One phase supply not coming from substation to my house at plot no. 23a, sector 8 kharghar navi mumbai 410210.

This type of defect comes after every 4-5 months.

The 3 phase cable directly coming from breaker of substation which is 100 mtr away from my house.

I am from krishnanagar boisar, my electricity meter has broken down since 3-4 months and i have made complaints about it numerous times and have submitted necessary application and documents regarding the same. Though there is minimal consumption o[censored]nits, meter reading is not considered for billing and bill is prepared considering adhoc units of 101 every month since last 4 months. I have been charged 45000 as electricity bill. Meter was not working and hence they charged any assumed amount. And they are asking us to pay the whole amount. Its their mistake that they haven't taken proper reading and gave the assumed bill we are not going to pay this amount.

There should be the revised bill provided to us with proper amount as per the monthly reading....

It has been over a year that i have been complaining to the msedcl to replace my faulty meter. I am being charged at average units for the past year and the charges started small and now have been doubled. When i have made complaints in the past the authorities have claimed no stock of meters.
