So far, so good. Mahanagar Gas is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. We hope Mahanagar Gas will keep up the work and continue to help more customers with their concerns even better 🤝

I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE STAFF OF MAHANAGAR GAS-THANE UNIT WIDE CRN NO. 1021204 DATED 12TH DECEMBER 2007. TILL TODAY THERE HAS BEEN NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS IF ANY KIND NOR ANY FOLLOW-UPS. IT'S LITTERALLY A CASE OF "TAKING PEOPLE FOR A RIDE" AND "DEVIL MAY CARE ATTITUDE"
