I m a senior citizen of 72 years old having my flat shivhaar plaza
Shivai nagar. Last year in june i paid my light bill of rs.890/= alongwith the reconnection charges of rs.236/= on 15/6/2019 at wagle estate, but mseb shivai nagar has not fixed the meter till june 2020. But they used to send the bill every month i have gone and requesting them.
Now the bill is 1000/= you people have made me loss of 120000/=
By not fixing meter as a results i could not rent it out. When contacted with mr. Desai of shivai
Nagar on [protected] for reducing the bill of 1000/= he said you have to pay the bill else
Pay 8000/= and take new connection, sir what is my mistakes. Now kindly reimburse me 120000/=as a rent i missed and punish the culprit. Please tel your workmen to behave and have some humanity towards
Esteem customers. Or give them
Some hrd training.
Hope this will solve my hardships and problem.

    My consumer no is[protected] with 2585 billing unit parli-v my name is shivaji pandurang kadam my average monthly bill is around 600-700 per month. But now this month i got a bill of 21790 rs may i please know the reason for this month hike bill?
    The meter is faulty or something is wrong in taking the reading.
    Please do the needfull by accepting my complaint and kindly take a quicky action.

        I generally consume units around 70 to 100 untits per month. For july i have received bill for 1800 with 472 units. I thought due to corona virus they could not visit meter for reading and it will be adjusted next month but this month also 890 bill has been generated? Can you please look at my history and sent corrected bill.

          Sir,
          I am Sidram Chakote, I have paid Rs. 32750 in the month of May 2020 according to the above customer numbers. I have never received so many bills in the last 3 years (on average 3 to 4 thousand bills have come up today) so when I inquired, I was told that this bill is for three months. I was also told that if I did not pay the bill, the electricity supply would be cut off. So I d. Billed Rs. 32750 on June 10, 2020. After that I was given back a bill of Rs 13985 for the month of June which I did not pay. Now the bill for the month of July and the rest of June is Rs 26, 090. I have been saying that this meter has been faulty since May and is showing incorrect readings. But in May I was told the meter was right. Now that the bill has come back for two months, I can say for sure that this meter is broken. I am sure that even the Rs. 32750 paid in May was wrongly billed which I have paid. However, it is a humble request to the dignitaries to check the meter as soon as possible, remove the discrepancy between the bills, return the extra bill and install another meter.

            Kindly request you to rectify my june bill which is very high of rs 3180.. Past bills have been paid on time and it seems that present bill have both increased energy charges + miscalculation of billing units..
            3 months bills have been shown in month of june without correctly deducting amount of bills paid in mar/apr/may and also corresponding billing units thru this 3 months, theirs also addition electricity charge of 3143 in june which is really not understandable (Normally its around 400-500)
            Average billing units is normally is 137 based on jul19 to mar20 till when mseb is use to take meter reading monthly before june 20..
            Kindly correct bill of june as we would not be able to pay this very high bill of june 20..

                    I have received a bill of inr 40, 890.00 for the month of july 2020.. The bill is too high and i don't see any logic behind this bill.in january 2020, mseb gave me the bill of inr 28, 760.00 and at that time i paid the bill because the senior officer told me that all the bill after january will be logical. However, after april 2020 they again started sending me high bill (Which i didn't paid as yet) and all limit was crossed when they charged me approx 41k in july 2020. I need your help please in this

                        I have been without electricity since 26/7/2020 (4 days passed).

                        I have already raised two complaints[protected] &[protected], but of no use...because : If I raise a complainant via the app, it gets resolved without resuming the power supply .

                        * nobody ever looks into it or even tries to resolve it (just close the complaint as it is filed)...

                        * I try to follow up on the complainant by call, but can never get through to an operator...

                        *The most [censored] and hopeless service.

                        * All the modes of escalation and complaints are blocked, which makes it very difficult for a consumer to report a fault or raise a concern about the service.

                        As a consumer, I never fail to pay my bills then why should I not get the service that I pay for??????

                        Why do I need to follow up so many times????

                        Why do I need to beg????

                        Every month I have to report a loss of power supply (check the history of the complainant)...

                        How can I work from home?????
                        How to survive in this covid situation?????
                        I am forced to go out.. everyday as can't store food in the fridge...

                        Will you all compensate for the loss of my pay for all these days?????

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,
                        We have a shed in Midc Mahad consumer no[protected] in the name of D L Engineers. We are facing a lot of fluctuation in the power supply for the past one month.But since the past three days Fans go slow and fast every second and lights go dim and bright literally every second. Nobody is able to solve the issue. Please look in to it as our equipments get damaged due to the fluctuations in the supply.

                          In July 2020 I got a bill for Rs. 22, 490/- calculated for 2591 units . However the bill should be divided into 4 months from 11th March to 11th July 2020 and if you divide the billing per month should be Rs.5630/15 and for 4 months it will be Rs. 22, 520/60. I made payments of Rs. 10, 580/- during lockdown and after deducting the net amount payable should be Rs.11, 940/60. Accordingly rectify the bill and send me a fresh bill

                            I had paid my electricity bill of July month on 30/07/2020 through online payment of amount rs 1450. That time amount of 1450 rs was deducted from my boi bank account but transactions failed and some error occurred. Now payment of July month is not showing on the official website of msedcl, not in bill history and payment history. Please refund the deducted amount

                                Its comes 2480 Rs in June month. Which is i am not paid. Total bill on july2020 is 4360 Rs.
                                Main point is MSEB Electricity bill not given to mi.. near about 1200Rs. To 1500Rs i pay bill every month... why company apply extra bill charges without any information about eletricity unit uses

                                      Mahavitran electiricity board for excess billing of rs. 20, 380.

                                      The amount is exorbitantly high, the same wasnt informed by the board. The average bill every month is rs. 2000/- and we had already payed all bills till june 20.

                                      Request you to investigate the matter and nullify the excess amount charged.
