Subejct:- from last three days we are facing a electricity problem but there is no response from your side. Even we had a good reputation with you. We are paying a bill time to time but from your side there is not even a single person also came to open the problem we are facing a lot of problem because we are running a hotel in name of hotel delsol. So kindly resolve the problem it's a humble request to solve the problem as soon as possible.

    I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy electricity bills. Needless to say there has been some anomaly or breach of duty. The meter readings have not been taken properly. As a law student this dissatisfaction forced me to write a complaint. My customer name - shri adi hemant vasant, customer no-one[protected], sub division -4613, kothrud.

    I am quite disturbed how such an exaggerated amount rs 900 in bill could have been reached because as we are not using any electric appliances not even refrigerator or boiler. We are using only 2 fan and light. So i request you to have my meter checked and also get the meter readings confirmed. I shall be obliged to pay the bill till this dispute is settled if i am assured that the excess amount paid would be adjusted in my future bills.

    I would be highly obliged if you could settle this matter in accordance with the provisions to the satisfaction of your customer. Since its vacation time no member was available in home...
    We hope that you plan to take necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future. We look forward to your reply and actions.

      Since march (166 units) & april 2018 (116 units) v r complaining.
      We want to complaint against faulty meter.
      Every month amount is increasing...
      Since 1 yr v r complaining...
      But no action taken...
      No. Action taken after checking the meter. Observing that meter is faulty.
      How can bill be so high
      Request to resolve it...

        I have paid 23720 rs bill on 6th june.. Amount is already debited from my acvount but didn't git any confirmation and bill is still in unpaid state. Last date of bill payment is 8th june.

          Hello team,

          On 31st may, i made mseb bill payment through bhim app for consumer number, bu, pc:[protected], 4861, 01. The payment failed for the 1st txn and pass in 2nd txn but for both transactions my account was debited.

          For the unsuccessful transaction, i have not yet received the refund yet. I checked with my bank (Icici) and they confirmed that the payment for both the txns are received by the biller and i should check with the biller for further action.

          I request to kindly check for the fail transactions and do the needful asap.

            My consumer no[protected], billing unit-4595(akurdi sub dn) in the month of mar to apr 2018 actual reading 6873 instead of wrong reading 6953. In this case i inform that department and additional executive eng akurdi sub dn made the necessary changes and correct the billing amount which i already paid as on 14 /05/2018 rs-70/-.
            And know same mistake held this month also.
            Kind look in to the matter and give your earliest reply as soon as possible.

              Power cut off issue is always there yin vishal nagar wakad. Why no one is talking action against this since long. It's better in gujarat villages than here. Seriously it's very pathetic. We cannot run the motor to fill water tank. We cannot work in office properly. Electric appliances cannot be used for daily purpose. This has make the life like hell over here. Please take necessary action for this. Rainy season has just started and the problems are as of we are living in old days in village. I never faced any issue of water and electricity. Here these problems have made the life hell.. Very upset with gov organizations

                My light bill from last 5 months getting huge amount, current month bill also i got ₹ 1020/- in my house i have 2 cfl bulb, 2 fan, fridge 1 year old. Before 5 months i'm getting bill under 250.
                In last month on 22nd may i visited near by mahavitaran office as suggested by customer care at shiva complex, panvel. I give complaint to mr. Kadam about hight electricity bill and they change me for receiving complaint for ₹177/- and yet till date no one visited for meter testing.
                Please help me out of this.

                  I am a common people residing in kalyan east KAILASH NAGAR pin 421306. From few days the electricity fails at any time and it happens 5-7 times a day also the helpline number is always busy and once I told them what is the issue they didn't say anything and just say "aa jayega" the people of area has been frustrated due to this activity so I kindly request to you please take a look on the problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                    Mseb persons are taking non-regular meter readings so consumption for the month is higher in monthly bills and so receiving higher bills (Actual difference in two reading dates are 40-45 days or 20 to 25 days in some cases). Please instruct the persons to take the readings strictly between 27 to 32 days. So the consumption will be correct for the month.

When called mseb respresentative first day said, it'll come in 15-20mins which it did and second day said, kuch problem hua hoyega dekhte hai kitna time lagega, he had no concrete answer. Isn't it too much of a co-incidence that two days in a row problem happens at 1 in the night? Whatever it is, we have work to go to next morning. This is just unacceptable.

                          Myself sukhadev gutukade. Want to inform you that msedcl constantly sending me huge amount in my electricity bill. Wrong electricity unit details from the month january 2018 to till this month 2018. Last month i visited to msedcl office on the date 18/05/2018 which is located at near bombay restaurant satara, maharashtra and i said them all my problem they told me they will resolve my problem but still i’m getting high bill. I got this month bill today and i found that on the bill meter image is present but last four monthe there is no image of meter and unit consumption showing 1402 unit from dec 2017 to april 2018 and this month directly showing 1733 units and accordingly bill amounting to rs. 3110.

                          Kindly consider the same and reduce bill accordingly

                            I am shocked to receive bill no.[protected], consumer no.[protected] bu - 4396, dated 23/05/2018 amounted to rs.34, 520/-
                            Your person who comes for reading has also manipulated the meter at that time my wife mrs. Pratibha totala asked him that what he is doing and also informed that for reading purpose you always takes the photographs but this time you have touched to the meter and done some fabrication in the reading
                            That we were on vacation and return on 1/06/2018 and noticed the shocking bill you are hereby requested to withdraw the said bill that you are aware about 10 kilowatt solar system is installed at my premises.
                            Your bill shows april 2018 reading of 3217 units is absolutely illegal and fabricated one.
                            That kindly take an action against person who used to come for taking the reading at our house and change the person from this month for taking reading

                            It's been a huge issue people facing at Vashi gaon daily at 1.30 am in night power is cut and directly we get power back during morning. This is middle of the summer when we badly need electricity during this time only we are facing this issue . It's disturbing our daily routine and cussing health issues. How can mseb let people suffer this much.

                              Myself nilesh ashok katkade. Want to inform you that msedcl constantly sending me huge amount in my electricity bill. Wrong electricity unit details from the month january 2018 to till this month 2018. Last month i visited to msedcl office on the date 18/05/2018 which is located at thermax chowk chinchwad pune, maharashtra and i said them all my problem they told me they will resolve my problem but still i’m getting high bill. I got this month bill today and i found that on the bill meter image is not present. Previous reading & current reading is same still they are showing 160-200 unit every month. I am facing this problem again and again.in january 2018 actual meter reading was 170 but that time they show 384 reading & forwarded bill but in subsequent month

                                I am residing at sector 22 kamothe navi mumbai it's around 10 pm on 02062018 when the power was cut and now it's already 2.40 am no power supply i need to understand what kind of load shutting is required at night time why are we people of kamothe getting harassed every day with no power supply
                                We can understand if it's for 10 to 15 minutes but in summer if power is cut for more than 5 hours it's not acceptable what ever the problem is there needs to resolve at any cost we today are aiming to give electricity in every village and this kind of power cut in city like mumbai
                                Real some serious action needs to be taken

                                  Now, rainy season has arrived and mseb kamothe is going to cut the electricity everday on the name of thundering and heavy lightning. I am from kamothe sector 22, these people don't understand the value of human rights.

                                  Narendra modi is giving promises of light in every house, really, first he should improve his mla's who are big theif and doing nothing.
