Our latest bill enclosed with this letter.

We would like to inform you that we continuously getting average bill since last 3 months.
Our shop had closed from june 2019 and we getting 400 average units from last 3 months.
We request you to please look into matter and send your person to visit our shop once.
And also we request you to shut off the meter temporarily as we have close down the shop.
We would inform you when we will open it again.
We herewith request you to kindly visit our premises and re assess our accounts and give us credit for unused units.

I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

    We have recevied the bill amt - 26, 490/ which was due on 9th oct 2019.

    This shows vry high and unjutified all of of sudden. How come meter come all of sudden.

    Pls arrange survey o[censored]sage. Also as a consumer how we will deposit such a high amount, when there is no fult.

      We have put a application for load extension at vashi sector17 mesb office on 17.09.19 but today's date 17.10.19, till date no demand for application is generated and both offices sector18 and sector 1 are just making excuses that it will be done from sector18 office if you go to sector1 office and viseversa. We request senior officials to take a serious action on this which work should have been finished within a week irrespective of any office. And why it is not done instantly

      Meter reading taker is not take readings on time. He took readings as he want on any date or any time. So because of this our reading is going above 100 unit and it charge us for 6.95 ₹. so I request you please take action on reading taker of my area. But i also know that MSEDCL is very bad at service. I hope you will solve my complaint.

        Dear sir/madam
        I the resident of Sara Metroville society located at punawale having more than 60 families as residents have noticed that there's an electrical pole along with earth wire inside our society premises where we have the walkway around our clubhouse. Senior citizens and adults and even children pass by that electrical pole which is very dangerous. It is a serious threat to the lives of residents of our society.
        Prompt action may please be taken at the earliest to avoid any mishaps.

            I am a msedcl lt domestic consumer. Consumer no.[[protected]] in at post bibi tq lonar dist buldana msedcl has disconnected my supply without any notice / pre intimation.
            I have paid a sum of rs. 6670/= online dated month sep 2019, and asked the mseb bibi for connect the supply, however, msedcl bibi office refused to reconnect the supply, saying the connection is permanently disconnected.

            This is unjust to me. Kindly look in to the matter and re connect my supply without any further delay.

            Please inform me the conditions when msedcl is authorised to permanently disconnect a domestic consumer's supply without prior intimation / prior notice as per merc rules / guidelines. I have all ready paid the pd meter bill but mseb office inginear has demand the new connecton then i will paid the new connection sum of rs. 1050 rs then mseb bibi inginear rathod sir have not provide me new metre connecton

            Your immediate reply is highly awaited, since i do not have a power supply @ my home.

              I am currently residing at flat a 202 building no –f wing-a mahavir kunj katkar pada boisar -401501 which is having electricity connection bearing consumer no[protected] today i was shocked to received the currently electricity bill of month oct-2019 rs:-4970/-even my monthly electricity bill amount generally range between rs:-700/-in investigated the matter from my side to find the the error and notice that the meter reading last 4 month showing more unit than the current meter reading which is impossible. And find that you meter status :faulty even my meter reading showing perfectly and very clearly, i m informing to you that i visit on your office every month and show to him meter reading and corrected bill amount and i conform that i paid same amount every month due to this reason i have loss my valuable time i m giving the reading detail last 4 month and a copy of bill,

              Bill for the month Aug 19 is abnormally high at Rs. 3770.00. Units consumed shown at 330 units whereas normally for the past six months consumption is in the range ot 40 to 80 units.
              Its been 3 hours without power supply, i and many other resindents are in lot of trouble due to no power supply in our area

                Hi,

                I am digambar manjrekar and have a m. S. E. B electricity connection at my home in badlapur (Thane) with consumer no.[protected].

                The bill for the month of august 2019 came to rs. 11, 200/- with consumption for the months as 896 units which is faulty.

                I also brought to mseb's attention due to very heavy rains and flooding in badlapur on 26-27th july and 3-4th august, 2019 my meter was completely under water and this could be the reason for faulty reading.

                My previous consumption units are as below-

                171, 357, 374, 291, 128, 104, 89, 86 and so on.. The highest reading of 350+ for 2 months are due to summer and justifiable. Also the current consumption came to 200+ units but still the electricity board is not taking my previous and current units in consideration and asking to pay the full amount.

                I have made 2 complaints online through their app and also physically submitted a complaint to local office but there is no action taken.

                I would like mseb to look into my concern and make the necessary corrections in my bill.

                In RKVAH Load adjustment figure 470160 appears in the bill, which is at higher side & not acceptable. Due to this figure, MSEDCL has charged PF penel charges Rs. 57493.29 in the bill for Sept-2019. It is requested to correct the same & issue a fresh bill.
                Yesterday night about 3 power went and now it s 12 noon of next day please resolve the same..since we are suffering

                There is correction in the spelling in the name of my bill. The corrently it's showing VANDANA BABU PAWAR. but it is actually VANDANA BAPU PAWAR.
                Sir as the electricity bill is one of the important documents, so I request you to correct it soon.

                        Meter reading of my small office was taken after a gap of more than 11.5 months. Even when my office was almost closed in last 4 months, the consumption being shown is 10066 units and meter reading as 18788.
                        Even the meter reading taken on 10th of october 2019 is 8957.3 only.
                        Against an average billing of 165 units per months, i have been sent a ridiculous bill of rs.100400/=.

