This is regarding my home new electric meter connection yet not connect from mahadiscom side, i already application submitted to mahadiscom office from last 20 to 25 days before and i also paid the demand but yet not received any response from there side, i suffering and daily visit at the narasala mahavitaran office for taking update about my new meter connection but they told me "vel nahi ahe, houn jain, thamaba ata meter nahi ahe, saheb nahi ahet ata, te alyawar hoil" this type of told me, so i requiest you to please help me about this.

    In the month of December 2017 I had paid the bill twice by mistake.Since then the bill amount is coming in negative figures.I had complained once on your website but the ticket got closed with no response.The negative amount is showing up from past 3 months.Here are the details-

        Still brute. Take lesson from telecom and give chance to private sectors so that from ppt pattern you can also enjoy your 80% soverign monopoly after granting 100% relief to people. Give chance to tata power to take your charge immediately. Bring privitization like mtnl and mahanagar gas immediately.
        Change from electric meter to solar panel immediately. There should be seprate lines for domestic, lift and commercial phases in colonies. Paying guests should be allowed to divert your bill to their land owners and same relief should be granted to licence owner of 11 months agreement. Number of fluctuations due to road repair and tree cutting work should either increase date of payment or grant 5% relief on bill amount after every such fluctuations.

            Please note our complaint for broken of electric pole & related electric wires at our farm, having farm gat no. - 44/2, village - kolambi, akola bazar road, dis - yavatmal, maharashtra.

            In this regarding our last complaint was ragistered with m. S. E. D.co. Ltd., yavatmal dtd. 4/8/2017, 17/11/17, 15/12/17 and 8/1/18. There is no any follow up or reply from their side till this date. Due to damage/broken electric pole & electric wires there is too much possibility of an sudden accident or any bad incident at village - kolambi
            So please note compalint & get immediate action.

              Dear sir,
              Subject: disconnection of electricity supply and removal of meter without giving notice and causing harassment to the senior citizen –regarding
              Reference: (1) consumer no.[protected]
              (2) billing unit no. 4173/ ulhasnagar – iv s/dn/ulhasnagar
              (3) meter no.[protected]
              (4) name of the resident: anand pandurang dabholkar
              Please refer to the above mentioned subject.
              In this connection, it is to inform that on 22.02.2018 in the afternoon, when the residents were out of home for some personal work, the msedcl officers disconnected the electricity supply, removed the meter without verbal or written intimation/notice to the owners of the house. The same resulted in mental & physical harassment of the residents including sr. Citizen lady residing in the house family members.
              In view of the above incidence taken place, it is requested to inform immediately that (I) under which authority of law, the removal of meter and disconnection of electricity supply was undertaken, (Ii) the above act of disconnection of electricity illegally and without the authority of law, has been done even after full payment of electricity bills issued by the authority till december 2017. The fresh bill for the month of january 2018 is attached herewith for reference. (Iii) the electricity consumers’ rights statement is reproduced below:

              Vi. Right to receive notice and due process prior to
              Disconnection and procedure of reconnection

              Consumers have a right

              1. To receive minimum fifteen clear days’ notice in writing before
              Disconnection under default of payment under section 56 of the act.
              To receive prior intimation regarding the visit/ entry into their premises
              By an authorized representative of the electricity distribution company
              In their area of supply.

              6. To demand proof of identity from such representatives of the electricity
              Distribution company visiting their premises.

              In view of the above provision of “rights”, in the present incidence, it is evident that the very rights of the consumer have been refuted by the officers of the msedcl.

              It is requested to take immediate necessary action and reconnect the electricity supply to the said house. The action taken in this regard should be conveyed to the undersigned without fail.

              my regular monthly electricity bill is 35000 to 45000 but this month I got 1 lakh 23 thousands.

                This is in reference to our consumer no.[protected]. Since last 12/14 months we are receiving incorrect bills from mahavitaran with "faulty meter" status on the bills. Our meter has no display since last 12/14 months still we are receiving bills with average unit consumption. Inspite of incorrect bills we are making timely payment of our each bill. We are contacting the main area engineer of our area since last year for replacement of meter but everytime we are told different reasons like meters are not in stock or whatever bill we have received just pay that, we will not take any action.

