In the month of sep2013, mr. Atiq – branch head – lucknow, approached me for the membership plan of magic holidays, since i am never interested any time share concept i did not show any interest in that, but he kept perusing me & came to my office many times alongwith one more executive mr. Faiz, they kept bugging & i kept denying because i was rather looking for a one time good deal for some good hotel, then mr. Atiq offered me a 7d/8n one time package in rs.15750 along with one induction cooker & food coupon worth rs.3k, i found this offer value for money & finally got convinced, i paid rs. 15750 through credit card.


After around a months’ time i received the welcome kit, but when i read the entire document i realized & shocked that it was actually a normal membership plan wherein i need to pay further emi’s to continue the membership & i can avail my first holiday of 3n/4d only after realization of atleast 3 emi’s, since this was not as per my understanding, i immediately contacted mr. Atiq & raised my concerns, mr. Atiq asked me not to worry & ignore what is written in the welcome kit & assured me that there is no problem at all, & he further assured me that he will take care of everything & he has already taken the approval from management for my one time 7d/8n holiday, when i still showed my doubt on what he is saying, he said that he can issue me few 2n/3d voucher’s just to reassure me that i can avail my holiday & there won’t be any problem, then he issued me two voucher’s on 3rd oct13, the voucher numbers are xm-2n3d-1735 & xn-2n3d-30541


In the meanwhile i had to change my location & i shifted to haryana, i joined a new company & hence could not plan any holiday in 2014, but when now in 2015 summer i am planning to have a holiday & tried to contact mr. Atiq in lucknow to renew those voucher’s i got to know that mr. Atiq has already left the job, then i contacted the branch & updated everything to the new branch manager who denied giving any resolution.


Now i am being given to understand that your this is a membership plan & i have to pay emi’s to continue it, this is a clear case of fraud & cheating & i am not going to leave it like that, if my grievance is not resolved up to my satisfaction, i will be bound to approach consumer forum


I request to please immediately intervene & arrange to refund the entire amount of rs.15750 at the earliest.

    Was invited for a presentation along with wife were all smiles till presentation. was not impressed. so politely refused suddenly change in behaviour started behaving rudely very unprofessional. untrained staf[censored]nable to cope up with pressure. frustrating behaviour also didnot give the free gift assured thane office majiwada branch also when registered my number on their tollfree no to lodge a complaint was assured a call back but no call back from company

    This company is not at all paying the pending salary to their employees. I will definitely file a fraudlent and mental harassment complaint against your company. No proper is given till date. Very bad mnc.

      Hi,

      My name is Bharti Saini.I am an CitiBank credit card customer. On 2nd of July 2016, I got a call from a certain person saying he was from CitiBank premises and telling me I had been awarded a VIP customer status for being a faithful customer. I was explained number of schemes and packages as rewards and he guided me through a series of IVR steps for the same all this happening under the pretext that he was from CitiBank . Under the impression that I was talking to a CitiBank line I had entered my card details in the IVR call as a verification.To my amazement after the call I realized my credit card had been debited by an amount 9998 rs and 4999 from my debit card The call was from a certain tourist group by the name of Magic holiday club. I have notified them through mail that the transaction made was void and any product or services they address in my name is not authorized by me. My Package has expired Please the amount refunded. No one from their side has replied to my mail till now.

I represent Magic Holidays, a panoramic group company and we have no relation with magic holidays club, the company you have referred to in your complaint. I would request you to please remove your wrongful complaint against our organization and choose the correct organization that has perpetrated this fraud on you. Also, many organizations including banks are constantly alerting their customers against fraud calls/hoax calls/misrepresentations/phishing using sms/emails/television etc. These days every bank alerts its customers not to disclose card nos/card pins/CVV nos. over the phone. We are surprised you have become a victim to such an act and totally sympathize with you. And not only that you have posted the fraud against the wrong company! We are in the service industry and committed to solve OUR customer grievances.But the grievances should be related to our business/ organisation.

        Team Magic holidays is the cheater company, i enrolled for the holiday membership but during the confirmation call i denied for activation of membership. I sent the mail to company for my refund which i paid at chandigarh branch during the enrolement.

        I called several times on their mumbai head office, discussed with Jewelen, Kavita, hemant but they all are not supportive to settle my case.

          It is highly ashamed on Magic Holidays Panoramic Group company who are giving exciting offers to people to get their membership. I am one o[censored]s cheated by this company. Actually their sales people giving highly exciting offers to customers to get their membership. it happened with me when this company's sales people promoting our company in Rohtak city. They gave me an offer of 2 air tickets return, rs 5000 of food vouchers and 5 nights/ 6 days in Rs 42000/-. As i am demanding the same package, now they are refused to me giving. I already paid to them Rs. 21000/-

            I have been cheated by magic holidays lucknow branch by their false commitment and unreliable sales person i will rather say them as their agent who are best in their talks but never get back to you once you are in any trouble. The customer care, guys be serious on this as the services are better with better after sale services. The call center executives are not bothered what you are saying they just know their standard lines as if some system is replying without understanding others perspective. Whosoever is concerned for viewing this complaint request you please not to forward anything to cc executive as that is not an answer for any complaint raised. If you do care for your existing customer do something. I have traveled recently with your services and found it worthless and now i came to know that emi has also been deducted even after informing your so called cc executives. I want my 25k to be refunded as early as possible. Else i have see other options for the same as it's been a month following up and i am not getting a response on the same.

