i, consumer of mseb (Electricity), am mahesh dhanke, holding domestic energy meter from ahmednagar - consumer no.[protected] by name shri pandurang jankiram waghmare (4200/ahmednagar u-iis/dn. /ahmednagar.
i have been facing problems of billing and faulty bill, means not getting any bill amount according to reading despite meter is woking good, since feb 2016. even i registered complaint in ahmednagar district office 3 time, local office 12-13times, also meet district engineer, but they didn't reply any complaints. after waiting many months i took decision and send notice by advocate although they ignore it. Local electrician already check 2-3times our meter they told its working well.
last month they correct faulty meter status only but i already paid maximum amount (65unit - 1000/-approx) every month. They unable to do correct billing, and not to give reason regarding case failure.
i am, belonging poor family background, still preparing for job since 2015. my mother roadside vegetable shopper, so we cannot bear this amount, due to these issues, family clashes happened here. sir what i do.
So kindly request you, solve this issue, to enforce the authority to solve our problems.

Previous month january 2018 i paid 5000/- faulty bill... Now this month february 2018 again i got 3010/-bill...
Certain authority told.. They are unable to refund or recover your bill...
