      Reference to consumer no:[protected] in the name of mr. Vikas anant pachkude, address: shankar complex, b-705, gaondevi mandir road, 421306.

      This is to inform you that my meter removed from above mentioned society without intimation or without message.

      We supersized to know after reached home in the late evening and found meter was not there, even we not sure that who took off our meter? Msedcl or any other?

      Situation is: there was payment pending for the month of january 2018 due to i was not available in kalyan. So the same balance amount was added in the current month i. E.in february 2018. So bill received in the first week of march 2018 and last due date is 16.03.2018.
      We paid this bill today i. E. 13.03.2018.

      My complaint is :
      1. How without an intimation meter took off?

      2. Only 1 month bill was delayed and paid before 16.03.2018. Still you removed our meter?

      3. Please give your clarification with govt. Gr or msedcl rule book?

      4. Is there any procedure or process before taking off meter, kindly show me notices or messages?

      5. Mater should be re-installed at existing place and start our electricity immdly. Also confirm duration of re installing the meter.

      आदरणीय सर, मी आपला[protected]/1511 क्रमांकाचा ग्राहक असून मागील तीन वर्षा पासून माझ्या संपूर्ण परिवारासह जिल्याच्या ठिकाणी राहतो व माझ्या गावाकडील घरी एकही लाईट किंवा फॅन चालू नाही .तसेच माझ्या मीटर रिडींग पेक्षा जास्त रिडींग दाखवून जादा वीज बिल आकारणी केल्या जात आहे. तरी मला यापुढे कमीतकमी वीज दर आकारून वीज बिल देण्यात यावे ही विनंती .

          Sir, i have installed my new meter on 16th jan 2018. As my house is locked and i have no consumption at all still my bill is showing rs 600 whereas my meter reading on 11th march 2018 at 6.20 is showing 1 consumption is showing zero as per the message sent by msedcl. Kindly let me know why i should pay rs, 600 for zero consumption. I m unable to understand when my house is locked and no consumption is done still online bill is showing 107 unit used which is simply assumption and without taking reading the bill is given. Kindly reverse the bill n sent the corrected one. My consumer number is[protected] bu 329

            Dear sir/madam,

            The dispute is with respect to the bill generated for consumer no[protected] which is on my name chandrashekar radhakrishnan iyer, for the period 29-jan-18 to 27-feb-18 where in the bill is generated for rs. 43, 240.

            The shil sub station no is 4643. The units shown on the bill is 139 units and adjustment units is showing as 3018.

            Since october month my family only stays for 10 to 12 days in a month. Every month i have been receiving electricity bills which i have been paying regularly then how come such large amount has come. We complained at the call centre for which they informed us to contact the shil sub station.

            Energy charges - rs. 32, 811.36
            Electricity duty - rs. 5, 935.82
            Wheeling charges - rs. 3, 819.97

            My wife had been there twice and when we contacted the officials there we are being asked to make the full payment with even explaining why such large bill amount has come.

            Kindly help in resolving the same on priority as my bill due date is nearing.

              Complaint no 1772012 still not processed. Everywhere on people demand choice of alternative companies. But mseb the mahagoonda chor still not ready to give alternative to consumers. This is because of vested interest of corrupt bureaucracy. Their consumer grievance is ism brute. Then why the show of ending colonialism in north east india. Mostly workers are over protected due to union laws. They are curse to poor blue collar workers living in slums. This goondas of wagle estate are no better than dakus of chambal. Your kauns rajya is hindrance to our swarajya. They have their excuses being protected under own autonomous tribune rule. If complaint these bloody goondas try to keep us in home arrest and go everywhere we go. Even with their dirty feat raid our houses by terrorizing society members. Now atlest we expect shrikrishna carrying lotus to carry sudershan chakra to butcher heads of these shishupals. Upto now only farmers were their sacrifices now other common people too. We can boycott elections if we are not given justice. Remember these. Voting weapon is still in our hand enough to vacate whole parliament. Do not forget this.

                I have registered my complaint vide my mail id but there is no response till date. I have sent the reminders also.

                The matter of email is as below

                1) when we have taken the electrical connection for my house from mseb, they informed that the electrical pole is required to be installed in our plot area so accordingly we accepted and the pole was installed.

                2) afterwards my neighbor has taken the electrical connection for his house and commercial purpose.

                3) this time mseb has installed the electrical pole in front of my plot area./in front of my house instead of his plot area which is not appropriate.

                4) also this pole was installed when we are not in home and it was closed.

                5) i lodged the online complaint for the same on 16th dec 2017 on website mahadiscom (Request id[protected] and afterwards my father meet the mseb office for the same.

                6) on last monday they have visited at my home and said they will check and asked neighbor to visit mseb office.

                7) now, today again my father visited mseb office and officers are saying that the work was completed in earlier boss mr. Kulkarni and now we cannot do anything.