              My boy study in a reputed school in Lucknow in the campus a fraud company named panoramic group magic holidays came and organized a competition and collected the information about parents, name, salary, profession, car model, phone no., address etc. from the children after few months a phone call came to me and I was told that your ward has been selected in the competition and company wants to give a gift as prize so come and collect the prize I ignored the phone call due to lack of the time. but they continuously called me so I went to the place told by them with my family here they sown me there promotional schemes and attractive but fake membership plans they convinced my family in many ways so I deposited Rs.16, 900.00/- for one year tour package .They said that we can avail their package in one year. If we could not we can extend the plan.
              In april 2016 I asked them to book my tour but they didn't booked. They told me my membership has been cancelled & you cannot avail the plan & talked with me badly. So, please don't book any package of the magic holidays

                I was taken a holiday trip package from magic holiday club and i have pay them around 8000 RS in this they have sent me box with a one watch 2 thousand rs coupon & 2 voucher to me for to go in Trip, but wile filling a voucher i have done some mistake and they reject my voucher when i come to know about this i call them but now they are telling that they cant help me and i cant go for Trip
                then i call to a voucher company name a unit of forever freedom impex Pvt. Ltd. they also tell me we cant help you
                from last three to four days i am calling to both of company and trying to convince them but they telling that they cant do any thing for me i also told them to provide me a two new voucher and take whatever charge you want like 500 to 1000 rs then also they are not agree
                i also told they this is a wrong u r doing with me only one mistake and i cant go for trip i also tell them for my money refund then also they are telling no we cant do this also

                    I was called to the magic holidays office at gulmohar park, ahmedabad on[protected] for 45 mins presentation. They explained various schemes and said price is only for today. At last said there is scheme for less amount only for today(Which was totally false) -scheme of rs40000/-(Magic recharge). They said you can pay by installment hence i paid rs15000 by cc and then 2nd day executive came home to take advance cheque for rest amount. But then when i tried to contact various customer care nos available on website on[protected] i got info the nos is switched off. Finally i emailed for cancellation from[protected] onwards, even after repeated mails there was no answer. Finally when i called their office they said cancellation is not possible but you do full payment and will do some alternate arrangement. I told do alternate arrangement in 15000 only.But they will keen on saying that we will extend your emi by some months( 2/3) in special cases. I said then do cancellation in special cases as i told. Even though i have all coupons of it but they are not ready for refund/cancellation. Its really not good if they cant do any refund/cancellation for rs15000/emi then how can anyone trust for rs40000/-. They are framing rules on their own.

                    At last there is no description in letters i received that cancellation/refund is not possible. They are saying that it cannot be cancelled in any way. I am filing the case in consumer court.

                    I called the mumbai head office on 24-feb-2016 they started changing statements, previously they say 20-feb is the date for refund and then she changed and said i have to go for cancellation on 19th(that also in office and not by email). Further the ahmedabad office told that 20th is not the date for refund it is older than that. I said the number on website is wrong, she said you received kit in that number is right. So they are just changing their statements so that REFUND is not possible.
                    Their site number is switched OFF, further they i should have informed by the KIT received. However the kit was recieved on 18-Feb-2016 and I called on 17-Feb-2016. They added the executive should be intimated BUT in this whole compliant process the executive did not come into picture and only the local manager called and not even MUMBAI head office, who say sir what should i do?
                    Once again I called the mumbai ho on 29-Feb-2016, they transferred my call to feedback section. When I called again the person said I do not know anything the lady at reception is not PRESENT. When I called on the number:[protected] which i received in kit, the lady said said it is not of magic holidays. So finally they don't have any numbers right and further The company is only for receiving money and when it comes to REFUND they do not bother even after 10 days..Company is really a cheat..I called about 2 others numbers like[protected] and[protected] but of no use.
                    I Received email from Magic Holidays on 1-March-2016 stating that I will not get any REFUND. Please do the needful. My next will be to file a court case in which they do fraud and say false statements.
                    The employee/executive Ananya Shrivastva told all false statements that this is for today only and then even within 10 days there are not refunding.

                    NO COMMAN SENSE HOW TO BHEAVE WITH CUSTOMER IN MAGIC TRAVES BHOPAL
                    Very very very bad behaviour with customers. Please please don't take membership if your money is precious other wise you will trapped by them and lost your precious money as we are. Don't trust any executive on any matter they all says lie and make you trap.

