I went to see the property in mj lifestyle amadeus in bangalore. There is a 1 bhk for rent under the owner's name as prasita. Now, i understand that the owner has the right to decide whether or not she wants to rent out to a particular person. But, how she is doing is wrong. Through the chats i got to know that she is asking different people to fill the police verification form which she sends over email and then she lavishly compares it. Now, police verification should be done after the rental agreement to check tenant's criminal records, if any. Yesterday prasita told me that anytime by today evening she will inform me whether im selected. Afternoon around 12:21 she pings me to transfer the token money but she didn't give her bank details. Immediately after 21 mins she tells me someone else have given her the money so i have lost my turn. It seems like she is acting king and creating chaos between her subjects. I also came across that her parents might be the actual owners. Like all she have posted the same house in common floor website for much higher price. Magic bricks is a nice website but please take actions against prasita because sitting in mumbai this is not the valid way to rent the property. She cannot take details like pan card number etc from people through emails unless it's confirmed. It's sensitive personal information.

I posted free ad for sale of industrial plot and thereafter sweta sagar (Mobile [protected]) started calling and virtually forced me to subscribe to paid services. I paid rs 5, 700 more than 10 days now. She was to send professional photographer within 72 hours and attach those photos for better visibility and response.

Till payment was made she called at least 10 times and thereafter disappeared. Content written was useless. What i asked to correct never got displayed. The basic dimensions and unit of measurement (Sq. Yard and feet) is wrong.

When i am calling for solution they disconnect phone.

My name is vallabh kirpekar. And i was looking for flat in mumbai.. I installed magicbriks app.. And i showing interest for one flat which is in goregao west.. After that each and every day i am getting calls from unknown people and they enqire me as if i am the owner of that flat.. Its my complaint, you to remove my register number or any wrong post by using my number

I posted my ad on some other website. These guys have taken the information from the other website and posted it on theirs. Asking money to view the leads. When i tried to remove my property from their website it never allows me to do that. My property has been sold out and i have updated in other sites but i couldn't update in these guys website. I am getting unnecessary calls and getting disturbed always.

I created an account in magic bricks almost 3-4 days befor and since thn m getting tll much irrelevant calls frm unknown people. I wanted to know how to remove my account from magic bricks. Peopme are like giving me wrong no. Excuses some are telling to cm n meet to see the flat and tht too in abusive manner... Its tooo irritating i seriously need to know how to remove the account frm magic bricks. On telling the people its wrong no. One of them told i[censored] dnt want to tlk to strangers then why do u put ur no. In magic bricks. I registered my no. There to find a residnce not people...

On 23rd june i visited your website to find about flat for rent in greater noida. There was a broker named sachin rawal whom i contacted. He showed me some places and for booking he asked for some money which he told will be refunded in case i change my mind. Then i find some more affordable place i contacted him for refund but he disconnect my call every time. I urge you to kindly ban such type of dealers from your website.

Sir i got a call on my number [protected] from magicbricks. The number from which call was made by magicbricks was [protected] on 16 may 12.38pm. I don't remember the name of the caller person but he was talking very rudely and badly, and asking irrelevant questions such as
1. Why you aren't choosing a package from magicbricks, i replied why should i, then he told why shouldn't you.
2. Why you posted your property for free and not buying any package, i replied why shouldn't i bought for free if it's free.
Then he gave some irrelevant examples.
3. He also told me you are fool that's why you haven't got customer.
(Now why should i waste my time in giving your answer to your questions) if magicbricks doesnt suspends it's corrupt employer and give penalty to me, i will go to court)

When i had purchased the package from magicbricks.com i was not informed that the listing has to be reverified.
I had verified my listings within 15 days of duration which was informed to me.

Due to reverification procedure got hactic

When we get a property to deal in. We 1st go to the property to gather complete details of it and record those. Than we have to post it in magicbricks.com. Again we have to coordinate with magicbricks executive to come for verification and please the owner/ tenant in that property to cooperate and allow our visit. It not only disturbs the privacy of owner/tenant but also consumes their time and efforts to arrange everything.

