Had been to rcity magic holidays for presentation...had been honest to them that won't be accepting membership unless I try ur services...since had a bad experience at club mahindra...
The staff started to talk in such a way that u have come here to beg our vouchers.and that also in free .voucher you have to pay 2000 rs as tax...this is how they treat their customers...and went away unattended...bad people...just sitting g there to fool people and sell their membership...and and after selling it's like who the he'll r you...

    Today I got an call offering Complimentory stay at their properties for few day on attending the presentation.

    I found few patterns which listeners/readers should beware of:
    • They will try to extract as much information as possible before selling their services/products. Beware all information given by you is used to decorate their own products while selling later. Your information is used against you to fool your brain in thinking that their product has all the points you like.

    • Provoking you to take decisions. They will ask vital information regarding descision making in your family to provoke specific response from you. If you have descision power then never reveal this as you will fall into trap of their sales pitch easily. Remember all they need is your money.

    • Creating Urgency: They try to create utmost urgency to take descision NOW or swipe card by offering discounts, EMI, Freebies. If you get time, you will realize how their urgency hampers your brain in making wrong descision.
    When you add maintainence charges, travelling cost and other hidden charges, you will realize how deal is designed against you.

    I got escaped from their trap by delaying my deacision of opting for membership.

    I WILL NOT RECOMMEND MAGIC HOLIDAYS TO ANY ONE.

      We are also the victim of magic holidays.

      they have taken token amount of 16000 immediately by swiping card
      assuring best services.

      when i search on net i found so many complaints against them

      I requested them to give us our money back as we had not availed any free services or trips of any single paisa from them.

      it is our hard money and we have every right to take back from them

      they have big chain all over other states including mumbai

      if one by one anybody goes they will not bother to pay our money

      I request every person who have paid money and not taken any trip and want to take their money back come jointly write everybody there name and phone number them we can create a group on whatsup and jointly put complaint against them and put FIR in police station and will go for consumer court.

        On 12.07.2017 I have received a call from magic holiday from the office of my car agency. When we went there Mr Mohammad Zuhaib attended us and convinced us to buy a package of magic holidays. we paid Rs 23288 as initial amount and with later installments for 4 year. Later I came to know that this is all not true so I contacted several time with Mr Zuhaib but every time his phone was out of network coverage area. Therefore now i want refund of my initial amount of Rs 23288 paid by debit card on 12.07.2017 at lucknow. Receipt number is 133282.Now I don't wish to continue magic holiday membership

          Hi, I have got a call from one of Magic Holiday executive( Radhika-[protected], Mr. Atul ) on 16th Feb. 2017 regarding a holiday gift voucher. She told me that i hv to attend a 30-45 min. presentation & if you reach on time you will also get 2 movie tickets. We reached on time ( 17th Feb @7:30 PM) & attended the presentation given by Ms. Monika Negi ([protected]), Mr. sandee & Mr. Bhanu . Based on the discussion (like there are no sessions only RED session is there in June & Dec only, tie- up with Marriot, Sheraton J.P group etc., we hv only 3, 4& 5 star properties, all the false promises) we finally agreed to take 100 night white season membership @ 177429/- & since i was not caring enough money & its already 9.30 P.M, it has been agreed that at the movement I shall pay Rs. 2000/-of the first 10% installment money & rest will be paid on Monday (20.02.2017), also the movie tickets will be sent on your phone on 18.02.17). I paid Rs. 2000/- & took a receipt of the same & we walked down happily. On 18.02.17 when I enquired about the movie tickets, Monika replied that there is no one in the office today & will provide the same on Monday (20.02.17) during the collection of pending amount. On the same when the first step went wrong, I decided to check the credibility of the promises /claims made by your Team, I started enquired about the Magic Holidays over net & found that almost all promises made & things told to me are wrong & I got cheated . I landed your Sector 32, Chandigarh office on 20/02/2017 & met Ms. Monika, Mr. Sandeep & Mr. Bhanu. When discussed all about I requested them to refund my Money + Movie tickets + 2 nights holidays voucher. They said will clear the same tomorrow just give us a written request. Which I gave on the spot. From that day onwards I m following them over phone & watsup but every time a new story they are telling me & till date I have not received my Rs. 2000/- & movie tickets only the holiday voucher with all the terms & conditions which was not told to me earlier ( which is of no use) sent on my mail .
          Request you to kindly look into the same & arrange to refund the money & movie tickets. Also an action should be taken on all the concerned persons.

