I am living in nerul east sector -9 my consumer no. Is[protected] and 4642 region

My average consumption is less than 300 units per month and maximum billing amount during last 2 years was always between rs.[protected]

For the month of april, may and june i was given a total bill of approx. Rs. 21000 for july2020 even after paid average bill for 3 months rs. 7200 already and now they are showing 13800 as pending amount.

This makes the total consumption as 660 units and rs. 7000 per month, which is erratic and no way possible as per history its almost double than i get for last 20 years.

There was no additional equipment installed or no new member added in family,

I have filed a official application/complaint with nerul mseb office but no resolution and asked to pay the amount without looking to the historical bills and consumption and simply asking to pay without any proper justification to customer.

    But still received combined bill for the last 3 month and hence it is a wrong bill amount in mahavitaran app
    Please check and correct the amount

      Please check the below bill this is my consumer number[protected]. For last few months meter reading was in between 90 to 150 all of sudden how did you take the reading as 758 unit for last month. Please check and revise the bill

        I mr. Liladhar m kholi residing at shree ganesh plaza phase ii, sector 1, khandacolony. This month we got the electricity bill with huge amount. Past two years we didn't receive this much amount. We are using only light, fan, washing machine, refrigerator & mixer. So we check this two days meater reading, daily it is coming 7-8 unit per day. Now a days we are notised that meater has over-reading. So kindly change my meater as per as early as possible.

              Sir, i applied to the mseb office, sub division risod in june 2016 for electric meter at my home at village chinchamba bhar tq risod. That the said office issued me electric meter in may 2019 and now the meter is at my home and electrical supply was there in may 2019. That since may 2019 the said office has not issued electric bill to me till today. That i have complained the same to the mseb office washim tq + dist washim but no satisfactory action is taken and till today no electric bill issued to me thanks

                    There are slabs of per reading count like
                    0-100 3.40 rs
                    [protected].47
                    300- onwards etc

                    As reading was taken together jointly count got increased and rate slab also changed which results in very high bill with other charges.
                    This is insane, it should be rectify.

                        I am regular payer of the bills for my complex[protected] and we are seeing that our consumption is so less than also my bills are coming around 12000 and above every month. Can you please look into the proper meter and get the calculation done on the consumptions.

                        As well there is an bill of rs 30, 410.00 - for month of july.. On what basis the bill is arise.

                            I hav applied for new connection as on 13/01/2020 my application no. Is 25687122
                            & i hav already paid deposit as on 22/07/2016 but i hav not yet received new connection from msedl. I need this new connection very urgently bez i hav agri fram with 6 buffelos are there.& my parents are aged around 60 to 67 years old. They hav facing very serious problems without electricity.

                            As per division office i hav applied second application as on 15.07.2020 my application no. Is 27025607.

                            I hav kindly request you allowed me new connection as per your requirements.

                              I am mr. R. D. Patil your customer for last 41 years (Customer no.[protected] bill unit no. 4136 at post aaravi tel shrivardhan dist raigad).

                              As you can imagine, the cyclone on june 3, 2020 caused severe damage in raigad district and also caused a lot of damage to electricity. However, thank you very much for the good work done by your system in this covid 19 situation and today the light of my village has been restored after one and a half months.

                              But while working on the light, he unintentionally and deliberately changed the exact location of the old 45-year-old electric pole and dug a pit in front of my house and pointed it out to his staff, mr. Arvind kendra. I am living in thane to support my family.

                              Even with the previous idea, your employee mr. Arvind kendra has changed the location of the electric pole behind my back without giving me any idea. It's annoying and risky and very dengerous for me. I'm sure you'll make the right decision.

                              You are kindly requested to transfer the electric pole location to the old location. The exact location is right on the corner of the house and it does not bother anyone at all.

                                Last month (July 2020) I am not present at my home, I went to village with my family and returned after 40 days, MECB charged me more than average bill, please send me below average bill because I don't use electricity in July 2020.

                                      Subject: complaint for incorrect and very high june 2020 bill for consumer no.[protected]

                                      Dear sir/madam

                                      This is to inform you that i have received incorrect and very high electricity bill for month june 2020 of rs 19430.

                                      Kindly note that every month before due date i had sincerely paid my mseb bills through online citi bank cc.

                                      Please find below summary of my bill details from feb 2020 to june 2020 paid before due date every time.

                                      1. Bill month : february 2020, amount - rs 3190 & paid on 10 mar 2020 before due date

                                      2. Bill month : march 2020, amount - rs 3190 & paid on 13 apr 2020 before due date

                                      3. Bill month : april 2020, amount - rs 2230 & paid on 13 may 2020 before due date

                                      4. Bill month : may 2020, - no mseb bill received and thus was not sure what was the payment as zero bill

                                      5. Bill month : june 2020, amount - rs 19430 & not paid yet as awaiting clarity why all the old payment units were added to june 2020 month.

                                      Please note i have gone through the last three months bill cycle and also june month high bill which is generated and all this is due mseb taking in to account my last four months units together from feb ’20 to jun ’20 of total units 2164 and same put in to units charges of higher slabs and therefore bill is generated of high amount. I need explanation why all the units of my paid bills from feb to apr 2020 were added to my june 2020 bill.

                                      Kindly note i have been a sincere citizen and duly paid my mseb dues always on time. Since i did not receive may-2020 bill so was not sure what was the payment due and now this june 2020 very high bill is not correct.

                                      I request you to kindly deduct my feb, march & april units from the june 2020 bill and provide the corrected june 2020 with proper units for the payment at the earliest.

                                        Dear sir / madam,

                                        I am currently residing at sai srishti chs in bhandup west, which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no.[protected], area code 4734. I was shocked to receive the current month bill (No. [protected]) for an amount of rs. 11, 460.00. My monthly electricity bill amounts generally range between rs.3000 to 3700 and consumption units 330 - 390. The bill for june 2020 is almost thrice the amount of my regular bills.

                                        I investigated the matter from my side to find out the error and i noticed that the meter consumption unit for the current bill is excessively high compared to previous consumption units. Please refer the below table:
