SIR / MADAM With reference to the subject we hereby submitting my complain about my bad experience at alleppey as we did not get any help from the reception counter when we asked for any railway booking counter because we did not have any knowledge about railway station and even they did not ready to say about the railway satiation situated at alleppey. And your travel desk was also miss guided us regarding local site scene at alleppey that nothing to see at alleppey and around and better go for kocchi and we were travel for kocchi but we did not see anything at kocchi because all the historical places were closed as the car driver brought us there after 4:30 evening and charged Rs.3000/- Sir here we like to say that if nothing is to see at alleppey why did you built a big hotel there and if something is there to see surrounding that area why your travel desk is not guiding properly Sir here we also like to put a complain regarding your reception counter because when we had been asking about the railway reservation for my destination they even did not say about railway reservation counter at alleppey railway station as because we did not have knowledge about railway station Sir it was my first experience of hotel booking from your group and being a member of your group we should have better reception and good guidance from your hotels but it was a bitter experience for me at alleppey so hereby producing my complain and the action regarding the matter to be taken by the administration please let me know.

i got a call for free gift and to give me 45 min. time for his packages and plans, after his plan discussion i pay Rs. 21000/- for the membership. and at the same time he asked me that if you want to cancel the membership you can cancel by informing me, and 375 rs will be deduct from you deposited money and rest will be refund you back.. i call him for cancellation of membership since last 4 months but they are asking that your request is under process, last monday he told me that i left the company. please register my complane for both the guyes named Mr. Mohammad Altamash And Mr Sachin Pathak. and do the needfull please. I was also a potential victim of Magic Holiday. I was called by the sales team and they provided me my card details saying tat it is a open detail and asked my CVV No. When I asked that why u asking me my CVV no she said that she is just conforming it. They give me honey dipped offers. 1) Discount voucher wherein I get 10-30% discount on all shopping whether online or off line except Gold & Petrol. 2) Holiday Voucher wherein I get one national holiday trip and one international holiday trip of 2N/3D each and if I don't want one option then it can be either one holiday with 4N/5D. All expenses being met by them except my ticket charges. 3) Gift Voucher which consists of one men's combo, women's combo, one sunglass for men & women out of which I can select two. Then the call was transferred to billing department who asked me for payment of Rs. 7, 999/- with an option of monthly EMI of 500 for 16 months. I was ready to pay it but fortunately my card didn't had tat much balance. So my transaction was declined. The sms stating my decline of transaction came in the name of the company named "C Group Technologies". Please be aware of this money sucking creatures. Its all our hard earned money, we have to take care. Please keep posting guys asthey are still out luring innocent people with their exceptional honey dipping yet fake offers. Hi, Thank you members, for posting this and saving me from having a pitfall today. I received a call this morning from the number +91 [protected] saying they would give me a card to offer 10-30% discounts on almost every purchase and asked by starting with my Card type VISA/Mastercard and the card expiry date, that lady was asking me to take out my card and tell the details o.O. Later she told me about the offer and the one time payment of Rs.7, 990 to avail the said benefits and she then transferred the call to some guy who gave a recap of all the offers and was asking me to make the payment. When I expressed my unwillingness to make the payment, his tone changed and he started getting aggressive asking if I would not like to save my money and get the benefits. I asked him to hold on and to avoid any unforeseen risk, checked this site and got my card blocked immediately. Our card details and password are confidential and even the bank customer care executives are also not supposed to ask for your password/cvv. But we forget/ignore these details owing to the busy times these fraudsters call us and trying their best to fool people. Beware! Thanks

