Good day Readers,
I reside in Mulund and have found that the MSEB load shedding is mere non-sense and probably involves DUMB people to make decision about load shedding. Some major highlights:
1) Why load shedding happens in Mulund-Bhandup? No justification
2) Load shedding schedule is sporaidic not schedule at all, non-sense is the only word we can use.
3) There is agreement between TATA power and MSEB, TATA should provide atleast 150 MW power to MSEB daily and on that Basis MSEB decides the load-shedding. SO MSEB has enough reasons to say that TATA never gave the power ontime? if they never give it than fight for it, SUE tata, file a case against them, after all there is an agreement done right?
4) MLA Kirit Somiaya took some efforts to comabt load shedding but that too turned out to be a political move so no use to the common people surprisingly himself too.
5) Most of the MSEB staff's are unware or pretend to be unware of thei GRIM and irresponsible situation.

Is there some body on this site who takes up the issues to MAHAVITRAN or Power / Energy Minister...?
Are there Ministers accessible? or even that are making HAY while the sun is shining since they are in Power?

India is developing country is what India claims and others non-indians think, but the fact is India is still underdeveloped country and a country who is copying other countries which are very rich...so india will be a ever developing country and will never be developed by any means.

I have taken Mr.C.A.Stephen’s room for lease and my permanent address is X.Anton Pradeep, 59, Alangara street, Uvari, Tirunelveli district, Tamilnadu. I am a bachelor taking Mr.C.A.Stephen’s room for lease from June 2008.

I came to Mumbai on 30-06-08 and I have paid electricity bill for June 2008 and amount is Rs.320.
Another bill came for the month July the amount is Rs.420. I have checked the panel, the reading was wrongly taken. So I went to the office on[protected] and gave complaint regarding wrong reading. I have given a Xerox copy of July bill to the office. The officer told me to check your meter reading and till you not pay this bill.

After one month august bill not came to my room. I went to my native on[protected]. From[protected] no body is in my room. But again now bill came and the amount due is Rs.890. Nobody is using the electricity then how this much rupees came sir. So I humbly requesting you to please take necessary steps and consider my case.

Sir Current reading on[protected] is 24168 only. Then how the cerrent reading came 24385 on 14-08-08.

I will come back Mumbai within two months and pay the electricity bill regularly. So up to that give excuse for paying electricity bill.

I have given complaint regarding this through email also.

Meter is working properly due no usage of electricity no reading is available.

    I am electricity consumer of MSEB. I have complained loss of power supply at Chiplun Centre on 05/06/2008 at 08.15 a.m. over telephone. Throughout the day I was following with MSEB for my complaint. However no acition is taken up to 11.15 a. m. today i.e. 06/06/2008. We are without power supply since last 27 hours. Inspite of repeated reminders Mseb officials have not taken action. Due to mansoon and storm there was power cut in certain area in Chiplun. However after carrying out repairs by Mseb power supply was received by all the resident in area except our tenament. This was brought to notice of the Mseb officials and Chiplun Centre over phone several times however they have not taken any actio so far. As per guidelines of Mseb, The Company has to restore power supply within four hours. I therefor request you to look into the matter personally and restore my power supply immediately.

    (BU-0311) given complaint twice regarding power fluctuation at our home over the phone[protected]on dt.13.07.2008 at 4p.m .After appearance of same problem My husband written complaint in register on 14.07.2008 at 7.00p.m. But nobody attended problem. We switched off our refrigerator as well as Television but at night (14.07.2008) one of the ceiling fan is gets fired and motor was burnt due to power fluctuation. Its our luck that we are wake up and any damage to us is not happened.,
    We both are employed so no one are at home in the day time if any accident happen during day time whole responsibility goes to MSEB. Such poor response from MSEB is not excepted. On 15.07.2008 from morning still 4.00pm no one attended complaint .

    I am staying at Cosmo Villa, Sector-1, New Panvel. We are suffering due to the power cut imposed by the MSEB for such a long time.

    Earlier, we were facing power failure on all Tuesdays from 6 am to 6 pm in the pretext of some industries are happened to be in the same area. However, for more than last one month, it has been extended to 10 pmor 11 pm on tuesedays and again on Wednesdays. Please note that in the other areas of New Panvel there is no power cut has been imposed even on day time.

