DEAR sir

Transaction for Rs 5000/- to airtel billdex on 18 may 2013, which is not ralated to me. the transaction done on card is not my transaction that time i was at my native place as well as i am not airtel customer.

please cancelled this transaction,on[protected] at 9.55.44pm sms was sent to me from LM-SBIRD on my mobile no. my passward has been changed. i hope this is foulty transaction on credit card.

    Sir, I applied for withdrawal Rs. 10000 from axis bank by using sbi atm card on 14/05/2013 at 19.54 PM. I found only receipts not money and already above amount debit from my account. My account no. is [protected] and branch code 5475 dharampur, dehradun. axis bank atm id is S1AN13212. I call many times to my home branch dharampur, dehradun, on landline no[protected], but nobody pick up the phone. So I request you to help in this. Thank you.

    Axis Bank — money debited from my account without withdrawing

    on[protected] my account has been debited of rs 12000/- with out withdrwaing money.i have been complaiting to the bank through customer care services.still i did not get any response from them .sir i need my money back.so please take care of my complaint and get my money credited in my account..

    Axis Bank — money debited without withdrawing money

    on[protected] my savings account number of [protected] at axis bank in dindigul branch has been debited of rs 12000/- with out withdrwaing money.i have been complaiting to the bank through customer care services .they given 9004344 as a complaint number .still i did not get any response from them .sir i need my money back.so please take care of my complaint and get my money credited in my account..

    ATM — Money Not Transfer

    My issue is still pending, no one is taking initiative, I have got too much mently harrasment and frustation from punjab national bank side.
    I am using PNB services from a long time, But no one is taking intereset for its premier customer.

    SBI — money not withdrawn from atm

    Sir,

    I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am having a savings bank account with Bank of Maharastra , otur Tal- junner, Dist- pune ,( Account No.[protected]) ATM No. [protected]. I used my ATM card for withdrawing money of Rs.6000/- at chandrapur, shopping comlex urajanaga, chandrapur. SBI ATM (ATM ID S10A[protected] on 03.11.2009 at 17.49.pm. As the transaction could not be processed, I have received a message stating that “ transaction was declined for the reason unable to process . But subsequently, when I Print mini statement, I was shocked to note that an amount of Rs.6,000/- was debited on 03.11.2009 towards my ATM card No.operation .I was already complaint at bank of maharastra on 4/11/10 at chandrapur branch. still money was not deposit.
    Hence, I request you to make arrangements to take very urgent action to credit the amount which was wrongly deducted from my maharastra bank , Savings Bank Account No..[protected]

    international debit card — non withdrawal of money from my atm card

    Sir,
    I am customer o[censored].B.I. having account No.[protected]. I attemptted to withdraw Rs.10000 from ICICI ATM at sector 19, chandigarh vide transaction number- 2651 on 11/1/2011 at 14:49 pm. But money didn't received. And when I checked my balance on same atm, vide transaction number- 2662 , Rs.10000/- have been deducted from my account. Even though i had not recieved my money. I had made a complaint to the security gaurd to inform the authority about the matter ,but he refused to take any action.
    i had also informed the manager of the UBI Bank, Mr. Vijay Kumar Gupta telephonically.
    So, i feel bank has cheated me and harass for the same. you are requested to look into the matter.
    So please help in this matter.

    SBI — wrong withdrawal through atm card

    I have used self sbi atm a/c no.is[protected] name ravinder singh at bhiwani in icic atm machine as on 18/06/2011 . in first transaction for rs. 10,000 showing me machine is working but no response shown
    I tried once again then I got Rs 10,000 after that i checked my account as on 25/06/2011 I found in my account 10,000 missing So kindly requested to you sir check your end and clarify it.
    I shall be highly obliged for this kind of act.