I was called at Shalimar Bagh office that free Trip for 2N/3D has been awarded to me out of many coupon distributed earlier. When i went there, Mr. Sandeep Singh Gusain took my 2 hours for showing their plan of Rs. 1, 57, 500/- which was for 25 years. After many discussion, i shown my inability to take such plan. Then, He offered me, another small plan as given below: 1. Plan Amount of Rs. 30, 000/- for 5 years (4N/5D per year till 5 years) 2. Same may be paid through my Credit Card in 24 installment. The overburden of interest above 30, 000, shall be reimbursed by the company on showing of Credit Card Statement of EMI charges. 3. 2 movie ticket per month for first 12 months. With this plan i paid Rs. 30, 000 via my credit card on Dec. 2013. Frauds made by Company: 1. Documents were sent on Jan. 14 mentioning wrong mobile no. It was not as per the form filled by me at the time of signing of plan and make payment. Also plan was different. I send many E-mail to Mr. Sandeep Singh Gusain, asking for Interest money of Rs. 5, 200/- and Movie tickets.No reply received and even no calls were picked. 2. Confirmation called was made to me from Mumbai office, during the talking, i convey to them that my plan was for 5 years of Rs. 30, 000/- and all other things. 3. When i visited shalimar office, they told me that Mr. Sandeep Singh Gusain has resigned from the company and it is not company, it is only he who had committed the fraud with me and they cannot refund my money. 4. Now, the company is suggesting another plan of Rs. 50, 000/- for 5 years and for this i have to submit Rs. 20, 000/- further. 5. They also told me that no movie ticket shall be provided. Magic HOlidays is a complete Fraud and please do not trust them at all. They will never give any bookings to their members and all his properties are on short term lease and may get closed any time. A strict warning from me. I had been invited in a Rcity mall at ghatkopar by Magic HOlidays for a presentation and if I attend 45 minutes of it I get a gift vouchers of thier own hotels. Hello, I want to tell about Dhanjayay Mishra ( Contact No [protected]) from Magic Holidays. I have got fraud and lost my money and valuable time because of this agent and this company. This tour agent promised me a luxurious stay but the tour was the worst tour I had. We were taken to Singapore through an indirect flight from Chennai (though a direct flight was promised to us). When we reached Singapore, we had to wait at the Airport for 12 hours as nobody came to pick us up and when we called the hotel, we came to know that our booking is not confirmed at the hotel. Finally, we did taxi on our own and reached hotel when our booking was confirmed later. Our package included a cruise where again we were provided with no transfer and we did taxi on our own. The hotel was also a below average hotel and the room sucked. The size of the room was not even half the size of my own room at my house. We got no transfer during our entire trip in Singapore. Also in Sentosa island we were not shown any Butterfly Park or any other such place where ticket was to be purchased. We did not enjoy at all. The hotel sucked and had poor services. Mr. Dhanjayay Mishra showed lot of carelessness even in the Visa formalities. We wish we had cancelled the tour earlier. Even the transfer to Malaysia was through bus where there was nothing that we saw except the Twin towers that too only as a Photo Stop. It was a mis-managed journey because of Mr. Dhanjayay Mishra who cheated me and fooled me by making fake promises. He trapped me in the membership of Magic Holidays where I have paid money which they are not refunding me. I want my money back and would advice everyone to stay away from Mr. dhanjay Mishra and this Magic Holidays.

i was call sales person from magic holidays he explain me 157500/- plan for 25 years membership with lot of stuff like 5 years RCI Membership + 3 year DAE Membership + 25 years Travel Hot Membership + 2 N / 3 D trip + Rs.3000 Food Coupon + Rs. 5000 Royal Credit (online purchase) + 3 N / 4 D trip (After 3 EMI) with AMC of Rs.5250/- p.a. but i am showing interest in Panaromic Group Mini Magic Plan for that i ask sales person he told me that in mini magic plan all the stuff of above plan is same only you have to pay Rs.49999/- for that, i told him that first i want to see your property than i deceide where i go a head or not he told me ok you give Rs.21, 000/- i will give voutcher of our porperty for 2N / 3 D at mahabaleshwar after coming from their you pay balance amount of Rs.28999/- after that i got kit from panaromic group showing membership of Rs.2, 10, 000/- i immidiatly write letter to cancel my membership and ask for refund than i got call from his back end team that time back end team told me that in mini magic their is nothing stuff they are giving his sales person given wrong information. so friends dont go for panaromic group this company and his sales person giving false information to get a member. i am thinking to go consumer court for my above matter and my money of Rs.21, 000/-

