My name is sanjaykumar jain from i last 3months i got average and high bill.. I talk many times with local mseb engineer but he don't have time from last 3monts.. It is very difficult to talk with government employees..
They will give me an average bill of 282 units.. Per month i now the bill value is 7340rs..

    Today 14/11/2019, the employee of mseb without intimation had cut our power supply and our neighbours bill accepted at the time when you employee is cutting the power supply but did'nt accepted our bill amount and gone after cutting the power supply. Also, at the time of reconnection charges i paid 200/- and he did'nt gave me the remaining amount when i asked for remaining amount he said that he thought i've gone & he can keep my remaining amount without any record or receipt.

      As i had complaint earlier regarding the faulty meter reading and after making long follow up with msedcl, the engineer mr. Rathod from panvel office suggested to check my meter with parallel meter whether it's giving any difference in reading. They installed this parallel meter on 11th november 2019. As i am daily checking reading i found that after installing two meter my daily consumption is coming at 6 units per day even after using geyser for 10 minutes. So how the single meter was showing the reading of 9 to 10 units per day previously without using geyser? After installing parallel meter the load gets distributed properly and giving the proper reading where single meter unable to bare such load and because of this showing excess reading than actual.

      These new digital meter don't have the capacity to work properly on heavy load. And because of this customers have to bare such heavy bill amount.

      I want to know from the msedcl, the proper functioning of these new digital meters. How it's functions and on what basis it's gives reading? Also before installing this meter what are the test and inspection it's going through. And also what it's capacity of ic?

        We are compelled to write this letter as we have been facing frequent power cut off issues almost every 2 to 3 day interval from past several months. Since other areas have no issues except ours due to broken, loose wires that got disconnected. We have lodged formal complaints time to time but department doesn't seem to be serious on its permanent solution they just come over & temporarily joins the wire that got broken again after few hours.           Dear sir,

          Myself priya nadar, i am currently residing in a rented apartment in koparkhairane as a tennant. Electricity bill from july i am getting extensively high as compare to previous month viz. Rs. 80. I usually do not stay there for long house is vacant since august, got the bill at around 1550, 880, 2550 rs.in last 4 months.. I think there is some sort of mistake while taking a reading. Or there is theft going on.

          Kindly look in to the same and resolve the issue. I am also attaching my bill for your ready reference.

            Hi,

            We are being charged for a faulty meter and it is displayed in the bill as faulty. Yet, they have not changed the meter and we have complained via their app but for the past 1 week, there has been no solution to it, no emails, no calls, noting.

            We do not live there yet this is happening. If meter is faulty, it is their responsibility to get it changed to a functional one.

              I have given complaint in writing along with documents demanded by the concerned official to additional executive engineer, mahavitaran (East), udyam nagar, kolhapur on date.16/09/2019.

              But no change has been done nor it is reflected in october 2019 light bill. Kindly do the needful and intimate me intime else i will approach consumers forum for complaint redressal.

                As i complaint regarding my faulty meter reading the msedcl arranged meter check with their accucheck equipment. As they checking with my meter while counting reading for geyser they found that the meter showing consumption of 2.5kv which is not possible for such small geyser. The geyser is having capacity of 1 ltr and the company sets it's consumption for 1 kv. So how this meter showing such faulty reading.
                Even after this also the engineer mr. Manore and mr. More not paying attention towards this issue. Just insisting that this consumption is current and i am using such high electricity. These both engineer are not paying any attention towards customers issue. They both are stealing the money of customers by imposing such faulty reading.

                The ware was disconet on the road & the light was flow on the ware

                  I have paid rs 3900 bill of month of september online by using phone pay app bt it's still showing the bill in october which is 5330 with adding the last paid bill off 3900 by mistake i had paid rs 5330 on phonpay app can i get refund my money my consumer no is[protected]. If the bill was already paid why it not subtract from latest bill i have to pay rs 1430 bt because of the mistake it was 5330 n by mistake i have paid it so please refund my money or give me any solution

                    Our last light bill amount ws 7, 886 we are not getting the reason of access amount of light bill recently we got light bill of amount 2045 we have already told to do the changes but bill amount is still the same kindly do the changes at least u the previous light bill my parents are retired. At least we should for what we have to pay this much amount if we are not using any other electronic appliances such as washing machine heater or ac and those who are using they are getting lower amount of light bill than us

                      This is for customer no:[protected] reena digant shah - 208 jai ambe industrial estate, pimplas. The meter got burnt in aug 2018 and from then on there is no electricity consumption, but there is about 2000 units charged in period oct to dec 2018. I visited your titwala mseb office and lodged complaint with ms. Pawar and she confirmed there is wrong adjustment and it will be recitifed on monday when mr. Hazare will be in office.

