Dear Team,
Through your online portal www.mahadiscom.in portal I am trying to submit request for minor address correction in bill, but after submitting all the details in required field, while submitted it, no request id/reference id generated, and there is no error displayed at all.

While submitted details old details display properly and in correction column new field updated, but request could not save.

I am using google chrome as well Internet explorer browser, I had tried for last 2 months, I check the same on my Laptop, Desktop and even mobile also.

Please guide me.

    Per month light bill pay timely but from 2 month fraud light bill receive from mseb office without checking meter, many time visit in office but response and no action.

      Consumer no.[protected] I myself mr Ramesh Chandra Mahajan having address as mahavir sadan building Ghansoligao opposite hanuman mandir want to bring to your knowledge that at the above mentioned address work of gutter is going on if any mishaps happens then whole gutter is required to break and open hence requesting you to take the cable wire of the light above from the gutter, the physical copy of the said request letter is submitted to the nearest ward of mseb situated at Ghansoligao (talwali) on 7/11/2020 also same is conveyed to officer available at the ward namely Mr. Rahul (line man) and Mr Abhijeet Bhodhankar.           i dont know where i am not able to pay online bill for my mumbra flat online through any medium, paytm, directly by your site OR even by from bank apps.
          last monthe i have paid it but this month it seem there is problem as mumbra division 4391 is not shown at all

            Dear Sir,

            It's noticed from about 6 month the MSEB forwarding improper & high electricity billing which is not observed previously from many years. Even after sending the meter reading the billing is improper
            & unnecessary, which is a mental agony & harassment to me in this pandemic situation.

            It is expected that in this pandemic situation where everyone suffering economically & financially. But MSEB instead of giving relief to the people sending improper billing which is not accepted.

            Please find the snap attached, for 66 units from your end sending the billing of Rs/-1250 which is not acceptable. So forward the correct bill as soon as possible so that I can pay the proper billing amount.
            Otherwise only MSEB is responsible for my pending billing amount.

            We have no extra money to spend for wrong billing from MSEB side. It is expected, soon I will receive the correct billing & with the revert for the same. it is consider, such thing will not repeated again in future also.

              या मुळे मी तक्रार करत आहे, सदरील आपण या गोष्टी कडे लक्ष वेधून आपल्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना सांगून वीज पुरवठा खंडित झालेला सुरळीत चालू करून देण्यास सांगावे ही नम्र विनंती...!!!

                मी सन 2011 मध्ये 5hp LT कनेक्शन घेतले होते ग्राहक नं[protected] सदर कनेक्शन हे विहिरी वरील 5HPवीजपंपासाठी घेण्यात आले होते.परंतु विहीरीच्या जागेच्या वरती कोर्ट केसेस चालू झाल्यामुळे सन 2013 पासून सदर विहिरीचा वापर बंद असून पर्यायाने ती विहीर गाळाने बुजत आली असून त्यावर कोणत्याही प्रकारचा वीज पंप चालू नाही. तरी सदर वीज कंपनी महावितरण शाखा दहिगाव ऑफिस नातेपुते ता.माळशिरस जि. सोलापूर येथे लेखी तक्रार करून वीजबिल आकारणी थांबवण्यात यावी असे पत्र दिलेलं आहे तरी सुद्धा वीजबिल आकारणी चालूच आहे.याची योग्य दखल घ्यावी.

                  I have got electric bill very high, normally I got monthly 300-500 range now its 3500 ten times, Kindly guide us what to do as I have already complain in MSEB office but again this month given 1450 instead off 300-500, they are not given any answer at all.

                  Please guide me for further action.

                    We have got more than 30 times of the bill amount that we usually pay. The meter consumption units was always around 88-90 units but for this month it is 1358 units which is way too high and the bill amount is very high. Please look into this issue as i do not have that many appliances in my home consuming that much electricity. Please check

                      I've never received this much amount of bill in my entire life not even half of what I've received. This is just too much. I've received a sms which says I've to pay 6210 but when I checked on the site of mseb it said a complete different figures even in case of previous month's .This month's bill on the website shows 1670 and the sms i received from mseb says 6210. You can clearly see the difference here.

                        Have Paid the DD Amount on 24th September 2020.
                        My application number is 23394234.
                        Its more than 30 days now, have not got the new connection yet.
                        Rule states that if new connection is not done in 30 days, mseb has to pay 1000 Rs everyday.

                          As per bill unit consumed 149 in oct-20. Before covid-19 unit always in between 70-80 but this over consumption unit not done by me if there issue with meter please solve it.

                                    Dear Sir/Mam,

                                    My electricity connection has disconnected and meter has been seized by Mr Nimbalkar, Asst Engineer, Dwarka II, Division, Nashik and his team without any prior notice/intimation after his office hours. When enquired, we have shocked that somebody (one Gunda type person) has taken objection, on his directions, MSEDCL has done this shameful activity.
                                    Now MSEDCL operate by Gunda people or ????, whereas Govt give salary not these Gundas.

                                    This Nimbalkar has given us electricity connection (papers attached) in Aug 2016 on the basis of papers submitted. Now suddenly he is again asking some papers, which we have already submitted when Nimbalkar/MSEDCL has provided us connection and meter. After 4 years, what has happened ? He and nobody from MSEDCL is not listening to us, meaning is that he has been managed by that GUNDA by Bribe. Because nobody can prove any bribe taking evidences, or he has given us illegal connection in Aug 2016.
                                    Out of above any one possibility must be there.

                                    Now our only request is to retain/provide us our connection as well as meter without any condition.

                                    Even slums also get electricity, although many have many objections, then why we are in darkness.

                                    Getting electricity is our basic right.

                                    Kindly note that we have already registered Police complaint against that Gunda, because this is case of hooliganism (Gundagardi) not any other. Why MSEDCL and Nimbalkar is taking part in this case ? For money ?

                                    Hoping for immediate action and thanks in advance.

                                      Since July they are taking readings regularly bt bill showing reading not available.why so?meters were unnecessarily changed in March . reading s are 898 in August 1209 in October respectively.as my parents are senior citizens they won't able to submit it online.but the person regularly taking reading since July then why so?they have sent bills for 34 units every month we complained about it.we paid the bill as well.bt then why I will pay sudden overed amount.senior officer not available to resolve the issue and junior people's not ready to entertain.as a senior citizens its harassment of ours.
