Bill not updated on MAHADISCOM site

I have already paid my electricity bill for the month July 2009, on 25th July 09. However when i check my bill online it still shows the amount of bill on the MAHADISCOM site for online bill payment....

Not regularly receiving bills

I am not regularly receiving bills for my two connections i.e[protected] and[protected].As I generally stay away from Talegaon Dabhade for longer durations therefore I always pay in excess to my bill amounts to make sure that the subsequent bills are taken care and I do not default.

When I discussed this matter with AE at Talegaon Dabhade he said this is because I have credits in my both accounts.The AE's explanation...

Excess billing by MSEB

Dear Sir,
The electric meter installed at Flat D-607, National Palace, Takka, Panvel was giving wrong readings since Feb'09. Earlier the monthly consumption was about 100 units ( Rs. 300/- p.m.), but since Feb'09, the meter started running very fast and in one month the consumption was shown more than Rs.3000/-, more than 10 times than earlier. Continuous outage of electricity Supply

Hi,

I am resident of secor - 9, Airoli, Navi Mumabi. We get electricty from MSEB. but service has been very poor.I have following complaints aginst service.
1) Electricity is removed at any time apart from regular load shedding hours.

Digital meter appears erroneous

My consumer No. is[protected] and Digital meter No. is [protected]. Invariably, I have been paying heavy electricity bill for the last so many months. We are only 2 in our family and we very consciously consume electricity. The earlier complaints made to the MSEDCL is of no use and still I continue to pay higher amount of the electricity bills.

Inaccurate payment report

I paid the bill online and speed of website is ok. but the bill amount after transaction shown greater than actual bill amount. My bill was Rs. 900 and to pay this i proceed, but in the final trasaction report it was mentioned as Rs. 922.50!!! Transaction reference number is MCIT[protected]. Is any one please tell me why the bill amount get increased?? Instead of encouraging us for online payment, these people are disappointing us :(...
