[Resolved]  SBI Bank — delay in provide education loan

i am doing phd in material science as thin films at PRIST University, thanjavur. i have applied for education loan in state bank of india, kadathur branch. i have received two message from sbi. one is your EL proposal of Rs. 164500 received by us on 06/02/2013 is sent to CPC/ taken for processing on 11/02/2013. another one is ''your EL proposal of Rs. 137586 has been sanctioned on 24/02/2013 officer concerned will contact you for the formalities shortly thanks, SBI. now i am in need of money to my research project but still no response from the bank side. how many working days required to provide loan money to student by bank?

I have Received too message from sbi. message is your PL proposal of Rs. xxxxxxxx received by us on 14/10/2015 is sent to CPC/ taken for processing on 14/10/2015 thanks SBI. I know this is Conformation message of my PL proposal in SBI AT-koraput Odisha SBI branch. But I have not received another Message for My PL proposal can You Any One give me the solution.