    Situation further aggravated yesterday (Monday, 22nd September, 08) when MSEB has put off the power at 4 pm and till now the time has not yet come for the authorities to turn it on. It is very sympathetic situation, MSEB has made us suffer through out night without power and consequently no water where all office goers and students suffer. The hardship is even more for the children who go to school could not sleep through out the previous night.

    We are ready to contribute considering the power shortage of the state. But it should not be by making our life hard when adjacent areas are not at all affected by power cut. I would like to inform you that we can afford the practice of power failure from 6 am to 6 pm on all Tuesdays. But make sure that all residents of the New Panvel area are contributing equally.

    Request for a sympathetic view and solution in this regard.

    Respected Sir,
    I have a complaint about MSEB's functioning in this area. Sir I am not proper residential of this place, I want to know you that at one site people of MSEB disconnect the power supply of those people who are farmers or poors who can not afford electricity bill to be payed and on the other side you people leave those one who are self sufficient but manage to come from your attention and use electricity free of cost.
    I am living in nanded for about six years my consumer no is:[protected]. this meter is not in working for about more than one year. But the owner of this meter every time manages to avoid new meter connection within the range of your supervisors.
    The owner not only satisfies his electricity needs from this meter even used to rent parts of his building on this meter, even give connections to to other building nearby to pump water in their house on rent basis.
    As this meter is not in function every time they receive a bill in the range of 250-300 Rs.this is not the case of one apartment or a place.in this area every household people do the same one. I want to ask you is there your people are really working for MSEB and leading to future India expecting zero load shedding.

    Please take action as soon as possible on these kind of cases.

    MSEB — residence power supply

    dear sir/ madam

    this is one of indian citizen staying in airoli sec-2; please note that all mseb employees are lease bother for the disconnection of power supply; whenever we call they are not only rude but careless in showing immediate action and just say there is some problems in line and to my notice the power supply comes after 4-6 hrs; every week on thu and friday. While rest of the week it goes for 2hrs but if see the bill there is no reduction but also we receive bill on time, now iam ashamed to say iam INDIAN CITIZEN and we are leaving in 21st century and i hope ull look into this matter and take action against our lazy bones MSEB EMPLOYEES AND PUT SOME SINCERE EMPLOYEES, WHO CARE FOR INDIA AND INDIAN PEOPLES.

      Consumer No.[protected], meter No.[protected]. We were staying in that concern Flat No.C2/605, Mont Vert Pristine, Off Aundh Road, Behind Khadki Station, Pune 411020 since Nov, 2006. This Complex has 10 Building and under 24hrs Security. Our monthly unit consumption are between 125 to 200 units a month. We did not received any Bill for June, 08 (May, 08 Consumption). Next Month in July, 08 we came to know that 5169 was consumed in May, 08. July, 08 Bill shows a meter reading of 7946 which was earlier 2620 in April, 08. We immediately lodge a complain in Khadki (MSED) Office and inspected the Meter which shows 7023 in the Meter. (Photos of Meter are shown in the Bill). We asked them how the Meter move from 2620 to 7946 and now 7023. They send the Meter for testing and after 1 month inform that the Meter if OK.

      We told how it is possible to consumed 5169 unit in one month. Secondly how the meter reading is moving up and down. They don’t have any explanation. They are telling they can revised the Bill to the extend of final reading (7023) and revised the Bill. We complain that we have not consumed so much unit in May, 08 and Meter is showing erratic behavior. Lastly the 4th Digit (Thousand position) is not showing proper digit. The Meter has moved from 2620 to 2946 (Not 7746) and went to 3023 (Not 7023).

      They are not co-operating, not investigating and threatening to disconnect the line. Giving us metal harassment and problem for last 3 month. Please help.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Complaints against power distribution.

