Hi, My parcel was booked and was promised to be delivered on or before 22nd october, and it was received on pune on time, content in the parcel was extremely urgent for me, I kept calling the agency but they didn't understand my urgency and made fake promises which they didn't fulfilled, CNote No of my Parcel is:[protected], It's been more than 8 days I am waiting for my parcel and still they are procrastinating the same way, it's my humble request to get the parcel delivered on the promised time or stop your services and making fake promises.

I am extremely disappointed with the kind of service they are providing, I had to leave the address due to a planned trip, I waited for 8 days but the my demand was not fulfilled, I had chosen the worst service this has caused a huge loss to me. Can't convey my grievances in words.

    My courier was to be delivered at 484774 pin code .
    It remained in the same place ( Madhur courier Shahdol) for 8 days .
    This kind of service is very disappointing.

      दिनांक 11.10.2021 को ग्वालियर से टीकमगढ़ के लिए डाक बुक की गई, डिलीवरी का पता अनिल कुमार शर्मा, डाक विभाग, प्रधान डाकघर टीकमगढ़ है, जिसका ट्रैकिंग नंबर [protected] है, यह डाक मधुर कूरियर ओल्ड बस स्टैंड टीकमगढ़ में 17 अक्टूबर को रिसीव हो गयी, जो आज दिनांक 24 अक्टूबर को स्वयं लेने जाना पड़ी, तब आज प्राप्त हुई, इस वजह से मेरी पुत्री का स्टडी मटेरियल देरी से प्राप्त हुआ, जिससे उसकी स्टडी प्रभावित हुई, अतः शीघ्र इस तरह की ब्रांच बंद करवाई जाए, ओर जिम्मेदार कर्मचारियों पर कार्यवाही की जाए, ऐसा ना करने पर मुझे आपकी शिकायत के लिए न्यायालय की शरण लेना पड़ेगी।

            सर मेरा कोरियर 16 अक्टूबर 2021 से अभीतक बैतूल मधुर कोरियर बेतुल गंज में रखा हुवा है, अभीतक मुझे नही दिया गया है, जिसका डोकेट नंबर [protected] हैं, नाम Mr. Abhishek choudhari ji के नाम का है।

            सर् मेरा उसकी वजह से प्रति दिन 500 रुपये ब्याज भरना पड़ रहा है। जिसके जिम्मेदार आपकी मधुर कोरियर है। जो समय पर डिलेवरी नही कर रहा है। कृपया हमें 500 रुपये प्रतिदिन के हिसाब से देरी का चार्ज आपको देना होगा, क्योकि ये आपकी गलती और लापरवाही के वजह से हो रहा है।
            आपकी सर्विस बहुत ही रद्दी है। यकीन नही है, तो जो डोकेट नंबर दिया हुवा है। उसे चेक करें। और हमे त्वरित भुगतान करें।

              My courier was placed on 06/10from Ratlam (M.P )and it was required to be parcelled to Lucknow (U.P) and its havent been parecelled yet i called at customer care no.for the query named MANJU Phone no -[protected], [protected]and i wasnt given required respect this behaviour isnt tolerable .kindly look into this matter and dispatch my parcell as soon as possible .

                    Delivery boy did not delivered my PAN Card at place when I asked him to deliver he was so rude he was abusing if you want you Come or I will send it return I went 4 kms away from my home location please take strict action against Madhur corrier

                        Hello,

                        My consignment reached at Bhuj on 30-09-21.And I have been told that you have to pickup it from courier center and they will not be able to deliver it to my address. I told him that in office hrs it's not possible for me to come there for pickup and they didn't revert to that.

                        Today again I made a call to them and ask when they are going to deliver it to my address Now they came up with so many excuses.

                        It's my humble request to the management of Madhur Courier that kindly look into it .

                        Hope my problem get sorted out at the earliest.

                            Not a single person is answering or solving my query of parcel and just flowing me through thing that it has lost, it will be delivered if you don't know what is the status stop taking parcels from customer. This is 2 time I am Harresed with no updates and missing parcel . Give my money back . Stop collecting parcels when you can't deliver them at right place have some courtesy to talk, and respond to everyone whose talking to you

                              My parcel reached ratlam Madhur courier on 18/9/21 and they didn't inform abt delayed delivery when I called they said we deliver once a week in ur location.i agreed but in day if delivery I called then they said u have to collect ur parcel we can't deliver.
                              They don't even bother to reply properly even after calling 4-5 times.
                              Kind of mental harrasment

                                    Tracking no P[protected] booked on 7th September 2021 from Ludhaina to New Delhi. On 9th September 2021 it reached New Delhi Peera Garhi Hub.
                                    And 13th September I got only one call from Courier person he is asking me to pickup the parcel from their office i denied to do as it's far from my address even its prepaid order I already paid the shipping Charges. Plz help as soon as possible 🙏
