I am not at all satisfied with Magic Holidays. service, all staff is giving false commitment . my enrollment done in Jan the told you will get 6 days 3 night voucher . but actually recd only for 3 days with joining kit . we r totally unsatisfied i called your executive on his mobile [protected] he said mam will arrange this time u please adjust and afterwards will give balance night voucher . Even that i accepted and we planned for Goa holiday . Again miss communication the said you will get kitchen attached room but actually it was just one room from there all so i call your executive as well as his senior ( Mr Hemant : [protected] . he said madam this time you please adjust you enjoy your holiday when you will back will see . then i said in Apr-15 i don't want to you service please cancelled my membership. You executive told i will come personally will talk but till date he didn't come now i am jut thence about my money . i am under pressure my BP gone high ( who will be responsible of my halt and my family ) . i have paid almost 30000 for down payment and 4 EMI 7068 x 4 month almost 58000/-. Now all so you started deducting my EMI without informing me No SMS NO Email. . Again one false commitment after three emi you will get 5 night voucher where is that now 4 month over . what is the issue with Magic Holidays all now a m telling i want all my 4 EMIS to be refund i don't want your membership please. aspect this complaint and stop auto debit facility from my account Regards Shraddha .sawant

    Magic holiday club discount card (one girl) they are calling again and again to me (whit this number [protected]) they explaining there offers they are trying convince me to take offer card and pay 7999 Rs i am tell them call me again after some time to no about them clearly i see many reports on them in online. they again call me on 23.063.2015 6.00 pm a was asking them about that report and how i can trust your company and your offers all sureness one guy come on call him taking me loudly and with angry why you seeing online complaints that fake he saying taking rashly i cut the call "Dont not trut this guys dont loss your money" ...

      My Membership id is Mh/Mum5176, inspite of making the entire payment for the 10 years membership my ecs was again deducted in May and till date they have not credited my account back, every time i call them i get only response that we are getting back and crediting to your account . Till date i have not got the response, only false promises .. Pls build on your customerskills Magic holidays

      sad service, even the stay in goa in one of their hotels was not upto the mark ..the rooms were good but the food served was bad
      This is a fraud company, lets go against them together.

I SURPRISED TO SEE A REDICULOUS AND UN PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR EXTENDED BY MS NEGI.IN MY MY OPINION IT WAS THE WORST OF MY LIFE. I AM A CA AND JUST WASTE MY VALUABLE TIME FOR THIS EVENT. SHE DO NOT ATTENDED US SERIOUSLY. I THINK THAT SE IS JUST KILLING THE THE TIME WITHOUT EXPLAINING ABOUT THE COMPANY. I WAS VERY SERIOUS TO TAKE MEMBERSHIP OF ANY COMPANY BUT DUE TO BEHAVIOUR OF MS NEGI, I LEFT MY PLAN. I WAS ALSO ASSURED ON PHONE TO GIVE COMPLIMENTARY STAY VOUCHER BUT THAT WAS ALSO NOT GIVEN AT THAT TIME BY SAYING THAT IT WILL BE SENT TO U VERY SOON ON YOUR MAIL I/D. TILL DATE I DO NOT RECEIPT ANY SUCH VOUCHER. IS THERE FAKE COMMITMENTS BY THE COMPANY OR THIS IS THE DEFAULT OF THE STAFF.           Hi Sir, We Divya and Kapil, who enrolled membership with Magic Holidays on[protected]Delhi, Saket location) with Membership number M5/DEL/0040 on the name of Divya Sharma. We are raising this complaint, because we are not getting refund of Rs. 50000/- against our "Cancellation and Refund request of misselling holiday package." We are following this up from almost past one year. Magic Holidays cheating people by false commitments and misselling the wrong product/packages after getting enrollment amount. Initially as per the Magic holiday's representative (saket office), the package they showed and offered was domestic + international, but when we got the package documents they the package they sold to us was 5 year only Domestic package. We raised many calls, mails and personally visited their office but no one is responding and no one is refunding our money back. They are always saying we will discuss and revert. Please help us to get our hard earned money Rs: 50000/- INR refund back. We are writing their addresses as well. Attaching the written letter request.                 Magic holiday office at R-Mall, Mulund (w), call me to get experienced with there schemes at there office for not more than 45 minutes, with my wife on 4th April, 2015 with promised 3 gifts without any obligation in return of my visit to there office.So I visited there office at 7.15pm on that day with my wife and Mr. sachin Nikam gave me all related information & taken all our information from us till 8.45pm(one & half hour). After finishing a discussion with him I asked him about 3 free gifts & he told me that all 3 gifts are finished & he will deliver it to my residence through courier.On 10th April 2015, I gave call at 11.50pm to there office for not receiving my gifts. Mr. Sandip has agreed that we have visited there office & told me that he will give a call for not receiving my gifts after discussing with Mr. Sachin Nikam.Till today[protected] I have not received any call from Rmall mulund(w) office for my gifts.1) When they promised to give me 3 gifts withoud any obligation, on same day, why they call me when they don't have gifts.2) I have spend one & half hour, which is more than what you have promised.3) Not received till today after so many calls & emails.This might be a cheating with everybody.I AM HAVING ALL PROOFS TO PRODUCED FOR ABOVE MENTIONED PROMISED MADE BY MAGIC HOLIDAYS.