      My father Mr Madhukar Katore At post Vichoda, Tah & Dist Chandrapur (Now resident in chandrapur Plot No. 12, Sneha Nagar Gajanan Mandir Road, Chandrapur. purchase a farm for agriculture. & he decided to develop it by electric. He contact to Sub Area at Ghuggus Tah Ghuggus, Dist Chandrapur. & complete necessary formalities. After some days he received a demand note of Rs. 3050/- dtd 04.12.2007. & he paid the amount in The Chandrapur Disctrict Coperative Bank, Opp Zilla Parishad Chandrapur via receipt No. 5734832 dtd 17.12.2007. After one month my father contact Ghuggus office for power distribution, he demand brift of Rs. 2, 000/- for this work, my father paid amount without any problem. After 15 day's my father contact against office. Executive Engg. told to my father he handover work in contractor & contact him. my father contact to contractor about power distribution, he told to my father " haa kar dunga sir, aaj kal me bhejta hu admi ko" but long period go, more season go, no power no any answer from him.
      Re: Consumer No.[protected]Dombivli E), Meter No. [protected]. This connection is at flat No. I-304, Maruti Mahadev Nagar, Nandivli Road, Dombivli (E), in the name of builder Mavani & Sons. This is a new residential complex and although we took possession of the flat sometime in June-July, we actually started staying in the flat from November 2009 only. When we received the electricity bills from June-July for minimum amount, we never realised that the meter was not working, as there was no electricity consumption. However, even after we started staying in the premises from November, we continued to receive bill for minimum charge, without showing any meter reading. Therefore, on 5th December 2008 our builder Mavani & Sons made a complaint to the Executive Engineer Dombivli (E) stating that the electricity consumption has started in the above premises and that the meter is not working. As there was no response to this complaint and the meter was neither repaired or replaced, I lodged the second complaint on 13th January 2009. No response. A third complaint was therefore lodged on 6th February. However, the position is as it is. No action has been taken.
      Through this forum I would urge the concerned officials of the company to take immediate remedial steps to see that the meter is repaired or replaced.

      As I mentioned in all my above complaints, we have started staying in the premises only from November 2008 and therefore we should not be penalised by charging for the average consumption from June-July, but only from November 2008. I sincerely hope that there will be some action on this complaint at least.

        sir,

        Reference to the above subject request you to kindly check my bill & resolve the matter at the earliest

        1) We are working people we leave the house at 7am & come back home at 8 pm our house is locked. when we are back home there is no light due load shedding

        2) Our keys are kept next door when the reading person is there in the next door my neighbour open the door and ask your mseb person to take the reading

        3) Inspite of the door open the bill mentioned door locked.

        4) Present bill rcvd for the month o dec 08 reading show as "Present reading shows 24800 Last reading shows as 23781.

        5) I have taken the reading as on dated 14/12/08 shows as 24898

        6) I did not rcvd the bill for the Month of OCT-08 & NOV -08 when we visited MSEB officer MR. Jalvekar told me that we have credit bal in your account that is why the bill is not issued to you

        7) i asked him to issue me the minus amt bill "he said we don't issue credit bills "

        8) I asked what is the amt credit showing, "He said about RS 3221.00"

        9) How can it be if i had the credit amt is bal, why did they charge me Rs 3490.00 for the month of Dec-08

          I am from Mulund (W) and visited the MSEB office as there was a discrepency in the bill. I did not get the bill for the month of July and in the month of Aug they had combined the charges for July which is understood.
          The confusion was that they had done is twice which i wanted to clear, hence went to the office hoping to get some help.
          When i reached the office the scene was the same as in any Govt offices.
          I approached one of the officers and explained him the issue he gave me some calculations and told me there is no discrepancy and the bill is perfect. I was not satisfied hece asked him for the copy of the bill for the month of july. He said " Nahin milega."
          Then he was busy doing his work not bothered whether the customer is satisfied or not. The other officers were busy chatting either with their colleagues or on the phone.
          I patiently waited for him to finish his work and then again approached him asking him to give me a breakup for the 2mnths so that it would be easy for me to understand. He tells me " woh sab nahin hoga itna time nahin hai." I told him i ll do the calculations you just tell me the per unit charge, he replied " sab bill ke peeche likha hai aap aaram se baithke karo sab." Unfortunately I am not from Maharashtra hence a lil difficult to read and understand marathi which i told him he tells me " abhi main aapko marathi seekhaoo, aap jaake sir se milo" and his sir was not available at that moment...

