I have putted 2 different parcels on[protected] and still my status is showing as dispatched as should have been delivered by now.
Can you please check whats going on.
I chased multiple times at shakapur delhi branch but no response.

    My parcel was booked on 01/04/2023 with consignment no. P[protected]. It was supposed to reach Destination( Chennai) by 05/04/2023. Its not delivered yet. Its an urgent parcel. Pls look into this matter. And deliver it by today evening.

                  My father sent a courier from Tikamgad MP to Pune Maharashtra on 17th Feb 2023.

                  He was given the bill and the parcel has reached the Pune office but they are denying to deliver at home, which was mentioned earlier to me that delivery would reach at door.
                  I tried all the available number of Madhur courier but not getting any response except one "+[protected]" and this guy talked very rude and abuse me(too many bad words).

                  Need some immediate action on this guy and need my product delivery as soon as possible

                        I sent a courier from Badnawar MP to Pune Maharashtra on 20th December 2022.

                        I was given the bill and they mentioned the delivery date of 23rd December. And parcel has reached the Pune office but they are denying to deliver at home, which was mentioned earlier to me that delivery would reach at door.

                        And now when I am calling the person then he is delaying me by saying that will deliver, and they aren't Picking up the call now.

                                      Madhur courier supela is denying to deliver my parcel at my door step.
                                      They are asking me to come n collect my parcel from there office. They won't send anyone and have to pick it up on my own.
                                      My question is... Then what's the use of going for courier service when we have to collect our parcel at our own.
                                      Then Why did you charge for home service. You should charge for only till your depo.