I had taken membership of Magic Holidays on 22/12/2013 by paying a down payment of Rs 15750/- . Thereafter I have given 3 EMIs worth Rs 3945/- each. In total I have paid them Rs 27585. From the beginning I have got nothing other than false promises. To narrate the exact details: 1) When I signed the lucky coupon at Big Bazaar outlet Kolkata, I was told that this is just a promotion offer and no membership will be required. 2) When I got the call from Magic Holidays that my coupon has been selected, I was reiterated that there is no membership involved and its just a holiday promotion. 3) When I reached the venue I was told that Magic Holidays will offer me membership, quite contrary to what I was told. Anyway, I heard the offer and decided not to go for it. I was literally put in so much pressure about benefits, I told that the free vouchers and gift have no value for me and I frankly asked that I can join in only two conditions: a) Magic Holidays arrange a house boat accommodation for me at your Alleppy house boat and b) Magic Holidays arrange another accommodation at any beach. 4) I was promised the following by their Salt Lake City Center Office by Mr Biswanath: a) total 6 days 5 nights joining offer with Rs 5000 as food voucher for the entire duration of stay. b) two days house boat accommodation at alleppey c) I was told that your Kollam resort is the best resort in India wherein we can enjoy the beach, which is very near to the resort. 5) When I got the joining kit I got only Rs 3000 as Food Voucher and on asking your representative Mr Sushanth he denied that a promise was made for voucher of Rs 5000 and it was only Rs 3000. On enquiring from him again that whether House boat will be provided, he reiterated that the same will be provided and inclusive in the package. 6) I had air tickets for Rs 28210 + Rs 20065 spent just to enjoy House Boat and a serene beach with my family. To my utter surprise at Alleppey I was not given House Boat, but a normal small room to stay with. When I enquired about House Boat, I was told to pay additional Rs 8500 for it. 7) I immediately contacted Mr Biswanath, and he assured me that he will look into it. I called him for about 20 times in the two days at alleppey for any feed back. He never called me back, at second night when I charged him that he could have at-least given me a customary apology, he said that he would compensate during my stay at Kollam. 8) On reaching Kollam, I was dissappointed to see that the resort is no where near the beach and Magic Holidays have actually cheated us and ruined our Holiday. I immediately informed the Kollam resort staff that I will not stay any further in the Resort and I checked out early morning next day even when I had booking for three days. The room furniture were so bad we even could not sleep in the bed provided. We have incurred huge sum of money as flight fare to enjoy House boat and beach. Me and my wife had taken 5 days leave to enjoy here, but we were simply cheated by Magic Holidays. We had no other option but to leave their resort with utter disappointment just to try to salvage the balance 2 days leave we had. This was our worst holiday ever.

this is reguard to magic holiday agents of lucknow who had made false commitments. mr deepak and mr. karan pal singh had made us their members on behalf to once visit there property and then continue if we like for which they hav charge us 16250 rupees. they book 2 nights and 3 days holiday to mahabaleshwar and we visited to magic holiday property united 21 it was bad experience ..we visited on 3 january 2014 and when we reach there we had to wait down for around 2 hours to check inn and then when we entered the room, the type of room was nt superdelux which a soul promise of the agents . the does not had sofa, fridge the bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty and oily the table which was there was too small to hav food so we had kept things on ground .they did not welcome drink on our check inn.. these all thing we have already in resort visiters book when we checked out. over all the experience was badd and pathetic and we dont want to continue this false membership where commitments and promises are false so kindly refund back our deposited money as soon as possible..