                In view of the above, i want bring your attention in followings-
                1) mseb has installed the electrical pole without any prior intimation to us.
                2) the pole installed area is though outside of my plot area but i need to shift my opening gate at that location.
                3) mseb has installed the pole in front of our plot area instead of neighbors plot area and asked us to install in the pole in our area.

                I request you to kindly look into the matter and help us for the same.

                  Please note our complaint for broken of electric pole & related electric wires at our farm, having farm gat no. - 44/2, village - kolambi, akola bazar road, dis - yavatmal, maharashtra.

                  In this regarding our last complaint was ragistered with m. S. E. D.co. Ltd., yavatmal dtd. 4/8/2017, 17/11/17, 15/12/17 and 8/1/18. There is no any follow up or reply from their side till this date. Due to damage/broken electric pole & electric wires there is too much possibility of an sudden accident or any bad incident at village - kolambi
                  So please note...in this regards we have already log complaint on dtd. 23/2/2018 but no response till this date. So pl do the needful & solve the same urgently.

This is to inform you that i am charged rs.560/- for the month of dec 2017, during that time our home was locked and usage was 0 units. So we should be getting the bill of rs.60/- towards fixed charges for dec 2017. But bill is showing 100 units usage and additional wheeling charges of rs.124 and electricity duty of rs.74.40. We want the waiver of complete rs.500 for dec and rs.30 for jan 2018. Jan bill is showing rs.90 and the usage is 1 unit.. So how rs.90 is calculated
                    Please clarify and revert the amount to my bill asap.

                        I, Ajaykumar Poojary, owner of a flat in Naigaon East, currently residing in Andheri East. I had cleared all my pending bills with Mahavitaran office. I have already complained that inspite of the flat being vacant, I got a bill of Rs.11000/- The same has been informed to Mr. Satish Sure, Assistant Engineer in Mahavitaran Office, Naigaon East. He told that pay only Rs 3000/- as a provisional bill, also Rs 1000/- for checking your meter and other processing fee. We have made all the payments in the month of Feb 2018. But on 27th Feb 2018, the Mahavitaran staff had come to my building and without informing me, they have removed my meter. I came to know about this issue on Sunday 4th March 2018, when I visited my flat for cleaning it. I was shocked to see my meter missing, when asked the watchman, he told that your meter has been removed by the staff of Mahavitaran, as you did not pay the pending bill of Rs 7000/-
                        So now my question is, since my flat is vacant, and this has been given in writing to both Naigaon office and Vasai office of mahavitaran. So I should not get a bill of Rs 11000/-. Also if Rs 7000/- was pending, they should have informed me via call, or sms or at least email. Without informing me, how can they even touch my meter. There was no proper communication made to me with regards to this issue. I want an answer to my problem!

                            I have taken a flat in naigaon east in citizen co-op hsg society, my house has been locked and unused and in spite of this my bills show rs 9000, 13000, 4000, etc which makes it impossible for me to pay it online as i reside out of mumbai. I did still pay rs 1130 when i had to pay nothing more than a max of rs200 in the month of jan to avoid the late payment hassles. Customer care has never given a solution and they just hang up. Inspite of getting a letter that mentions i’ll have to pay only rs 60 for the locked flat every month stamped by a lady working at the electricity board, my meter was taken without me or the secretary of the building being informed. This is clear harassment and an extremely unprofessional service.

Last month my electricity bill was rs 1530 for consume of 200+ units and this month for feb 2018 for 206 unit bill was generated rs 3630/- and in that bill on account of adjustments of rs 2152/-.                                     Though we don't use much electrical gadgets, since August 2017 I have been getting electricity bill much higher than normal or average bill. But people tn our locality are getting much less bill irrespective of their consumption.

                                      आम्ही संध्याकाळी 9 वाजल्यापासून mseb च्या कोपरखैरानेच्या (४७५३) सेक्टर 18 ऑफिस शी संपर्क करत आहे, परंतु कर्मचाऱ्यांकडून उडवाउडवीची उत्तरे मिळत आहेत, 60 ते 70 रूम विना लाईट आहेत, कर्मचारी आम्हाला dp तुन जाणारी केबल स्वतःच्या पैशाने रात्री 11 वाजता आणायला सांगत आहेत, आपत्कालीन वेळेस महावितरण कडे केबल नाही असे सांगत आहेत, तरी लवकरात लवकर कारवाई व्हावी ही अपेक्षा.

                                        This is regarding my home new electric meter connection yet not connect from mahadiscom side, i already application submitted to mahadiscom office from last 20 to 25 days before and i also paid the demand but yet not received any response from there side, i suffering and daily visit at the narasala mahavitaran office for taking update about my new meter connection but they told me "vel nahi ahe, houn jain, thamaba ata meter nahi ahe, saheb nahi ahet ata, te alyawar hoil" this type of told me, so i requiest you to please help me about this.