                      My godown is shut and there is no acitivity. It is creating lot of stress if some wrong adjustment is done at your end.

                        With reference to the subject noted above, i most humbly submit that since february, 2019 to till date my electric meter showing consuming reading 55 units and status faulty, therefore, i have made many more written and oral complaints to your local msedcl office but the said office has not shown any interest to change my electric meter by saying that they have not available new electric meters so they are unable to change the electric meter, on the other hand, by saying that if you meet their local lineman for the same query and to pay something for the change of electric meter, they will manage it and would be changed the electric meter immediately.
                        Hence, it is my humble submissions that kindly change my above said electric meter immediately and took necessary action against the concerned

                          I am sangeeta shukla (Customer no.[protected]. I am facing problem with hight bill amount, infact i have given this property on rent to a doctor, who is there for hardly 4 hrs in a day six days in week only, in the name o[censored]sage he is using only one tubelight and fan still i am facing high meter reading and hight bill amount.. It seems no one checks meter or does reading properly.

                            The wireman of our area is not working properly. From 3 to 4 days our mseb supply was not available due to cut out of jumper till he not resolve our problem. So please take action against him and try to give us mseb supply regular. Only one phase is available other two phases are not available. Before 1 month the cable coming from single phase transformer are got cut but he just made a joint with with our overhead conductor and also he put it open.

                            I'm the resident of dnyaneshwar nagar, please request to MSEB talegaon dabhade, please solve the problem of ALL DP, should be finalized at least festival or any Days of holiday, Today's is Padawa but all dnyaneshwar nagar in spend day without light, please ensure that, if we pay for better service then MSEB should give better service

                              My consumer id is[protected] under nalasopara west sub division bu 4375.
                              My flat in nirman amrut was unoccupied since october 2015. I got bill of rs. 65380 in april 2019. When i complained in july vide my complaint no 11783590. I was told to resolve the matter within one month cycle. Not only my complaint was not resolved, my meter was also disconnected and confiscated. When approached the concered authority in nalasopara west i was told no pd was submitted nor the meter is traceable

                                  I made several complaints regarding the faulty meter reading of msedcl company. Till now i haven't received any proper feedback from them and i doubt that they might disconnect my connection and charge me unnecessary of rs. 5000/-. As i told you that this msedcl just trying to steal money from the customers. This stealing they are doing with the help of their faulty meter. After making the complaint they don't even entertain the customers. They just insisting that the reading is as per the consumption. They are not listening to the customers complaint at all. I send them number of mails also regarding the same but they are of no use. They are not even entertaining it also. So is it going to effect any on them to resolve my issue?
                                  Want your quick action. As it is such a long period they haven't acted on it.

                                    I am getting excess billing units charged from april 19 to october 19.
                                    I have not used electricity during these periods but consumption o[censored]nits shown in bills as under :

                                    April 19 9 units
                                    May 19 25 units
                                    June 19 85 units
                                    July 19 10 units
                                    August 19 5 units
                                    October 19 19 units

                                    Total excess 153 units

                                    The meter reading also shows zero ie no units consumed.
                                    Hence, i should be charged only the fixed charges of rs 90- per month as applicable.
                                    I have paid the excess amount charged to me to date and i request you to refund me this charge for excess units

                                      I am not using electricity from last 2 month and it is switched off and i am out of india also but still i can see wrong bills are coming from last 2 months.
                                      For this issue i created a service request and tried to call on all numbers but no one helping on that. They are just playing like call here and there.

                                      I am attaching online bill where it is clearly we can see like previous and current reading are same but still bills are coming. And also in consumption it is showing 93 units that is really wrong.
