I purchased 1.5 ton lloyd a/c inv split on[protected] from eplanet the electronic store, thalassery, kerala.in the beginning we had some problem related to cooling and got it rectified by service provider. On[protected] around 8-45 pm the cool air supply stopped and it was displaying e6 on the screen. Immediately i rang up to customer care and intimated them about the issue around 9-15 pm on[protected]. The problem was attended on[protected] around 4 pm. The service provider informed that it is due to the problem in motherboard. He informed that it may take more than a week days for its rectification.
On purchasing the equipment by paying an amount of rs35000 it got spoiled in a very short period.
The way the service provider responded and the way the equipment is giving service are totally dissatisfying. It makes to suspect the quality of product and the services.
Hence in this regard i request you to view the matterseriously and do the needful.

    Complaint against technician.. No fixing time visiting in my room. Continue open washing machine but no change lid. Again again capture photo of machine and he have changed two small lid. Totally time waste o[censored]s careless working don't insert part properly in machine. Plese change immidideatly technician and i want never ever seen in my room i have registered three time complaint cutumer care but he not take a discission when will be change lid. Please urgent change lid otherwise i will return washing machine and complained against your company [protected] sema yadav [protected]

      Dear cc lloyd

      One 1.5 tonn ac was purchased on 21.8.16 of model no. 1.5 tr sac ls19aa3 (3s) from ganpatiplaza, vaishali, sector 4 in the name of ms suman saxena. This was a split ac.

      To inform you regarding the product, i have worst experience till today.in the very first year something inside the ac was burnt and we had to pay rs.2500/- for the service. Then last year also i paid rs550/- and yesterday (15.4.19) also i paid rs.550/-. All the services were very far from my satisfaction level.

      Now yesterday your executive said that there is gas leakage and something has burnt inside which why smelling. He asked for rs 3500/- for gas filling with one month guarantee.

      My questions needs to be answered on most urgent basis are as follows:

      1. Why lloyd being a big brand endorsed by sri amitabh bacchan, has a very short life while other company's product has at least 20 to 25 years of life without any complain. We also uses other brand which do not have any drawbacks.

      2. Why should i pay so much every time of your unskilled executives visits.

      3. Why should i be a victim of your anti consumer attitude.

      4. Why should not i de advertise the brand on each and every social media about my worst experience after all business is all about word of mouth.

      5. Why this defected piece was supplied to me.

      Further i would suggest you to replace this defected piece with brand new and try to keep the satisfaction of consumer.

        I have registered call for ac service on 12/04/19. On morning 13/04/19 i recieved a call from service provider i he say i will arrived in afternoon. And till 14/04/19 he say i will arrive tomarrow. After every 4 haur he say i will arrive after some time but till 48 haurs he not reached yet now he say i will come tomarrow. So poor type of service is this. I think service provider came from usa or uk

          Your service is very poor
          So we can not purchase again any products from lloyd and we will advise to all my circles, he will not purchase lloyd product because. I generated the service request before 6 days but no one person came here. I faced same in last year or last week, one person came to my home but without inspection he left from home.

          Froma last 5 yaers use ac of Lloyd but in 5 year 3 to 4 times gas leaking problem, Cooper tube pin hole in indoor unit, water drop from indoor unit, cooling problem. After this type of problem when I dicuass with Lloyd they are saying your unit is folty.i required to Lloyd pls give me replacement...

            Mr moin khan told me that he need to cut the grill of windows for fitting of outdoor unit. He also discussed with reliance digital customer care person mr mangesh on telephone. But mr mangesh also told me that they need to cut the grill and they are not installing ac without cutting the window grill.

            You can fit outdoor unit by another way (Using zola). I am not allowing and not going to allow to cut the iron window grill.

              I bought 2 lloyd acs last year in apr. Bigger ac started giving cooling problem from after 5-6 months. Since then i have complained multiple times and everytime service person comes and informs me that gas pressure is less and needs a refill. They have refilled gas 3-4 times till last month. Refilling gas resolves problem for 1-2 months but its not a permanent solution. Everytime i got an assurance from lloyd service person that problem will not occur again (As he has sealed it properly and gas will not leak again and earlier itbwas not done properly).

              I have dropped multiple mails on lloyd email id asking for permanent solutiin however no response.

              My ac warranty will be over soon, i need a replacement for this ac before that else i will file a court case.

                I've purchased a split ac 3 years back, when the ac was in 1 year warranty at that time there was gas leakage 3-4 times.

                In the second year i have faced the same issue and now in 3rd year i am facing the same and paying them 3000. The ac was defective from the starting.

