The above mentioned name has some spelling correction as follows,

Please need to make correction in the MAHADISCOM data, so that on monthly bill it should appear correctly.
I need this change because this is one of the required document for the issuing Passport.

    Hi,

    I have recently received my latest bill for the period of apr-18 and noticed a new charge applied to the bill. I just wanted to clarify this part on my bill

    Net arrears -3.56
    Adjustments 1, 209.34

    Can you explain what is this adjustment charge and how is it calculated? I have always paid the bill through online banking and have not seen any such charges in any of my previous bills.

        1. Consumer number:[protected], bu: 4359 vasai rd. East s/dn.
        2. My family visited the above flat only twice since august 2017 – (Four days in august 2017 and one week in january 2018). For the remaining period the flat has always been totally vacant since years.
        3. I do not understand, that in an empty flat, which has no ac etc – how come such exorbitant billing has taken place since august 2017 (Rs.1620). I had paid advance of rs.2000 which was wiped off due to such incorrect billing.
        4. Further, the status is shown as permanently disconnected. This has even happened in the past, when online was not available and no regular bills were received; and i had to run around to get the meter re-fixed/reinstalled. To avoid such occurrence i am now paying lumsum amount in advance. However, as seen from the billing, it makes an impression that the exorbitant bill has been purposely made in order to disconnect the meter and make me visit the electricity site office and face inappropriate means to get it reinstalled (As experienced in the past).
        5. Since this is a multiple repeat issue in my case, i intend to raise the matter at an appropriate level, including government of maharashtra and government of india.
        6. I request you to please look into the issue and please provide me with the meter readings against the raised bills.
        7. Further, since i have paid my bill, i request you to also advise the concerned officials at vasai office to reinstall the meter.

          I the undersigned is your customer no.[protected] cbd, belapur, navi mumbai. I have paid the bill of month march 2018 re 2470, by check of abhudaya coop bank diwale branch on 28.03.2018 to the bill collector nutan credit society in sector 11, punittower no. 1 cbd. Then i received notice on 23.04 2018 that i have not paid the said bill and they will cut my ele. Connection.
          After that i went to office of mseb in sector 6 cbd, belapur. I shown the paid bill to the accountant he then checked and told me that your check is bounce and showed me the same by mistake i have written wrong year on check that is 2017. The accountant did not inform me before issuing me notice they always insists to write mobile no. On the back of the check mseb acc. Also find me re. 401 for bouncing of check and penalty re. 100 totaling re. 501, i went to the bank to inquire about bouncing of check they told me that the check was not deposited i was shock to hear this. Again i went to the mseb office the acc. Asked me to give him in writing. Whether it was his duty to inform me before issuing notice. Then why they insist to write mobil no, on the back of the check.
          Your requested refund my fine amount.

          Con.no :[protected] .NDDF amount was regularly paid till feb2018.But this amount is not paid in March 2018 bill.so why this problem? Please I expect regularly NDDF amount paid in bill.because balance of NDDF amount is Rs 12152.so solve my complaint.

                Dear Sir,
                For last 1 week power failures are happening continuously in 1 phase of Sector 14 at 10:30 PM onwards.

                Need to visit the MSEB office every-time for personal complain, post which the technicians attend.

                Request for a long-term solution.

                  I had requested dept for checking meter no installed for my house and paid rs.2, 950/- for the same on 27/03/2018.
                  On 20/04/2018, temporary meter installed by the dept was removed without connected another meter by 12.00 noon approx, without informing me. I noticed this late night at around 8.00 p. M, when i went to elect room to find out the reason for non supply of electricty. I logged my complaint on toll free number and complaint no was 8251158. They could not give the reasons for removal of meter. They also gave me another land line number, which did not respond to my numerous call. We all could not sleep through out night.in the morning i called ms kulkarni in-charge of n. Wadia section on her mobile at around 8-30 a. M (Sorry for causing inconvenience to her) and she was kind enough to ask for consumer number. Since nothing happened i visited her office at 10.00 a. M and waited till 11.00 a. M to find out reasons for removal of meter and not connecting new meter. She infromed me that she had called me abou 2 days back on my mobile to inform me about testing of meter, but since i did not respond, she had no alternate, but to disconnect temporary meter as per rules of elect dept. How do i know that the call was from elect dept? Dept should have sent sms. I do not find any logic in this reason of not providing old/new meter without my consent. I request the dept to change their rules and to send sms instead of calling the party. The connection was restored on 21.4.2018 at around 11.30 a. M i. E after approx 23 hours and sleepless night for 3 senior citizens of 77 yrs and above

