I already applied for new electricity connection 17th april 2018 this is my application no. 13797129 and service request id no.[protected] and consumer no.[protected] and billing unit no. 0817 uruli devachi hadapsar and also paid online amount rs 3091/- and also went to billing unit office they are told fill the physical form and they need some document and provide that day. Buy they are not giving electricity meter.

Kindly proceed ahead so that i can get new connection.

      In our area there is single phase line, and other line. But the single phase power supply line always have problem. It is not working. Sometimes it happen whole night the single phase line power supply is off.
      And nobody give attention to it.

        But this month for may 2018 my bill has come to rs 2010.
        Pl let me know why my bill is so high this month.

There is no response towards our complaint and no action is taken for it.Toll free contact number is not working . Butibori MSEB engineer as well as line man is not worried for it.

                  My consumer no. Is[protected], bu 0345 kalamboli sub division, since last 3 months i am not getting electric bill inspite o[censored]sing electricity, meter is installed at site. I had lodged my complaint on your tollfree no. On[protected] &[protected] but i did not get any response from them. Kalamboli office telephone is not being picked up though it is ringing.
                  Kindly look into the matter, henceforth i will not be responsible for any consquences arising out of it.

                    Sub: regarding excess bill since last 2 months.

                    Dear sir,

                    I am getting a very excess bill that is above rs. 7500 /- since last 2 months. And also given a complaint to msedcl call centre and received complaint no. 8246686 & 8344911 but still now there is no action taken on the same.

                    The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as to warrant such a high bill. Our all previous bills were in between rs. 400/- to 500/-
                    I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check weather somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty.

                    Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter.

                    I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

                      Authorities, there was a sudden power failure in my house and a few neighbors (Sr no 63/3, kedari nagar, wanawadi, pune-411040) today (11th of may 2018) around 7.30 pm. I'd called the consumer complain number at around 8.30 pn, the mseb executive spoke and i shared all the necessary details including my consumer number, problem regarding the power failure. To which he gave me a complain number as 8348414 and said that the required lightmen will arrive at your place by half an hour. We waited for 2 hours but to no avail. Your men didn't arrive nor they took the pains to call us. Lastly, we called the same consumer complain number but the line was busy, we tried with 5 other numbers, the story was same, all lines were busy, my sincere and honest question is that, are your men soo busy? Or simply the pull off the telephone line, so that they can party at late night? Is it only wriiten for show off that the lines are open 24*7???😂we didn't stop here, we went to consumer website and took the number of our division (Rasta peth) from mseb's official website but to our surprise, we found that the number was changed and they gave new number, which when we dialled was not existing😂👌seriously! You people are experts in fooling common man! If the number was changed why then it was not updated on the official website? Were you people waiting for any special occasion?? Well, when we don't pay the bill, you people immediately cut off our power and now when we are paying where are your men? Are they really on work? And why the hell your office executives do not pick the call? And why your men are never on time? Do they travel back in time? I can help them surely by gifting them with a new watch if you can't😂😂this is summer season, there is scorching heat out there, kindly fix our problem as early as possible.

                        From last two years i am facing the problem of frequent interruption in power supply of my house. Number of times, i complained to the concerned local complaint center of nashik (Dwarka region.) and this problem persists for my house only, while not any other house in my colony had such problem.

I had informed through the portal requsting reconnection but to my surprise when i camr from abroad for one night ifound no lights. Kindly make my reconnection at an earliest.

                            Dear sir,

                            I have received the bill of rs.270/- for feb.’18 and rs. 540/- for mar., 18 showing consumption of 40 units in each month. Despite on line payment of feb.18, the amount has been carried forward in march.18 stating outstanding due of previous month. We have made online payment of mar.18 too.

                            However we have to inform that till date total 13 units have been consumed and flat has been vacant since beginning. The bill received from you also reflects no consumption of electricity during these two months. Before feb.18, we were getting minimum bill and it was adjusted from advance amount paid by us.

                            In view of above our complaint for excess amount charged and recovered by us be looked into and accordingly excess amount be refunded or adjusted towards future bills.

                            No payment shall be made hereafter by us till the excess amount is adjusted. Any untoward action from your end shall be at your risk and cost...

                            WE have again received the bill of Rs. 270/_ for April'18 despite no consumption of electricity during month...

