In August 2010, I recv. a bill from MGL with charge of Rs. 50/- as compensation for shortfall. I was also surprised that the Meter reading was shown zero.
I called up to support service where I was informed that since their person had visited my house thrice but door was locked hence they have taken average consumption and it shows zero reading. (In MGL the mathematics seems little poor where Avg meter consumption is Zero. Does any body got an answer Zero in any average method). I was not ready to accept the argument that person had come thrice, so demanded the dates when he has visited, and they had no answer when the visit was made (They how come three visit is calculated)
Further, they infomed that as there is no reading a charge of Rs. 50/- as compensation for shortfall is billed as per co. policy.
Dear Friends, can you understand the methodology adopted by co. to charge custmer Rs. 50/- randomly. Since amount is not big, generally customer shall pay this PENALTY.
Now, just understand how a big name multinational co. is playing smartly to pick pocketing by small amount charges which generally customer shall not pay attention to.

    Corruption is inseparable from India. India is corruption personified. In India looking for honesty is like trying to find a virgin in a maternity labour ward.

    MGL is one of the several agents of corrupt practices that makes India what it is today. Providing Piped Natural Gas (PNG) is one of the (dis)services it offers its customers in Mumbai and its satellite cities.

    I subscribed to its PNG service that was started in March 2010. After installation my family members found that the gas burners on the stove would get extinguished when turned to SIM mode.

    Complaining to MGL and to its agencies proved a miserable experience and gave only headaches while there was absolutely no work done to rectify the deliberate error by MGL. The deliberate error is simply a corrupt method of making the customer suffer and then make money by fleecing him/her. This is standard Indian practise. Complaining to the Police or going to the Courts only compound the problem. The problem is solved only if you use strong methods or quietly pay up money.

    MGL is putting the lives of several customers at risk by adopting this corrupt method simply to make some loose change. And this loose change assumes mammoth volume considering the volume of customers they cheat in a month or an year. Safety and Security of its users are compromised.

    Do not tolerate this. Speak up. Take action. For your and your family welfare. This country will not do this for you. Nobody will. You yourself will have to.

    PNG operates at a lower pressure than LPG. When customers switch to PNG, MGL is supposed to increase the bore sizes of both the brass nipples as well as of the gas cocks in the stove apparatus. MGL technicians increase the orifice size of the brass nipples while deliberately leaving the brass-cocks alone. Due to this the burner will get extinguished when put to SIM mode. Getting the MGL technician back into your home is a chargeable trip. He will also charge you for getting the bore sizes of the brass cocks increased on some pretext. What would the hapless ladies in the house or the men (who are generally not qualified to understand technicalities) do but pay up. MGL has already charged you for installation as well as the deposit well in advance. Then why this disservice and why this double charge?

    Will MGL stop this lowly corruption and make amends in my gas burners. I shall not pay, of course.

      Please prevent a Bhopal in Bombay

      Beware Mumbaikars and its suburbs. Your safety and life is at risk. This time it is the disservice of MGL that may put you and your family at risk. It could kill your neighbours too. Please pay attention.

      When you changed over from LPG gas cylinder usage to using the piped PNG offered by MGL if you noticed that your stove burners get extinguished after putting them on ‘SIM’ mode you are at grave risk. You must take immediate steps to keep you and your family safe.

      PNG operates at a lower pressure than LPG. Therefore the technicians that install PNG increase the orifice diameter of the stove burner nipples (that are designed for LPG use). But, if they also do not make a corresponding increase in the gas-cock you would face the problem I described.

      The technicians try to fleece consumers by demanding extra charges for doing this or they may simply not have the time to do all this work (depending on which part of the metropolis you are located or how educated or how strong you are at voicing your concerns). MGL cannot absolve itself of this service liability and any untoward happening will be sad. They charge us and do not do charity after all.

      What is the point in inviting Bhopal to Bombay? And no dead comes back to life. Breast-beating and head-banging is useless after an accident.

      The courts take lifetimes and justice-delivery is skewed in India. Buyer Beware.

      We "Skyline Millars Ltd" having a project name "SKYLINE OASIS"at vidyavihar premier road, vidyavihar west. This is inform you that you installed pipe line for gas connection at our building name Erbent & Tadmor at same complex, we seeking gas connection in kitchen area with meter and activation as we got the fire fighting NOC from fire brigade. And also paid all dues or charges toward MGL connection. After several reminding and calling to your area incharge or concern person ( Mr.Mausin Khan - [protected] / Ms.Rakhi - [protected] ) they are not responding our call and not even give any feedback for the same.         hi,
        This is Hardik Sanchla son of Shantilal V. Sanchala from kandivali(west) using mahanagar gas my meter
        no. 11037357 /CA no.[protected]. i was paying around 400 rupee per 2 mnth till now on
        mahanagar's bill but this mnth in june i recive the bill of 9657 rupee how could it be posible ? and i had made the payment of last april mnths bill.
        I contacted to mahanagar office in kandivali (east) they told me you have to make the
        payment but when i asked how i got this much bill amount then they told me we are giving an
        estimated bill till now, i showed them my previous bill's they told me this are all estimated. I am not capable to make this payment.
        And now i hav got a letter tellin we will disconect gas service.
        please gave me suggestion's or help me ...

