Subject; Complaint against pipe leakage of Refill gas R22 (FREON.) from pipe line LLOYD split AC.

Sir,
We purchased AC with above reference on dated 17/06/2016 under extended warranty. Now, Problem is AC cooling system stop due to R22(FREON). We did quarterly servicing from your LLOYD company employee Mr.Agnello. After 1year warranty of AC indoor. I gave a complaint to LLOYDS regarding stop the cooling system in the month Feb. 2018 and Stop the leakage of Gas filled Nitrogen and Gas filled by receipt no. 839, Dated 24/02/2018 from ACME refrigeration and AIR conditioning Equipments Pvt.Ltd . Again the leakage starts after 1month from the date of gas repair on dated 24/02/2018. I gave a complaint to LLOYD and your representative Mr.Agnel and Mr.Mahesh tested by Nitrogen in AC outdoor unit to check the leakage. He filled the R22 gas ( FREON.) and I paid Rs.2500.00 to Mr.Agnel. Mr.Agnel refuse to give receipt( Bill.) and says he will get the receipt next day. Next day Cooling system works perfectly after repair. We use AC till July month 2018. From July month we have not operated the AC. Now, In the summer season we started the AC. But the cooling system was stopped working. Again, We called Mr.Agnello to check the AC to repair it. He checked the AC refused to do the repair or to fill the Gas. I send the mail LLOYD company on dated 16th Jan.2019. No one person came repair the AC and again send the mail email ID on dated 14th feb.2019. No one person came to my house to repair my AC. Today, I gave a call to your manager. He instructed to make register and complaint. Sir, Summer season starts and cannot control the heat.
Once again requesting you, Kindly send the technician on discount price.

    My machine was not workink last 15 days, i make many complent to your company, & your mr. Gaurav agrawal, contact no [protected], mr. Salman, contact no [protected], many times, but they are not taken any intrest, they visit my house change the defective part, but machine is not working. I piad 940/- rupes to the engineer for defective part, but after that machine is not working, they re-order the part after 3 days he change part, but still its not proper working i make 10 calls to both the person but he not taken intrest only 1 day, 2 days it will take time pls action againt both engineers, & send the right person to chek the machine. Pls solve my proble, as soon as posibile.

      I had bought a lloyd aircondition on march 23 2018 from elisha enterprises at calangute goa bardez
      Since day one the swings wernt working and repetedly complaints no one has come to see it purposely because as one year warranty gets over it becomes easier for them to charge
      If anything happens in warranty then they have to do it for free as said by one of the manager of lloyd team in goa
      I called the manager several times but he is just keep on saying i will come today and that day hasnt come

        Pathethic service. On 5th jan'2019 i requested service for 3 ac's at home. Below are the issues faced -

        1) service guy did not bring air blower to clear the out door. Instead of that he spilled water at my place while cleaning the out door. Till date all service guy use to clean through air blower. Uneducated in terms of product knowledge

        2) while we were busy clearing the spilled water, the service guys broked the ac swing at second floor. We only came to know while using it at night. The guy was so afraid of this that he left the service halfway.

        3) worst part is service center is also not responsive. They say our service guy did not do it. The guy who broked my ac swing is not ready to come on conference call.

        Do not go for it poor and worst after sale service.

        Just to keep you further posted, today the guy who broked my AC swing visited my house and was declining that he broked AC swing. Later on he confessed about the break down. Suggestion he provided is ' i will stick with adhesive' i have declined this. He has made commitment to come back after 10 days with new part to get it fixed. Lets see. I will keep everyone posted. Thanks!

        No resolution yet. Infact another llyod AC has also started stinking more severely when its on. You cannot use unless and untill you spray room fresheners. Customer support says this is not covered in servicing and i need to pay 1500 rs. This issue exist since past 3 months but no resolution from llyod AC. DO NOT BY THIS BRAND AC.

        There is no resolution and neither anyone from Llyod has contacted me. I have to keep calling and checking. They just keep telling there is no spare part available.

          Lloyd led tv turn off on 26/12/18, complaint on local show room
          27/12/18 technician came and checked our tv. But i think that they don't know

            I took lloyd’s tv 15 months back. Suddenly the screen went black and i requested for service, the showroom guy said the back light part has gone. Such a worst quality tv your company is selling. Within 15 months it came to repair. Now we have asked for the replacement of that product and it’s been more than 10 days, we haven recived any service & still my tv is not working.
            When i am taking to area manger he is asking to go consumer court as he is not at all responsible.

