Hello team,
On 31st may, i made mseb bill payment through bhim app for consumer number, bu, pc:[protected], 4861, 01. The payment failed for the 1st txn and pass in 2nd txn but for both transactions my account was debited.
For the unsuccessful transaction, i have not yet received the refund yet. I checked with my bank (Icici) and they confirmed that the payment for both the txns are received by the biller and i should check with the biller for further action.
I request to kindly check for the fail transactions and do the needful asap.

The Bill for May 2018 Bill amount charged rs 6840 highest bill in Three years. There appears to be that electricity theft is occuring or the meter is not working properly. The meter needs to be checked & caliberated. Pl investigate & the connections be checked