I am in real estate business since 10 years but till date hardly i have witnessed any property which got sold within 15 days of advertising it. When we talk about rent the peak period it can be rented within 15 days. So there is no sense in reverifying it within 15 days of posting it.

It becomes very difficult to co-ordinate with their executive to verify it again and again. When we arrange a visit for client we have to coordinate with owner or any person having keys of that property or tenant already residing in that property for some time on one hand. While on the other hand we have to co-ordinate with other brokers / direct clients to visit.
This process is time consuming and tiring. Apart from this there are many properties of other brokers which are to be lined up with our property (Cant call a client to show a single property). Owners bluntly ask us to get more client to visit rather following this foolish procedure to verify and re-verify which disturbs, consumes time and efforts at least 3 to 4 people.

As per the customer relationship manager's advice i discontinued package on 20th day from the date package started. And i was asked by that person to wait for a month till the procedure gets completed. But now it has been more than a month. Please help me to get back the amount.

Sir,
I have registered my property with you for sale under id no.23819371, mb no:[protected], on 4th/5th june. Property has been duly refreshed, with featured listing of goldpackage for 4 mnths, by making full payment of rs, 2625/-thru your service providertbs, on 5th june17.
Iwas given feed back ticket no.883284 on 4th june by one mr. Prakash giri from tbs, with an assurance to complete photo shoot of my property in 3days, with a start of listing thru e-mails/sms, for it;s sale.

However, to my dismay i am receiving e-mails/sms to buy my own property[flat], thereby deviating, from the very services, u are required to provide to me. Resultantly, no buyer has turned up sofar. Photo-shut is also not initiated till date.
Pl, therefore look into the matter for this gross deviation, by the concerned, & set right the sale process +photo shoot, per commitment.

Fake service by MagicBricks,

Trying to get correct service since last 20 days, the magic bricks simply lying & providing fake reasons.

Totally unhappy with service provided by Magic bricks, want to stop all listing and rollback with MagicBricks & wants my package amount 3300/- as refund.

I posted one property for rental on your site located at Badlapur Mumbai. A few days later I am approached by one broker namely Maheshwari (Balaji entetprises, shop no 205, near Badlapur station, Badlapur east) who is also registered on your site. He assured to provide the tenant and asked Rs9000 for completing the formalities of registration etc. He also advised to make some fitting in my flat which is normally provided by the landlord.
After getting the cash, Maheshwari is not picking the phone and also not responding to the messages too.
Request you to delist such cheater type person from site and develop some mechanism to keep away such cheater from your site. It unnecessary tarnish the image of magic brick.

I had paid magicbricks.com for property and Order id[protected] in the premium category which means that they would highlight my ad for more responses. However after paying them the amount I cannot put up a new ad neither can I edit the old ad. I called them and mentioned that I should get the service that I paid for but they said their system has a problem. I waited for about 3 weeks and still the problem exists. Hence I demanded a refund but they are not initiating that either. They clearly told me that they cannot solve the problem neither can they give a refund. Hence I need to file a complaint for harassment..

I am senior citizen and applied /subscribed for special offer titanium listing with coupon code mbtoday
For rs.2200 (Actual price rs.3800/-) but even after applying coupon code mbtoday i was deducted rs.3800/- transaction id 9843699 of 14/03/2017
I immediately written on 14/03/2017itself to magic bricks i. E. Within 24 hrs of paying/activation of package for refund excess amount of rs.1600/- charged due to technical flaw of their system not working properly at time of applying the coupon code by me. From day one i had very worst experience with their team giving me different ticket ids each time but in vain and at last on on 28/04/2017 i was advised that refund was not possible as i could not apply the coupon code and magic bricks is not returning my hard earned money (Pension). It appears that magic bricks has ulterior motive of cheating in the name of not applying coupon code and not returning the excess amount received on this pretext thus not adhering to business ethics of not selling the product at same rate of rs.2200/- to each consumer during the period of special offer.
Will magicbricks will reconsider my case considering the facts within a week otherwise i shall be compelled to knock the doors of griievances cells.

