From last couple of month our electricity bill is too high, we complained a lot of time but nothing has been done. It used to be around rs 5500 and this time it was 9000+. We are working people and hardly stay at home. It's a 2 bhk apartment and our electricity utilization is minimum.
Bill value can not go this high.
No action has been taken on our previous complaints as well....

Wrong bill has been handed over by Company, having doubt about defective metering unit.

Always erratic billing pattern by company. No one listens here

With ref to above subject, Bills generated by company are always erratic. Unable to understand the billing system..

Please clarify how billing systems designed also please clarify how meters are being calibrated and what is frequency of calibration...

This is to inform that, it’s been 3 months now that there has been continuous power shut down happening in vitthal nagar, sonal colony area.