                Being a regular bill paying consumer we expect that we receive correct bill always and not estimated bills from you and if the meter is faulty it should get replaced immediately after we complain. But unfortunately this is not happening. Moreover we guess that mahavitran is collecting extra amount from us every month as the bills are not depend on exact meter reading, they are always charged on faulty meter basis.

                We request you to look into this matter seriously and refund the extra amount charged to us since last 12/14 months due to faulty meter. We also request you to change our meter on priority basis.

                  I, ramesh s peswani, consumer no.[protected], bu 4728, is having fluctuation of voltage at my flat,. Voltage at some time goes very low and tube light going off /on. Earlier also this type of voltage fluctuation had damaged my tv, micro, fridge and 3 fans.
                  The fluctuations again started, i even in mid night had complained, but little action.
                  Please look into distribution system and defect to be rectified. If now my any of the appliance are damaged, will have to take action for the loss.

                      I have got high bill for the month of feb-2018, and in meter bill showing it’s faulty, but already my meter has been changed in this month by mr. Yogesh patil.
                      And again, mseb apply average bill without looking status of my meter whether it is faulty or not, pls. Check and give the meter bill to customer before raising meter bill.

                      This is not corrective procedure.
                      I request you pls. Do the less amount of current month feb-2018 bill of 650/- rupees.

                        i, consumer of mseb (Electricity), am mahesh dhanke, holding domestic energy meter from ahmednagar - consumer no.[protected] by name shri pandurang jankiram waghmare (4200/ahmednagar u-iis/dn. /ahmednagar.

                        i have been facing problems of billing and faulty bill, means not getting any bill amount according to reading despite meter is woking good, since feb 2016. even i registered complaint in ahmednagar district office 3 time, local office 12-13times, also meet district engineer, but they didn't reply any complaints. after waiting many months i took decision and send notice by advocate although they ignore it. Local electrician already check 2-3times our meter they told its working well.

                        last month they correct faulty meter status only but i already paid maximum amount (65unit - 1000/-approx) every month. They unable to do correct billing, and not to give reason regarding case failure.

                        i am, belonging poor family background, still preparing for job since 2015. my mother roadside vegetable shopper, so we cannot bear this amount, due to these issues, family clashes happened here. sir what i do.

                        So kindly request you, solve this issue, to enforce the authority to solve our problems.

                            आम्ही आपणास विनंती करतो कि, आमच्या ग्रा.प. निंबाळे हद्दीतील गांगुर्डे वस्ती वरील singal फेज transformer मागील दोन महिन्या पासून बंद आहे तसेच जुनियर इंजिनिअर काजी सांगवी तसेच गावातील वायरमन यांना दररोज दिवसातून ३ - ४ वेळेस सांगून देखील यावर कोणत्याही प्रकारची दखल घेतली नाही. तरी रात्री अपरात्री लाईट नसल्यामुळे होणारे अपघातास यापुढे आपली mseb जबाबदार राहील. व गावातील १० व १२ वि च्या विध्यार्थ्यांच्या परीक्षा तोंडावर आलेल्या आहेत. तरी सदर तक्रारीचे निवारण लवकरात लवकर करावे अन्यथा आपल्या विभागीय कार्यालयावर भव्य मोर्चा काढण्यात येईल. लाईट नसल्या कारणाने ग्रा.प. सरपंच व सदस्य यांना गावातील नागरिकांच्या रोषास दररोज सामोरे जावे लागते

                                  No electricity from 3 hours while everyone other neighbours have... No dues while the others are using for free... Still we are facing the issues frequently... My kom and grandma stays alone in a farm house located arlt such a remote area... It's really unsafe to stay like this... While we have installed 4 poles from our side and invested to buy the electricity which was supposed to be done by mahavitaran... For what this people have salary?

Ee/nlg/ts/msp/17-18/ausa/09 dtd.13112017. But still this work is pending. No response from executive engg. Mahavitran divisional office, nilanga & sde /ae mahavitran ausa. Kindly install the (As per sanctioned eatimate) transformer at wangjewadi for better ag supply to the formers.

                                        Raised a service request,[protected] which was assigned to msedcl staff mali s. S., [protected]. Staff says call after 10am as they are sleeping. Power faliure from 2am.
                                        We received message from mahavitatan that above associate is working on it and staff says they are sleeping call after 10am. Kindly take appropriate action as to avoid similar situation in future.
                                        Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
