Please note that my electricity bill amount for consumer number[protected] is coming higher than the usual amount for the past few months. We had gone to the electricity office, virar east, with a written complaint. But they informed us that everything is fine and did not accept the complaint saying that the bill is as per the units consumed. But the number o[censored]nits has also increased even if the utilisation is same as before (there are two tube lights, one fan, tv and a fridge). The electricity board did not explain the reason of increase in the number o[censored]nits.
Moreover, during the past month, (apr-may'18) the house was vacant for 20-25 days without use of electricity. Even then, the bill amount is same as every month, i.e, higher than usual.
Sometimes the bill shows that the current reading is faulty. still there is no response from the board employees.
Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
