I am facing problem with meter replacement procedure. Since last 2 yrs, we are doing complaints only but no action has taken by mahavitaran office/officers. I found it is very hectic job to getting it replace from mahavitaran.

request submitted manually to change the default meter since last 09 months

Since last 09 month i have submitted about 5 manual complain to mseb to change my defaulty meter but till date i could not get any solution. Now a day i am getting much bill than our common use kindly look in to the matter. My meter details are as under

higher bill amount

Hello,

I have received high electricity bill amount for the month of dec -2017 and the amount is rs. 2070 having unit 270 which are not normal even the usage are same from last 10 months.

As per the bill history of last 10 month, our consumption o[censored]nit in between 30 to 40 same is attached herewith.

I also raised complaint on mahavitran app for the same but i did not receive any update from them....

street lights are not switch off in afternoon

meter faulty from last 3 month

My electricity meter was faulty from last 3 months. I have raised a online request to mahadis on 8th december 2017. Then i had gone to the electricity office at titwala 2 times. I was given a letter to mr mahajan who is the officer of titwala zone on 29/12/2017. He said your meter will replace with in a week. But still replacement not done.

My electricity bill was coming very high. So i will not able to pay high bills.

meter not working properly

I have rasied an issue with my house meter faultiness on 29dec 2017 (Service request[protected] and[protected] but no action has been taken to resolve the same.

In house there is no major electrical instrument even refrigerator not there still 132 reading noted down.

I have called to the customer care but no proper response from the executive she said 1 month it will take and directly she put off the phone...

faulty meter and non working meter

This is shashikala kanchan from new panvel sec 12.. Since last 2mnths our meeting is not working we also called mseb office of the same reason but no response from. That side.. So please look into this matter and change our meter or any other neccesary step to be taken.

faulty energy meter replacement of l&t residential

I namdeo ramchandra pawar, facing the fake reading since 1 year due to faulty meter. Because of this faulty meter the electricity bill is not getting correct which amount is too higher than my consumption which i'm not able to pay.

high electricity bill - mumbra

Till july 2017 my electricity bill was proper but suddenly there was a huge increment in the light bill for the month of august 2017. My average monthly consumption of electricity is 150 units per month from jan 2017 but for august month it was 408 units, which is 3 times more as that of normal.

In the month of sep 2017 i requested for meter replacement and after multiple follow ups it was replaced in the month of oct.

My meter is faulty and does not show reading. This is case for past many months and i am being overcharged every month. Numerous complaint have been filed and problem not resolved. Latest complaint num:[protected] has been opened 21 days back and is in assigned status since then. No action, kindly resolved at earliest and acknowledge this email.
I have been ripped off a lot of money, looking for some urgent resolution....

I am complaining about electricity pole & wire shifting

voltage fluctuation in society

The fluctuation is observed in common areas of the society as well.

1. My family is not utilizing any heavy electrical appliance, shockingly the current month bill dated[protected] which we have received contains imposing of huge amount of bill i. E. Rs.3, 830/-.

very rude behaviour of mahavitaran manager, narhe office.

I have already paid my bill 8 days back but still they have cut electricity supply of my house, when i take that print and went to them, that manager shouts at me and said we will cut your connection, do whatever you want.
My simple concern was why they cut electricity when i have already paid bill. And he was not in the position to listen to me. And was saying again and do whatever you want....

electricity bill incorrect charging

I am an NRI who bought a new flat in Vasind, Shahahpur - Thane district and ever since the electricity connection has started they have been billing me for 67 units every month for more than a year now.

I used electricity only in November that too for a day or two, other than that the flat has been unoccupied. Even the meter itself reflects the same. However they have continued to bill at 67 units a month (not more or less...