          Why is this the plight only in India?????
          Customers elsewhere are treated so nicely... We talk about globalisation, fastest growing economy but we still dont know how to take care of our own people. Why is visiting govt offices a nightmare and not a pleasant experience.

          I just hope this complaint is taken seriously and some action is taken towards improving the attitude of people.

          I have been facing the problem of excessive billing. And my neighbour has not received her bill for the last 18 months or so.

          When they were away for a month, my bill went to half. am a working woman and am away from home from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. I retire to bed by 12 midnight..

          We have made complaints to MSEB ro come and check the meter and the distribution, but they are too busy, doing "don't know what"

          I hurts when I have to pay 1700/- a month, that too when there is least consumption.

          Will someone from MSEB wake up!!
          i agree - i am a resident of mulund east and being a working couple we are away from 10 to 7.30 PM but still the billing is very high - earlier they said adjustment due to new meter and now looks like the new meter is faulty - i used to be getting a bill for Rs. 600 and now suddenly the bill is double... fail to understand - will someone pls. wake up

              Electiricty Bills — Electricity Bills are delivery

              Dear Sir,

              I and my family shifted to Narhe near Spring Dell School at Shingad. Whenever we get the electricity bill late after the due date is over and when we go to pay the bill they charge us the late fee.

              I had gone to the Electricity Office at Dhyari and spoke the person incharge he said apply for refund it will get adujusted in next bill. I requested instead of getting refund and adjustments in next bill why don't you deliver it on time so that this question of refund and adjustment will not arise but he said we cant help it. All these things should be handled by Electricity Board Management.

              If every month I get the late bill in such case I have pay late fee and also request for the refund or adjustment in next bill.

              I request you to please take the action against it.

              I am residing in Uran. We both husband and wife are working. That means the house is locked for nearly five to six hours. Earlier I was getting an average bill of Rs1100/- which was quite acceptable even though there is hardly any consumption. Off late I am getting a monthly bill of Rs 3000/- for the last two months. There are two possibilities. One, the meter is faulty. Two, there is power theft. My building is a three stories building and the meter is installed in the undergound flour where the residents hardly visit. It is not possible for me to be present or gaurd the meter all the time. There is ramphant power theft in Uran. I just want to know whether the meter can be installed in my floor. Since I am paying huge bills for no fault of mine, as a consumer what are my rights?
              Dear Friends,
              It is high time that consumers should join together to raise voice against the injustice for sending inflated Electricity Bills. If one or two days are delayed in the case of a common man for paying Electricity Bills, the Electricity Board are very efficient to cut the Electric Supply to his residence. However, they are not concerned about the hardship of a consumer who will have to pass through the hardship for getting excessive Bills.

              Recently I have shifted from Dombivli to Panvel. While at Dombivli, I was receiving electricity bill for maximum Rs.550/- or Rs.600/-, at Panvel for the first time I got a Bill for Rs.500/- and second months Bill at Rs.1200/- and the 3rd Bill received in the month of October, 2010 for Rs.2600/-, and that I am freightened that I may get the next Bill i.e. of November for any amount not less than Rs.5000/-. If such a systyem continues with MSEDC, we can expect that the number of people below poverty line will increase rapidly after paying their Electricity Bills.

              The most appropriate system to prevent misuse and power theft is that the Electricity meter should be installed at the consumer's control. Inflated Bill is a social cause and a curse for the human life and pose as a threat to the well being and therefore, MSEDCL will have to seek a solution to protect the consumers from further burden.

              I am very much surprised to the MSEDCL Board as we also got the Bill of Rs.8000/- for 2 months march & April 2011 & Feb Bill of Rs.2250/-, I had been to MSEDCL at Koparkahirne Sect-19 as well as vashi office.It's a waist of our precious time, as this people are irresponsible to take any action & rectify the fault.I had given complaint for meter testing also & they say that the meter is ok..This all are their regular practice to take a ride for the customer as they know that if the customer won't pay the bill, then they will remove their meter, as told by the MSEDCL employee.We are very much disgusted with this electricity board. please somebody help us for this issue.

