Dear team,

i was having advanced balance of -1366 inr with mseb/maha discom as per march 2018 statement

now they charged me bill of -1366 ( previous balance ) and current bll 245 inr.

It means only for just 36 units mahadiscom charged me 1600 inr.
Its amazing .
All my previous balance is deducted under column of adjustments !!!

please check and confirm what is adjustment in bill?

      I have received bill for 3 unit (which is actual unit used) Rs: 740.
      As per the bill shown on bill 60 Unit used for the bill amount is 740
      Please find attached bill. Except last two month I am getting Rs 80 to 100 bill.
      But from last two month I am getting Rs 350 and 740 Bill. As per the redinning only for 3 unit.

      I have observed that MSEDCL Employee not came for take redinning.

        The above mentioned name has some spelling correction as follows,

        In marathi :अजित निळकंठ सुतार

        Please need to make correction in the mahadiscom data, so that on monthly bill it should appear correclty.
        I need this change because this is one of the required document for the issuing passport.

        Please guide/help me for doing the name spell change on monthly bill.

          Dear sir/ madam,

          Dear sir / mam, i have applied for the new electric meter connection on 03/02/2018 and submitted all the required forms and documents to the mseb cfc urban division msedcl amravati
          . But till today they dont help me in this matter when i enquire for the meter they are always saying you will get the meter confirmation in next week

          Please help me...

          Correct spelling name is MRS. GLORIA C. CABRAL instead of MR GLOXIA C CABRAL.Please do the needful for correcting the spelling of my name for which I shall be highly obliged. Thanking you in anticipation for the same.
          Last 6 to 7 month I am not getting clear photo of my meter reading,
          So pl. Give clear and strict instructions to your or contractor that meter reading should be clear on each bill

            Bill number[protected] bu - 4173 i have been complaining about excess bill and arrears for last 2 years. I have complained on call center for more than 6 times. Submitted complaints on mahavitaran app for 4 times. Personally visited 3 offices for more than 10 times but none of the officer names sonawane/chitorkar/ were able to fix my issue... March month they gave me a bill of 10000 against the average bill of 1200 that i get.. I was forced to pay 5000 after their some calculations which they were not able to explain.. I clearly stated that this time i am not gonna make payment and dare if you disconnect. Egoistic and arrogant officers did the same and disconnected my connection today. They have even spoken unprofessionallay with my mother.. It's a serious and request your immediate intervention.

              Dear sir/ madam,

              Dear Sir / MAM, I have applied for the new electric meter connection on 15-March-2017 and submitted all the required forms and documents to the mseb subdivision Gangapur/DN-2424

              On the date 15/03/2017 i paid the quotation of Rs-2329/ by online. but till today they dont give me a meter When i enquire for the meter they are saying you will get the meter after 15 days.

              Please help me...

                Even after couple of complaints on mahvitarn app and written complaint no action was taken. Instead of correction of bill amount it is drastically increased, no one is attaining complain and not even bothered of how a domestic user could get bill of thousands of rs.

                Am living at vitawa Surya nagar Area. from last 8 months and there are frequent cut of power. why is it so? we are paying money what ever bill you people send to us.

                As per rights i need to know why there are frequent power cut.

                  This our office billing address we are not using at full stretch. Normally there is a consumption of less 30 units suddenly we receive a bill for 200 units consumption but we did not use that much power you can check our previous history of consumption.

                    I have applied for change of name directly and paid the necessary amount (Rs 2050) at vashi mseb on 14th feb 2018 vide demand note no 3602. Koperkhairane sub-division (Bu-4753) has confirmed me that change will be effective from april monthly bill. But unfortunately the bill reflects the same old consumer name. Request you to change the name urgently.

                          This is a complaint from me, rajesh dige ([protected]) resident of taluka-jaoli, district-satara, post-bibahvi on behalf of my mother who is senior citizens residing in bibhavi. We have build a new home at bibhavi & we have proper documents with us for new electric connection. Still the officers are giving excuse.
                          I would like to bring to your notice the unfair behaviour of mseb office. My mother shantabai s dige {senior citizen} visited several times for new connection to medha office with complete documents but they are refusing. I request you kindly look at the matter seriously.

                            Myself rahul tayade, i am currently residing in a rented apartment in koparkhairane. Electricity bill for march-18 what i get is extensively high as compare to previous month viz. Rs. 4, 820. I usually got the bill at around 600-800 rs.in last 2 years. Also, there is no photo of the meter reading on the bill. I think there is some sort of mistake while taking a reading.

                            Kindly look in to the same and resolve the issue. I am also attaching my bill for your ready reference.

                                Place: wakad, latitude society

                                My power was cut due to 3 days late payment and when we went to wakad office to get this reinstalled i was asked to go to kalewadi office and pay rs. 100 and receipt to be collected after coming to wakad office. After everything was done at 2:30 pm, staff said that the meter will be reinstalled by 5pm. Even after 5pm nobody came to reinstall. When i called in office, the staff said it will happen by 10pm as this is the timing. After asking on whay, she disconnected the phone.
                                I am disappointed on why power was cut in 4 days delay and even after everything was done, staff has not reinstated the connection so far and are rude to the customers. This happening in summers is even more worse.

                                Kindly do something.

                                      I mr upendra patil living in village vave taluka alibag raigad. From last one we complaints for electricity pole damage in my area this is very critical issue if this pole breaks down then lots of damage was happnd we already did complaining about this matter as written an online but they never did on this. Our request id is[protected] for pole fale down but it is not solved. Please do needful. This pole is near daily access root & this pole criticaly inclined which is danger. If its breaks down then any danger situation happnd there. So we request please solve this problem on war bsasis
                                      We taking follow up for last one year. But mseb unable to fullfill our request