                My ac was serviced last month itself by one of your worst technician who not even know how to do a wet service and he was stating that "if i do it in a proper manner then i will be able to do only one service in a day".

                I will seek help from consumer court now, let me have the complaint number.

                    Hi all,

                    I broght lloyds ac last year (2018 - march end) till date i faced so many issues.
                    As i raised multiple request.
                    But they hadn't resolved.

                    Since last year (Day 1 from the purchase) i am having issues with lloyds split ac.
                    Some technical will attend the call and do some thing.
                    It will work for days and again i got the same repeated issue.
                    Again i used to raise a request and technician will said we clean it.
                    Now its good.
                    But till date issue was not fixed.
                    There is no escalation matrix for lloyds.
                    Just need to raise new request.

                    Last year i suffered a lot, even summer also completed.
                    This year march 2019 i raised one complaint.
                    But they did basic service. And said every thing is good.
                    But again iam having issue.
                    No one from lloyds take care about it and even call us.

                    Worst service in lloyds -
                    Ever seen this type of product.

                    Repeating issue
                    No one bother from customer care

                            After knowing lloyd company is good for ac i have purchased it in feb 2017 after passing it's first summer it goes well but as it reached its 2nd summer it totally failed in cooling even after lodging complaint for 2 times service agent comes but doest have proper knowledge and after refiling 3 times the gas it does not provided cooling totally loss

                            i have purchased 1.5 ton AC my 18 month my family suffered last year i dont won't this year would be same other wise i advise not to buy lloyd product the durability of the ac is very poor
                            AC not servived even for 2 year very disappointing
                            I purchased 32 inch lloyd led model (L32NT) 80cm tv. Lately display cracked. I need to replace the screen. Kindly share me display cost and availability.
                            I have purchase led on dated 26.6.2018 but today is led is not working no display not any function plz solve the problem as earlier as possible thanks.

                              I have a lloyd led tv brought in 2017 within this 12 months the tv display has been going blank and the customer care person keeps on saying he will come but does not comes on time tv remains off for 3 -4 days neither they replace part but takes 700 rs as service charge i want to file case against lloyd there is no replacement from company the call center do not give proper response i have wasted money on lloyd

                                I bought lloyd air conditioner in 2013 from vijay sales and it started giving problems since i purchased it. Whenever i call for the servicing of the a/c some engineer named rahul khedekar does not know how to work every time he comes for the servicing some new problem arrives and also has rejected my complaint at 19/03/2019. I am fed up of this kind of bad servicing please look forward to it. I have spent a lot on its servicing so much that i could have bought some new other a/c. Even the call centre person does not know the complaints how to handle.

                                  Upon complain of ac break down 15 days back technician mr. Sajid [protected] came and just filled freon gas and took 4000. After 4 days again the ac stopped cooling. I spoke to mr. Sajid and he came and found a minor leakage in door coil and he said he will repair it in three days. Fifteen days passed he never answered my call. Then i again logged a service call, but after three days no service engineer arranged, i customer care and got a number of area manager mr. Surya. He gave a reply after speking to mr. Sajid service technician that the coil should be replaced with a new one. I lost faith in lloyd, probably now havells. I took a second opinion with another tech, he told that minor leakage that will be cleared by brazing. Now my ac is absolutely working well. The agony and the pain which is given by your team is un explanable. The company is intended to loot money from the customers by guiding in wrong way.

                                  I lost the trust. I wl never buy a lloyd product.

                                    I tried calling lloyd service centre in nagpur [protected] on 12/03/2019 at 7:00 pm but the customer service executive there refused to acknowledge itself as a lloyd service centre and tried to abuse me. I would like to know if lloyd has started hiring such criminals and why is there a fake contact number in the name of lloyd service centre? If this criminal that was appointed was not intentional by lloyd then lloyd should contact me and resolve this issue unless it wants women abused and customers shunned.

                                      I had purchased a lloyd split a/c 1 ton on 09.03.2018 from melco electrical and home world, kanniyampuram, ottapalam, during february, 2019, water from a/c started falling inside the room and a complaint was booked through our dealer on 22.02.2019 with service centre at pattambi.
                                      After this date, my all other activities had to be suspended due this a/c.. I used to receive call from service centre saying that technician will come today morning or evening. Though one or two technicians came and repaired the a/c., the problem was not solved. After that, on 02.03.2019, the whole unit was taken to service centre, as all of them were not able to identify the problem and suspected some manufacturing defect. Till this date, the ac has not been returned after repair.. This is very bad situation. I really feel that you have supplied a substandard product which i request be replaced with a new one. Moreover a prompt service should also be assured