                  Main Dinesh Kumar, Lucknow ka hu. Mujhe Wave Mall, Gomti Nagar se Mr. Arpit Dixit se free holiday gift voucher mila tha. I am non member. Mujhe 01 voucher December me mila tha usko main February me bhimtal ke liya use karna chaha lekin mujhe booking confirmed nahi hui uske baad maine 12-14 April ke liye booking ki lekin phir bhi confirmed nahi hui. Company koi reply bhi nahi deti hai. Company ke representative aur head office ke karni aur karni me kafi antar hai. Mujhe harrase kiya ja raha hai. Aap logo se request hai ki is company me koi membership na le. Yeh bahut hi fraud company hai.

                    Magic holidays panoramic group, address FF2-B 4th floor, near O2 spa, DB City Mall, MP Nagar Bhopal has received 5000/- INR cash for their membership saying its refundable if i will not be interested in their package. Receipt of the payment attached. After few days i talked to Mr. manish kushwah and Mr. shailendra for refund as i was not interested. Copy of visiting card attached i have also written complaint to office on paper for refund, but no response. i tried their costumer care number[protected], no response. their e-mail [protected]@magicholidays.info their website www.magicholidays.info but i couldn't found any help finally i am complaining to consumer forum seeking help for my refund. please help me out. thank you.

                      Sir/Madam, I am a doctor by profession and am currently residing in meerut. Few days back i had filled a promotional coupen of your company in a shopping mall...later i got a call from your company stating that i have been selected as a lucky customer and asked me to attend a seminar at hotel Naveen, Meerut for which i will be provided a 2n3d holiday coupen from your company. I attended the seminar on 2nd march where i was told about the membership plan by your representatives Mr. Pandey and Mr. Suraj. Th information they told me looked quite attractive but they asked me to take the decision then and there only as a part of company policy. Considering them to be an authentic representative i believed in the information they provided and opted for BLUE STUDIO plan for rupees 160000 + Rs. 5725 amc/yr with extra offer of 2n3d and 3n4d plus Rs. 5000. They offered me another Rs. 4000 discount stating me as a relative of your employee during verification making the deal in Rs. 156000 but i doubted their intentions, then they asked me to make the payment through cheque and sign all the documents in back date of 28th feb., which created more doubt in my mind. When i returned home i enquired about your company and other details on your website and was disappointed to see that the following details given to me by your representatives were wrong : 1. They provided me the information voucher only after i had signed all the documents and had made the payment. 2. They told me that the studio apartment that will be provided during our holidays comprises of a drawing room, a bed room, a kitchen and a balcony while your website and printed information voucher suggests that it much smaller than told above. 3. They did not told me about the options of single bedroom and double bed room and only offered me Studio apartment. 4. they told me that if i would book a holiday in red season i would be eligible for only two nights less i.e. 5 nights instead of 7 nights, similarly if i would book a holiday in white season i would be eligible for only one night less i.e. 6 night instead of 7 nights. But the holiday conversion scheme on your website shows much less nights in red and white season. They had assured me that company gives me my full refund back if any facility assured is not provided. Sir/Madam, i must confess that if i would have been given correct informations i may not have chosen the plan. After becoming a member of your reputed company, instead of feeling good i am feeling sad, depressed and disappointed that i have taken membership of a company whose representatives lied to me from very beginning and my money has gone in loss. I kindly request you to clarify and refund my money as i have not yet taken any of your services and my membership card is still not prepared nor i want to join the membership now.

                          My name is Rajkumar Shufen.I am an HDFC credit card customer. On 5th of March 2015, I got a call from a certain person saying he was from HDFC premises and telling me I had been awarded a VIP customer status for being a faithful customer. I was explained number of schemes and packages as rewards and he guided me through a series of IVR steps for the same all this happening under the pretext that he was from HDFC. Under the impression that I was talking to a HDFC line I had entered my card details in the IVR call as a verification.To my amazement after the call I realized my credit card had been debited by an amount 7999. The call was from a certain tourist group by the name of Magic holiday club. I have notified them through mail that the transaction made was void and any product or services they address in my name is not authorized by me. The next day I got a call from their customer care services that I an cancel only if they didn't send the membership kit to my address. So I told them not to send, then to my surprise he asked me why he shouldn't send. I again told him so because I didn't want it. This kept on for many minutes with him reiterating his offers and packages. I have again sent mail to the magic holiday that I wish to cancel the same and the amount refunded. No one from their side has replied to my mail till now.
                          Hi this is Vineet, i am also victim of same incident from Magic holiday club today.

                          I have asked to cancel my membership and refund the amount deducted.

