Dear team, unable to use mahadiscom website for making payment thru payment link provided because it is down most of the time... Even during official working hours. Please help to resolve or provide alternate solution, i. E. Link. The main website of mahadiscom is working but issue is with the separate payment link given for making online bill payment. Other wise there is no point in visiting mseb office. Thx, mr bapat, shreyanagar aurangabad,

    Hi,

    I faced the faulty meter issue march 2017, i raised the ticket in mahdiscom.in[protected] and paid inr 500 to replace the faulty meter. Somehow after so many followup they changed the meter but they did not take the reading and since march 2017 i am getting constant bill between 750 to 800 per months even though the flat is closed. I logged several tickets through mahdiscom.in since may 2017 but they did not resolve this issue. I called consumer care and told them that i am not going to pay unless you resolve this issue. I have paid the high bills till oct 2017 and did not paid for nov, dec 17 and jan 2018, they disconnected the line and i needed to pay additional for getting the line restored.
    They even close the tickets without resolving the issues. Kindly find below the historical data related to this issue. Kindly advise how i can get the additional money paid to mahadiscom back.

Chandrakant barge plot no r-1/7 aadarsh housring society, shrinagar, near to gulmohar hall new midc satara on this mentioned land placed one electricity supply poll which is very much near to my home which is very harmful and dangers for our family members so i request you to please change this poll location and transfer to main road.

      Now the i have to build 2nd floor house on the same piece of land, but poll is main obstacle for us in construction.

      I would like to request to you to kindly shift the poll towards main road.

I have paid bill from freecharge app. First i had paid paid bill but it was also not paying. I have gone to msdcl office near my home they said that it is not paid. So tell me the soluction. Otherwise i will go to consumer court

              electricity bill paid twice

              I had paid the amt of rs 130 on 27th december 2017. When i went online to pay the bill for january 2018 it still reflected the december bill details and the amount, hence paid rs 130 again.

              Please advise what is the resolution for this. Will the amount get reverted or will be adjusted in the next bills.

              Website: High rise in the electricity bill amount

              It is have been noticed since few months that there is a rise in the electricity bill amount. As the flat is occupied by working class people and there is no usuage of electricity the whole day as the electricity consumption is less the bill amount should be less than what it is suppose to be. Kindly check if there is any issue and resolve it asap.

                We have installed solar in our building vinay unique bldg no5 virar west gokultownship. Solar meter was installed on 3rd september till date we are only supplying electricity to the grid. On several passion we have met the required mseb official, engineer and a/c head but every months we age just recd condo that it will be done in the coming month. Letter attached to that effect dated 13/11/17. Till date no action has taken place. Kindly look into the matter.

                    Hello,

                    I have received high electricity bill amount for the month of dec -2017 & jan - 2018 and the amount is rs. 1458/- & 970/- respectively which are not normal even the usage are not that much.

                    I doubt there is some other connection through my meter please check asap. With the same appliance my neighbout having 200 or 300 rs billing amount on the same period of time.

                    I also raised complaint on mahavitran app for the same but i did not receive any update from them.

                    I request you to kindly check the details for this issue and get back to me with revised bill amount on urgent basis. I also tried to get in touch with customer care representative but those are not providing proper solution to this issue.

                    I will wait for resolution of this issue at the earliest from your side otherwise i will make a complaint in indian consumer forum.

                      Dear sir,
                      I am mr. Sadashiv g bhise my consumer no. Is[protected] billing unit no.5967, from village dudhebavi, tel phaltan, dis satara.
                      My previous complaint no. Is dept/iele/2017/4824 and after that closing meter complaint new complaint no. Is dept/iele/2018/5197 this complaint curent status is in progress, new meter installed properly but bill apply with high charges in month of dec 2017 bill.
                      I already requested to you that in previous complaint is my electrical meter not working but every month bill genetared with highly amount, so i cant pay this high bill amount up to month of dec-2017.
                      So please deduct all extra and highly applied charges up to this month bill and reissue new bill as per unit cunsumption than i will pay billing amount. Mahavitaran is starting harasment with me and they are coming to my home and sying that pay your all pending bill's, if not paying the pending bill's we will disconecting the electrical metter now. This is harasment by mahavitaran employe's, the phaltan devision officer's not supporting to all villagers people's and they are trying to harasment with all people, there staf is not capable for handling coustomer's issue's.

Customer ko pareshan kar k unse paise mange jate haivaha k stap yani vaireman customer se 1 home conection k liye 5000/6000 rs mangte hai our aisa nahi hone par use new light connection nahi diya jata hai use kafi chakka lagane padte hai jab ki 5000/6000 dene par connection...

