because I don't think that I will be able to spend some more money on it. Otherwise I won't have any other option than to knock the doors of consumer forum.

                                  I have purchased lloyd inverter split ac 1.5 ton 3 star model nols18137fi on 18th march 2019 on 24th may 2019 it stopped working i have raised complaint on 24th may 2019 and on 25th may service people came and said that outdoor pcb problem we have to order the part today is 2nd june still no one came to me and replaced the part, how many days it will take to manufacture a part when you dont have the part u should replace the ac.in this hot summer with 47 degrees temperature how can we live. I have called several times to customer care number they have kept me line for 20 minutes and said that they boss will talk he was connected after waiting 30mnts and listened to me and said to wait and disconnected the call. Whom said i complain if you dont respond tommorow i will give complaint to consumer forum. I dont want this ac and i dont want to wait i need new ac by tommorow that is 4th june. My work order number is[protected].

                                  No one hsa called me and resolved issue.
                                  I have lodged the complain on 30 August 2021, and their vendor Laksh Electronics and Services attended the complain.

                                  Finding : AC Motor not Working.

                                  Charges Rs 3000/-

                                  Adva: Rs 500 Taken

                                  Delivery committed within 3-4 days, and almost 10 days have passed and no status.

                                  VENDOR NEVER PICK UP THE CALL, WHENEVER I CALLED LLOYD CUSTOMER CARE, THEY SAID, YOUR AC REPAIR IS PENDING FOR THE WANTS OF SPARES. WHEN INSISTED THEY EVEN NOT READY TO SHARE ANY EMAIL ID OF SENIOR PERSON ALSO NOT TRANSFERRED THE CALL TO SENIOR PERSONNEL.

                                  VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, WILL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT OF LLOYD OR HAVELLS WHICH IS PARENT COMPANY.

                                  HORRIBLE STATE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF SERVICE PARTNER AND ALSO OF COMPANY.

                                    I purchased lloyd inverter split ac 1.5 ton 3 star model no. Ls19b32pa. I purchased the ac from krishna shop muzaffarpur. My invoice no is 209. But from the starting day ac was not working. I called the service centre and tell them problem. Next day lloyd area eclectrician came and check that ac. He said that outdoor pcb is not working. After he fix it within 10 days but that not worked and then he said compressor is also not working. I dont understand what is the problem. So please i want to change the ac. Its not working at all.

                                      Registered a complaint about 15 days ago regarding the air conditioner. It stopped working and shows f2 on the screen, on registering a complaint with online. They said technician will be coming within 24 to 48 hrs from the time of registering the complaint. The first technician cancelled appointment and i dont know why, so i registered another complaint. Then a technician came after 48 hours and said that the fan motor failed. So they need to order the fan motor and it takes time. They took about 9 days and still there is no update from their side. I called to the customer service again and they kept saying to wait for more 48 hours. Then i told them how many 48 hours i have waited and then i asked for a higher official contact then they gave a number who is unresponsive and i asked another official number, on talking to him he put a conference call to the first person, then he said the mechanic is on the way. The area we live in has an average temperature of 43 degree centigrade in summer, its been 15 days and i seek some attention towards this issue, i guess llyod has very poor services based on this issue.
                                      There a mean and peak time for a service, i hope the both are exceeded in this case. I need an answer, compensation, complimentary service any other beacuse you have made this issue bigger and bigger.

                                        My cousin has purchased lloyd invert-er air conditioner (3 star - 1.5 ton) vide model no. L. S. 191311, tax invoice no.[protected], payment reference no.[protected] dated 10.03.2019 for rs. 40, 990/-. From the date of purchase the air conditioner was not properly working.in this regard my cousin informed to the service centre at eluru, east godavari district, andhra pradesh. 1st time the a/c mechanic visited and reported that there is a voltage problem. But, the problem was not rectified. After complaint to through online the mechanic visited 2nd time and verify the a/c detected that there is a board problem, and the board was replaced even after the 3rd complaint was launched. Even after there is no improvement was made. The complaint was made 4th time the mechanic once again visited and stated that there is a blower problem in the machine. The blower was replaced after the complaint was made by my cousin 5th time. The complaint was made to the dealer and the service centre the mechanic visited 6th time stated that there is a motor problem in the air conditioner. Even after several complaints by phone to the service centre by toll free no. And to the dealer there is no action has been taken and the problem was not yet rectified from 03/2019 from the date of purchase of air conditioner since it is under the warranty period.

                                        Hence, it is once again requested to kindly look into the matter and take or give necessary order to the dealer and rectify the above problem at an earliest possible because the summer season is yet to be end or replace the new air conditioner in the place of old one. If there is no action has been taken in this regard my cousin may proceed to the consumer forum.
