I hold the consumer no[protected] the bill from the beginning is coming to 1300 plus which is not possible as i have checked with my neighbours and floors above and below me.
We do not have any heavy loaded consumer durable which will add the load to the power.
There is possibility of cross connection.
Please look into the matter urgently.

For last 1 week power failures are happening continuously in 1 phase of Sector 14 at 10:30 PM onwards.

Need to visit the MSEB office every-time for personal complain, post which the technicians attend.

Request for a long-term solution.

    I had requested dept for checking meter no installed for my house and paid rs.2, 950/- for the same on 27/03/2018.
    On 20/04/2018, temporary meter installed by the dept was removed without connected another meter by 12.00 noon approx, without informing me. I noticed this late night at around 8.00 p. M, when i went to elect room to find out the reason for non supply of electricty. I logged my complaint on toll free number and complaint no was 8251158. They could not give the reasons for removal of meter. They also gave me another land line number, which did not respond to my numerous call. We all could not sleep through out night.in the morning i called ms kulkarni in-charge of n. Wadia section on her mobile at around 8-30 a. M (Sorry for causing inconvenience to her) and she was kind enough to ask for consumer number. Since nothing happened i visited her office at 10.00 a. M and waited till 11.00 a. M to find out reasons for removal of meter and not connecting new meter. She infromed me that she had called me abou 2 days back on my mobile to inform me about testing of meter, but since i did not respond, she had no alternate, but to disconnect temporary meter as per rules of elect dept. How do i know that the call was from elect dept? Dept should have sent sms. I do not find any logic in this reason of not providing old/new meter without my consent. I request the dept to change their rules and to send sms instead of calling the party. The connection was restored on 21.4.2018 at around 11.30 a. M i. E after approx 23 hours and sleepless night for 3 senior citizens of 77 yrs and above

    Hello my name is amit ..my address is kondhwa bk ..opposite salvegarden.welvet socity electricity is not avlaible since from morning 8 am.for all flats in apartment..please restore electricity asap..customercare also not resonding properly
    Please cheack the main transformer or dp to our city we are facing too much low voltage problems day by day so check it out and tell your engineers to survey our area honestly

          I am resident of 4a-14, om omkar chs, amol nagar, naigaon east, 401202. I have been getting high bills rs 1500 standard amount since march 2017 till date. We just to came to know that the meter has been faulty since so long. I want to ask is it not your duty to let us know about it or you expect us to know this on our own. Then i don't think we need you guys should get paid. To top it all i have to do all the run around and no one knows what to do. I need a reimbursement for the total amount for 13 months also i need the meter to be replaced free of cost. Very rude and not helpful at all. I'm really looking forward for your support

This happens every 2-3 days in our society. Recently, when there was a shutdown, i called the technicians of the following company many times.                   My meter not showing reading from 23 march 2017 and next all bills show faulty meter. I have already lauged complaint to assit enginieer mahavitaran, panval, ratnagiri. But till date no any action is taken from your side. My electricity consumption is less and bill charged is excess. I have paid all bill till date. I request you kindly look into this matter and change my meter as early as possible and excess bill paid adjust in next bills.

                    I write concerning the account with details given below:

                    This is my kind attempt to bring your attention on the serious problems associated with the electricity bill statement generated on 29/03/2018 for the billing period 21/02/2018 to 19/03/2018 for above account, the copy of the same is attached for your reference. It can be seen from the billing statement that the current meter readings (C. R) are same as the previous meter readings (P. R) whereas our meter is working properly. And still the person who generated this billing statement has managed to list 'consumed units=146' and generate the 'total billing amount to be paid=993.93 rupees'. I don't know how that that person has reached to these magic numbers even when the difference between c. R and pr is 0 (Zero).

                    This is not the first time that we are getting false billing statement. We have got false billing statements for moths october-2017, november-2017 and december-2017 also. I am attaching here all the billing statements of preceding months when we have got such false meter readings.

                    I am very much frustrated with the service provided by msedcl. No one is simply bothering about the things going on in the shil sub-division (4643). No one is there to listen our problems. From last 3 months we are complaining about the false electricity bills to msedcl office in diva, but no one is listening. We had also registered a complaint by email to [protected]@mahadiscom.in, but they said this is not their job and suggested to register the complaint on the toll free nos. [protected] /[protected]. The officer there (Call attendant) promised us that, he will look in to this matter and will report these problems to the higher authorities. He also told that the billing statement which we received in january-2018 is correct and asked to pay all the balanced amount listed on januaruy-2018 bill. So we paid all the balance amount which was skipped due to the false billing statements. After that we got the correct billing statements for the months feb-2018. But again we have got the false billing statement for the month march 2018.

                    I kindly request you to look in to this matter very seriously and do the needful.

I got fed up with local vendor they just cover all the road area and footpath due to which public can't walk proper and and same condition of bridge to. And the shopkeepers are also doing same they have there own shop than to they keep there items on foot path i don't know why they do so if they don't want to keep items in there than why the purchase such costly shop. Due to vendor the roads gets dirty please show some stickiness other wise they will make the area more dirty

I also checked at mseb office, they said they haven't received any payment. But the payment was successful. I contacted my bank (Union bank). They said that transaction is clear from there side and gave me the ref number (Upi transation id:[protected]. Please refund my money or help me out as soon as possible.

                          Consumer can not avail discount for early payment dt.10th of every month.
                          Yesterday on 8th April, at around 12.15am our power cut. I made complaint to customer care and he assured me to get back power at earliest. But whole night no one has attended our complaint. At 7.30am guy came n solved problem. He told us that we don't come after 11pm. But whole night we suffered without light. Are you not giving service at night?
                          I have made payment to mseb electric bill or rs 1540 on the data 05/06/2018. But, the bill is showing unpaid. I also checked at mseb office, they said they haven't received any payment. But the payment was successful. I contacted my bank (IDBI bank). They said that transaction is clear from there side and gave me the ref number . Please refund my money or help me out as soon as possible.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I am a msedcl lt domestic consumer. Consumer no.[protected] in kharalwadi pimpri area.in the month of march msedcl has disconnected my supply without any notice / pre intimation. My only bill for the month of march 2018 was pending (Only rupees 140 or rs.160)

                                  I deposited a sum of rs. 1000/= on line, and asked the ajmera office for connect the supply, however, msedcl ajmera, pimpri office refused to reconnect the supply, saying the connection is permanently disconnected.

                                  This is unjust to me. Kindly look in to the matter and re connect my supply without any further delay.

                                  Please inform me the conditions when msedcl is authorised to permanently disconnect a domestic consumer's supply without prior intimation / prior notice as per merc rules / guidelines.

                                  Your immediate reply is highly awaited, since i do not have a power supply @ my home.

                                    -on 7apr evevning due heavy winds n spell of rain, serice wire support broken.
                                    -called 0n[protected] n complianed to rectify as the wire was hung across road at 1702 hrs. As the staff on tele said he will send some one n took details of address n mobile no,
                                    -nobody came. Tried to call back but not connected. Next day no body came
                                    -on same day i my self pulled the wire with stick to some extent toavoid mishap, but a big highted truck/vehical cannot...
                                    -on 9apr at 1015hrs i called on 2240119 again, he said mr deshmukh will attend n gave me the no-[protected] first hr told he will come after 30min. I again called him he said he will come in 15 min...in vain. Pls look into the matter.

                                      Our house at bamnoli, tal. Chiplun, dist. We have paid higher side of bill for minimum bill. Hence, request to replace fauly meter with new one. And also we would like to deposit an amount of rs.1000 for minimum billing for entire year.