            Such a worst service i never had in my life, definitely i will go to consumer court.

            I paid 1440rps at koushik electronics.. Cuddalore.for one llyold AC remote.. As u directed... But they r not responding... What to do... Worst llyold service...i have been calling for 10days..no response... So if there is a problem in my order... Tell them to repay my paid amount...

              I purchased Lloyd’s lcd however it has started giving me problem from March-2018 and June-2018 respectively. and now the problem is remain same. Every time they Charged 700rs. from us. The led tv purchased on 2-April-2016 which was installed on the next week and from then it has started giving problem from March 2018. Coming only sound and without display any type of picture.

              I have complained twice. First time the engineer came told to check the voltage of the house and left. When checked the voltage it was found to be proper and said backlight problem then i said ok change this. same problem come then the engineer said the voltage is proper but let the again backlight problem . and he said panel problem and this time i will change ur backlight and next coming same problem then i will change ur led panel. then third time again same problem 16/06/2018.

              so abhi again they asking they will charge from me. keh rahe hai ki aapko light change karwana hoga aap bataiye everytime i spent 700 on this and problem is remain same. so sir better to replace the product. so agar aap ye problem resolve kar sakte hai to replay me otherwise mai consumer forum jakar apni complaint file karu.

              so plz jald se jald is problem ko resolve kare. and i m waiting for ur reply.

                I think it was my big mistake when i bought lloyd washing machine. I am facing problem from when i bought the product to till date. I logged calls many times but every time local service provider not able to resolve it. I called many times to service manager also like ratan veer singh, kishore nigam they also not given me satisfactory answer.

                This is the last time i am submitting complaint and this time i want permanent solution otherwise i'll go to the consumerforum.

                  This is inform you that i have purchased Two AC from your company on 23/05/2018 and asked for first routine service on 01/07/2018 due to my one of the Ac is not working well (cooling is very low) but technician not came for service and now again call for service on 12/11/2018. During this time i have seen my service history and observed that it shows my 1st service is completed. Actually service was not done and without any proof in app it shows service was completed. Now this time also technician not came to my home for service and calling me he didnot got my home and he return back to home. So i called to customer care for 3_4 times and one of the person gave me mobile number of area manager Mr. Shivnath Lohr and i talk to him about service. During talking with him Mr. Sachin also connected me and i have asked about the service not done on 01/07/2018 and in app it shows completed. He replied me that service was completed on 30/09/2017. So i told him that i have purchased my AC 23/05/2018 so how can you told me that your service was completed in 30/09/2018.so again i contact to customer care and ask about service and take the email. Id. After that they have sent another technician at about 4:00 pm and service done today by technician Mr. ANSAR. But still i am not getting any response about the service not done on 01/07/2018 but in app it shows it was completed by Shashim Ansari. Today (12/11/2018) i have completed my first service but in app it shows i have completed two service. Plz explain it and do the needful and take neccesary action.

                    Bought Lloyd split AC in September 2017. Initially it was fine. Sooner the display went off. I complaint to the customer care and the technician visited. The display was replaced. Free under warranty.
                    But Oops! Just after 2 months the display went off again. Again I made a complaint and display was changed free under warranty.
                    It went wrong third time within warranty and again in making a complaint it was changes by company free of cost under warranty.
                    But Alas! Immediately after 10 days of warranty period being over, the same display was bad again. Later when I made a complain the technician came and advised that the display has to be changed and since it is getting faulty time and again, we have to replace the PCB as well. For this you have to pay as this is now out of warranty.
                    I was surprised to know that if PCN was defective why it was not changed during warranty and why now just after the warranty period is over we have to change it chargeable basis. It was to be changed during under warranty at first or second instance.
                    Later they told that we do not charge for spares but service has to be chargeable.
                    What ridiculous?? Company should own the ongoing defect which was identified during warranty and make a free replacement.

                      Hi there,

                      I had logged a complaint towards my lloyd 32' led tv on 2nd may 2018 and service engineer visited and suggested for replacement. Till date no replacement has done by the company. I am regularly calling to the representative but not getting any positive response at their end. I have paid rs.700 towards service charges for which i have received the bill by service engineer.

