      Units for april and may 2020, have been taken as constant whereas the entire units consumed has been put for the month of june. This has lead to high number o[censored]nits in the fourth slab charges (100rs per unit) and leading to a faulty bill.

      Total units consumed by me are 2529 units. And the entire amount has been put for the month of june, leading to a bill of 27800.

      The units should be averaged out between three months, as no units were taken for april and may.

      Please rectify this asap, as i've been charged a fine also now.

              msedcl, roha. charges for replacement of meter

              Address: MSEDC, TAL ROHA, DIST RAIGAD MAHARASHTRA

              This is regarding msedcl roha office.
              Whenever we have a faulty meter and inform msedcl regarding the same, we are told to pay rs. 3000/- as a deposit/meter replacement charges. No receiipt or any other paper is provided in writing regarding money paid. Everytime we need to provide rs. 3000/- as a deposit for new meter.

              We would like to know whether this deposit/charges is taken everytime as a process. Then what happens...

              I am staying from past 40+ years, i havent received a light bill more than 500-600 rs in past these years.
              I am paying online bills from past 3 months due to covid-19.
              Suddenly i found the light bill amount as 3200 rs.
              How is this possible?
              We are using same equipment, same amount of people staying at home so how can the bill shoot up to this level?
              Can anybody please revert back on this.

                  I was charged rs 1, 480 in june on assumed consumption basis, i. E. Without meter reading. I do not stay at these premises. So, the consumption should be nil or just 1 unit etc.

                  When meter was read in july 2020, the difference in actual reading between march and july 2020, was found to be 1 unit.

                  Even then i have been billed rs 160 for july 2020 without considering the credit of rs 1, 480 due to me for the payment made in june 2020.

                  I need to be given credit of rs 1, 480 immediately and the amount chargeable for 1 unit of consumption should be adjusted against it.

                    We have paid all the bills upto june. enclosed receipt for your ref.

                    Meter display reading is not shown in the bill and it is too high as compared

                    to previous readings. For April to june it is 223 units & for july it is 1971.

                    So please send corrected bill as this is not acceptable to us.

                      Every month we received light bill around 700-800 & also our usage of light is under 100 bu per month. Suddenly in this month bill showing 876 bu usage & hence the light bill is extremely higher than the regular one i. E 6090. I have paid bill every month also during this lockdown period. Which is not seems to be taken under consideration. Which doesn't make any sense. Please take necessary action & correct the amount

                      I am also uploading all the screen shot of generated bill along with proof of paid bill amount.

                        Bill is showing consumption of 618 units from april to july.
                        For the last 5 years, i am using this flat max average bill i have paid around 1200, but this month bill really gave me an electric shock it bill around 2400inr, how ever monthly i used to pay 800inr for the month with a 100rs plus minus.

                        Requesting to please review and rectify the bill.

                          Today i have received the bill showing rs -100.00, the reading is not shown in the bill just mention not available and mentioned faulty.
                          The last reading mentioned in the bill was bill date - 25/07/2019 - meter reading was 13, 379 and from the next month the average bill was given for 11 months i. E upto bill date 22/06/2020. The average reading was 188 units per month.

                          This month bill date - 27/07/2020 the reading is shown 0 unit.

                          The current meter reading shown in the photo when we chk online is 15184.

                          As per the calculation i have been charged for excess 263 units.

                          Last month also i have send the photo of the reading through app, then also it was not considered.

                          I am really sorry but the work process done is ridiculous.

                          Kindly clarify my doubts you have already charged extra for 23 units then also the bill is showing only rs. 100 excess.

                          If you think the meter is faulty i am ok, if you replace the meter but give me the proper justification showing it is faulty.

                          Your people are not taking the reading and if we are submitting it via app you are not considering what else we can do.

                          Pls clear my doubts and credit my excess units in the bill.

                            Hi mseb team,

                            I am writing this email to highlight the billing issue which has been going on for the past 6-7 months.

                            We are not living at the place where the meter is installed due to lock down and we have not visited that place since long. If no one is living there at that place then there should be a nominal billing charge applicable which could be around 150-250 rs.

                            But seeing the electricity bill of the past 6-7 months it is coming more than 1300 rs.

                            All the bills have been paid. It would be difficult to pay the bill in the near future if you continue to charge a higher amount without any consumption.

                            Due to lock down we are not able to give the complaint application.

                            Please do the needful. You guys are using customers' innocence to charge a heavy bill.

                            I want refund of the excess amount paid after deducting the nominal monthly charge for the past 6-7 months.

                              The bill which is generated by your system is absolutely not appropriate for bill month of june 2020. It is due to flaw in your system. I have analyse entire bills and it seems during lock down period, your system has generated average bills for every months. For june 2020 bill, current meter reading had been taken and bill is generated with the consideration of old last time meter reading which was taken before lock down and current reading. Hence amount is high (It is 4 month bill) but you have charged already in average bills. It is duplicated to consumer. You should not penalized customer. So requesting you please look into it. I am sure this is happening with other consumers as well. This kind of mental harrassment why you people are doing to us. I haid paid rs.2500 each month on an average now received a bill of rs.14800. Pls resolve the issue it is urgent i hav lost the job also due to covid 19 not in a position to pay rs.14800/-consumer no.[protected]. Plz reduce the bill asap.

                                I have done online complain of electricity breakdown but after 3 days no one visited as i called in local office of msedcl they said we habet to register manual complaint by visiting the office. Whats the use of online then as we have to manual go n register the complaint is this the service they provide.

                                    We have mahavitaran electicity connection (Msedcl),

                                    My consurmer no is[protected]. Msedcl has not sent bill for month from 06/03/2020 to 06/06/2020 on time, its their mistake not ours. After 3 months bill has been sent for the period from 06/03/2020 to 06/06/2020. Bill no (Ggn) is[protected].

                                    Sir, actually our electricity units for 3 months is 271 units, hence average should have to be taken while calculating the bill i. E. 271/3 = 90 units/month (Approximately). Hence our electricity bill should have been charged at the rate of 271 *3.46 = 937.66+ (Around) not 271 * 6.4 =1740, its charging around double amount. please update the right bill amount as per rule & on the basis of ethics by doing the right calculation.

                                    Sir, its clearly unfair. Please look into the matter on priority basis.