                            I have experienced really a bad time with magic holidays. Its going to be one year I am waiting for my refund. each and every person is ignoring at magic holiday. Let me copy paste of my mail which i mailed to their MANAGER AND relationship executive. in which i have explain from staring to end. Kindly go through the mail. Dear Yashoo After almost 3 months in your group as a member of BLUE STUDIO, I am drafting such a mail after bearing such an unprofessional response from your Executive Mr Achal since last 2 months on various occasions. It’s really high time now that I left calling him for any purpose as he has taken us for granted. I need this mail to reach the highest management of the panoramic holiday group or I know the way how to make this happen. Following are thefacts & figures which made us to put a written complaint against him. ü Morning shows the day & Achal has proved this very well from the Day 1 by showing his apathy & disloyalty towards his organization by unlawfully keeping & forgetting the company & membership signed documents with Magic Holiday in a mere road side eatery shop. The papers had our signatures & phone numbers by which the shop owner called me & informed the location where it was missed. Subsequently I informed the same to him & he acted quite ignorant about this & rather told me that this can never happen with any of his colleague also. Then I informed this to you & we both took it seriously as a matter of concern to your organization as well as a threat to me & my family as it had all contact details & numbers (including my wife) which can be dealt wrongly by a miscreant & can led to dangerous consequences which is quite natural all these days. ü Mr Achal could very well smell what was going on in his office related to this matter & tried to grab the papers in his control before any drastic step was taken against him, so he went the very next day & collected the papers from the vendor & have dealt emotionally with that person so that he would not raise any alarms further and took advantage of being a regular customer of that shop. Even I called the shop owner next time, he told that the papers have been taken by the person concerned & no more calls please in that regard which somehow gave a full stop to this so called negligence. ü Interesting fact is that next day he accepted his mistake & apologized the very act & pleaded before me not to escalate this further & even I told him to learn from this small lesson & also made him realize that the worst scenario consequences that can happen if the papers would have reached into wrong hands. Last but not the least it is hampering the moral value of his organization. What impression would a lay man carry if he finds some important official documents of a particular organization being so carelessly misplaced? Certainly everybody will think that the person is not responsible one & should not be a part of a good company. Anyways I felt that he should at least get a chance to realize his mistakes & prove himself in future. So as a human being I did not escalate this matter further, not even to you but I was wrong that time that I helped such a person who in fact tried to put me into trouble. ü Then I requested Mr Achal to process our welcome kit soon which is well deserved as we have paid for that & instead of showing some respect & courtesy, he rather delayed the process & we received it after a month’s time which is really surprising. Kindly check & confirm from courier helpdesk in case of any doubt. ü Next comes the heights of commitment that Mr Achal had given in last 3 months to just deliver a travel bag as a part of the welcome kit. It seems Mr Achal has really given a feel that Panoramic group is a road side company & we are repenting on where we have landed doing the membership. Every other week he puts a SMS or calls up that he will be with the bag @ our residence but never turns up & for which we have lost so many weekends just waiting for his arrival. This is just ridiculous act which have rose our frustration level to the peak. Kindly train your people that they should value their commitments so that respect will flow accordingly to the organization. It’s not a matter of small bag, it’s a value of your commitment which shows the respect & dedication towards your organization. ü As per a member of Blue Studio, we have been offered a 2 N – 3D holiday package to any of the location for experiencing the hospitality of your resort & we have been asked to book it 15 days in advance. If you remember there was an extended holiday during I- Day this year ( 15th till 18th August) which was a good time to avail this offer. So we tried to call him around last of July to have a clarity on this but neither he responded that time nor he gave any call back. At that time due to Eid we had been to my home town & tried to reach him on August 4th from a separate number & then he picked up & started making excuses. Now you tell me what compensation you will give us for your mere negligence which resulted in our loss of holiday plan as 15 days criteria was not meeting. Later we cancelled the trip & it was a blessing in disguise for us as the very next day, we found this place in newspaper that it has been disconnected from the rest of the world due to heavy floods in Uttarakhand. I remember Mr Achal has tried his level best to force us to go for this location appreciating the spot to be one of the best in India. At least you people should have a common sense before suggesting for any place based on the climatic conditions prevailing. We would have been in great trouble if we would have come in the grip of his words & mere false attractions. You should educate your staff to be more careful going forward. So ultimately we are now left without any vacation, lost a 4 day stretch of holidays which comes rarely in a calendar year for corporate employees. ü Now we are being called by your HO about the payment of the rest amount. Do you feel worth paying after all these incidents that happened back to back if you had been in my position? Rather I am feeling guilty why did I go for this membership at all? ü Initially We had a very good feeling about you & your staff but day by day it has worsen & it’s all because of a single person who did all these nuisance . I was even feeling referring to my colleagues, friends & relatives but now it’s really painful for me to bear like this anymore. I want your feedback on to this by maximum this weekend or else I shall be forcefully taking up to the level which will put all of you in deep trouble. But just to inform you that I will go to human rights, Press & Media for this harassment I have received till date post membership. I need all my money refund back as a part of your lack of fulfillment & will claim further compensation for multiple harassment over phone calls. Also I would like to inform you that we have been forced to do this membership showing lucrative offers & benefits which were still not converted on reality. We have received a call to receive the gift hamper as a part of lucky draw & have requested to spare 30 mins time but wasted our whole day (around 5 hours). But still we have not received the gift even if we have been a part of your Magic Holiday group member. As discussed also go through the trail mail sent to your concerned team who was responsible for our membership with Magic Holiday group. Now its almost 50 days time frame to my below raised concern but nobdy bothered to give us a satisfactory answer after making chain of false commitments from last 5 months since the day we joined this group, one such live example is stated below which is made by Mr Yashoo that he will take care of our concern treating us as precious customer. Then again he leaves the case as it is & forgets everything to wait for next level of escalation. We had been assured of certain facilities being a member of your group but after the payment of said amount for BLUE STUDIO - MINI MAGIC, we have been deprived of availing even a 2D/3N stay as a part of your membership package. We are still struggling to get the same even after your mails & commitments. Now we have started receiving threatening calls from your CALL CENTRE that there is no more MINI MAGIC membership & demanding for further upgrade & rest payment which is really unjustified. I can recollect a statement made by Mr Yashoo during our 1st meet --- Magic group carries such a good & fabulous relationship with their members that they used to call them in their personal parties even. If this is the reality then why an exception with our case. Does he have any personal problem with us to have this discrimination? These are all baseless stuff he has shown for attracting customers which he thinks will just pull him up in his organizational hierarchy by meeting his monthly targets. Now I will show him how things actually move in long run if a single customer is dissatisfied. The joint commitment we had done during our membership was that we will upgrade this membership once we avail the service & facilities of your so called resort & then share our experience post our travel. But now you are expecting us to upgrade this pack it without even giving us a fair chance to enjoy a single travel to your resort. Now I want to brief what happened after August 22nd till date as the prior self explainatory in the trail mail. After Yashoo's promise in the trail mail, we waited for his response but nothing came from his side & while calling him we only got busy & out of station response from his end. Few days later we received a call from Mr. Shivam Shrivastav regarding our payment of pending EMI's. I explained him all our grievances once more & he assured to provide the BAG & help us to avail our reservation to GOA as a part of 2D/3N stay. He suggested to mail him regarding our reservation details & check the resort in your website o[censored]NITED21 in which 1st 4-5 links was of EMERALD resort. As per his suggestion I mailed him the details of the trip with date & person name. After a week or two, I received a confirmation mail with booking in another hotel named GRACIANO cottage without even seeking our consent on this choice. I replied on mail to secure booking in EMERALD resort instead of GRACIANO cottage but no revert on that. Then I called Shivam & then he told that EMERALD resort will not be available to us as we have not paid our initial EMI's yet which seems real disgusting stuff. When it comes to you --- failing to deliver a single BAG & UTENSIL gift hamper since last 5 months which is a part of your membership commitment, its a small error which nobody in your group even owned to deliver. Then how can you decide by your own that who will stay in which resort, at least you people should feel ashamed of doing this kind o[censored]nprofessional act of dealing with customers. Then I tried to consult Yashoo on this but got a reply that he is out of station & will call back after 25th of Sept but never got a call from his side after his promised date. As Yashoo had promised us to give to & fro facility to the destination, so I thought of giving a last try to him but somebody else picked & told that he used to be in meetings all days from 9 AM to 6 PM. So it was quite understood that he is trying to avoid us & then we thought it to take up to the next level. See this is the kind of response & harrassment we are getting from this group since Day1. Then I received a call on 10th of October from your group ( bearing No[protected] by Mr Prasad who without knowing the facts & figures tried to use abusive language & threatened me for not paying the EMI's. He even told that this GOA trip would stand cancelled as we have not paid the EMI's & our membership will also lapse due to this. He even did not try to listen me as a customer & treated me as if he is collecting money forcibly -- kindly go through the recorded voice for further clarity. He even tried to call back mulitiple times after my disconnection as its of no use to have conversation who does not know the courtesy to listen to his customers especially to a lady ( should be aware of the consequence at least what action a lady can take on being harrassed over phone) . After informing the Prasad's misbehaviour scenario to Mr Shivam, I received a feedback that Prasad being a resident of Mumbai used to represent in that way which is ridiculous that your team even accepts the fact that Panoramic group executives use slum & road side language to their customers even in this time where customers are treated as KING in any part of industry particularly in hospitality where customer should be treated as GOD. I was going through your website for E mail ID's of Senior Management but failed to search any contact name or ID's to reach out our escalations & concerns. But in the mean time I came through a huge complaints & feedbacks from hundred dissatisfied members like us with whom this group had done fraudilism. While sharing this view to you, you even told that your competitors used to post such feedback in order to put the image of this company down. If this is true then I am giving you 1 week time to either resolve our issue (which means providing GOA holday trip in EMERALD resort including to & fro, along with all the necessary gift hampers to be delivered on time) or by refunding our whole money back or else we will meet legally in court. This is the last communication mail to your team trusting your words that before taking any legal action I should convey everything related to this membership journey since last 5 months. Hope you will respond timely on this or else I will treat you the same as the character shown by others earlier. BUT MY THIS MAIL ALSO DID NOT WORKED.                               I am also a victim of Magic holiday. I have to cancel my membership and already I have paid 55099/- rs and want my hard earned money back. Even I have not used their voucher and not even any single days. Now I have contact to them they are refusing for refund hence their executive has not said any cancellation policy now they are telling it is in the form only but my concern is this the executive has a responsibility to guide a customer regarding cancellation policy. I want my money back.
                              Thank God, I came across this website. I was also invited for 45 minutes discussion in big bazaar by the company, they said it is free 2 nights/3 days promotional offer. I could not go there I was not well but now I think it is all good that happened else I would have lost hard earn money like you all guys. I feel sad about all of you guys. I am surprised that no one has taken this company to court. Atleast put it on facebook, twitter so maximum people know about such ponzi schemes.

