My magic holidays membership no. F5/cdg/0009.

I have already cancelled my membership last year then why your company deducted an amount of rs. 4856/- on 26th march.

When i joined for the membership then they did not tell me that they have put the future installments on auto debit. This is fraud.

Refund my money.

Below is the cancellation confirmation email from magic holidays team.

On 22-dec-2017, at 12:45 pm, custmer relations wrote:

Dear sir/madam,

Further to our telecom and your request about membership cancellation,

As per the membership rules of magic holiday plan, any amount paid towards this membership is non refundable, hence the paid amount is non-refundable and no amount is due to you from our company.

Please note that as per the membership rules of magic holiday plan the payments made by you towards magic holiday plan were adjusted first in admission cost, which is non-refundable.

As per the declarations signed by you and as per the membership rule stated above, no amount is due by our company to you towards magic holiday plan.

How can mark it resolved when its not.

I still have not received my money back. Magic Holidsays customer support has stopped replying to my emails.

They don't even care even if told them i would go to consumer court.

    Magic holidays is a cheat company. They have cheatedly taken rs 42, 839/- from me which they are refusing to refund now. They actually invited us to attend a session of 45 min. Saying that we have won a free 2 nights 3 days holiday voucher for which i would have to visit stallian honda showroom office in Faizabad road lucknow and attend their session with my spouse to grab it. On visit, achal and his manager, sold us 100 nights stay membership package for (4 family members) stay in india and abroad, by creating a big illusion and without disclosing all the facts. Even they filled up the entire form on their own and got it signed from us without giving us any chance to read it. Morever, they told us that if we dont like the concept and their membership product then entire amount shall be refunded to us. Later, when we asked him to booking of hotel they are stated to asking next 3 EMI which we refused to pay. And after knowing all the facts, when we asked them to cancel this membership and refund our booking amount or providecus the services as committed, which they are refusing to do so.
    They had taken a pics of my credit card when i am opposing him why you are taking pics they are telling this is only for the down payment you had made we will follow thatnow on[protected] they had deducted one EMI 16188 without my concern after long of discussion and follow up with mumbai office they told us it is wrongly deducted but we can not refund its our policy.

    I have paid them an amount of rs 42, 839/- from my hard earned money which they are not refunding now even after our repeated request. Please suggest/assist me obtaining my money back from such a fraud company...

    From the day one when they had taken payment from me i am requesting him to cancell that time they are telling once member ID will generate we will refund it, Please don't write any complain other wise HO will not generate the member ID and your money will stuck. Now your team member is telling you had not given any written complaint within 10 days so we can not refund. It is a planned trapped made by your team and taken my hard earned money.
    Request you to please look in to the matter justicefully and refund my payment.

      Magic holidays is a cheat company. They have cheatedly taken rs 55, 500/- from me which they are refusing to refund now. They actually invited us to attend a session of 45 min. Saying that we have won a free 2 nights 3 days holiday voucher for which i would have to visit their chandigarh office and attend their session with my spouse to grab it. On visit, achal and his manager, sold us 100 nights stay membership package for (4 family members) stay in india and abroad, by creating a big illusion and without disclosing all the facts. Even they filled up the entire form on their own and got it signed from us without giving us any chance to read it. Morever, they told us that if we dont like the concept and their membership product then entire amount shall be refunded to us. Later, when we asked them for the hotel booking for a trip to bangkok then they started demanding an exorbitent amount of rs 28, 000/- in addition to amc charges which we refused to pay. And after knowing all the facts, when we asked them to cancel this membership and refund our booking amount or providecus the services as committed, which they are refusing to do so.

      I have paid them an amount of rs 55, 500/- from my hard earned money which they are not refunding now even after our repeated request. Please suggest/assist me obtaining my money back from such a fraud company...

      We are ready to process the booking as per membership terms and conditions. As per the policy, we can accommodate 2 adult and 2 kids (below 12 year) in 1 studio room.