                      I have never expected this type of response & cheap service from the brand like lloyd.

                      Please take this issue with utmost priority and resolve the same at the earliest, else i will bound to take legal action against the company.

                        Date of parchase to till date i am fesing problem in semi w/m drain water not storege. I am already 12 time generate complain. But my problem not resolve. Nd i am dealer of lloyd. I hope u understand, what i am try to say, i am dealer then i am long suffer, so normal customer situation was what. I need my problem asap solve. Bcs warranty period left only 5 days. Nd after warranty you not answer this problem. Seriasly your service was totaly very discusting.

                          Sir/mam i'm priyadashini panigrahy from bellaguntha, odisha last 4month ago i purchased a spilt ac in lloyd company but at starting my ac having problem when i on my ac from few second it will start but after some time display showing f4 last 4 ya 5th time i already registered complain & from the service centre they send person but after some time ac condition same showing same f4 when i on my ac i'm seriously irritated because of this ridiculous product purchase seriously so frustrated because of ridiculous product... Plzzz solve my problem.

                            Sir I buy new led tv from lloyd on 13 th june, but unfortunatly its mother board is out of order, my complaint registerd on date 29 th september . complain number is[protected] . After 5 days your local service provider change Motherboard, but its also not working, no audio coming from tv, So i have doubt that you are using SUBSTANDARD parts for tv. And requesting all new customer that not buy any led tv from lloyd, I am unsatisfied customer, Company has no customer care, only wants to sell tv and cheat Customer, , ,

                              Sir i have already complain register at 2/09/2018. And your service department says to me this led is to be replace in one or two week then 2/10/2018 he says to me your led pannel come to company plz give your led then after two days he says to me your led replacement request given at 10/09/2018. This problem is contiune and service centre department not working on my complain and also i have mail in perfect service no ans on against my complain then what about my product i have registetr complain before approx 50 days and no solution of my complain

                                Hi there,

                                I had logged a complaint towards my lloyd 32' fhd led tv on 14th sep 2018 and my service request no is: hil[protected]. Service engineer visited and suggested for replacement. Till date no replacement has done by the company. I am regularly calling to the representative but not getting any positive response at their end. I have paid rs.650 towards service charges for which i had not received any bill.

                                I have never expected this type of response & cheap service from the brand like lloyd.

                                Please take this issue with utmost priority and resolve the same at the earliest, else i will bound to take legal action against the company.

                                  We did buy Fully automatic washing machine 2 years back and suddenly it stopped working. We raised a service request : HIL[protected] on 12/8/2018. Service person came in and said we need to get the spares and even said spares would be available in 1 week time and closed the above service request. It's been nearly 2 months yet no service person from your side have come or asked for rectification. Another service request has been raised by me on 5/10/2018 service request : HIL[protected]...

                                    We have purchased 40 inch lloyd television on 15 month back, already log a complaint through lloyyd complaint link and lloyd agency also, we brought the same from lloyd - kerala, palakkad outlet kochukudiyil agency, their service is very bad, several times complaint logged, but no one is came to clear the issue, now the television not working..                                       Hi This is Vineeth,

                                      i have purchased Lloyd 1.5 Ton 3 Star AC on 11th May, 2018, recently there is a cooling issue with AC i have reached the customer care they sent Technication to repair the ac he told that to replace the cooper pipe i have purchased from out side, even they have charges Rs.1500 for service charges. asper the warranty it should be free of cost.

                                      charges:
                                      1. service charges for installation cooper pipe Rs.1250
                                      2. Service charges for visiting Rs. 550
                                      Discount given Rs.300
                                      Paid Rs.1500.

                                      They given receipt same i am attaching here.

                                        I had backlight issue in my 50"lloyd led tv. Technical came alone and while lifting panel he broke down it. I had paid 8500₹ just for backlight. After this service agency told me that they would replace the panel. After 2 months of period he was saying i'll replace whole tv but give me extra ₹10k. I paid him ₹5k by cheque. And now after 3 and half months he is saying i can not replace tv.
                                        I have spent over 13500₹ and waited for around 3 and half months but still my issue has not been resolved.