                  Hello my name is amit ..my address is kondhwa bk ..opposite salvegarden.welvet socity electricity is not avlaible since from morning 8 am.for all flats in apartment..please restore electricity asap..customercare also not resonding properly
                  Please cheack the main transformer or dp to our city we are facing too much low voltage problems day by day so check it out and tell your engineers to survey our area honestly

                        I am resident of 4a-14, om omkar chs, amol nagar, naigaon east, 401202. I have been getting high bills rs 1500 standard amount since march 2017 till date. We just to came to know that the meter has been faulty since so long. I want to ask is it not your duty to let us know about it or you expect us to know this on our own. Then i don't think we need you guys should get paid. To top it all i have to do all the run around and no one knows what to do. I need a reimbursement for the total amount for 13 months also i need the meter to be replaced free of cost. Very rude and not helpful at all. I'm really looking forward for your support

                                My meter not showing reading from 23 march 2017 and next all bills show faulty meter. I have already lauged complaint to assit enginieer mahavitaran, panval, ratnagiri. But till date no any action is taken from your side. My electricity consumption is less and bill charged is excess. I have paid all bill till date. I request you kindly look into this matter and change my meter as early as possible and excess bill paid adjust in next bills.

                                  I write concerning the account with details given below:

                                  This is my kind attempt to bring your attention on the serious problems associated with the electricity bill statement generated on 29/03/2018 for the billing period 21/02/2018 to 19/03/2018 for above account, the copy of the same is attached for your reference. It can be seen from the billing statement that the current meter readings (C. R) are same as the previous meter readings (P. R) whereas our meter is working properly. And still the person who generated this billing statement has managed to list 'consumed units=146' and generate the 'total billing amount to be paid=993.93 rupees'. I don't know how that that person has reached to these magic numbers even when the difference between c. R and pr is 0 (Zero).

                                  This is not the first time that we are getting false billing statement. We have got false billing statements for moths october-2017, november-2017 and december-2017 also. I am attaching here all the billing statements of preceding months when we have got such false meter readings.

                                  I am very much frustrated with the service provided by msedcl. No one is simply bothering about the things going on in the shil sub-division (4643). No one is there to listen our problems. From last 3 months we are complaining about the false electricity bills to msedcl office in diva, but no one is listening. We had also registered a complaint by email to [protected]@mahadiscom.in, but they said this is not their job and suggested to register the complaint on the toll free nos. [protected] /[protected]. The officer there (Call attendant) promised us that, he will look in to this matter and will report these problems to the higher authorities. He also told that the billing statement which we received in january-2018 is correct and asked to pay all the balanced amount listed on januaruy-2018 bill. So we paid all the balance amount which was skipped due to the false billing statements. After that we got the correct billing statements for the months feb-2018. But again we have got the false billing statement for the month march 2018.

                                  I kindly request you to look in to this matter very seriously and do the needful.

                                  I have submitted reading on mahavitarn app on 19 march 2018.reading is 262 unit.but after 15 days they send me 313 unit which is not consumed yet.due date of bill is 19 April 18.due to above 300 unit my bill is increasing .if it is under 300 it should be less.plz help .

                                      My name is dilip and i leave in dombivali east. I got fed up with local vendor they just cover all the road area and footpath due to which public can't walk proper and and same condition of bridge to. And the shopkeepers are also doing same they have there own shop than to they keep there items on foot path i don't know why they do so if they don't want to keep items in there than why the purchase such costly shop. Due to vendor the roads gets dirty please show some stickiness other wise they will make the area more dirty