            Me and my wife were called over coffee and offering free hotel passes by Mrs Monika Negi and her team. We were then misguided by all wrong information and we paid Rs25000 as advance money to the company. Later when we received call from Mumbai and they gave different information we asked for refund back no one from company responded. It is really a cheating company.

              RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
              I am SHUJA UDDIN AHMAD.
              Cheated by your company agent MR.RAVINDER.
              Firstly, I have refused to take the membership and ask him to return the
              money, he told me that MAGIC HOLIDAYS will call you, you have to tell them
              then your money will be returned.
              But I didnt get any call from company and they send me welcome kit with
              wrong details, my contact is not correctly mentioned.
              Then I went to MAGUC HOLIDAYS lucknow offices of WAVE MALL and VIKAS NAGAR both your
              offices are closed as they do so.
              Now its untolerable, emi's starting debitting from my account, then I called
              MR.RAVINDER but he the fraud didnt pick my call.
              Till now I have not used any holidays from MAGUC HOLIDAYS
              So kindly get my money return and in future no other peraon will be trapped by them.
              Hope your getting me.

                This has reference to our meeting Ms. Jalpa and Mr. Dipen at Chocolate room hotel - Vadodara on 12.01.2017, regarding holiday scheme. After discussion we have paid Rs. 1000 to Mr. Dipen as advance booking amount on returnable basis. It was conveyed to us that if we don't like the scheme, the company shall return the advance money. Since last two days we are trying to reach Mr. Dipen who does not even pick up the phone calls now.

                We think it was our correct decision not to avail the scheme since on the first instance the company representative does not respond properly.

                  In last 8 months, I have visited couple of magic holiday's properties: Ooty and Kodaikanal. Both were horribly messy rooms and leaky bathrooms., worst of meals and what else.. nothing good to highlight. I booked Kodaikanal for 3 nights but checked out after one night. Not sure, how they can fix this if they dont have good properties. I am thinking to close my account though I have already paid more than 50%. And not used 10% of services. But I would prefer to save remaining 50%.

                    Hi, my self munish i am from chandigarh,

                    I was trapped by marketing executives of magic holidays, where they gave me lucrative offers to sale of the membership to meet there targets, and took the advance from me for 25 years,

                    After which customer care contacted me for confirmation of services offered for starting the membership, which were completely different from what were offered thus i requested to hold back till chandigarh team clarifies the things, which were offered

                    I contacted them and asked them why was the difference and asked for refund, they say its a advance and we will not refund,

                    After few days i received a mail that your membership is confirmed, though i recieved no calls for confirmation though i requested to hold as mentioned above

                    I try to contact customer care on phone but o one took the call, and there was no one to listen then i mailed also but that was in vain suddenly mr. Vishal took the call after o many efforts and said will look in to the matter for the fraud done with me, and come back for reply, 10 days passed by and then i dropped a mail for cancellation,

                    Next day he gave a call and said will process the cancellation request where he has mentioned that money is non refundable,

                    This is a big fraud where no one explain money is non refundable after membership gets in.

                    2. I have never confirmeed for membership, though i asked to hold back but few persons to meet there target as mentioned by vishal did that (Customer relations officer on phone), ehere i am not at fault

                    I need my hard earned money back and request all not to get trap in to magic holiday/panoromic holidays, they are cheaters show you lucrative offers & places just to take your hard earned money hope this will save many persons hard earned money.

