My name is dilip and i leave in dombivali east. I got fed up with local vendor they just cover all the road area and footpath due to which public can't walk proper and and same condition of bridge to. And the shopkeepers are also doing same they have there own shop than to they keep there items on foot path i don't know why they do so if they don't want to keep items in there than why the purchase such costly shop. Due to vendor the roads gets dirty please show some stickiness other wise they will make the area more dirty

    I have made payment to mseb electric bill or rs 820.64 on the data 05/03/2018. But, the bill is showing unpaid. I also checked at mseb office, they said they haven't received any payment. But the payment was successful. I contacted my bank (Union bank). They said that transaction is clear from there side and gave me the ref number (Upi transation id:[protected]. Please refund my money or help me out as soon as possible.

    Energy bill for consumption in March20018 still not uploaded on line & paper bill not recd. for all consumers in Tulsibagwale colony Pune 411009 under billing unit4605/Swargate subdiv/Parvati division.Email box is full for sdo4605/ho.mahadiscom.in
    Consumer can not avail discount for early payment dt.10th of every month.
    Yesterday on 8th April, at around 12.15am our power cut. I made complaint to customer care and he assured me to get back power at earliest. But whole night no one has attended our complaint. At 7.30am guy came n solved problem. He told us that we don't come after 11pm. But whole night we suffered without light. Are you not giving service at night?
    I have made payment to mseb electric bill or rs 1540 on the data 05/06/2018. But, the bill is showing unpaid. I also checked at mseb office, they said they haven't received any payment. But the payment was successful. I contacted my bank (IDBI bank). They said that transaction is clear from there side and gave me the ref number . Please refund my money or help me out as soon as possible.

      Kindly help me to get connection at the earliest.

            Dear sir,
            I am a msedcl lt domestic consumer. Consumer no.[protected] in kharalwadi pimpri area.in the month of march msedcl has disconnected my supply without any notice / pre intimation. My only bill for the month of march 2018 was pending (Only rupees 140 or rs.160)

            I deposited a sum of rs. 1000/= on line, and asked the ajmera office for connect the supply, however, msedcl ajmera, pimpri office refused to reconnect the supply, saying the connection is permanently disconnected.

            This is unjust to me. Kindly look in to the matter and re connect my supply without any further delay.

            Please inform me the conditions when msedcl is authorised to permanently disconnect a domestic consumer's supply without prior intimation / prior notice as per merc rules / guidelines.

            Your immediate reply is highly awaited, since i do not have a power supply @ my home.

              -on 7apr evevning due heavy winds n spell of rain, serice wire support broken.
              -called 0n[protected] n complianed to rectify as the wire was hung across road at 1702 hrs. As the staff on tele said he will send some one n took details of address n mobile no,
              -nobody came. Tried to call back but not connected. Next day no body came
              -on same day i my self pulled the wire with stick to some extent toavoid mishap, but a big highted truck/vehical cannot...
              -on 9apr at 1015hrs i called on 2240119 again, he said mr deshmukh will attend n gave me the no-[protected] first hr told he will come after 30min. I again called him he said he will come in 15 min...in vain. Pls look into the matter.

                Our house at bamnoli, tal. Chiplun, dist. Ratnagiri, maharashtra state (Electricity consumer no.[protected] remains closed for almost the entire year & we visit only twice a year that to for few days on occasion of holi-shimga and during month of may. We have paid higher side of bill for minimum bill. Hence, request to replace fauly meter with new one. And also we would like to deposit an amount of rs.1000 for minimum billing for entire year.

                  Dear team,

                  i was having advanced balance of -1366 inr with mseb/maha discom as per march 2018 statement

                  now they charged me bill of -1366 ( previous balance ) and current bll 245 inr.

                  It means only for just 36 units mahadiscom charged me 1600 inr.
                  Its amazing .
                  All my previous balance is deducted under column of adjustments !!!

                  please check and confirm what is adjustment in bill?

                      As per the bill shown on bill 60 Unit used for the bill amount is 740
                      Please find attached bill. Except last two month I am getting Rs 80 to 100 bill.
                      But from last two month I am getting Rs 350 and 740 Bill. As per the redinning only for 3 unit.

                          Dear sir / mam, i have applied for the new electric meter connection on 03/02/2018 and submitted all the required forms and documents to the mseb cfc urban division msedcl amravati
                          . But till today they dont help me in this matter when i enquire for the meter they are always saying you will get the meter confirmation in next week

                            Bill number[protected] bu - 4173 i have been complaining about excess bill and arrears for last 2 years. I have complained on call center for more than 6 times. Submitted complaints on mahavitaran app for 4 times. Personally visited 3 offices for more than 10 times but none of the officer names sonawane/chitorkar/ were able to fix my issue... March month they gave me a bill of 10000 against the average bill of 1200 that i get.. I was forced to pay 5000 after their some calculations which they were not able to explain.. I clearly stated that this time i am not gonna make payment and dare if you disconnect. Egoistic and arrogant officers did the same and disconnected my connection today. They have even spoken unprofessionallay with my mother.. It's a serious and request your immediate intervention.

                              Dear Sir / MAM, I have applied for the new electric meter connection on 15-March-2017 and submitted all the required forms and documents to the mseb subdivision Gangapur/DN-2424

                              On the date 15/03/2017 i paid the quotation of Rs-2329/ by online. but till today they dont give me a meter When i enquire for the meter they are saying you will get the meter after 15 days.

                              Please help me...

                                Even after couple of complaints on mahvitarn app and written complaint no action was taken. Instead of correction of bill amount it is drastically increased, no one is attaining complain and not even bothered of how a domestic user could get bill of thousands of rs.

                                Am living at vitawa Surya nagar Area. from last 8 months and there are frequent cut of power. why is it so? we are paying money what ever bill you people send to us.

                                As per rights i need to know why there are frequent power cut.

                                  This our office billing address we are not using at full stretch. Normally there is a consumption of less 30 units suddenly we receive a bill for 200 units consumption but we did not use that much power you can check our previous history of consumption.

Koperkhairane sub-division (Bu-4753) has confirmed me that change will be effective from april monthly bill. But unfortunately the bill reflects the same old consumer name.