      We have explained the terms and conditions of the membership and you have agreed and signed for the same member application form.

      Further to your request about membership cancellation,

      As per the Membership Rules of Magic Holiday Plan, any amount paid towards this membership is non refundable, hence the paid amount is non-refundable and no amount is due to you from our Company.

      Please note that as per the Membership Rules of Magic Holiday Plan the payments made by you towards Magic Holiday Plan were adjusted first in admission cost, which is non-refundable.

      As per the declarations signed by you and as per the Membership Rule stated above, no amount is due by our company to you towards Magic Holiday Plan.

        I had joined membership of PANORAMIC HOLIDAYS LIMITED for Rs 25, 888/ Payment was made on same day i.e. 05.01.2018 through HDFC Credit Card.

        After reading the reviews of the captioned company on different social sites, I came to know about the unprofessional approach of the company towards its customers & therefore requested for cancellation of the said membership on very next day of my joining i.e 06.01.2018 over mail. I, repeatedly, followed up the company official i.e. Achal Dubey and Sonam Tenzin and Vishal Vanga through mails and telephone.

        On 08.01.2018 I received a call from Company customer care executive i.e. Vishal Vanga, asking reason for the cancellation and requested for continuation of the membership. It was clearly denied by me over phone and later by mail also. Further, on the same day i.e 08.01.2018, I received a mail from company stating that Company is processing my request for the cancellation with refund. I would be receiving the refund within 45 working days. My bank details for NEFT were request for processing of refund request. My NEFT details were sent to the company on the same day i.e 08.01.2018 via mail.

        Again on 28.02.2018, I received a call from Company customer care executive i.e. Vishal Vanga for delay in processing of my refund request. As per our discussion, it was made clear from my side that I am not interested in membership of the company, at all. At the end of call, I was confirmed by him that now since all your doubts about cancellation have been cleared. So, you would be processing my refund request on priority basis. Now, even after expiry of the 45 working days, my refund has not been processed.

        I requested several times (mail dated 15.2.18, 19.02.18, 05.03.2018- Copy attached) but despite all my pleadings comoany have not made good for deficiency in services, which is indeed regrettable and highly unprofessional. On account of your aforesaid dereliction of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered losses/ incurred expenses, which they are liable to compensate to me.

        I request all readers to stictly avoid enrolling for magic holidays group.

        They are highly unprofessional.

        Those who hve enrolled, are requested to cancel membership within 10 days of joining. Otherwise these beggers will not return your hard earned money.

        We have not charged GST on Application processing Fees. At the time of crediting the amount, bank had charged us bank charges with GST which we have debited from refund amount. Also note, our Membership Application Form itself is an Invoice.

        Got call from magic holidays for free trip vouchers.If company wants to promote trip offers then send it directly on mail id with proper details. Then customer will communicate with respective hotel person and himself share trip experience with magic holidays. Attending session and fooling them is wrong way to promote offers.

          I was called to the magic holidays seminar at Jiwan Plaza Patiala on[protected] for 45 mins presentation. They explained various schemes and said price is only for today. At last said there is scheme for less amount only for today (Which was totally false) -scheme of rs77000/- They said you can pay by installment hence i paid rs15500 as a token money by cc and balance amount 7000/- by cheque. Later on I felt that, I am unable to pay my E.M.I. on time. I drop a mail to magic cc (Mr Vishal) to return my hard earn money, but I received a mail as reply from Mr. Vishal
          As per our telephonic conversation, We have processed your refund as per our multiple discussions. The refund process will take 45 working days. Please reply to my email with your bank details for NEFT and card statements, reflection the transaction of paid amount. Please note: there will be the deductions of Rs. 5000/- towards Processing & Administration fees and banking charges as per transaction. Thank you for contacting Magic Holidays!
          As I am not a member of this company after that they deducting 5000/- money and will return money after 45 day, It mean they are livening stone age not in digitized India. This company totally fraud and government has to be taken strict action against the Magic holiday company & blacklist, so they cannot play with innocent people.