No.[protected], would like to bring to your kind attention that, we are not getting our monthly bill in time resulting a panic situation as well as loss of money. For example, we have got a bill on 27/04/2012 with a payment date of 27/04/12, ie. for the same day. Please note that 27/04/12 was Friday and Friday is a holiday for MIDC area. Please note that they are not taking any acknoledgement for the bill and our security person is unable to take signature with date of the person delivering the bill because he leaves the place immediately before our person realises the problem.

              You are hereby requested to look into this matter and do the needful to get the bill in time, atleast 2 days before the payment date so as to enable us to pay in comfortably and take the advantage of prompt payment. Also please give necessory instruction to keep a record of delivery date with an acknoledgement of consumer.

                  I am a residence of Diva, Thane. we have not yet received our electricity bill. I made complaint to Sabe office, a Local Office of MSEB. still I am not getting the bill. I want to pay our bills regularly but without how it could be possible. If they are giving us connections and installed a Meter why they don't take meter reading and issue the bill.
                  If we could not get bill we could not clear the bill. Then how the MSEB will recover their debts. I think MSEB is responsible for debts and have no right to cut off anyones electricity.

                    Power is not there in our region of Tulja Bhavani Nagar, kharadi
                    from yesterday evening (3pm).After making repeated complaints yesterday night over phone to the kharadi region elctricity office no action was taken and was told in end that there will be no work carried out after 11pm.
                    The Power hasn't come till now and nither the electricity office phone is being recieved by the technicians .
                    This is very serious issue.Pls take appropriate action agianst the people involved and make sure that power is provided as soon as possible.

                      We in progressive pride belapur sector 20 plot no g58, g59, are sick and tired of the frequent power cuts done for 3hrs in the morning, 3hrs in the evening n also at night sometimes at 11.25pm or 2.30am, if our ministers n cidco boast of the hi-tech city pls let me add its a city without a basic amenity electricity. On 5th aug night the current went at 2.30am, when i called mseb belapur to complaint-i was told they were working on some failure in kharghar n our current would be restored in half an hour-which did not happen, does mseb get only the night to work-what are the doing during the day?we as consumers would want to charge mseb for everytime there's a failure.we are working people we need some rest atleast at night.pls do something and take mseb to task.disgusted consumer

                        I had successfully made on-line payment of my last electricity bill
                        after duely registering on website http://www.mahadiscom.in/.

                        However, though i have received hard copy of bill dated 08/07/08 for the period 17/05/08 to 19/06/08, i am unable to make on-line payment of same as the same till this moment is not being displayed on Web.

                        When i hit the concerned button of Menu( View and Pay Current Bill i.e. http://billing.mahadiscom.in/billinfo.php ) what is being
                        displayed is the old bill which i have already paid on online basis,
                        as stated at para 1 above.

                        My Consumer No. is[protected] and Meter No. is [protected].

                        One would kindly appreciate that allowing cobwebs on website not
                        only discourages the customer from making on-line payment but results monetary loss to him because of not being able to make payment before the specified date which allows discount of Rs.10.

                        I am further pained to record that a POSTMASTER software installed on the WEBSITE of MAHADISCOM does not allow the emails sent to various authorities to reach the right destination and that inspite of "on line" "feedback" on the above WEBSITE there is no response.

                        It appaers there is some problem in online payment option. I'm a registered user of online bill payment and regularily using this facility since last one and half years but this month, if you choose pay option it refuses to even login with the same user ID and password I was using. Second option to register again also doesn't work as the Billing UNIT 4652 CBD Belapur is missing from Quick pay dropdown option where we need to select consumer number and Billing unit.

                        Requested to please look into this matter.

                        can u kindly make one english and marati version format and that will help the consumers, to reasonable understanding of your bills. will u kindly cooperate with consumers? This will be very highly appreciated.

                        today i as a paraplegic stood in the que to pay the bill with cheque, asd i was not knowing you needed cash and when i reached at the counter i was asked to pay in cash and had i kmown earlier i would have gone to my ATM tpo draw cash, several times i paid by way of chewque why sudden cange is made, . if you make changes then put a rubber satamp on the bill 'PAY IN CASH ONLY'. That could have sAVED A PARAPLEGIC AND A SENIOR CITIZEN ABOUT 70 YEARS OF AGE. It is too much to ask me to learn the sweet Marati, we were educated with english as one of the languages, after sall a central government employee cannot learn all states languages, you will appreciate.

