I am a tenant staying at A3-302 Parkwayz, Nr. Hinjewadi Petrol Pump, Thergaon, Wakad, Pune - 411057. The home is registered under the name of Smt. Pooja Gupta
Last month the electricity was cut by MSEB on the fact that the bill was not paid. I had already paid the bill through Internet, but was not reflected. To get it started, I pay additional Rs. 550 as cash at Kalewadi office the very next day. Still then the electricity was not restored. On later investigation, I came to know that the meter for which I was paying the bill was not connected to my home (A3/302). This was certified by people whom you had sent the last time.
Yesterday again, the electricity was cut. I believe the person who is using my meter has not paid the bill for which I am undergoing inconvenience. Yesterday, I have written my flat number on the correct meter.
I had informed the builder last time itself, but seems they have not taken any corrective action.