                      I am also a victim of Magic holiday. I have to cancel my membership and already I have paid 55099/- rs and want my hard earned money back. Even I have not used their voucher and not even any single days. Now I have contact to them they are refusing for refund hence their executive has not said any cancellation policy now they are telling it is in the form only but my concern is this the executive has a responsibility to guide a customer regarding cancellation policy. I want my money back.

                          Member Name: Mr. Avinash D Gangurde. Membership ID: MH/MUM/5579 We book our package at magic holidays thane on june 2015 and at the same day we cancel our plan and inform them about it through e-mail to magic holidays thane office on 1st july 2015 as well as submit written letter on 27-july 2015, about cancel our membership immediately and stop all bank process. coordinator of thane branch (ms priti) promise us she will do it immediately.but four months they continuously reduce ECS from our account i.e 10, 367 rs/month . we are not aware of it.They don't even inform us anything about it.They reduce our amount of 4 months i.e 41468.                             I am an international customer and paid almost 70% of EMI. Very bad customer care and hotel reservation service. I requested for a holiday via their email. Even repeated Email, they never replied. Finally few weeks later, I call them (very bad service via phone also..no clear answer. call transfer and waiting to get a persons took hours and loose lot of money as international calll charge). Finally I managed to get a reservation lady and I complained all. I asked about my booking ..then she said no hotel available on that date and reservation not possible. My question is if no reservation available, why they never inform me via mail earlier and waited until I call them. It is my first reservation attempt. As they never even inform me about it, I had to book some hotel with extra high charge. If at least they inform me earlier, I would book it a cheaper rate. Actually they have 3 hotels under RCI on that vacation area. Then why they say no reservation available. When I call and check the hotels myself, reservation is already available. Then they tell lies also. PLS DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY AS A MEMBER AND LOOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Now I am planning to get refund of membership fee if not refund, I will file a legal case against them.

                              I join one holiday package from magic holiday (Mumbai) on 20th Oct 2015 and pay one installment (12000) but on 21 Oct 2015 i cancelled this and request to refund my money but they are not refunding my money. customer care executive always said that it is in process but 3 month has gone. Please help to get my money back

                                I have registered for Magic holidays membership. After few days i have cancelled my membership. I received email from Magic holidays member that your membership has been cancelled and henceforth ECS will not be deducted. But even after one month of cancellation they start deducting my ECS. I have registered complaint to there customer care executive but no reply from there side. This is very unethical. Fraud they are

                                    I have taken holiday package from Magic Holidays(MR/DEL/009) in teh name of my wife MRS.SONAM. While I was planning trip bageshwar in the Dec End 25 Dec, they asked for extra charges as mentioned in the Signed document. As the signed document only mention EXTRA CHARGES it does not clear/verify exact amount. Now they are asking for the huge amount of 2000 per person in the name of GALA DINNER. It costs us around 8000 for 2 days which is much more than the charges of the room/cab charges/ etc.( I would say upto 4 times) Why would I pay for so much huge extra charges if I am going on the membership??
                                    Magic Holidays customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      On 30th April 2015 Miss Monika Negi of Magic Holidays (Panoramic Group) visited our house and requested us for taking membership of Magic Holidays with a promise that they will provide us 5 days and 6 nights stay at their properties as Business Promotion and thereafter we will be given 7 days stay at their properties in a year. We took the Membership under membership No. MH/CDG/0526 and paid 10% of initial membership fees and remaining was to be paid in 48 monthly installments. We started paying the installments as agreed. On 3rd September 2015 I requested for booking 2 rooms for my family for 3 days( from 25th Dec.2015 to 27th Dec.2015) at New Tehri (Uttrakhand). When we telephonically, I was assured that my booking will be confirmed within 2-3 days but I did not got any confirmation of booking. After about 15 days when I enquired from Miss Monika she told that my account is being handled by some Miss Anshu Verma. I am sorry to say that more that 0ne and half month has lapsed but there is no confirmation of my booking. The Help desk of Company is also not responding. I request the Consumer forum to take up my case. Now the Company is neither providing us service nor is returning our money deposited by us.

                                        Hi' I have taken their mebership in August 2014 and gone for a small holiday in October 2014 on their free holiday Voucher.I have Found that their so called Resorts have no such facilities as mentioned by their sales executives at the time of getting memership. more over They charged extra charges for the Extra bed, I have taken for my Kids.which was wrong as per their commitment as they have provided accommodation for two Adults and two kids below 12 Yrs.On being complained, their 4-5 customer executives will called me again and again and I have to told the same story to all of them seperately again and again.Finally I request them to cancel my membership and refund my money as I have not taken any paid holidays till now. But they refused to refund my money.So please don't beleive on them as once u paid the money, they and even their sales executives who made hundreds of commitments as on date of sale will disappear and your hard earned money will be lost completely Suman Jain Delhi