                        I am unable to understand that your persons are visiting each customer & issuing notice to pay additional security Bill. From where it is originated & why the same is not added in monthly Bill. Did you asked in the past? This should have been published in news papers. Your persons had come today with a letter dated Sept 4, 2013 & dead line is with in 15 days, even your letter also threatens that if the amount is not paid immediately we shall disconnect. Please understand we are in democratic country & should not use such practices.Threatening is not the way to generate funds for your organisation. This can be taken up under consumer forum act. Please stop such practices. What ever money you want to take out from Indian citizens take it as per rules & regulations laid down by the competent authority.You did mention in your letter ref : LT/SD Notice/BU4613/1/653 dated 4th September 2013 (funny thing is on the letter it is printed "by RPAD", why it was not sent through post office? what is the reason & necessity to rush for such collection after 15 days time span as stipulated by you is over. One more point "as per the contract existing between you good selves & MSEDCL" is the contract only to collect money & not improving power supply situation, every date there is interruption, such thing is not in contract only money??

                        There is no provision to pay online, it is same conventional way of harassment, stand in queue, listen the kind of language of so called staff, follow strict opening & closing time etc. etc. Very bad. When will such practices improve?

                          I m Manish Mishra, staying in nallasopara (East), Thane. I m writing a complaint against the MSEB for the sending unlimited bill amount in the month of July . Actually MSEB send the 2310.00 rupess bill for the month of june which one more amount compare the last month bill. Under this bill MSEB included the last month bill (550.00) & security deposit amt (270.00) which one already paid the before due date in the last month as a ECS through from the HDFC Bank.
                          In our location MSEB already cutting (Loadshadding) the lights more than 8.00 hrs but charges remains the same, there is no deduction in the bill amount. But in this month MSEB cross the my patience and MSEB workers tell me first u paid the bill after that i will take care of this. its totally unfair.
                          Kindly requested you to pls help me the sort out this asap.

                          this is happening to most of the people.
                          iam in chennai, tamilnadu state india.
                          for me also they charged me a high amount without specifying how long it is going to happen and the tamilnadu electricity board finally cut my line without giving prior notice. electricity board people are very corrupt.
                          I am facing a problem of overbilling of electricity bill from MSEB.
                          When surved about this I found that this is a common problem for MSEB customers especilly in following case:
                          * when previous bill is charged with zero unit consumption the next bill is charged for two bill without considering the previous bill payed or not. And if customer have any objection against such bills he have to visit the MSEB complaint office which are situated very few in district. hence for this we have to take leave from office and meet them. Still it is not sure that complaint will be sorted out in one day.


                          Please help me and all o[censored]s for such inconvinience and irretation.

                          No use. No outcome.

                          We always swicth off our electical instruments through out the day and the bill is same as unexpected. The important part is due to load shading most of times we dont have electicity at home.

                          It seems to be MSEB is not taking any action on complaints from many months. Can we raise a complaint to "Consumer Guidance socienty of India" or somewhere so that we will get EXPECTED IMMEDIATE action.
                          I stay at Diwa from Nov.2007. My consumer # is 3455255 and my meter # is 130803. After so many enquiries done in electricity office at mubra and diwa regarding the electricity bill. Still I am not received my electricity bill at my home.

                            they have made a time table of power cut offf
                            it is was 6 hours a day . now they have increase it for an hour
                            thats fine but above that they cut light at any time
                            from last two days they are cuting at night from 1-4
                            who is responsible for this ...