                                Magic holidays, I had a horrible experience with Magic holidays. I was told there are free gifts if I hear their one hour presentation. I did hear there presentation and was happy to see their property photographs and all. After hearing all the things i decided to make a trip to GOA to celebrate our Anniversary on 14th Feb. Our dates for Goa were 12th feb to 16th Feb 2014.I was offered a air round trip to GOA, Pick & Drop facility from airport to hotel, bike for travelling, Staying free of cost and discounted food at the said hotel, Food Voucher worth Rs.6000/- still we have received Rs 3000/-vouchers . Thats why i made a payment of INR 30, 000 by credit card at the same time. You didn't give me desired dates to Goa Package you offred 15 th feb to 18th Feb, i don't mind for that but you guys still have not confirmed me about air tickets to go there.This is what you provide your customers a very bad services. Your company made us fool because we have made payment earlier.My husband (Rajeev Sharma) called u many times but your company didn't give him positive response.We cooperate with your company but the employees in your company are very irresponsible.They didn't give any reply to us.                                   I had registered for Membership at Magic Holidays on 12.10.2014 with the amount of Rs.22895/- in the name of M J Tandel at the Big Bazar, Mulund(w). Magic Holidays executives(Deep Sharma, Deepak, Iqbal) smart cheating stratergy is by giving false promises in the big bazar to my wife that my wife got a gift item and constantly were calling to my wife to come with husband, she has been selected for gift items but they will give this gift item if she comes with the husband in their Magic Holiday Br. and then we will have to listen the entire package Then we will get the gift item. Then we went their and became a member in hurrily manner as marketing executive will not give any chance to think, read the form, continuously tells us this is a todays offer only. We have to sign the form and pay the money immediately by credit card. Ultimately they have given a false promise that our gift item (as per scratch card) will be delivered to our residence. But till date we have not received any gift item. But we have been trapped and cheated by executives by taking our signed membership forms hurrily with immediate money of Rs.22895/- by credit card This was a initial cheating trap of Magic Holiday. Initially you will not get anything in writing but only and only false information and false promises only. This is total injustice to me by non-refunding my money according to the terms & conditions which your marketing executive never explained to me. We do not know "Look in period" Can you explain me? As already clearly stated in my earlier various mails, You must refund my paid amount Rs 22895 with 15% interest within 3 days otherwise I will go to consumer court against your Company and also fight against your faulty package which is in favour of company than customer. If I never get any refund, ultimately I may lodge a police complaint against your Company and Mulund Branch all executives(Mr Deep Sharma, Iqbal Shaikh, Deepak Trivedi) due to cheating made with smart marketing stratergies by offering false promise of gift item, taken our signature hurrily on the forms without giving time to read, never given any copy of signed forms as well as payment receipt, no clarity in the Price scheme when explained orally, nothing has been shown properly and nothing has been given in writing at the time of taking membership on 12/10/14. We had received the actual kit in writing after 22 days i.e on 4/11/2014 then only we came to know the actual price scheme and other terms and conditions which is totally different from actually explained to us, Then Company could not fullfilled their marketing commitment on 9/11/2014 i.e. Enrolment offer within time limit. Initially the same was totally refused and then after 20 days i.e.on 29/11/14 it was given after our continuous fighting for refund and cancellation of membership. This booking is of no use because already we had cancelled the membership due to various reason. Now company is not giving me refund by keeping finger on Company's terms and conditions and trying to eat my money. Your terms and conditions are cheating terms and conditions for customers. Now it is confirm that your Magic Holiday is having cheater executives and your Company is Fraud and cheating Company. When I read various complaints against Magic Holidays on Internet site. I am shocked by reading so many those complaints because Magic Holidays already cheated to various customer like me. All customers are saying your Magic Holidays is a FRAUD COMPANY and have cheated so many customer like me. We remember when we discussed the issue with Mr Jayesh Dethe for few minutes on 13/11/2014 and He has promised us that he will investigate entire issue and he will call us on Monday or Tuesday to discuss the issue. Definately we will get the refund and also Mr Jayesh said that why company will retain this smaller portion of money which is not enough to make the properties. He will do justice for us. So Company simply by sending mail dt. 17/12/14 without any discussion and giving chance to speak customer, taking one side decision which is against democracy, your company forfeited the amount paid towards the membership. This is totally injustice to me and this will definitely affect my family relation and your company is totally responsible for any future consequences. Ultimately Mr Jayesh Dethe is also involved in this fraud company as he has not discussed and replied to my mail since last 10 days and keeping quite by eating my money. You have refused my refund on cancellation of membership due to following reason : 1)COMPANY => According to the terms & conditions signed and accepted by you at time of enrolment, an amount paid towards your Magic Holidays membership is refundable only during the look in period. => CUSTOMER ANSWER => First of all I have not filled up the Enrolment Form and it is filled up by your Marketing Executives only so there itself it proves that it is your smart cheating marketing stratergies and malafide intention of cheating "Do not give chance to customer to read the enrolment form and its terms and conditions while filling up the enrolment form". Then Your marketing Executives Mr. Iqbal, Mr Deepak and Mr Deep, have taken signature in hurrily manner and forcefully on one single enrolment form and have not given any time to read the enrolment form and its terms and conditions. Thereafter till date we have not received any copy of signed enrolment form, payment receipt, written terms and conditions etc which your executives are suppose to give. There itself it proves that your marketing executive intention is malafide and is going towards cheating only. The intention for not giving copy of enrolment form is "Member should not read and know the membership rules, terms and conditions within LOOK IN PERIOD" so that after reading these rules, terms and conditions, members should not cancel their membership within LOOK IN PERIOD. So all the procedures happened in so quick and hurrily manner that now we felt that Marketing executives hypnotise us so that we should not ask anything more and know more about Enrolment and membership terms and conditions. Quickness will be proved from all my signatures are differed from each others signatures on all the copies of entrolment forms. It seems that I have not signed any Enrolment Form more than one but when I asked my scan copy of enrolment form which is given on 4/12/2014 after 52 days (from enrolment date 12/10/2014), then only I came to know the actual rules, terms and conditions of membership, it is clearly visible that all my signatures differ from each others signatures on all the copies of entrolment forms. It proves the kind of pressure created for taking signatures on enrolment form. So for me actual look in period start from 4/12/2014 when I actually received the scan copy of enrolment form for reading terms and conditions. But I had already cancelled your membership on 12/11/2014 then subsequently sent so many mails vide dt.16/11/2014, 17/11/2014, 19/11/2014, 22/11/2014, 27/11/2014, 28/11/2014, 2/12/2014, 6/12/2014, 12/12/2014, 13/12/2014, 17/12/2014, 23/12/2014 clearly stated in all my these mails that I have cancelled your membership and you must refund my money of Rs.22895/- with 15%. 