kripiya yadi Dak delevered ho gai hai to comfirm kare kab or kah delevered hua hai or uski reciept bhi mujhe upalabh karwane ka kasht kare or yadi abhi delevered nahi hui hai to uska karan mujhe Spasht kare .

I have booked consignment on 23/08/2023 to deliver in Gwalior from Bhopal. but still after 10 days it is undelivered and delivery man is asking for additional money to deliver the consignment.

My parcel was booked on 19/08/2023 with consignment no. [protected]. It was supposed to reach Destination( Raipur) by 23/08/2023. Its not delivered yet. Its an urgent parcel. Pls look into this matter. And deliver it by today evening.

One parcel having Docket no. P[protected] was booked at Nasrullaganj on 26 Jul 23 by Madhur courier but the same is not received at addressee end till date.

Further it may also be noted that while checking online about the status of aforesaid parcel no. It was revealed that status of same not updated since 04 Aug 23.
It is requested to trace the parcel and deliver the same to addressee end as soon as possible.

Without intimation courier returned to orgin, it's having urgent medicine

Madhur courier consignment no. P[protected] was started from Shahdol on 12/06/2023 to Bangalore.
The parcel is not yet received as of 27/06/2023. I have tried to call the Bangalore office to get an update as the parcel seems to have arrived here on 20 June, but the only number and person is not responding at all, even after picking up the call.
Shahdol office says it was incorrectly routed towards Delhi but have reached Bangalore and will be delivered soon (no ETA).
Now I am stuck calling them everyday politely checking, to no avail.

I have sent one courier from Raipur to Delhi on 12th june from madhur courier but till date it is not received, when i checked the same in madhur courier site it is showing that the courier has reached at okhla hub (Madhur courier ) but physically it is lying in karol bagh Hub, No body is giving satisfactory response, concerned person no. is switched off ..landline no. is also switched off .I don't know how many days they will take more for delivering my courier, Its such a fraud courier company i want to register my complaint against Madhur courier.

Hi, my product has not been delivered yet. I have been chasing it for so many days. My product was dispatched from Burhar on 31st May 2023, and it reached Pune on 5th June, and today is 9th June and it has not been delivered to the address in Pune yet. It has been 4 days since it reached Pune but they are not delivering. My product is very very urgent to be delivered as soon as possible since it contains important medical insurance documents and if not delivered on time, it will be rejected. Pune branch people are not responding at all. Please take some strict action and get my parcel delivered today itself. Please. I am so worried.

My order with Order P[protected]

I received a call from Madhur courier delivery guy saying that the package will not be delivered to me as it was not in their service area.

That man said that is not a deliverable area and it will cost you extra money that you have to send me before I come there. When se said no to pay extra, he started abusing and threatened us to return the package, in whose response we also used abusive language. Why should I pay now when I have paid everything in advance.

That package contains jersey for young kids to play in tournament. If the package is not delivered then sport future of 16 kids will be ruined.

And if not responded we will also take the matter to the consumer court.

In view of this, I hope that my package gets delivered within 3 days or else we'll take the matter to court
Please look into the matter so it may kindly delivered to my address as soon as possible.

1. My above mentioned COSIGNMENT was booked from Hathras to Bhopal.It has reached Bhopal on 10 may 2023.

I received a call from Madhur courier branch Bhopal that the package will not be delivered to me as it was not in their service area.They further said that it was wrongly accepted by their Hathras branch. They tell that it has to be collected by us else it will be returned to Hathras

Sir, I am serving in Indian Army and out of Bhopal on my duty.My mother and wife can't go and collect it as my mother is bed ridden.

In view of this, may i request that this package contains medicines may kindly delivered to my address as soon as possible.

The parcel contained a resin frame which was well packed and “handle with care and don’t put weight on it” was also mentioned on it, but also some weight was put on it may be or something happened inside the collective parcel packing that my parcel get broken..
Its enough tough item packed in the parcel and also the packing was too good that it can’t be get damaged easily..

Sir/madam, please look into the matter and help in claiming, as the item was of costly material..
Kindly guide me with the claim process, photos of received parcel is attached. Kindly go through.