Hi, Magic holiday office in chennai has given all lame reasons to buy the membership in their resort and when I have asked to book for a holiday even before six months also they are saying its white season, red season and no value for blue. I have been asked to sit in the reception for more than two hours and they took my card for swiping the 10% money and now I am unhappy so please refund my money as I have cancelled the membership.

Company representative Mr. Sudhir and Mr. Vikas showed me the 5 star properties of RCI and offered me the membership for 25 years without giving me any company policy details. When next day I went for cancelling it and asked about cooling off period then Mr. Vikas told me that there is no system of cooling off period. I completely relied on their lies and was trapped and lost 30585 Rs. when I am contacting their mumbai office they are denying me from refunding my money. Their one executive told me to return all their freebies. I returned it all but still they are not giving me my money back. Tell me what should I do to get my money back.

Email to Magic holidays Hi, I got membership of Magic holidays few months back at the time of presentation Mr Arun from noida office showed me several resorts which he claimed that they belong to magic holidays, After few days when i went to him he said these all are RCI resorts... This is a clear case of cheating... Mr Arun is the most irresponsible, laid-back & stupid person i have ever met... I had registered for Membership at Magic Holidays on 04.12.2013 with the amount of Rs.15750/- in the name of Nandansingh Rana at the Sterling office CST (Mumbai). They explained the features of membership and said that if you don’t find the service up to mark then anytime we can take the refund and cancel the membership. The sales agents who spoke to us were Swati & Kiran. After few days I received a verification call and I came to know that they had given wrong information. They just ruined my vacations I had planned for my family in this December. Therefore, I paid the amount of Rs.15, 750. But, I now I received a call from your reservation department saying that the bookings are full. This is the first reason for cancellation of the membership & the second thing is, when I booked at that time your executive told me that EMI can be extended as per customer requirement. Which means that If I want EMI to be deducted after 6 months or 1yr or so than it’s possible. But, when I asked this to your customer care executive than she told me that this isn’t possible. Therefore, please cancel my membership at the earliest. This is such an unethical and unacceptable act. I want to cancel the membership and need refund.

Hello, I want to file complain regarding fraud and cheating done by this company. This is how things go at their end and with their people located at local branch in Ahmedabad deals (Gulmohar branch) : I was invited for a presentation and given free stay coupon of 2N/3D. Also was pitched with all your marketing deals. I showed interest and mentioned about my plans for family vacation in December. The sales executive was Mitesh Rathod and Prakash mentioned that I can pay INR 27, 500 and I will be able to get the accommodation. After doing the payment, I came to know that I was already enrolled as member for Blue category(Studio) and the amount was towards initial payment. This details were not exactly mentioned to me earlier. I was told that if I am really happy with the service and properties of Magic Holidays, I can continue or cancel the membership. They mentioned that there will not be any formality for cancellation, but just stop paying installments. After two days, I was asked for cancelled cheque, when I realized that the part of amount paid was considered as first 3 installments. Again something not mentioned earlier. Even after the membership kit was sent to Ahmedabad office, I was not handed over and had to go personally to collect it.What kind of service???? Still I kept the trust in your group and requested for a 5 nights vacation in Gir, Gujarat. I was following up with Mitesh, but NO RESPONSE. My wife personally went to their office and was assured that my bookings will be done. I tried 1800 series no, local branch and could get hold of him after lots of efforts. Now I am told that the property is not available till 15th January. In this case, I have talked to Mr. Viral (Gulmohar, Ahmedabad) and he has assured that he is looking into it.Still things are not finalized, have also talk to Mr. Joshi who is heading that branch. Worst thing is that they do not have the courtesy or guts to answer my phones and I get reply from the reception that they are busy talking to prospect clients. Now, when the enrolled members are not satisfied, what is the use of pitching to new prospect customers? After couple of days, I have still not received any response that would have solved my query. I tried calling their Mumbai office and also dropped emails at the ID mentioned on website and I am assured that someone will revert back to me, am STILL waiting for it. Do not trust such fraud companies who do not know how to take care of clients after getting their money.