                      I take membership of magic holidays on may 2015 from mr. Dinesh prajapati ([protected]). Membership fee is rs.169300/- for 25 years.
                      He told me to pay 10% down payment i. E rs.16930/- and remaining amount in installment of rs.4241 for 48 months.
                      As enrollment offer they provide me credit voucher of rs.5000/-, 3n4d & 2n3d complimentary package and cash back worth rs.3500/-
                      He told me to use complimentary package and experience the service if its not satisfactory then cancel it and they will refund amount. He also confirm that they will not take installment amount until i use the complimentary package and want to continue the membership.
                      Unfortunately they send ecs and collect the installment amount directly from my bank account without informing me. After that i want to cancel the membership and i request for it so many times but they asked me to use the package.
                      I use their 2n3d package on jan 2016 and got worst experience. I want to cancel my membership and want my money back but they informed me that money is not refundable. Now they don't reply of my phone calls or emails also they can't provide the services of the package. Their surat branch is also closed from where i take the membership. I called so many times at their mumbai office when i told my membership no they disconnect the call
                      Please help me to get my amount back.

                        I had bought magic holiday membership number fm/mum/0218 for holiday package for 10 years. I bought the membership around august 15th 2016. I was given wrong commitment and product features in writing by the sale person while selling the membership. On becoming the member i realised the product features told to me were false. I immediately informed the customer care of magic holiday to cancel my membership and refund my amount. To my surprise they asked me to follow up with the salesperson to get my refund. The sales person would speak rudely and stopped taking my call.
                        Even after having written confirmation from the sales person on the product features and benefits, magic holidays is not ready to provide the committed benefits nor have they taken any action on the sales person for mis leading the customer and nor have they refunded me my money.
                        Finally after a lot of follow ups the customer care agreed to cancel my membership and refund the amount, but it has been around 4 months now but the amount has not been received. I have followed up with them but they have stopped responding to my email.
                        I have made the payment of rs 57323/- (First emi - rs 4450.75 + interest on emi - rs 614.34 + lumpsum amount paid to close the emi - rs 52258.25)

                            We were to be provided free vouchers from magic holidays. When we went there, they were forcing us to get membership. And when we refused like for 7 times.. The lady manager comes n tries to re-convince us. Again when we refused.. She murmurs to her staff saying "ye log sirf voucher k liye aaye hai, inko de de"
                            That is not a way to talk to customer.
                            Has hse been even taught the basic values of customer is king
                            N in the first place when u cant afford to sell so callled free vouchers without forceful membership, dont sell them.
                            Just coz u wanna achive ur target, avoid abuses from ur senior, u can't mistreat the customer.
                            In d end when they gave us d voucher, we tore it into pieces on her face.
                            N told her we r gonna complaint abt her.

                              Hlo am Manju Khurana.I have booked a package of these services on 4th july and till date we had not enjoyed any holiday from this package and the term was to first try the package and if then our ans. was yes then if we would like to continue then the package will be continued.But till now we hadn't enjoyed any trip but amount from our account had deducted till date 3 times i.e. nearly 4700 and nearly 17000 and nearly 2300. So at last I would like to inform you that please cancel my package booking and refund all amount that had been handed over to you and also that you had deducted from my account. I have dialed all the phone numbers provided by them oon their official site but i didnt get any response from them.

                                I have paid Rs. 19550 for flexi white studio membership on 25th Sept 2016 at magic holidays office in Little world mall Khargar .But when i gone through the review came to know that the services are not upto the mark and company has many bad reviews also when contacted to their customer relationship executive and Venue manager Mr Sanjeet moulik ([protected]) the response was not proper and hence we immediately raised a request for cancellation and demanded for money return, Since no service has been availed from the company and as per co policy within 10 day i have confirmed that i dont want to be the part of the package offered through mail ( copy attached).Neither company is acknowledging the complaint nether there is response form their field representatives.Kindly help to get me my Rs 19550/- back which i had paid on 25/09/2016.