2) COMPANY => Since we have received your request for cancellation after the stipulated duration, we are constrained to forfeit the amount paid towards the membership => CUSTOMER ANSWER => Do you fulfilled your marketing committed Enrollment Offer within stipulated duration. The ANSWERE is "NO" Then you have no authority to forfeit my paid amount towards the membership due to canellation after the stipulated duration. It is a total failure on your be part for fulfilling your committed enrolment offer on time. You totally refused to give me the Udaipur booking against your committed enrolment offer and then ultimately I cancelled your membership on 12/11/2014 due to total dis-satisfaction of your service and treatment given to me and failure to fulfil company commitment vide enrolment offer letter dated 4/11/2014. Please note that You can not retain customer money if customer is not availed any benefit from your Company and also there are no expenses incurred to the company. Rather, I will say it is a cheating made by your marketing force and ultimately by Company with me if you retain my paid amount. Definitely I will take legal action against your marketing force and Company for retaining my paid amount forcefully and ultimately it is treated as "Cheating terms and conditions" only. You must refund my paid amount Rs 22895 with 15% interest within 3 days otherwise I will go to consumer court against your Company and also fight against your faulty package which is in favour of company than customer. If I never get any refund, ultimately I may lodge a police complaint against your Company and Mulund Branch all executives(Mr Deep Sharma, Iqbal Shaikh, Deepak Trivedi) due to cheating made with smart cheating marketing stratergies. Till date I have not received any refund amount of Rs.22895/- with 15% Interest due to cancellation of Membership as well as Mr Jayesh Dethe have not at all shown any courtesy to give your reply to my mail dt.17/12/14 and also you never called us since last 10 days. Now it is proved that you also involved in this fraud company and not doing any justice to your valued customers which you had promised 10 days back. You must refund my paid amount Rs 22895 with 15% interest within 3 days. Also please return our all the documents(signed original form, signed ECS form, cancelled cheque, pan copy, copy of telephone bill etc.) which we had submitted to you at the time of enrollment. Please also confirm that you have cancelled the membership in your record as well as also confirm that company has stopped deduction of monthly charges as per ECS form completely due to cancellation of membership.                                   is total injustice and harassment made by you and your company with us by taking
                                  one side decision without considering and listening our sayings and bluntly
                                  refused to refund our money on the grounds of your terms and conditions as per
                                  signed enrolment form which your executive quickly taken our signature and not
                                  at all given us the time to read the terms and conditions, taken away the signed
                                  form immediately after our signature by your executives’. Also You are suppose to give us the copy of
                                  form when we signed but your executive never given with a cheating intention
                                  that we should not read the detailed terms and conditions of the package so that
                                  subsequently we may cancel the membership immediately. we have not received copy
                                  of our signed form till date for our
                                  reading. Please note that Signed
                                  enrolment form is one side and other side we are asking a refund against
                                  cancellation of membership at the initial stage only and due to dis-satisfaction
                                  of your customer service, false promise of gift item which will be delivered at
                                  home, non-fulfillment of your enrolment offer(marketing offer) on time, false
                                  oral information, difference in oral information at the time of enrolment and
                                  actual package received by us after 22 days ie on 4/12/14. So it is my right to claim a refund amount if
                                  we are not satisfied about your service, when we have not at all availed any
                                  benefit or enjoyed your properties at the inception after becoming a
                                  member. You cannot simply refuse to
                                  refund our money on the ground that we have signed an enrolment form and now
                                  company cannot refund our money as per your terms & conditions. Ultimately
                                  it will be treated as cheating only by retaining our money without any justified
                                  reason. So we will request your company
                                  to please take our refund issue with your higher authorities and reconsider the
                                  issue without any further delay i.e
                                  within 3 days otherwise we will compel to take legal action against your
                                  executives and company which please note. You and your company will be held
                                  responsible, for my financial loss to me as well as mental harassment to me and
                                  my family, for any consequences due to non-refund of our money and for any legal
                                  action taken by us against your executives and your company. Now we are claiming our refund amount only
                                  but if you are not refunding my money within 3 days i.e. before Wednesday
                                  31/12/14, refund amount Rs.22895/- will get increase by adding interest 15%
                                  w.e.f.12/10/2014, mental & physical harassment cost, legal cost incurred by
                                  us in this connection and any other cost which we may be incurred towards
                                  getting refund legally i.e. advocate fee, Xerox expenses etc.. Please note that my wife health is also
                                  affected during last few days due to this refund issue. If we incurred any medical cost for both of
                                  us, this will be added along with refund amount which please note.