      In SBI Koregaon Bhima Branch Pune),I am existing customer with DSP A/C and On requesting again and again from one year They haven't activated MOD facility for my a/c.Each month I used to go there and request the same each time, But they ignore always.They promise each time and disobey their own saying.. just give dates like as if in court.and site a reason each time.i complained on Grahak SevaSurksha also several times.But it isn't effective..What should I do..or these all services are fake or what?How they can behave so humiliatingly? There should be some rules for them also that they should provide good service, their irresponsible behaviour each time is irritating.Evasive answers each time are increasing incredibility about these type of services.They are all time non co-operative and discourteous.It has become unsustainable to grin and bear it much more.And behalf of that also they are just taking it casually and refuse their idleness and try to mislead.I have complained two times with complaint no.s OP[protected] and NE[protected]. They just send me messages like "your complaint has been attended to and closed after resolution"And on asking them about it they used to say "upar report karne ke liye, Aisa bolna padta hai,action krna padta hai ki result ke liye"type of out of place answers.I also mailed Principle nodal Officer.But no satisfied responses from there also.

I had submit written complained to atm challan manager mr. manjit bhatia mob no is [protected] sbi gopal nagar branch amritsar but my problem is still pending for 2 month .He do not supporting me for this problem. He told me i was not manager this time amritsar branch. I want refund rs 600 which deducted 2times through atm. i submit complained to atm challan manager no action taken for this complained.             SBI — Credit card Number

            Sir,

            This is to inform you that a credit card is being issued against my name on 20.05.2006 and the card has been blocked on 06.10.2006.The above mentioned thing had been done without any prior information to me. Now from reliable sources I come to know that there is an overdue of Rs.147/-(RUPEES ONE HAUNDRED FORTY SEVEN) against my name .This thing is creating problem in different issues. My CIVIL CONTROL NUMBER IS[protected] for the above mentioned credit card.

            I will be highly obliged if you kindly let me me know the credit card number and the name of the bank which had issued the card against my name.It will enable me to pay the above mentioned overdue to stop any sort of problem.

            I am facing too much trouble with my ATM card.I have two ATM cards. One in the name of my wife :-- Sudha Sinha. Another in the name of Ajoy kumar sinha.
            Problem is with my (Ajoy kumar sinha) ATM card. The original card issued on 2007, became defective. I applied for another one. Blocked the previous one in Dec 2014 or Jan 2015. exact date i can’t say (sorry)
            I got new ATM card, and also PIN number . But the ATM card did not worked. I complained to my branch, and also on line. but the result was zero. I had to block this new ATM card and applied for another new.
            I got new ATM card, and also PIN number in Dec 2015 . But again the ATM card did not worked.
            Now you will say to block this card ? How many times I will have to do so.

              It has been weeks that I am following up on the status to do one simple thing - Unlock my so called new Credit Card from SBI.

              I had dropped an email asking to unlock the card on 6th May - No replies from SBI

              Dropped an email to Kartik.[protected]@ge.com since I only received an Auto Reply from them.

              May 13 - Got a response for additional details. Was replied back with few minutes. Still havent heard from these guys.

              If somebody from SBI Cards is looking into this Please Help or else I will have to stop using this card.

              I am V.K.Khanna long back had a credit card of SBI no[protected] my card is closed as I have settled my case and paid all the amount at onece for which i have final settlement letter.I have informed telephonically many time to concern officer that I have settled my account but still I am getting the credit card invoice.My account was settled in Rs 4000/ long back.Now I received a invoice for Rs.56307.Bank officers are harrasing me by sending the wrong invoice .and also no body from the bank approach me for this account.please help me to settle my account. I have all the settlement letter.

                I have been using SBI credit card (Card Number: xxxx xxxx xxxx 2420). On 6th of Feb. 2013, while working at office, I got a massage and email ( at 11.21 am) saying "Transaction of Rs. 3,000 is made on my SBI credit card at [protected]@WIKIMEDIA.ORG". At 11.28 am, I got a second message saying "Transaction of Rs. 13,659.93 is made on my SBI credit card at EVITERRA.COM. "

                I was unaware of any such payments made by me, neither did I authorized anyone to use my credit card. Hence I immediately intimated SBI customer care regarding the FRAUD TRANSACTIONS and BLOCKED THE CARD at about 11:31 am on the same day. The customer care representative suggested me to fill up the DISPUTE FORM and send to the charge back department at SBI and assured me that if the
                transactions were not done by me, it would be reverted to my account and I need not pay that amount during the billing cycle. I had send the filled form indicating both the fraud transactions to SBI CHARGE BACK DEPARTMENT on the same day.

