Delivery boy did not delivered my PAN Card at place when I asked him to deliver he was so rude he was abusing if you want you Come or I will send it return I went 4 kms away from my home location please take strict action against Madhur corrier

I have sent my courier from Jhabua to Jharkhand but after 13 days its still in Indore which is 150 far from here. Very worse services i could walk through such distance in 13 days....

My consignment reached at Bhuj on 30-09-21.And I have been told that you have to pickup it from courier center and they will not be able to deliver it to my address. I told him that in office hrs it's not possible for me to come there for pickup and they didn't revert to that.

Today again I made a call to them and ask when they are going to deliver it to my address Now they came up with so many excuses.br...

It's has been so many days but I've no updates about my order placed at madhur courier. Called on helplines no but nobody gave a proper information. Worst feeling as this order was very important and worst service is being provided to customers..
Really frustrating with the service..NEED TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE ASAP...

Not a single person is answering or solving my query of parcel and just flowing me through thing that it has lost, it will be delivered if you don't know what is the status stop taking parcels from customer. This is 2 time I am Harresed with no updates and missing parcel . Give my money back . Stop collecting parcels when you can't deliver them at right place have some courtesy to talk, and respond to everyone whose talking to you...

My parcel reached ratlam Madhur courier on 18/9/21 and they didn't inform abt delayed delivery when I called they said we deliver once a week in ur location.i agreed but in day if delivery I called then they said u have to collect ur parcel we can't deliver.
They don't even bother to reply properly even after calling 4-5 times.
Kind of mental harrasment

I get my pan card with open envelope and the courier boy refused to deliver the envelope to the home...

Raipur to bhilai product is in branch office since 2 days and havnt delivered yet... no bday takes call on akasha ganga bhilai branch office......

Tracking no P[protected] booked on 7th September 2021 from Ludhaina to New Delhi. On 9th September 2021 it reached New Delhi Peera Garhi Hub.
And 13th September I got only one call from Courier person he is asking me to pickup the parcel from their office i denied to do as it's far from my address even its prepaid order I already paid the shipping Charges. Plz help as soon as possible 🙏...

Its been 10 days i had sent courier to chhatarpur mp and it is not delivered...

I have sent an envelope through Madhur courier service Neemuch on 6th September 2021 to Ratlam one of my relative but the original receiver did not get the envelope yet.
Madhur courier service Ratlam has delivered the envelope on 7th September 2021 to the wrong person. After asking the delivery boy about envelope not giving a proper answer and making excuses and not solving the problem of original receiver....