                                  per my trail my, yesterday myself and my wife, 2nd time had visited to your HO
                                  on 27/12/2014 at 4 pm regarding taking our refund amount of Rs.22895/- due to
                                  cancellation of membership. 2nd time, we experienced very
                                  bad treatment from you and your company which we will never forget
                                  (Unforgettable time badly experienced with your company). You awaited us for
                                  half an hour and there was no polite courtesy seen from your company and that
                                  too from Head Office executives. We never expected such type of bad treatment
                                  from executive seating at HO without making any justification towards their
                                  valued customer. This is shame on your company and you all people, specifically
                                  you as a senior executive. One side you are writing greetings, always with
                                  customer and valued customer but practically, it is not at all seen when we
                                  visited twice to your Head Office. When we repeatedly reminded your reception
                                  counter, even though you and your company never bothered to meet me to discuss
                                  the issue. We know we came to your office without appointment but it does not
                                  mean to neglect the valued customer. The reason is you are unnecessary delaying
                                  our issue with an intention of eating our money only by taking help of terms and
                                  conditions. When I have already written a mail dated 23/12/2014 Tuesday for
                                  discussion and then you are started calling from Friday 26/12/14 late evening at 6 pm that also I picked up by
                                  giving a reply to your executive that please call after 5 minutes as right now I
                                  am busy with my higher authorities. But your executive never called me again.
                                  Then I called back but unfortunately, I heard your regular office timing tape.
                                  It is observed that regularly last 2/3 times your executive called on same time
                                  i.e 6 pm even. by giving miss call so that you can send the mail
                                  dt.27/12/2014 stating that your executive called me but I never pick up the
                                  phone and you have given an appointment on Monday. This is a poor and smart
                                  customer service when I am writing a mail on 23/12/14 and customer wanted to
                                  discuss for getting proper justification to his issue. You must appreciate and
                                  welcome the customer for discussion immediately instead of avoiding the
                                  customer. But on the contrary there is a 4 days delay in replying my mail
                                  saying your authorities are not available. Please remember any company will
                                  prosper and will make growth if there are no grievances against their company
                                  and even though there are grievances/complaints, it should be resolved with the
                                  proper satisfaction of customer only. This will create confidence and goodwill
                                  about company in the minds of customers and it will be automatically spread into
                                  market very fast. We are very sorry to say that whatever your yesterday’s
                                  behavior towards us was very shameful and very bad because when you ultimately
                                  came outside at 4.40 pm(we literally waited 40 minutes), you never apologize or
                                  said sorry to us for waiting us long time (40 minutes). When we asked you,
                                  you started blaming us that we have come without your appointment and your
                                  authorities’ time is more precious than customer time. When, we demanded our