This is to inform you that Mr. Nitesh Jaiswal - [protected] has provided wrong information of advertise listing package, we were been told that advt will be posted for 3 months from the date of the payment but when spoked to him he told us the advt will come for 2 months only, we had also inquired whether we can change the advt from the listing he said yes, but when we did so we couldnt change the advt instead we lost one listing and when called then he told that you can only alter the advt you cannot change.

its a basic thing when we ask for package details he should provide the detailed information with terms and conditions on email, as i conversed with him on email and telephone, how can you provide half information to the customer. we have paid 8500/- for 3 months and now he is saying it will come for 2 months only and also we cant change the advt. all these details he should have provided in package.

My name is aniruddha aditya and i listed a property in magicbricks.com. Few weeks back a call centre lady (Priyanka - [protected]) called up and said that she has a huge discount if paid today for the listing i have in mb. Somehow she showed me the listing cost is 12000/- and she can provide me at 7000. After negotiation we finally agreed to 5000 and i purchased the titanium package.

1) when i download the magic bricks mobile app. The same listing was costing only 3960/-.
2) it took more than a week to get my listing refreshed.
3) customer care post sale doesn't care or respond to address.

I am a premium member ID 25150143, of your web site with ads posted for rental of my property at pondicherry, Lawspet, India. As I frequestly be on travel, I used to advise many people who call me to surf from your web site and see for details. But to my great dismay and concern, I have been apprised by all that the property could not be traced in your web site all. Hence I am skeptical whether the ads needs more inputs of details for prominance or is it bogus. please clarify and rectify

Acting upon many telephone calls from Magicbricks, and a message reading "Selling out your property becomes hassle free! Chat/Call with buyers instantly on Magicbricks App and close the deal faster. Download now http://goo.gl/T1h195" I have remitted Rs.2625/- for a Gold package on 9th Feb 2017. But my account did not get activated. Insult to injury, they have the audacity to say that they have not received this remittance inspite of sending bank's SMS and also screen shoot of Bank statement.

I would like to bring to your notice the miscommunication/misselling which is being done by the Magicbricks sales team at the ground level. Last month I received a call from Ms Shweta Sagar who offered me the Super Titanium Listing package for my property. Luckily I decided to go ahead with the Titanium package only. There were two things that were promised to me at the time of taking the package

1) Professional photoshoot of the Property within 72 hours of taking the package

2) Professional Content Writing Services on the listing

I took the package on 20th January and till date despite followups from my side not even a single commitment has been fulfilled. Till I had taken the package Ms. Shweta called me up again and again but now she refuses to even take my call. I did receive a welcome call where again I was promised that the matter will be escalated to the concerned department but till date, your team seems to be just going around the issue. When I re-raised this issue with the customer support team I got a response saying that the listing needs to be redone by me and he was unaware of the content writing services.
If I had to redo the listing on my own without any photograph or professional writeup I would have gone for a free listing. There was no need to pay even a single rupee to the company. Before I had signed up for the package Ms, Shweta called me up continuously, sometimes even twice in a day but since the money has been paid there has been no response from her side. In fact, I tried reaching her on the number which she had provided but no one even bothers to pick up the phone.

I am really disappointed with the kind of response that I have received from the sales and support team put together. Despite my emails, there has been no resolution of the problem.

Thr worse part is that I raised this issue on their twitter handle, I even tweeted to the CEO but there has been no response.

I am surprised that a multinational like Magicbricks treats its customers like this. Since I have not availed any services promised under order number 9518903 and neither has the company offered them to me I would like my money back.
