Hey guys, i also got call from delli. I was planning to buy insurance month. Still i got doubt and searching any information about this. Thanks a lot for very useful information about this. Now i am going to cancel my plan of taking loan against policy.

also got a similar call today itself from that bunch of crooks for load of 5 Lacs on annual payment of 50000for 10 years and first payment of 50000 for buying this insurance policy. Initially had a word with an telecaller pooja from his number [protected] who then had arranged a call back for me for verification of our coversation. They are making false commitment to all for heavy loan amount against future general insurance policy.
why HDFC bank take action on this type of fake call???

For ten years i.r.t i just need to start the policy against hdfc bank. And the profit goest to the bank . But now i am alert. Thank u

Today i.e I received a same type of call from HDFC Bank. It was quite surprise that, when I heard that they are giving loan upto Rs.20 lacs without any interest. 1st Instalement we have to make down payment for Getting Insurance Policy which they will kept as HP or Mortgage. Its seems totally fraudulent.

I have received a similar call yesterday and today from Delhi. The girls name were Sonya and Nidhi (Mo: [protected]). She had explained me the things with minor change that rate of interest is 7.5%.

This is a fraud. I am in need of money but I always double checked the information over the net. And thanks to all you who commented and provided your experience here.

DO NOT TRUST on any such call...

i got call from [protected] & [protected] .This person introduce himself from HDFC Life Insurance company.he told me about interest free loan against hdfc life jeevan samruddhi Policy plan.He is telling me he is senior manager of HDFC life Insurance/loan dept.He told me about and convinced me fully on it.

By several follow up with these people They convinced me to get 10 times of loan of insurance value at 0% interest for ten years. IE-if i will paid 50000 Then HDFC will give Rs 500000 for 10 years wiTh 0% interest and benefit of insurance policy will go to HDFC life .
first it sounds good to ear and any one will attract to it. But be aware of such type of calls

With the help of this forum, I would like to tell all people to not faith on such type of calls /offers.
These People are third party vendor working for these banks and getting commission on each sell of products.
Please be aware of such type of calls. One of my friend who has already taken a policy and he didn't get any loan after that.
Now he is looking to close his policy but no one is helping him to return his first paid premium

Recently I have got same call and agent name was Siddharth. As per him get loan behalf of Policy. I have shared the same with my friend and they also get interested of this scheme. But my mind stucks when I again received call from Siddharth and as per him I will get incentive if my friend successful endulge with this. After that I have searched and got this page...Thanks again for this post.

I also got d same offer from a group two days ago...8.5% interest rate...policy of 16 lacks for 10 yrs tenure and loan amnt will b 16 lacks...these people are frauds and surprisingly HDFC is not acting against them ...they are looting us brazenly. The names of ladies those called me were Muskan and Simran...somewhere from Pune.

I have got a similar call from guys named Samir Malhotra (+91-[protected]) & Rahul Sharma (+91-[protected]) and they offered me the load at 0%. Even I have almost fallen for this lucrative scheme.

I was in a dilemma from the moment I have got a call, but since I have almost fallen for it, though, maybe because of irresistible offer. 2 things that I have noticed which I thought was fishy were, that these guys are calling from their mobile number (which is very strange, because call center ppl alway call from their landline numbers). Secondly, they were not ready to give me proposal before submitting my papers and cheque.

Thank you, everyone, for saving my money. And for those who has fallen prey to this ppl, its fine, at the end you have saved your money to some savings policy that you will get eventually at the end of the term.

Buyers should be very careful in buying their products .Agents don't disclose hidden things.Service is also very bad.

The same call I received from the group of Frauds to invest 5 Lac for 10 years PA 50, 000/- you need to give for LIC policy and HDFC bank will issue NOC after 10 years and the Policy will be mature after 15 years and the profit goes to HDFC.

I also got a call today from some Rohit Rastogi speaking in hindi, asking for loan requirements. When I said I had requirement of about 13 lakhs car loan, I was told that he is from Hyderabad office of HDFC and will give 100% loan without interest. I just have to invest 10% of the loan amount in HDFC policy today itself. He asked about income details and said his head will contact me in some time also an agent will come to me in an hour and I have to fill the policy form and give him the cheque. In 90 days period loan would be approved. He had my complete name and address. When asked where he got address, he said that they got after seeing my ITR's. I was told the bank makes profit on the policy that I take (13 lakhs on 1.3 lakh investment in 10 years). I told him I have to get some ID from the agent to whom I will pay the cheque and some confirmation that I am taking the policy for the loan. He said I cannot mention anything about the loan to the agent as he does not know anything about this new scheme. I said if I am not getting any confirmation from the agent to whom I am paying the cheque, I am not interested and disconnected the phone.

Again got a confirmation call from [protected]. recorded it and told him that a police officer will call him on this no in 5 minutes. Told him that I know they are fraud and that I have seen many similar complaints in this website and would bust their racket. Now his no is switched off.

Today I got a call on my landline regarding interest free loan. The guy over the phone claiming that he was from HDFC & told me that I got selected for personal loan. I was sure that it's a fake call & had given him my mobile no to call me back after sometime. Meanwhile I searched internet for such calls & came to this site. After sometime that guy called me from no [protected] & offered interest fee loan of Rs.5 lac which I have to repay in next 10 years. Before sanctioning the loan he has one condition that I must bought HDFC insurance policy worth Rs.5Lac & pay Rs.50k as a advance by cheque. Answering to the question what benefit bank gets from such offers, he said that bank would get 11 lac in return; 5 lac from me & 120% from Insurance co. I asked him if I can deposit 50k in local branch of HDFC bank. He refused to do so & told me that agent would cut his 12% commission from that amount. As I said I am ready to pay commission to the local agent, he simply disconnected the call. So friends be alert...save your hard earned money & don't fall to such fake offers.

Again I got a call from HDFC Life Insurance towards Loan with 4% Interest rate. The person's name was Mukesh Gupta & he called from the no [protected]. Then he arranged my call with his senior Rajeev Sharma who offered 3 options of loan i.e. Mortgage loan, Gold loan & Loan against Insurance Policy. When he has started to ask my personal details, l lied & simply told him that I already got the loan with 0% interest. He got irritated & started to ask about the cheque details & person's name to whom the cheque has been given.I said I don't remember person's name & details to irritate him further. Lastly, I said I don't want loan from you as I already have better offer than you & disconnected the call. Friends, please be aware of such calls & don't prey for victims to such fraud people.

Very good one Guys. Even i faced the same issues. So before my cheque got cleared I blocked this cheque after reading this article. Was doubtful so was searching the google if this was a scam and found this page.

I dont understand y we are not going to Police to stop these guys ? Guys in delhi can atleast follow up with Delhi Police easily. These numbers can be traced up properly where these guys are sitting and where is their office and all.? Y no police complaints or any police actions against them ?