                            Now We dont have Power cut problems.
                            MY FATHER HAD CONSTRUCTED A HOUSE IN YEAR 1984 AT PLACE : VAVE, POST : MALYAN, TAL : ALIBAG, DIST : RAIGAD, DURING THAT PERIOD THE OVERHEAD WIRE OF THE LOW TENSION POLE WAS AT A DISTANCE OF 30 - 40 FEET AWAY FROM MY HOUSE.
                            MR. KAMLAKAR GAIKAR WHO'S STABLE WAS NEAR BY TO MY HOUSE AND THE LOW TENSION POLE WIRE WAS ABOVE THE SAID STABLE, NOW HE HAD CONSTRUCTED A HOUSE FOR HIS SON BY NAME SUDHAKAR GAIKAR AND WHILE CONSTURCTING THE SAID NEW HOUSE WITH HIS POLITICAL HELP HE DIVERTED THE SAID LOW TENSION WIRE AS PER HIS NEED AND NOW THE SAID LOW TENSION WIRE WAS CAME VERY NEAR TO MY HOUSE i.e A GAP BETWEEN MY HOUSE AND THE WIRE IS VERY FEW APPROX 1- 1 AND HALF FEET AWAY FROM MY HOUSE. THE DETAILS OF MY ELECTRIC SUPPLY ARE AS FOLLOWS FOR YOUR REF I say that, my father had constructed a house at Vave, Tal : Alibag, Dist : Raigad in year 1983 – 84 & we applied for your Electric Service in the same year, as per the record of yours our Old Customer no : R-49 & as per your Bill Customer no:[protected], D.T.C no: 4137095 and the Pole No: 1R51 record given as per the Electric Bill.
                            I SAY THAT TO OBLIGE HIM THE SAID LOW TENSION POLE WIRE ARE DIVERTED AND WHICH MAY BE CAUSE HEAVY DAMAGE TO MY HOUSE OR TO LIFE IN FUTURE AND WHILE DIVERTING THE SAID LINE NO INTIMATION HAS BEEN GIVEN TO US.

                              Respected Sir,



                              I am working for an IT MNC Company named Unisys as Manager. My office is basically home based. Recently I have been shifted to Mumbra and found frequent power failure in Kausa – Mumbra for a long time. Sometime even power cut hit for more than 10 to 12 hours which is affecting my Job and most of the people whose office, business and workshop depends on electricity.



                              I have also seen power failure happening due to poor transformer performance which tends to fails frequently in most of the areas of Kausa – Mumbra. It seems proper maintenance and routing checkup may solve this issue, however it doesn’t happen in Kausa – Mumbra. In case of transformer failure we have to call MSEB 15 to 20 times to come and fix it, instead they don’t turn up and we have to go at their office located at Bharat Gear and bring them.



                              I request you to look at this issue with priority and take appropriate action on MSEB employees.

                                I the undersigned am customer of MSEB, there is electricity cutt off from the pole from my residing area.Name: kadam suvarna eknath kolshet upper village beh-indraprastha bldg resi 1-phase thane (W) 4000607
                                On calling the related contact numbers there is no response and incase the call is attended we have to face arrogance and misbehavoir of MSEB employees.
                                ALSO lodged the complaint at:4541 kolshet sub division off of the engr. kolshet s/dn patlipada G.B

                                My meter has been removed in the month of Apr 2011 and I have paid all the due's regarding the same. They said i have to apply for the new meter, I also mentioned that i was not in the town and was not aware of the bills pending b'cause of some work load and also i was not aware that the tenant was not in the town who was responsible for paying these bills. Then too I have also applied and submitted all the necessary documents for the new meter but still there is no response from the officers, i don't know why r they harassing us, do they need some extra money? I don't remember the officer's name who is looking after Lokmanya area, but soon i will let u know.

                                For Power Cut at unscheduled timings and i could not put my child to sleep during day time she is 1yr old, whole day because of no fan breeze she is unable to play and sleep all the time we have to leave all the work and to carry. How children will manage for 10 hrs load shedding.

                                But still Bill comes around 900 / - per month
                                when we are facing so much problem and bill comes so high thats means MSEB IS CHEATING US.