This is to file a fraud complaint against magic holidays based in pune. They have setup offices in cochin and are big time cheaters. They called me for presentation promising free gifts of vouchers which can be used in their resorts and i spend one hour to their presentations. But i was not given any gift that was promised to me. This is a fraud organisation and beware of any interactions with these big time cheaters.

I want to share my reviews about this MAGIC holiday planners. They are so sucking and good for nothing. They just ruined my vacations I had planned for my family in this December. When I visited them for the first time in their office located in WAVE mall, Lucknow, they just lured me with great offers, packages, deals and off course their so Honey dipped talks. I had bought their plan few months back and finally provided them with the dates I wanted my bookings in their hotels 1 month prior too my visit. They said that they will provide me the details of the bookings as they get the confirmation from the hotel. I asked the for the confirmation after 2 days, they again asked for 2 days. And this keeps on going with frequency of 1 day further, they just repeat " SIR TOMORROW FOR SURE " and now it’s the day I am left with only 2 days to my tour and they said today on calling 4 times today that " SORRY SIR, YOU CAN’T GET THE BOOKINGS, PLEASE SHIFT YOUR TOUR ". I had done all my travel bookings and now they say please shift your tour. Couldn’t they have told me before so that I could have made my bookings on my own or from some other planner. Even when I asked them to cancel all my bookings and refund me my money if you can’t provide, so they say that " SORRY SIR WE CAN’T REFUND NOW, IT WILL TAKE 2 MONTHS TIME "

I want to file a complaint against the fraudulent commitment given to me. Please find below my concerns for the same. 1) While visiting their venue in pancard club baner pune, I had been explained the plan with the payment options available. After finishing, I refused to pay that much amount due to money constraint. 2) (Manager) kept on insisting me to avail this facility and offered me different options with lower amount to be paid and use the package. 3) Finally, he offered me a sum of Rs. 15750 and assured me that in this package, he would provide me a staying of 3 Nights and 4 Days plus an ad on package of 2 Night and 3 Days on any of their locations. He asked me to go for holidays and if found suitable / enjoyable, I should then continue services for the next 25 years. Till then, I need not to pay anything and once found suitable, will be continuing as per the company policy. 4) I made that payment and informed him that I should be availing this package during the month of either this year December or in January 2014 which they agreed. They also took post dated cheques from me .they told me that they are only taking this as precaution.and will not be encased unless I inform them 5) Suddenly, I have been receiving calls from your company to make the payments and to start continuing EMIs. I really don’t understand what is this all about? 6) While discussing the same to your call center, he informed there is no such plan / offer for that much amount and I have to pay those installments of Rs. 3945 every month to continue with this holiday package. I explained each and everything to them that this is what had been committed to me which they refused and constantly asked for the payments or else this will be withdrawn and I will not be able to continue with this anymore.7) I cancelled their membership 8) I informed their call center that my planning is to go on vacations in Dec and they really can’t do this to me. This is absolutely against what had been committed but all in vain. 9) Now I am not even in a position to go anywhere until and unless if I do not pay the said amount every month. This is really shocking for me and nothing but creating mental harassment. 10) It is really sad for me that their employees giving false promises to the people just to achieve their sales targets.. 11) Now taking this into account, I want to cancel my plan and refund the money back to me as I have not availed any of their services till date. Please help me in extacting my money back. I would be highly thankful to you 12) I am also following up with their representative kavita but all things are invain.from last 7-8 days they kaaping on saying that they will call in half an hour but still no calls.

I had applied for Holiday Membership with Magic Holidays in the month of Apr-13, & paid Rs.15750/-as initial membership fees. Mr. Siddhiqui told me that i will get charged with ECS debit of Rs.3945/- per month in next couple of months for 5 years towards balance amount.