                                  Jayesh Dethe, Sr.Executive of Magic Holiday, started showing us the Enrollment
                                  form which is signed by us and as per terms & conditions of the form we will
                                  not get the refund. It is our fault only. We also said whether company has
                                  fulfilled enrolment/marketing offer on time.
                                  But Mr Jayesh was not ready to listen anything. He was showing the signed form again and
                                  again. We also replied that all the
                                  signatures differ with each other on all the copies of forms. I do not remember
                                  whether I have signed all the copies because style of signatures differs with
                                  each other. I also told Mr Jayesh that
                                  we have not received any copy of form and receipt till date. It also proves the
                                  kind of pressure created by the marketing executives When we again and again
                                  demanded refund amount today only. Mr
                                  Jayesh Dethe arrogantly loudly replied us in marathi that "REFUND AMOUNT NAHI
                                  DENAR JHAH” (REFUND
                                  AMOUNT WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO US AT ALL WHEREVER WE WANT TO GO WE CAN GO BECAUSE
                                  WE HAVE SIGNED ENROLMENT FORM). Whether
                                  this is the way one senior executive should talk like this. So we got wild after
                                  listening above sentence and asking the refund immediately. But you threaten us that you will call the
                                  corps. Whether this is the way your HO
                                  executive should talk with valued customer.
                                  This itself proves that Mr Jayesh Dethe, Sr.Executives is having cheating
                                  type, rude, arrogant type nature behavior towards customer and not giving any
                                  justification to the customer. Due to such type of executive behavior, issue
                                  will not be resolved but definitely aggravate the issue more.