                        Even though it appears to be a clear case of faulty meter reading taken by the staff of mahadiscom, kharadi, pune office of mahadiscom is neither ready to admit their mistake nor prepared to recheck the meter reading or check if the meter is faulty. They are forcing me to first pay the amount and then only they would check the meter.

                              My consumer no is[protected], staying in kamothe navi mumbai. I am facing power disruption since 1:00am of 8th oct2019. I tried all customer care no but unable to concerned officer.
                              Till the writing this complaint power supply was not restored in our building and even our area.
                              It very pathetic that power not restored to normalancy even after 14 hrs of blackout.
                              Request to pls look into the matter at earliest and ensure power supply to be restored for all.

                                I would like to bring to your notice that the number for enquiring about electricity in sector 35 (Contact number:[protected] never picks up the phone even after several attempts. This is not once or twice, but several times. It is the responsibility of the person in charge to communicate the time required for restoring back the electricity, especially during the night. But the above number is never responding. The other numbers for other sectors in kamothe pick up their phones, but they have no idea about the other sectors and know only about their sectors.

                                Yes this is sheer nonsense from electricity department. Our power is cut since more than 12hours now but not advance communication order or notice was shared with consumers.
                                Is this slums that we are living in?
                                Is this how cidco plan city bodies supposed to operate?

                                Moreover this is not limited electricity but we face simlar problems in water supply as well.

                                  My consumer no. Is[protected]. The connection is in the name of sudesh marutirao rokade. Address b - 23, pradnyangad appartment, off sinhgad road pune
                                  Billing unit - 4612/peshwe park sub-dn/parvati
                                  The flat is generally not occupied, because, we stay there occasionally when we come to pune. On 30th september 2019, when i went to the house, i found there was no power in my flat. When i checked at incoming supply, a wire was found to be disconnected. I got the wire connected from an electrician, because, it was not a sealed connection.
                                  Next day morning (1st october) i went to pay the bill, which was rs.2200/-. I deposited rs.3000/- at @10 am & obtained receipt.
                                  When i came back home in the evening, again i found the power was off, when i asked to check, i found my energy meter was not in place. When i checked with security guard, i was informed, that, meter was removed by msedcl at about 12.30 pm.
                                  I do not understand, how & why msedcl should remove the meter after the bill was paid. There is no notice given. Next day when i went to enquire, i was told, 2nd october being holiday, nothing can be done.
                                  I do agree that bill was overdue till 30th september, but, when the bill was paid, why was the disconnection needed. The payment receipt enclosed.
                                  I urge to reinstall the meter.

                                      I had raises name change request[protected] on mscb portal on 8th july 2019 and it has been assigned status for last 3 months.

                                      After request seeing my request in assined/ received status i called customer care and executive informed me it will take 2 billing cycles to approve. I waited for 2 billing cycles that is july and august and started calling them whenever i get chance but always get reply from them that it will change in next billing cycle for last 3 months and providing wrong information in very arrogant way.

                                      I called mseb call center on 28 sep 2019 and the executive told me that she will follow up with sub division office the get it resolve asap.

                                      Then no repose after 6 days i again call on 4th oct 2019. (Today).

                                      I called them 4 times on this day,

                                      1st time executive shouted at me and unwillingly disconnected call.

                                      2nd time i called again routine inquiry the were telling me wait for one more billing cycle then i asked to transfer call to senior executive after hesitation they transfer the call to senior execitive called monika, first she informed me same thing and disconnected the call unwillingly.

                                      3rd time i called it went to mumbai mseb call center as i informed by neha kumbhar and after same rutine enquiry i asked them to transfer the call to senior executive then they routed my call on floor to 2-3 executive and after forcing them from me they transfer call to neha kumbhar and she told me that she will call to sub division office and arrange call back within an 1 hour at 1.10 pm and disconnected call. I waited for their call back till 3.00 pm and called again 4th time.

                                      After same rutine enquiry they were telling me this ia not name change request, it is correction in name hence i have to visit sub division office and fill form and produce document there.

                                      Then i asked whether the online process i am following is correct or wrong but she doesn't answered instead repeatedly telling me to visit sub division office then i asked her to redirect call to senior executive as my issue ia not resolved. Then unwillingly she transfer call to monika senior executive and the most arrogant person i saw in my life. Instead of listen to me she started shouting at me that i am calling repetitively and harrasing them and told to visit sub division office and cut the call when i denied she told me to do whatever i have to do.

                                      Is this we are expecting from mseb customer care. If it was private company customer executive then won't behave like this. It ia really hearting.

                                      I'm giving complaint and according to electrician meter change challan paid to main office and till date continually folloup but till date meter not change they will not continually avoiding this complaint

                                        I have not yet received electricity bill from date of connection. It's more than 5 months and nobody comes to take my meter reading. I have visited msedcl-sangvi subdivision pune office, they said route number needs to be updated and they have asked for neighbours light bill i have submitted that as well.

                                        Visited the msedcl-sangvi subdivision pune office more than 3 times and submitted the required details and documents but still i have not received correct light bill.
