I, mr. Alpesh panchal have complaining against mseb as they have charged huge meter reading for electricity bill, i am sure the there must be an issues with the meter, i have raised 3 complain in which one complain have made before the lockdown but still it is unanswered,

I have tried reaching mseb customer care but they are least bother to help and not even replying to emails and complain, i have

      I paid my electricity bill for july through upi using paytm. The upi payment was successful but the transaction failed on mahavitran website.

        Hi, i paid electricity bill, which comes under mahavitaran on 7th july 2020, on [protected]@okicici upi. My transaction was completed and money was debited from my account. After that i checked my bill status, it is still showing payment due. Please help me with the same.

              Respective sir/madam,

              My consumer no.[protected] and bill unit is 4545 living at 112, primrose, glendale. Thane. I got the bill for 748 units. I have already paid the bills for april with proper reading, and average bill for month may 2020. Still received these much reading which i feel not correct. Further there is increase in rates during this pandemic time which is not at all expected which increased the total bill amount lot. Right now due to lock down not even receiving full salaries.

              In afraid of getting power cut off, i have paid the bill. But expecting from your side to consider current situation and reduce it and adjust this in next bill.

                  Dear sir

                  I regret to inform you that inspite of my regular and prompt payments made i got the electricity bill of rs 4130. I had paid the bill through mahavitaran app for the month of may of rs 840 on 21.05.2020, april rs 610 on 29.04.2020 and for march rs.630 on 27.03.2020. I had even lodged a complaint but since 5 days it's not yet attended. Also my bill due date is 8.6.2020 hence kindly sort out this matter at the earliest inorder to avoid further consequences.

                  Kindly look in to this matter and do the needful at the earliest. As i work for essential sector i am not able to visit the office and sort out the matter. Hence i am writing this to you

                  Ps: i am the tenant of mrs jamuna gangadhar guntuka and hence her name appears in the app. Since 3 years i am her tenant and never my bill has crossed rs 1800.

                      I manish anant kakade living at flat no m1 701 s. No-35 to 40, amrutganga, manik baug, sinhgad rd, pune-410051.
                      Recharged online prepaid token for may and july cash was debited from my account but didn't receive token recipt twice. I have also mailed one complaint but not recieved any response.

                                  Sector 22 of kamothe has been facing issue since many years, as the distribution of electricity is from khanda colony & there is a electricity cut in every week. Also some days the electricity goes 10-15 times in a day for 5-10 or even higher time.

                                  Most of the times when we call at mahavitran complaint number to ask them about the issue, they say they are unaware, as kamothe mseb is only taking care of sectors which are coming under kamothe and sector 22 is handled by khanda colony only.

                                  I did ask them about the resolution and they said they were suppose to get a land from cidco in sector 25 where they would distribute our electricity directly there and it will come under kamothe & there will not be issues of electricity cut outs.

                                  I also sometimes wonder, is kamothe a “village” or khanda colony, a village? Why does we get this kind of service despite of paying higher tariff, even higher then mumbai suburbs at present. Mseb is very very unprofessionally handling this kind of issue & i think kamothe sector 22 people are okay with this. But i wont keep silent and raise my concern, as this issue we are facing since many years & there are old age & small children at our home who are highly effected due to this, specially when there is a cut in the night.

                                  Also one more thing, if you call this number[protected] to complaint about cut, most of the times this number is busy during night, one day i called at this number at 4am in the morning & it was busy & later the guy picked up & said was talking to someone personally. I was like, seriously, are you paid for things like this. The next morning i complained about him & their senior said there are many sectors & people keep calling, personal talks might not be the reason.

                                  We are totally fed up with this electricity cut issue since many years & i am posting my complaint to get some help from here.

                                    I have got a bill for june'2020, where the last reading was shown as 3356, which is the last reading of march'2020 bill. Now the present reading is 4086 and subsequently i have to pay for 451 units.

                                    But i have paid the bills in april (Rs. 670), may (Rs.220) and june'2020 (Rs.670). After paying also last reading was shown as 3356 in the bill for june'2020. So the amount in the bill is high and wrong.

                                    Please do the needful to correct it, so that i can pay the correct bill amount on time.

                                      Subject : complaint against huge bill

                                      I have been promptly paying electricity bill every month on or before the due date even during lockdown, the average bill amount bring rs 3000 per month.

                                      However, we received the electricity bill during end june 2020 for rs 12, 400 inspite of promptly making bill payment during lockdown period.

                                      We would have understood if there is a spike in the bill amount by rs 1000 due to summer / lockdown but not definitely rs 12, 400, a huge difference by approx rs 9000 which is unacceptable.

                                      I have been hearing from lot of people about the same complaint.

                                      I kindly request your good office to rectify the error causing hugh bill.

                                      I hereby attach the copy of bill payment / bank statement for your easy reference and easy resolving the issue.

                                      Your utmost cooperation and prompt action is solicited.