                                  I am red member of Magic Holidays from ahmedabad. My membership no.is FM/AHM /50.I was not given what was promised by marketing person name Anunay Srivastav. Their one property in Alleppy hasbeen closed and other one in Kovalam is going to be closed soon. The alternative property they provided was substandard. When I complained to reservation head Mr Naem Khan about this, he not only misbehave but refuse to give booking to me for next trip. All their employees are arrogant, shameless n mannerless. I want to surrender my membership n want my money back. At the time of membership when I asked about Internet reviews, they told me that these are either fake or by members using free nights . I paid 70000 Rs to them n still they refuse to provide accommodation free or paid.

                                  hi i m javeed mungle member of magic holiday from pune. My membership no.is MH/PUN/4251 my agent name is imran khan and manager name is akash. both are not received my call and reply me since 2 month. all fake persons they give me completely wrong guidance. I want to surrender my membership n want my money back.
                                  its fake company don't invest here. i paid 50 k.

                                    Hi, I am a customer of Magic holidays. And this is the first time I am planning my trip to Singapore and Thailand with magic holidays and currently I am consulting with one of the employee of magic holidays named RAHUL DIXIT who said he is operating from BHOPAL. It’s been 3 months and still he is not responding to my request and every time he is delaying by making petty and bogus excuses. Mostly his phone is not reachable or not attending my calls. I complaint against him to his supervisor also but the supervisor just responded by giving him petty warning and again passed my trip planning to him only taking no action against him neither forwarding my case to some other consultant . I am not able to find any responsible supervisory point of contact on any of their sites and also none of their Customer care number are working or reachable. It has been 3 months now and my request is not being addressed. All the installments I have paid . I think went into vain and I am starting to believe that this is a fraud company. Please help me to take a strict action against this organization and suggest me how to reach and lodge complaint against this company in consumer court and particularly against is guys RAHUL DIXIT

                                      My magic holidays membership no. Is mh/mum/5623 valid from 08-2015 taken from magic holiday office located in ‘little world mall, khargar’ from mr. Sanjeet moulik & mr. Oskar. There are many reason for surrendering the membership which is mention below in details. There is no other opinion to continue this membership and hence request you to take my this surrender request and refund the full amount which has been paid to you so far and stop the ecs payment from the next installment (Sep'16 onward).

                                      Reason for the surrender the membership on immediate effect as below: -

                                      1. When the first confirmation call we received before joining the membership, we have initially regret the confirmation as it differed which was presented to us, then after we received the call from mr. Oskar stating that this is the process for the confirmation and it is based on the base line so you can accept whatever they ask you and whatever we have offer you in presentation it will be provided you and the same will come in the joining kit. So in second confirmation we have accepted all those point which was ask to us as a confirmation.
                                      2. Commitment which was told to us at the time of presentation the package is different in many ways which is received in membership kit.
                                      3. The membership kit doesn’t mentioned those points which was told in the presentation.
                                      4. There is a hidden factor in rci property which says it will be provided for maximum 2 person in the same cost.
                                      5. There is a hidden cost in rci property which says 1200/- per night for extra person needs to be paid compulsory.
                                      6. There is a hidden cost in rci property which says 250/- per person per day toward breakfast needs to be paid and it is compulsory.
                                      7. There is a hidden cost in rci property which says for any cancellation the paid amount will not be refundable.
                                      8. There is a hidden cost of fluctuating of amc charges, which was told to us 6100/- per year is fixed.
                                      9. There is an offer given to us of rs.5000/- cash back, which will auto credited after 4 emi but it was not given till date.
                                      10. There is an offer given to us for one day picnic, which will be arrange by the magic holiday and date will be convey to us based on the availability of the group of peoples. As it was convey to us also like for individual person this can’t be done, when we request to provide the picnic for the proceeding next week after joining the membership.
                                      11.in the presentation they have provided us 2 week rci bonus weeks without any additional cost but it was not mention in anywhere in the kit and when we enquired, it was convey to us by mr. Sanjeet that it will be provided only after the full payment is made, which is totally different from the presentation.
                                      12. Two 2n / 3d free holiday package was shown and offer in the presentation but only one is provided in the document in the membership kit.
                                      13. It was told once you become member will provide you the login details so you can login and you can do your planning at any time for anywhere and you can check your detail online. But when enquired about the login details we come to know that it will be provided only after the full payment.
                                      14.in presentation it was told to us, if the full payment is made with in 18 month then no interest will be charged to us. But when enquired from the account / collection department we came to know it is only 12 months after that interest will be chargeable and from the last one month i’m receiving call from collection department to clear the full payment before 31st aug to relieve from the interest.
                                      15.in the presentation lots of panoramic properties was shown but when we planned our first trip with magic holiday, we came to know there is only limited properties in panoramic and we needs to go with the rci properties for which we needs to pay additional cost.
                                      16. It was told to us that the cost of the membership is 169, 300/- and only 6100/- per year amc needs to pay before travel. But while making the first trip plan in magic holidays we came to know that we needs to pay rci properties charges also apart from the mentioned charges.
                                      17. And there is some utility fee mention in the membership kit like 10 usd or 20 usd needs to pay for overseas properties, which was not communicated in the presentation.

