Sir my home light supply was not working to 7am so i will call macbook office in junnar so this officeer say me write complete in office so i will go office in complete in writing
So any officer was not coming in my house in light repier so plz contact this office and solve my problems
My consumer no. Is[protected]. I got a bill amount of rupees 2750 in 8th February.(from January 8 to February 8).monthly usage never exceeded 750.we expected lesser amount during this term because we didn't use fan because of the cold season. It is sure that it's a faulty bill.please initiate action soon on this matter.

    My consumer no:[protected], 4595/akurdi sub division/bhosari division
    From last one year march 2019, i was not receiving the bill with correct reading. I registered a complaint with their customer care, complaint no[protected] dated 07.12.2019 for asking to take correct action twice regarding readings. But msedcl didnot take any corrective action on it. Suddenly this month on 27 jan 2019 they handedover a bill of rs. 9920/-, where as i have paid all my dues through online as per the bill received. I look forward to resolve these matter, since all the payment has been made every month.

    I have visited thrice for asking the revised bill and submitted the application. There is always feedback to come after 7days. I am worried about this. For This month i have got an revised bill of Rs.10, 310/- Saying to pay. Attaching reference photo of application form. Is there no sincerity in them for their work. I
    My small home having 2 fan, 4 led lights, 1 fridge, and monthly bill Is not below rs. 300/- as compared to neighbor who have AC, giser, water purifier, as heavy electronic appliances.

      Sir, there is electric wire on top of my shop it is literally on the roof of my shop. There were earlier accident happened there was some loose wire hanging and the current was passing through my shop walls and iron gates, At that time I called the staff from MSEDCL office they get it done, but I am afraid that might happen again or there might be spark in wire which turn into fire and it could get worse, I request you to look out the matter and do something with the wire passing above my shop otherwise MSEDCL will be the responsible if any accident occur in future.

        I am yogita rohidas patil customer of mseb me and my family is under huge fear of ht lines passing too close from my home, my 9 year old son acciedentely touched that wires but by the grace of god he survived, i am tried too many to complain through written request about this to junior engineer of mseb office of my area from nearly 2 months but they are not accepting it, i am completely hopeless now and really feared about my famili's life please help me and my family...

          I have been paying an amount of approximately Rs 300/- as monthly electricity bill for last one year .
          Suddenly I received a bill of amount Rs 4550/- for last month which I was not able to pay. My meter got cut and I somehow managed to pay the bill in the last week.
          The same meter was fixed again however the meter is not registering the unit consumption properly.
          Please help.
          I have paid the bill two Timesfor January. Will I get reverted or will it be added in the next bill. I pay bills online so when I logged in I saw that the bill is showing due even after I have paid it already. Therefore I paid again so please let me know what will happen to my money

              My mahadiscom consumer no:[protected] and my last bill payment was on 02-dec-2019 of rs. 1, 510.00 for the month of nov. And got the new bill for dec (1, 306.85) for which due date is some how 6-jan which i'm unable to pay due to some personal issue and on 21-jan-2019 i received the bill for the month of jan which included my dec (Rs. 1, 306.85) month dues + jan month bill (Rs. 827.43) = 2, 130.00 for this bill the due date is 06-feb-20 so i'm planning to pay it in 2-3 days but before the due date of this bill.

              But today staff of mahadiscom came to my home and they harrasses to disconnect our line & meter. My mom told them that my son will pay it in 2-3 days but they are not ready to listen anything, also they don't have manner how to talk with seniors they are just wanted to cut connection like anything but after some conversation they told if possible than pay in 30 min otherwise we will cut your connection.
              I also called customer care no. Mseb-[protected] to tell all the story but one executive telling that they can disconnect your connection for bill due of only month.
              My concern is
              : why m/s. Mahadiscom is not providing trainings to their staff on how to behave and how to talk with the customer.
              : can m/s. Mahadiscom not provide the time (2-3days) or wait till due date of next bill.

              After receiving call from my mom, i've paid total rs. 2, 130.00 from one payment app but behavior and rules of mahadiscom is not acceptable.
              Kindly look into this matter and take the corrective action.

                I had first complained about it on 24th july 2019 (I have attached the receipt). It's been a year but still the meter has not been replaced. I again complained about it going personally to the officers a few months later. All they said was "we dont have meters in stock". I'm getting excess bill for the past one year & through thus portal i want the authoritues to know of the irregularities. Please look into the matter.

                      Today there is one big accident happened on marunji road, the person who was driving has been dead on the spot. This is the point where no street light from laxmi chowk to marunji gaon. No one is taking care of human life only peoples are selling flats no provision of basic facilities like street light. No street light from atul nagar corner to citrine society as well

                      Please fix this urgently to avoid risk of our life.