                                    I am sending this mail behalf of my all villagers.
                                    I have to inform you, we all villagers are facing a ELECTRIC SUPPLY problem in our village form last six month, happen is one villager Mr. Keshav Yelve staying at same of above village, he had cover the MSEB pole through the net, this information we had informed to Thashildar of Shriwardhan as well as TANTA MUKTI SUMITI . But no one can take the action against our complaints.
                                    Sir, you know that in village side there are lot of Voltage fluctuation & other supply problem, if in this happen some problem is there how we can resolved it
                                    I would like to request to you behalf of my all villagers please instruct your department to open the hole net, so any trouble happen there can be solve your local technician easily & one more I informed to you it is government property no one can cover this. You know about the lodsheding problem, if any electrical problems happen what we can do. This person harasses our villagers from last 6 to 7 month. We all villager latterly fed up from him & know one government officer take the action against the same. And we all are villager suffer. Please interpreted

                                    I am staying in the New Sangvi-Chaitraban area. In last 3 weeks the occurrences of the power supply failure at night between 2 to 4 Am has taken place 3 to 4 times. If I call the Sangvi MSEB office number, it gives Engage tone most of the times.
                                    This is actually unbarable experience to survive without power supply in the night. Especially kids & the patients have to suffer quite a lot.
                                    Already it has become quite unsafe nowadays for a common man with regular events of dacoities & murders in the city. These power failures in the night time are really augmenting into this situation.
                                    I would kindly request the concerned officers to take the proper action & stop the night power failures immediately.

Sir we are getting serious voltage fluctuation problem so please look after this serious matter because we are the regular payer

                                    Since last 5-7 years there is a problem with one phase which gos frequently OFF and they coud not solve. When light is OFF the pick up the phone receiver and sit so no calls are ringed or heard.

                                      I belong to a place called Kopargaon near Shirdi, Dist Ahmednagar. On the outskirts of Kopargaon, like many other farmers we have some acres of land. In our area, the so called load shedding process is for minimum 12 hours. After 12 hours of power cut, occurs a fault on the electricity line. MSEB workers take 5-6 hrs to repair the line and then after some time the usual 12 hrs of load shedding starts. After a week, the time for load shedding changes to next 12 hrs...so on that day we have 24 hrs of load shedding or we have electricity at mid night for 3 hrs. After working hard for the whole day, farmers run in the night to water their land or wait for the electricity. Some farmers lose their crop because its not watered on time. Many people take loans for buying seeds, pesticides, etc. How are they supposed to pay off their loans? How will the farmers live?
                                      12 hours of load shedding ...why only for rural area and not for urban?
                                      What is the government doing for the farmers?
                                      I have called up many concerned people in MSEB but no one is taking responsibility...No one wants to at least properly plan the load shedding time. The situation will not change but at least proper planning can improve the situation. But the final things is that..." WHO CARES "!!!

                                      i stay in nallsopara, B-201, Om shiv shakti bldg, Nile more, Nallasopara (w), MSEB is giving worst service because of this load shedding people suffering lot of problem of electricity. Any time, day or night power gets off. There is no limit of power cuts or load shedding. We are totally fed up with this load shedding …MSEB should make a proper plan, or time table for load shedding. Since two days before regularly power cuts in the night time. in this rainy reason any time power cuts. Why should we /people suffer all this. … Kindly I am requesting you to please do proper supply of electricity in Nallasopara (W)
                                      Above complaint is geniune. Now a days every night MSEB has started unofficial load sheding. People like us we are staying in Virar and travelling upto Churchgate everyday, can't take rest at night too. We are really fed up with what is going on in this area. Inspite of we are pahing our bills regularly why only we people should bear this load sheding and why not Mumbai people. It must be equal. Even street lights in Mumbai are on full night. They can be reduce to alternate one after 11.00 at night. Power for Signs, boards can be cut and atleast one hour loading must be started in Mumbai so that our load sheding can be reduced from 8 hours to 5 hours.

                                      I think only GOD can save us now.

                                      hi! I completely agree wid the above complaints. I am writing this complaint when there is no power at my place. Load sheding started at 9, ended at 1 and again at 2.30 nw there is no electricity. Is the board playing with electric switches. This has crossed all the limits!
                                      Hello i m staying in nallasopara west, MSEB is making unofficial load shading at any Time in day or night. and its continuously fluctuating. Due to which our home appliences Getting weak or its blown up. After working 14 -15 hrs in office and plus 4 hrs of total travelling its very difficult to get rest at night due To such unresposible behaviour of MSEB. Why thr is no load shading in Mumbai?????? Please look into the matter and give us solution. Here only big politicians are making money by harasing common people like this. this is really not acceptable.