            Magic holiday invited me at ccd in paras down town mall, zirakpur to collect vouchers for free holiday. I have searched magic holiday on internet and see some bad experiences of the people. I told all the bed experiences to the representative bout demand of some money and fraud. He talk very rudely with me. I think someone have to stand up against these fraud and teach them lesson.

              After cancellation of membership from magic holidays they are not returning my membership fee & ECS which debited after cancellation.

              Whenever we trying to Magic Holidays team members, they not responding.
              Till date no one responding, only one time they replied on mail for refund status after than no revert on mail or call.

              Magic holidays local agent are also same they also not picked up call.

                In the year, 2015, april, i have enrolled to your membership program and i was forcefully asked to register for the program.

                After registering the membership, i understood that financially i could not pay emi on every month and then after many emails and request magic holiday team cancelled my holiday request. I would request that not to force client to register for the membership in the 1st meeting because sales executive pressure client take decision and afterwards they come to know real problem or issue if any like happened in my case.

                It was a unpleasant experience for me at all, i would like to request for refund my initial booking amount, it would be great help and support for me and my family at this point of time as we are facing financial crisis.

                I hope you will take corrective action and refund my initial booking on immediate basis.

                        I booked a 5 year membership plan from your bhopal office situated in db mall on 11 jan 2018 from mr kamal sharma and puneet tripathi for which i paid 100% amount of 99225 rs through credit card. I requested for its cancelation on 13 jan 2018 as soon as i got activation call from magic holiday since there were discrepancies in the information and charges given by mr sharma and mr tripathi which i came to know from activation call so i denied for activation of membership and requested for cancelation. Some of these discrepancies are.

                        1) i was informed that booking cost per night for red season will be 1300 rs and if book holiday in blue season i will get 3 night in lieu of 1 night also this 1300 rs will split in 3 part. So what i will have to pay per night for booking in blue season will be 1300/3 = 433.3 rs. Which is false.

                        2) i was not informed that overseas booking cost will be 2200 rs per night. This i came to know from activation call.

                        3) i was told that i can rent my holiday through magic holiday in case i don’t use them and rent received will be definitely more than my i night holiday cost that is around 4200 rs including 1300 rs reservation charge.

                        4) i was told that all the properties of magic holiday are 4 and 5 star and cost more than 10000 rs per night. But almost all of there properties can be booked under 3500 rs that too including gst and breakfast through goibibo or make my trip.

                        Because of all these reasons i requested for cancellation and refund. They told that i will be informed in 2 days. But i didnt get any information till now. Its been more than 7 days now. My mails also. They are not replying to when i called them they say we can not refund your money our management is not allowing it. I feel cheated now. They are saying if you go for cancellation we will deduct about 8000 rs and it will take around 4 to 5 months for refund.

                          Hi,

                          We have attended the promotional event by the magic holidays representative Mr. Ali Meeran and the Sales Manger Mr. Abhilash Karatt in Abad Plaza on 30th Dec 2017 at 7 P.M, where they explained us the membership and we have paid Rs 20813 /- ( Receipt No: 16204) as down payment by SBI debit card to subscribe for the membership of flexi Magic white studio.

                          We were forced to take the decision as they have informed us that 30th Dec 2017 was the last date for availing the benefits. So we paid upon the details informed.

                          We were also told that upon paying the down payment we will get a complimentary holiday of 2N/3D which costs 18000 per night (as committed in writing by the Sales Manager Mr. Abhilash Karatt & the Holiday Consultant Mr. Ali Meeran). But when we went through the leaflet (which was given to us after the payment), we couldn't find any good resorts in the list (mainly in south zone which we are planning for vacation )

                          After some research on Internet we could find that any body can book from the websites with cheaper rates for the hotels/resorts which Magic holidays has provided in their list.So we realized that the membership package is not useful for us and we do not want to continue the membership.