                I have registered an FIR at the local police station regarding the fraud. After about 3 months, I got the replay from SBI as

                Warm Greetings for the day!
                We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you on the matter addressed to us. We are committed to resolve the matter to
                your satisfaction.
                We would like to share with you that we have investigated the matter addressed to us regarding the disputed transactions dated
                February 06, 2013 of Rs.14100.67 incurred at EVITERRA COM MOSKVA and Rs.3000.00 incurred at
                [protected]@WIKIMEDIA.ORG. The investigation for these transactions has been completed.
                We confirm that the transactions are valid as they have been performed in a Secure Electronic Commerce environment and have
                been validated by your Card CVV and Date Of Birth over the Internet. Basis our records, the account was registered for VBV in
                order to perform online transactions on December 06, 2012 and the password was sent at your registered mobile number.
                Since, the said disputed transactions have been done using same online password and there has been no change found in mobile
                number and online password, thus the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder.
                Since the card is still in your possession, therefore the liability for the said transaction rests with you. and we urge you to clear the
                outstanding balance of Rs.20756.72 at the earliest to avoid further late fee and finance charges on your card account.

                  i deposited a ( Cheque no. 327206 for Rs.96000/- drawn on state bank of india,lalitpur issued by head post office lalitpur).in my a/c no. 19766 at canara bank,vibhav nagar,tajganj,agra on 24th april 2013. when i did'nt got any credit in my a/c after 15 days i contacted bank ,they said we did'nt Recieve the proceed so we are not able to entertain you.they told me to contact the bank on which the cheque is drawn(SBI,lalitpur). when i contact to SBI customer care service no. [protected] they replied as you are not SBI customer we cant entertain you.then i went the SBI lalitpur personally they told me they didnt received the cheque. So, i came back to Agra , got the detail of despatch no. etc. from the Canara bank and enquire through the post office they showed me that it was delivered to concerned bank on 29th of april.i again went to the SBI, lalitpur given them proof of delivery now they agreed that we have received your cheque and we will send the proceed. till today on 14th may i have not received any proceed from SBI lalitpur, when i contacted SBI lalitpur on no. [protected] they are not attending the call.

                  please look into the matter and gave me the relief.

                      Well then, it is your foolishness if you have lost the old registration number and that you should have the real COMMON SENSE and THOUGHT that there are lots of options in sending money and that net banking is another worst of this kind in transfers.

                      Better go to the SBI and submit a letter stating that you had lost the old registration number and if you know the number then you are lucky or else request for a new registration number and also make a note of it in your books or dairy which you should keep separately for bank account number and phone bills and others.


                      HAVE SOME COMMON SENSE AND THOUGHT.

AFTER CHECKING IN MY ACCOUNT HE TOLD ME "AMOUNT DEBITED IS PURPOSE OF LOCKER RENT". I WAS CLEARED THAT TO MANAGER I HAVE NO ANY LOCKER IN SBI. HE SAID'SBI GUMMIDIPOONDI BRANCH 'DEDUCTED FROM YOUR (MY) ACCOUNT IN AMOUNT OF RS.2264/- SO, CONTACT SBI GUMMIDIPOONDI. I SUBMITTED THE WRITTEN APPLICATION AND PHOTOCOPY OF PASSBOOK DETAILS.

