Respected SIr,
I was expecting a delivery of some important items Couriered from Indore on 25 Jan 2022 with a destination address of Gwalior. While i was tracking the parcel i found that it reached Gwalior on 28 Jan 2022, but the courier service have not delivered it to my address yet. Despite calling them again and again they refuse to address to my situation and keep on saying that it will be delivered today.
Could you please take some action regarding this behavior so that no one is suffered with this in future. Please find details of the parcel below.

On 12 January 2022 my parcel was supposed to be dispatched from Kota to reach Raigarh, chhatisgarh and they had told that parcel would reach within 6-7 days but I received it on 26 and 27 January. My parcel had some books and a foldable table but when I received my parcel it had no table . When I enquired about the same, A lady picked up the call and she said that the table is with them and now they will charge extra 300 to deliver the table . They had already charged Rs. 2220 for delivering which included my table .

Dear team,
I courier a parcel on 13 Jan 22 to Mohali
But still parcel not received and when I track online it shows in Chandigarh from 15 Jan 22. And still parcel in Chandigarh.

Many time asked at courier shop
No body response

From jabalpur Location parcel was delivered on 19/01/22 still didn't didint get not getting information when it will deliver to me

We are Chhatisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank, our Chhatisgarh Rajya Gramin bank Pasan branch Dist - korba Chhatisgarh send a courier dt[protected] to our chhatisgarh rajya gramin bank main branch korba, but our korba main branch did not receive that courier which docket / reference no is [protected], when we complain for that at local korba office they did not respond properly they are saying that they have deliver the courier on dated[protected], but on dated[protected] we have received only one courier which c- note no is [protected], when we are tracking online with reference no [protected] there appear various wrong delivery locations, Please track our important courier and provide us as soon as possible .
Note- This courier packet contains very important inventory document of our bank

मेने 24 dec 2021 को सिहोर से नागदा के लिये कुरियर किया था जो 31 ड़छ 2021 को डिलेवर्ड होना था लेकिन आज तक डिलेवर्ड नही हुआ ओर मधुर कुरियर के एजेंट भी रेस्पोंसे नही दे रहे है कृपया मुझे इसकी जानकारी प्रदान करे

We use to book and received parcels from Madhur courier very frequently but from last month or two your services are getting worsen and your back end staff even not bothered to satisfy its regular customer. Recent case is we our party has booked 1 parcel from Delhi on 5th Jan to Bhopal (wide docket no.[protected] the parcel reached bhopal on 8th Jan afterwards no one is bothered to deliver it to customer or at least inform if its there a any reason of delay. i started calling from 10th morning as online status shown that it is out for delivery but your back ends staff were making excuses and excuses (thorough unprofessional way). at last i personally visit your hub and collected the parcel. If you seen 2 days taken from Delhi to Bhopal and 3-4 days parcel was hanging at your hub only and the height is customer has to collect it by himself.
Same is case the case of Docket No. - P[protected]. This parcel also collected by ourselves at last when no one in Madhur courier is bothered to deliver at customer end. one or two more cases happened earlier but i avoid it with the understanding that its a part of business and may happen with anyone. but now its an habit and a repeated failure at Madhur courier Bhopal. i don't know what's the issue is or it may be a cost cutting/cost saving.
just for your information we have started shifting towards Trackon.
I have written such complaints considering myself as a happier customer of Madhur courier but now no more happy with you guys and also not expecting anything/action against this complaint.

Sent my courier on 29 dec from jodhpur to aya nagar, Delhi
which is not deliverd yet, on the site showing product is on out for delivery since 31 dec

also called many time to delivery person name Nitesh Verma..but he said we will deliver on Friday..on Saturday I called again and he said he'll deliver on Monday..but the parcel is still not delivered...now he is not responding to my calls.

He is also not responding properly

We would like to inform you that no parcel or courier is dispatched on time by Madhur courier Chakarbhata branch. Most of the time they kept important dockets with their branch without any reason. Kindly look after the matter and arrange to provide the dockets on time..

I have sent a courier from mathura to sikar with AWB no[protected] on[protected] and even after two days i am unable to track that courier neither it has reached to its destination.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

One small courier was sent from Nagpur Maharashtra for Jammu on 20.12.2021 and till date it has not been delaivered at Jammu.

There is no update of material from dated 13.02.2021 and out of delivery till now and no updates by the consult madhur service person name Mr. Vishnu(M-[protected]), Mr. Khanha (M-[protected]), Mr. Ankur Jain([protected] ). Kindly provide material status and acknowledge asap.

DEAR SIR,

I have sent my courier through Madhur courier services maihar, dist Satna mp 485771 on date 27.12.2021 vide docket no [protected] and bill number 13240

Sir the vendor charged me rs 380 for a normal courier, I have sent an a3 size envelope which is almost wight around 0.2 to 0.3 grams

I am inquired about charges of the normal courier to the other vendor he said only 50 to 100 max to max charges is applied for the same, but the maihar location vendor charged me a very high amount which is 7 to 08 times more than normal courier charges.

Please resolve the issue on a top priority basis and revert me once the issue is resolved.

I have booked parcel on 16th Nov 2021, at Raipur to Jamshedpur. Recieved receipt no-P[protected].No on providing status. more than one month cross. My Clint had debited full amount to me. Plz help to get my parcel on priority. plz contact me [protected].

Delivery boy didn't delivered it to receivers home due to no contact number available on parcel and later sender called at office to confirm about delivery status. when sender asked she will provide number and please deliver it to the door. the provider refused rudely ' dusri baar nahi jayega mera ladka'.
and also said 'jiska parcel hai usko bol do wo yaha aake le jayega'.
then receiver went to the office to collect and parcel and faced misbehaviour of provider for not delivering. provider also gave him threats ' ruk tereko batata hu main' searching for something in phone.

this is ridiculous, never expected this from a courier company.
highly disappointed with everything.

Madhur Courier Bhind Branch has received the parcel 22/12/2021 and it's 48 hr completed but still, I didn't get the parcel. I have called that agency but he is continuously postponing the delivery.
Indirectly he is telling me to collect the parcel from the center only. I have made a payment for the smooth delivery. Please look into this.

Tracking no-P[protected] returned by jaora Ratlam mp without informing me.
When i called to jaora office they told me that services of your location has been stopped.
But without informing me or without consent to me they returned courier as mentioned for Jaipur location.
Worst service of madhur courier.
No idea how and when i will recieve my courier.

The delivery man refused to deliver the parcel to the destination address he said I gave your parcel to the Shop near government girls school you may go and pick it up, I am not Delivering it your address