                            We have our family home in Chiplun, Maharashtra. We visit this home hardly 10-15 days in a year, especially during summer season or during festivals.
                            In this home we have electricity supply from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd.

                            Till December 2016 meter reading was zero and I used to get Rs. 40/- which was minimum bill.

                            However Jan’17 onward there is continues increased bill. details are attached

                            Though we stay in this house for very few days (Average 10-15 days in a year) and most of these bills were inappropriate, I paid all these bills online to avoid inconvenience.

                            I have already raised complaint by calling [protected] on 1st Jan’18 at 18:34 and had a word with Mr. Rahul Kale(on call representative). My complaint number is 7797003.

                            Note:
                            • Most of these meter readings are arbitrary i.e. no actual meter reading taken from meter, though our electricity meter is outside the home and very much legible.
                            • Meter status: NORMAL (Jan’17, March’17, April’17, May’17, Aug’17); Meter status: R.N.A. (Sept’17, Dec’17); Meter status: INACC (Feb’17, June’17, Oct’17, Nov’17); Meter status: R.N.T (July’17)
                            • Online downloaded electricity bills attached from Dec’16 to Dec’17 for reference

                            I have reminded concerned department thrice (1st jan'18/5th Jan'18 and 8th Jan'18), however there is no response till date.

                            I received messaged form VM-MSEDCL on 18th Jan'18 16:10 that "Service Request ID[protected] of meter reading-correction is resolved on 18-Jan-16:10". to confirm the same I called 1912 and I was suggested to visit local MSEB office i.e., Chiplun- Moravane office. Though I shared I am at Thane, the representative insisted to visit MSEB office either self or to send some relative. I am surprised, how practical it is? and if that was the case, why they charged extra bill for so many months without any communication?
                            once again I request to refund my extra money with interest. I am ready to complete the formalities if it's online due to time paucity.

                            Rather I got another bill of Rs.760/- due on 14th Feb'18.

                            For no reason these bill are increasing despite current and previous readings are same 176, but units are 123?

                            I am still not getting any clarity, on this matte.

                              Hello sir my name is priti after calling so in so many mseb offices at last im writing this complaint i had applied for new meter connection at naigaon east near juhu chandra in november 2017 but still its not installed your officer at naigaon east all are corrupted it feels like they doing some kind of corruption business they are government employes they get paid for doing nothing they chagre normal people for doing their duties which are assigned to them. When i went at naigaon east office at juhu chandra your one of employee named "sharad" he said "give me 15000 for every meter and u will get ur meter with 20 days or else it will take 8 to 9 months" whole staff is same but i dont know thie name even the technician whose work is to visit the lication when he comes for survey he asked me for supervision charge which i allready had paid in my quatation his name was "govind and his number is [protected]".

                              Please its a humble request take some action against these people we normal people are trying but it need your support also because everybody is corrupt here they all are team even if i want to complain there is no one everybody is involved in this. Please take some action.

                                I am facing problem with meter replacement procedure. Since last 2 yrs, we are doing complaints only but no action has taken by mahavitaran office/officers. I found it is very hectic job to getting it replace from mahavitaran.

                                I am mentioning complaint numbers which is still not getting attended too:

                                Above mentioned complaints are online complaints only, other than these complaint, we have called customer care & visited local mahavitaran office so many times but still complaint unattended yet.

                                  Since last 09 month i have submitted about 5 manual complain to mseb to change my defaulty meter but till date i could not get any solution. Now a day i am getting much bill than our common use kindly look in to the matter. My meter details are as under

                                    Respected sir,
                                    Shri. Kishor r. Bhosale, (All india special bhel, rankala padpath udhyan, kolhapur, maharashtra) is a un - permitted bhel proprieter in kolhapur, he dont have any proper permission of municipal corporation, but he has acquired a electricity connection, and he is also engaged in providing a illegal, unhealthy and unsafe electric supply to other neighbour panipuri stall holders. The rankala visitors in padpath udhyan are unsafe because of his attitude. So please look in to matter and provide electric connections to only those persons having proper municipal permission only.

                                    I am irritated with electricity bill.In my home there are only 2 cfl and one tv still monthly bil of near about 1500 comes per month.

                                    i register at zonal officer but they just give fully answer.do whatevr u want.i register complaint through toll free number 3 times.meter cheker person doesnt work properly.

                                    so will help me.
                                    My meter reading wrongly accepted I have sending complain from last five month but till problem pending and faulty meter is given very high bill so I am sending proper unit 3352