                                This complaint is related to inconsistent mesb bill.

                                I lives in pimple nilakh pune. For last 1 year i am observing that my light bill is too much on higher side. We pay bill through online portal. As me and my wife both are working, there is less usage of electricity bydefault. Still every month we are paying bill of avg. Inr 1500. Now two months back i. E.in the month of apr'18 we have receive the bill amount of inr 0. It was quite surprising for us. Then in next month (I. E.in the first week of may when i have visited the mesb portal) the amount was showing as inr -380. Please clarify how it is possible??

                                And today we have received the hard copy of the bill in which there is bill amount of inr 2070.

                                Is it some kind of joke?

                                Now again if we dont pay the money, your people will come to cut the lines.

                                I dont know what is the problem with mseb dept. But this need to be sorted on urgent basis.

                                I need a quick solution to this problem.

                                  माझा ग्राहक क्र. ००१५२१२२६५७५ असून माझा बिलावरील मिटर क्र. ०५८०३१४३३१९ असा आहे तसेच ' दि. १९ एप्रिल २०१८ रोजी मिटर रिडिंग छायाचित्रासहित लाईट बिलावर१७९२ असे असून बिलावर चालू रिडिंग २०४९ आणि मागील रिडिंग २०४९ असे प्रिटींग केले असून मला इलेक्ट्रीक बिल रूपये ७४८0/- आलेले आहे आणि ३१ मार्च २०१८ रोजी मला रूपये ३७६० इतके बिल पाठविण्यात आले आहे. आणि त्या बिलावर मीटर रिडींगचे छायाचित्र च नाही आहे.ती जागा रिकामी आहे. त्या बिलावर सुद्धा मागील रिडींग २०४९ आणि चालू रिडींग २०४९ असे प्रिटींग झाले आहे. तसेच वीज मीटर वर मीटर क्र ०३२९४१६७ असा आहे. तसेच २६ डिसेंबर २०१७ रोजी मिटर रिडींग छायाचित्रानुसार रिडींग १६५५ असे होते. पण लाइट बिल रु. १४० होते. पण त्या बिलावर सुद्धा चालू रिडींग २०४९ आणि मागील रिडींग २०४९ असेच प्रिंटीग झालेले आहे. आमचा विजेचा जास्त वापर नसतो. दिवसभर घरी कोणच नसत .एप्रिल महिना आमच घर पूर्णतः बंदच होत. त्यामुळे वीज वापरण्याचा प्रश्नच येत नाही. माझी आपणास नम्र विनंती आहे की आपण मीटर रिडींग नुसारच ने छायाचित्रात आलेले आहे. त्या अनुशंगाने बिल पाठवावे. अंदाजे किंवा चुकीचे रिंडीग घेवून बील पाठवू नका. आणि मला एप्रिल महिन्यात रूपये ७४८० इतके बिल आलेले आहे. ते मिटर रिडींग छायाचित्रा साहित १७९२ इतके रिडींग असून त्यानुसारच बिल भरण्याचा विचार व्हावा.ही विनंती वाढीव बिल पाठवू नये .

                                    This type of defect comes after every 4-5 months.

I visited to mseb office and was informed person will visit at my date. But till date you have not taken any action in this matter. I was told that from your side a person will come and check the meter and will solve the problem. But sir, my problem is not been solved till yet. I am getting a very excess bill that is above rs 800 since 4 months.

                                      But why am i still getting so much high bill every month. I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check weather somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or the meter is faulty. Please inform us the reason why am i getting so much excess bill and when are you going to send your person to check our meter

                                        Facing prepaid meter display problem for consumer no[protected] since last 2 months. Unable to recharge. Complaint is lodged with neral (Karjat) office on 19/05/18. Instead of replacing the meter fresh new power supply application is obtained from me. Now co will provide a fresh power supply with another consumer no and i have to get refund of my existing connection. There is a difference between replacement of meter and providing a meter to existing customer showing as fresh supply of power connection. At present power supply is there. Only display is out of order. Original supply is provided in feb 2013. Paid about 7000 for the consumption of 65 units only till june 2017. Prepiad meter replaced on 18/07/14. Please consider the request for replacement of meter without considering the fresh power supply application obtained on 19/05/18.