                        I PROCEEDED SBI GUMMIDIPOONDI BRANCH AND I SUBMITTED THE WRITTEN APPLICATION AND PHOTOCOPY OF PASSBOOK DETAILS. ASK THE MANAGER MR.PRAVIN MANOHAR, HE PROMISED ME I CLARIFY THE ACCOUNT AND CREDITED THE AMOUNT OF RS.2264 UP TO 31.03.2013.                         State Bank of India — amount debited from my salaried account

                        Dear sir,
                        on 2nd august 2008 i use my sbi debit card in syndicate bank and try to withdraw Rs.5000/- from it but the money didn't came out and also the same amount is debited from my salaried account.i have made a written complaint in my sbi branch also i have contacted the syndicate bank personals but nobody is providing the correct solution.till date no money is credited in my account and the officials of sbi are blaming syndicate bank employees that the mistake is on their part.it's been around 2 months. kindly do something.

                          Thare is a Saving Account on My Mother's Name in S.B.I.Rosera Branch.Branch Code is : 04580.
                          My Mother was Died on 01/02/2013.I am single son of My Mother and also Nominated in Her Saving Account.
                          I previous three months from their Home Branch Manager to Apply to the S.B.I.Senior Officer'm crying 'Mother's let me pay deposit in a Saving Account'.
                          But Instead of Deposit at the S.B.I. of mom officer forward my Application to another is giving me the Complaint Ticket/Index Number.Complaint Ticket Number is : OP[protected],CS[protected] & OP[protected] and Index No.70309.

                                Dear All,

                                Please do not use any STATE BANK OF INDIA ATM counter/ATM Machine for cash withdrawal as because they are dealing with “FAKE CURRENCY NOTE” presently being the number 1 nationalized bank of India. I am telling this as I because I have faced the problem on last Sunday (i.e. 5th May 2013 at Beliaghata, Kolkata).
                                After that I have personally visited the branch beside to that ATM counter of State Bank of India, then the SBI officer confirmed me that they also know that the machine producing “FAKE CURRENCY NOTE” and many person complained regarding the same matter and also asked me to contact TATA (i.e. who had received the contract for cash filling at the ATM counter of STATE BANK OF INDIA by the bank authorities). So please say me as I have the saving account having with State bank of India which is registered under RBI, then why I will ask TATA regarding this matter????

                                My Master Debit Card No. [protected]. I withdraw Rs. 12300 at Arunachalam Road, Saligramam on 16.07.12 on withdrawl i received one fake Rs. 500 note. Kindly take up the matter and refund the same to my SB Account.

                                  My Application no. is[protected], have been waiting past 3 weeks. Every time Ithe tracker results says that the card will be dispatched within 5 working days. When I called the customer care I was told that the application has been rejected, so I am confused because there are two versions & secondly what could be the reason for non-appproval as this application was linked to my Fixed Deposit.

                                    Hi my name is Rita and i have an account in SBI Lalgunj Vaishali distt. Bihar .

                                    when i provided a multicity cheque at the counter of SBI Sarai branch the accountant and the cashier asked me for the ID proof which is not compulsory in Multicity Cheques. And they didn't cashed the money then i have to visit the SBI Laalgunj Branch which is far away from my house. And they told me that you can complain it to the head of the Bank but the number was not reachable.
                                    this incident took place on 7th of may 2013.
                                    so i want you to take some serious steps regarding this matter against the accountant and the cashier at SBI Sarai Branch.

                                      My name is Arabinda Pati. On 06.05.2013 I went to Indian Bank ATM with my SBI debit card. I used it for a withdrawal of Rs.5000 but the money not came from the machine and the receipt i get with transaction declined with responce code 072. But the amount has been deduected from my A/c.                                         I live in Surat. I want to open Account in Bamroli Branch(10947), Pandesara Surat. They said that I have to also took SBI Insurance Policy to open account in SBI. I talked to Branch Manager about this. He replyed me that they will open account after 15 days because I did not take policy and they are giving preference to those persons who takes policy. They did not accept my application form and told me to come after 15 days. I also informed to SBI Helpline. Please do in this regard as early as possible.

                                        It has been more than a month when i applied for demat and trading account but still no response from the bank or its officials.The person in chrge said that ur account has opened but still no result.i asked customer care ,they say it takes 15 days but i have waited for almost 40 days but stilll no result.I think the psu banks are worse in some cases.