          Sir,
          I am customer of Mahanagar Gas and my consumer number is :[protected].

          My MGL bill for the month of Jan '10 was a credit bill which was generated @rate of Rs. 11.13/- per unit. While the debit bill for the past and all future months are generated @rate of Rs. 12.09/- per unit.

          I have brought this inconsistency in billing rate to the company many times but have not received appropriate response from them. Every time I send them a mail they just reply back with a new complain number. Below is the list of complaint numbers that I have been given for the same matter:
          354607, 347772, 327945, 324648, 324673,319392,362158,363260,372272 ,383880, 389299,394258 , 403506.
          I have been following up with the company for the past three months, but to no avail. It is a matter of clear customer harassment from MGL. I have had as many as 28 to 30 mails back and forth but everytime it has been without any resolution. I can send you a copy of the mail trail in case required.

          Also , I would like to bring to your notice that no meter reading has been done on our premises for the past one year and all bills have been approximated. And it is due to this reason that they had sent me a credit bill for the month of Jan, when the actual bill should have been a debit bill.

          Please let me know what needs to be done with regards to my complaints.

            estimated bill, bad customer care service

            From last 6 month I am getting estimated bill from mahanagar gas, I had called to customer care but they are also not giving proper reply and also not ready to give the authorized contact person name and no. , to solve this problem

              I have applied for permanent Gas Disconnection of Mahanagar Gas Ltd. on 10.02.10 in person at Kandivali Office. I have copy of acknowledgement. Yesterday, I got call from Mr.Swaraj of Mahanagar Gas (Cell No.[protected]) regarding payment of Rs.550/- as disconnection charges. Here my complaint is inspite of giving some refund (Rs.5000/- were deposited before 1.1/2 year back) for disconnection to customer, how Mahanagar Gas can ask charges for disconnection of Gas connection? Is this the monopoly effect? Here MGL is taking benefit because they are the only supplier of pipeline gas.I have already applied for new connection by depositing Rs.6,000/- at my new residence before one month. Nothing is happening for new gas connection also. I dont know how this Company is working? Nobody is their at Kandivali to respond. Only the Receptionist is attending all call/complaints and PROs lines are always busy. They never take calls. Can anybody help me out this? - Avadhoot Patil - Cell: [protected].

                i send cheque to mahanagar gas against bill no. of rs 216/-. In the nxt bill they are charging me of rs200 of dishonuring chq & rs25 for dlay payment chg.I found with my bank no chq is coming to my bank.after that they reply to me your bank is not there where the chq address written on the chq .but i did paid all the chq to mahanagar gas from the first day & surprisngly i paid a chqwith same branch of mahanagar gas collection centre.please they are not listening to us help us
                Mahanagar gas says ur gas stove is leakage never belive those words, never allow them to enter in ur house, give them reading n close door, , mahanagar is 1 of d worst company in india who gave contract to private agent, agent will come n he will say i m from mahanagar gas, i am here to check ur gas leakage, then he will take match box he will on stove button, pull ur button for 2 sec n turn it on. Then he will show u leakage with d help of match it's pure trick for taking 300 to 500 rs., , , always say good bye to them through any way, push ur stove button.

                My dad i.e. Mr. Ramesh Chandu Shetty, had paid Rs.500/- against Registration Fee for piped gas connection in favour of Mahanagar Gas Ltd. via cheque no.670712 dated 3/4/03. However, we never availed the connection then.

                Today i.e. July 23rd, 2011, I called up the customer service requesting that we would be interested in getting the pipeline connection and informed that we had already paid the Registration Fees in 2003 and this money is still lying at their end. The first customer service personnel, Ms. Sangeeta on getting this information was extremely rude. Without investigating, she informed that the refund was made to us and hung up the phone.

                On calling back, the second customer service, Mr. Rama Jana, informed that he would investigate and informed that I call back around 3.00 p.m. the same day and by then the status would be provided.

                On calling back at around 3:30 pm, another customer service Ms. Korina kept making some excuse on pretext of Saturday and kept me on long hold. She then assured that from their Billing section someone would call before 6.00 p.m. and provide the status.