                                  Ultimately
                                  it is not our failure but your company’s executive failure to convince the
                                  customer and win the confidence of the customer. Mr Jayesh never investigated the matter
                                  properly and given the decision one side without taking into consideration of
                                  our saying and points. If Mr Jayesh
                                  would have taken a decision to refund our amount at the initial stage only, then
                                  it would have proved genuineness about company and definitely it would have
                                  created confidence of the customer towards company and its executives. We would
                                  have felt that some justice is there with your higher authorities at HO. This is one type of publicity which is very
                                  important from company’s point of view.
                                  Now I am giving this advice free of cost and not like you by eating my
                                  money without giving any benefit on time and ultimately making injustice on us
                                  by retaining our valuable money. I will ask one question to all your executives
                                  (Mr Jayesh, Ms Pradnya, Mr Deep, Mr Deepak, Mr Iqbal), please keep yourself in my
                                  place and what you would have done if your money is taken away by somebody
                                  without any justice and proper reason? Can you bear this cost without any
                                  benefit and enjoyment? The answer is
                                  definitely “NO”. So my request to all
                                  your executives please think and make a justice to me by refunding amount to me.


                                  If company is having such type of cheater
                                  executives, company’s survival is definitely in danger because whatever
                                  marketing or business they are doing by eating customer money with the help of
                                  smart cheating marketing strategy i.e filling up the form by executive and
                                  taking customer signature in quickly manner without giving any chance to read
                                  the form and also they are not giving copy of signed form so that customer
                                  should not read the hidden terms and conditions. Then customer should not cancel
                                  the membership within their look up period of 10 days. It proves that there is
                                  no clarity while selling your product.
                                  All the genuine and customer like us will definitely curse to individual
                                  executive of the company as well as company as whole. Definitely, today God has punished us by
                                  giving financial loss along with mental and physical stress to us but tomorrow
                                  God will definitely punish all the executives along with company more than our
                                  financial loss which will not be recovered at all. This will make the Company to CLOSE and
                                  terminate all the executives seating at home and no executive will get any bread
                                  and butter due to their past bad behavior i.e CHEATER. Please note that all good
                                  and bad destiny give rewards accordingly, you have to suffer in this life
                                  only. Because GOD has recorded all the
                                  things in proper manner and time will come, today company eaten my money and
                                  ruined my tours and enjoyment, tomorrow it will be revenged on all the concerned
                                  executives and the company as a whole by GOD. Remember ultimately GOD is their
                                  to make the Justice to everybody. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS ULTIMATE SATISFACTION
                                  WHICH WILL MAKE YOUR PUBLICITY AUTOMATICALLY THAN ANYTHING ELSE i.e
                                  CHEATING/FRAUD. Whenever you sale your product there should be a clarity in your
                                  product, win the customer confidence and trust, disclose all the terms and
                                  conditions, if customer is not satisfied about your product please reimburse the
                                  customer immediately as it happens one single case out of 100, always give
                                  respect to customer because CUSTOMER IS GOD FOR YOU. BECAUSE REMEMBER ON HIS SATISFACTION YOU ARE
                                  RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS AND EARNING YOUR BREAD AND BUTTER WITH PROUD
                                  FEELING.


                                  Your
                                  organization is cheating the customers by not providing complete information
                                  about product even signed copy of agreement is also not provided at the time of
                                  registration. This
                                  is not a FMCG kind of product to return if not liked in 10
                                  days.

                                  You must refund my paid amount Rs 22895 with 15% interest within 3
                                  days. Also please return our all the documents(signed original form, signed ECS
                                  form, cancelled cheque, pan copy, copy of telephone bill etc.) which we had
                                  submitted to you at the time of enrollment.
                                  Please also confirm that you have cancelled the membership in your record
                                  as well as also confirm that company has stopped deduction of monthly charges as
                                  per ECS form completely due to cancellation of membership.

                                  note that now we have made a complaint to R MALL Br. as detailed above on
                                  27/12/14 and informed R MALL Management that very shortly we are going to lodge
                                  a police complaint against all the executives of Magic Holidays against CHEATING
                                  made with us by non-refunding of our money when I have not availed any benefit
                                  from the Company. One more information
                                  we have received that we are the 2nd person who is making such type
                                  of complaint. It means already one
                                  person has lodged the complaint against Magic Holidays, R MALL
                                  Branch.

                                  This in regard to your complaint Mr.Mohit Tandelji, I DEEPAK TRIVEDI, would just like to reminde you your almost sat for more than 2hrs for presentation and heard all the pros n cons before swapping your Debit card for paying your down payment nobody had put hand in your pocket or had forcefully asked to pay the amount which only after getting fully convinced you paid secondly knowing there is no refund policy after 10days cooling period and before receiving the membership kit you are verified through a verification call from the admin department which is always on records but this entire hush hush from your side was only what I belive is regarding the booking which was even provided to you on your selected destination that too on your given dates of which mail copy you have not attached on this portal I still do not understand just either reading few negative reviews or may be u know better why were to requesting for withdrawal whereas I belive there only few hand full of people if they are not satisfied had put their remark not a single Member of Magic Holidays who had been on holidays had put a single negative remarks which is what we still belive in service as a customer service oriented company I would once again request you please see to belive rather than just to listen few mouthfull of words. I hope if you are driving a car on the raid and there is an accident on the road you see of the same model of car will you ditch your car or you will blame the driver please think wise we are still open to serve you at the best of our serving capacity

Hope you might had an expereince of your holiday with your family before getting negative. Rest is all your call.

                                    Employees of Magic Holidays Sold me a product with wrong information and now those employees left the company. and Company is saying that we are not responsible for our employees Act. What should i Do. Company is not refunding and not giving me any holidays. for the amount of Rs. 15750/- that i have paid. Magic holidays is a fraud company.                                       I have purchased an 5 year Membership for Rs. 49, 999 however Rs. 57, 500 have got debited from my card account. I have been following up for the refund of Rs. 7, 500 since past 6 months however no response have been received so far from the Company side. Its a pure failure and fraud on part of Company.

                                        In the Month of Feburary 2 employees( Gaurav Singh & Shailendra Singh Lucknow branch) of company came to me with an offer of membership. I refused to take any such membership. Then they offered me a 6 night and 7 days holidaypackage in Rs. 15750. I agreed for the Holiday of a weekend but not for membership. After that i did not recieved any kit or Holiday Voucher for 2 months. After 2 months I received a welcome kit by Shailendra Singh in Opened Condition. There was nothing like a holiday voucher of 6 nights and 7 days. When I asked him about this he told me that holiday will be booked through mail. i asked the process for booking but he didnot told me anything. every time he was Avoiding me on phone. From last two months he is not taking my calls. And finally when i decided to talk to branch office of Lucknow I came to know that there is nothing like such holiday plan and you paid taken a membership of 25 years by making 10% down payment and you are not eligible for any holidays till you pay next three installments. And today i called Shailendra from a different mobile number he is saying that if company will not give you any holiday then i will give to you. What kind of shamefull committement he is making when he is not in company and he has resigned. What kind of fraud is this. I request to resolve this issue I want my money back any how.