                          As per the Terms and Condition in the Website if any member wanted to cancel the membership then he can send an email to customer care for the cancellation. So we are sending this email and requesting to cancel our membership and refund the amount which was taken from us.

                              They are totally fake... Magic holidays called me n my husband saying we have won free holidays n when we reached there called location theyvstarded selling us there services... They appear professional but they r totally fake... Or scam.... I. Iave paid them 15000 rs.. Which they promised i will get my andaman trip from there 1000rs a night plan. But till date their executive or service centre or call centre or agent mr achal have not responded a single time about or payback..... N have all proofs... They are not returning my money n there executive mrs achal from chandigarh is not even responding to messages... Please invest in mahindra holidays but don't get fooled by them...

                                This is a totally fake company. They called us multiple times to visit sagar ratna in panchkula to see their presentation of 45minutes. They promised us to give us a voucher of 2n/3d (Any of their specified 5 locations). The so called presentation was of 45 mins but actually it took 120mins. Till 1 hour they did not offer us even tea/coffee. We ordered it ourselves. Miss urvashi, ms monika, and their manager was present there. Miss urvashi showed us some fake pictures and videos of their resort and later offered us a package of 220000 for 25 years and asked us to pay 28000 as advance down payment. When we showed them their reviews from this site their tone changed and they became furious and agitated and had no answer to their negative reviews and gave illogical answers and suggested us to be practical and by not going with the reviews because as per their understanding people don't share good reviews they share negative reviews. She was too rude and blunt when we refused her offer. When we refused, miss urvashi went and informed her manager and then the asked the waiter to collect bill of our tea/coffee. The voucher that they gave at last was a handwritten fake voucher. They also made other fake promises which was never fulfilled. Please please don't fall in their trap (Their phone number is [protected], [protected], [protected])

                                  I have received call for attending magic holidays presentation for 45 mins and avail free holiday voucher.
                                  We have attended the same on 06/12/2017 and given our mail id and they have told that they would mail us voucher on next date.
                                  But since date i. E. On 20/12/2017 we have not received the same.
                                  This shows the level of service provided by this holidays people. Thank god we have not opted for membership.

                                    I have take the flexi 75 nights red studio membership and while making the down payment of the same sachin nikam (Sales) had verbally committed me that if i don't like the service i can discontinue the membership before the emi starts.

                                    Although he cleared that i will not get the refund of the amount but the company will provide me the service equivalent to the amount i paid and i can stop the emi.

                                    After using the complimentary trip i found that the service provide was not upto the mark then i requested for the cancellation of the membership and asked them to settle the balance amount by providing me the equivalent service, although i am not asking for any refund.

                                    But now the customer relations (Vishal vanga) is telling me that this cannot be done and is asking if i have any written communication from sachin regarding the commitment, which i don't have as i had done the payment having faith on sachin which was my big mistake.

                                    I am again making it clear that i am not asking for any refund from the company, but i need the balance amount to be settled by providing me the equivalent service.

                                      I have white membership purchased 3 year back at around 3 lac rupees
                                      Mh/del/1544
                                      This is white season
                                      There conversion rate from white to red is increasing.
                                      There red season is increasing
                                      So now i can only make 3.5 days holidays in a year.
                                      There amc is also increasing at very high rate from 5500 to 8500 in 2 years.
                                      They are now just looting people
                                      Poor customer care.
                                      Now they tied up with treebo and giving us treebo rooms which is below standard. They told me that hotel will be of 3 or 4 star categor but treebo hotel are below standard. Its purely cheating.

                                        1. No booking despite tried in advance while sold online to customers.
                                        2. Conversion white to red from 1.4 to 2
                                        3. Hike in maintenance from whooping 5% to 20%!
                                        4. Season chart becoming red day by day. White & blue shrinking.
                                        5. Extraordinary time to confirm booking. No room availability online.

                                        This is gross injustice to members, gives a sense of being trapped by company rendering members helpless.