                                      For clarifying the above point i have call the executive (Mr. Oskar) many times but he didn’t responded the same thing i have convey to your collection department also that mr. Oskar is not picking my call and reverting me back. So i visited ‘little world mall, khargar’ last week 3 times but out of that 2 days i found the office is closed that is on[protected] &[protected] and finally i can able to catch mr. Sanjeet on[protected] and he had convey that they can’t able to do anything in this request and we need to communicated to customer care for this surrender request. So, i’m writing this mail to you, kindly do the needful at earliest.

                                      When i visited to your kharghar office, i got the reply from your executive like i am not able to plan my travel and blaming magic holiday to surrender the policy. Which i need to clarify that, first point of one day picnic which was told to us that magic holiday will arrange and convey to us. Than how you can expect me to follow up. Second, i have a plan to travel in next week from 13 to 20 of aug'16 and for that i have made my plan and once connect you before 20-25 days then only i came to know the reality of this package and hidden costs. Due to which i have decided to surrender the policy immediately. And for your information i have plan my own vacation in next week because i have not received the good response from your side.

                                      I couldn’t able to continue this membership with all this cost factors and hence request you to take my this surrender request and provide me the refund (Amount paid by me so far) as soon as possible and stop ecs payment from the next installment.

                                      From last month i'm following up and writing mails to them but no one is responding and ecs payment also not stop it is till deducting from my account.

                                      Request you to kindly help me to get my money back and close this relationship with magic holiday

                                      Kindly help to get my money back from this fraud company (magic holiday) who saying lies and false commitment only. I have send them multiple reminders to return back my money and every time they are coming up with different statements.

                                      Request your help to get my money back as soon as possible. I'm sending them mails from Last 3 months but not getting my money back.

                                      They should & need to be return back my amount with Interest.

                                        I am a nonmember of Magic holiday.

                                        I was been called 7-8 time by one of your person to collect the 2n3d free voucher. Once I said yes and went to collect the voucher there is when I realized that this was some 45 min presentation for membership in 6th Aug. We attended the same and were given our voucher.

                                        I and my husband were planning to utilize the free voucher and since last 6 days I am calling and following up with reservation department for helping me book the same.

                                        Now they are saying that only if you become member than we will help you with the free voucher booking else we will not. This is the worst marketing strategy I have ever seen of any company.

                                        Also would like to inform you that we were planning to visit the property once and check if we feel good, we would have thought of becoming member as we had like the concept of this membership thing.

                                        But sorry to say that with this kind of service I will think twice before becoming member and will not advice my friend too. Thanks!!
