I made two bill payments on 30.12.2020 for consumer number[protected] of Rs. 390 and consumer number[protected] of Rs.2350. Amounts are debited from my account but receipt not generated and amounts not credited to mseb bill.

Please credit amounts or refund.

        How many times should I raise ticket for high bill.. you are telling me not to pay the bill it will get adjusted in next bill.. you are increasing the bill every month.. how many times should i submit letter t kalyan.. are you not understanding what my concern???? for 0 consumption unit you are increasing bill monthly. i will post this on social media if i don't get my bill adjusted in 2 days... your taking person has taken wrong reading in jan and feb.. for 0 unit you billed me 1lakh 2lakh bill.. why you people are fooling public

          From 6 month, we are facing power/ electricity failure problem to 5-6 time for 3-5 minutes in whole day. It's really frustrating. We are working from home and this is impacting on our productivity. Need help

            I made a UPI bill payment through MSEDCL portal. I did UPI transfer from Citibank account. The transaction for payment to MSEDCL failed, but amount (Rs. 760) was debited; it was never reversed/refunded.

            Light bill received for non running production unit

            Address: House no 1242, Niwali-Ganpatipule road, 415639At , Tal and district ratnagiri 415639. Opposite water park

            Dear Sir,
            My cashew production unit is not running since last year. however i am expecting the bill of minimum rental of 3 phase meter which should be 400 to 500 rs per month. Same was discuss with MSEB officer at ratnagiri panval village office. Last bill i have received more than 10000 and mainly highest bill for july 2020 o[censored]nit 360.                 As Our Meter is Faulty Since July 2019 because of Water Logging in our society & whole surrounding area of Geeta Complex since then we are receiving meter reading as it was in June 2019 ie 1296 units amounting Rs 18000/, from then onwords we are receiving same units & amount & we are made to pay such huge amt for the same every month despite repeated attempts of complaints to the concerned authorities our faulty meter issue is still unresolved since July 2019 to December 2020 we are made to pay such huge amt arround Rs 18000/ as there is fear of Disconnection from the authorities
                So I Request to MSEDCL to replace our faulty meter as soon as possible as we are finding hard to pay such huge amount of monthly bill

                    The actual purpose of Complaint is that the bill from last 2 months bill of Nov-2020 & Dec-2020 is gets Double as before of regular billing
                    the units gets double from this last 2 months before I get regular 35 to 38 units bill but from last 2 months I get 72 units of Nov-2020 & 60 units of Dec-2020
                    So, I hereby request you to please Solve this issue I can, t pay this double units of bill to you

                        As there is a pole in front of our house which is of no use as new street light pole is been replaced for that pole. The old pole is having wire open and also there is disturbance for the traffic for going from there.

                        Kindly request you to remove this pole as soon as possible before any adverse incident may take place with our kids.

                          Currently we are not staying in the house and hence the electricity is not being consumed by us still we are getting bill of about Rs. 1000/-.

                          This is to request you to do the investigation and correct the bill. Also, we have visited the house on 13th December, we have observed that instead of meter fuse, direct wire is connected.

                          Please take necessary action and do the correction at the earliest.