                        I have 1rk flat at karrm ngari, at pimpri - post dahisar, panvel mumbra road. This comes under shilphata subdivision. My flat is locked always, not in use. But i got bill of 3000/-. I complained mahavitaran office at desai naka and kalyan phata. Mr. Amol made vr report (Verification report) two times.
                        Mr. Avinash reduced my bill to 1000/-. I paid bill in cash. But this bill is not reduced in system. When i check my bill on msedcl pay bill site, it is 2850/-
                        Now mr. Amol says he is not responsible for this. He says, he has done his work but it did not get approved from head office at bandra. Mr. Avinash does not picks up my call.

                            My village name is kamewadi, which is in kolhapur district, taluka : chandgad.
                            My parents whose age is around above 70.in last flood they lost there home including electric connection. Now they return at there broken house and they are requesting for electric connection from last three week, but still they didn't get connection yet.
                            After lot of request wire man never come on request in my village, rather than he send third party person for his work. And this third party person ask for lot of money for little work. Still people pay for it because they don't have other options but still this third person is so arrogant and miss behaved person. If mseb people work honestly then we don't face those kind of persons.

                                आपल्याला काळवंतांना अतिशय खेद वाटतो कि आपल्या विभागा कडून कोणत्याही प्रकारची शहनिशा न करता या महिन्याचे वीज बिल वितरित केले गेले कारण आमच्या संपूर्ण कॉलनी मध्ये मीटर रिडींग करीत समंधित कर्मचारी आलाच नाही आमच्या भागात त्याचा शेड्युल १५ तारखेचा असतो पण तो १७ पर्यंत देखील आला नाही म्हणून महावितरण च्या अँप मधून तक्रार नोंदवली तक्रार क्र. ०००००४४०२८७२ परंतु नेहमी प्रमाणे आपल्याला त्याचा काहीही फरक पडत नाही असेच झाले परिणामी आज एव्हरेज रिडींग चे बिल पाठवण्यात आले हि वाळ्याच्या दिवसात विजेचा वापर अतिशय कमी असताना एव्हरेज बिलाचा भुर्दंड आम्ही ग्राहकांनी का भुगतावा ? सबब या बाबत योग्य खुलासा आपल्या कडून व्हावा हि अपेक्षा करावीशी वाटते .

                                  My consumer number[protected].
                                  Before i write down i want you to read it fully to know my complaint concern.

                                  My old meter display was not showing readings so i did complaint on (1 july 2019).
                                  Then they replaced my meter after 5 months on (12 november 2019).
                                  Since after replacement i should have been charged as per new meter readings.
                                  But still as on today (16 january 2020) i am being charged as per old average bill of 401 units (Which exceeds my usage) even two months after you replaced old meter. Since i take this to your notice on (1 july 2019) it should not have been taken 8 months for this to happen.

                                  Please explain
                                  1. Why i am not being charged as per replaced meter readings?
                                  And instead why are you charging me as per average usage of 401 units (Which exceeds my usage) though i had took this to your notice eight months before i. E. On 1 july 2019?.

                                  2. Also please let me know shall i have to pay for both i. E. 1. Average reading 2. Readings on replaced meter. If yes, then how can you charge twice for a single use?

                                  I had take this to notice to your local office in manmad time to time and then wrote.
                                  Please take a serious note of this and revert as soon as possible.
                                  I have attached the scan documents as proofs.

                                  I have wrote this to customer care of the company but my complaint was closed without taking any efforts and without solving my issues.

                                  What should i do to solve this issues regularly happens with many consumers like me?.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I undersigned mr. Avdhut vitthal yandekasar, residing at bhom, kolgaon, sawantwadi, dist-sindhudurg wish to request you to provide compensation or rent per month for 1 msedcl dp and electricity poles which are setup unauthorized in our land from last 20-25 years along with ht wires which are going overhead through our land bearing survey no.96/43-44. Due to this dp, poles and high tension wires there is always risk to our property, tress as well as lives. Also we can not utilize our land for cultivation or any other reason. I had followed with concerned officers of sawantwadi and kudal msedcl office from last 2 years but no action has been taken in this regard,

                                    So i request you to kindly remove these poles, dp, wires from our land with an immediate effect or provide compensation or rent to us per month including rent of last many years as per electricity rule 2003 and licence rule 2005.

                                      My consumer number is[protected] and our meter is fixed outside the home to take proper measure of electricity consumed however in some month nobody comes to take meter reading and i am getting charged with big fat bills.
                                      Last time i got this query resolved offline but it's happening very frequently now.
                                      Please find attached photo which i downloaded from mscbe website, my meter is fixed outside and very much accessible to take readings but you guys are not taking efforts to take proper reading and charging customer with this much bills.

And your officer in branch does not know to talk to a customer. They are just chit chatting but not helping the customer. We are requesting you to look into this and want the refund for extra amount asap.