                I kept waiting till 6.30 p.m. and as expected by me there was no call. I think Mahanagar have appointed bunch of liars in their organization in name of customer service.

                They have been holding on to our Registration Fee right from 2003, we never questioned nor asked for any refund. Now, when we want to get the pipeline connection and on informing our Registration Fee money is already been paid. Their people are just not ready to cooperate. Is this the way an organization serve the people.

                We would like to have email id of Mahanagar to post this complaint.

                  Hello,

                  My CRN No:[protected]

                  From past 4 years, we have not been receiving regular bills, we gets bills like once in 6 months or so, I have been following with them regarding this issue, but still there is no resolution from their end.
                  To be honest their service is pathetic, suddenly one day they get up, check the meter reading on the system and just send the bill. The situation right now is so bad that they have send collection people at our house and they are threatening us for the payment,
                  the pending payment is about Rs 7000/- this was something uncalled for from their end when the matter is still not sorted, we are their clients, we always pay the bills on time, this has been a mishap from their end, every time I sent a complaint letter, all we get is we understand and we solicit your cooperation towards mutually enriching experience, up til now also, we do not get any bills on time. Now, they are asking us to clear the total amount in 1 go, that is not possible, we asked them that we shall the payments within 3 months in 3 installments, but they are threatening us to disconnect the connection, we just don't know what to do, ro where search for help.

                    I Have made full payment to MGL before 5 years.
                    In responce to the payment I have received a letter dated 15.04.2005
                    "we regret to inform you that,we anticipate a delay in providing our PNG conection in yr kitchen,inspite of our whole hearted & sincere efforts,for reason beyond our control."
                    In spite of our regular follow up I could not get my work done instead of considerable delay.
                    May I know from MGL (Mr. Surjeet Deka) Head Marketing.In black & white the reason of delay & the value of his letter in connection of
                    CRN -237485.

                    mahanagar gas ltd — No new connection event after 1 year

                    I have registered for a MGL connection in May 2007 and had given a cheque of Rs. 5000 then. Unfortunately, it bounced because it was deposited only in November 2007. In December, I requested customer care to send someone to collect another cheque. Since then I have been calling every month and each time I am told that within 3-4 days someone will contact me. Its been 1.5 years since I made my registration and no one seems to be taking any action to collect the cheque and give my connection. Since last 3 weeks, the customer care phone just keeps ringing without anyone responding at all.

                    Even their online complaint form never works. They have also mentioned no email address or other phone numbers where complaints can be registered.
                    If the headquarters is called, they just keep transferring from one number to another.
                    I will be approaching the Consumer court and ask for compensation for the delay.

                      When I tried to pay Last month's Bill before Due date, After reaching Mira road Post Office they told we are not accepting this company's bill here. After searching lot, Finally I found another Designated Bank, and Also at "Designated" Bank I was told that we dont accept Mahanagar Gas Limited's Bills here.

                      Then After searching 2 more Designated Shops I found that they remain Closed !!!

                      The Shops which is Designated in the website of Company remains Shut-Off.

                      As Bill becomes Overdue, I know Company will charge Rs. 25 as Delayed Payment Charges. I have send Email to Company but No reply received nor anyone called-up.

                      I have strong Objection on this type of management. It is written in Bill that "Pay Rs.10/= as handling Charges to Postman for Convenience."

                      My Question is WHY Company have not put up their own Collection Centre and why Company is forcing Consumers this type of Burden.

                      Will any Press Reporter, Consumer Court, NGO Take up this Matter? Does it Fits in MRTP Act?

                      What if Company Simply Disconnects and also Charges Delayed Payment. Can Company Morally and Legally do such things in such case? Coz its not mistake of Consumer but it's Company's fault.

                        Mahanagar Gas Ltd, Thane had laid down Gas Pipe Line at our Society at - Sai Sakshi Co-op. Hsg Society Ltd. at Mira Road (e) near Joggers Park, at Sai Complex, Next to Hotel Hardik Palace in the month of Oct.2009.
                        However till today connections not given.
                        We therefore request you if you are not giving connections within 8 days, please refund our deposit & connection charges collected by us with penalty & interest amount.

                          Hi ,

                          This is Rakesh Pai a resident of Neelamaya CHS, Plot No 35, Koparkhairane SEC - 1.
                          This is to bring to your notice that the Mahanagar Gas Ltd. had introduced gas pipeline for our society on November 2009. However the work started only on 28th December 2009 and they removed the tiles of the private garden area of our society.
                          As per the discussion the corporation had promised to replace the tiles that would be tampered free of cost.
                          After a few days they came and took away the waste materials left after the digging and said that the rest would be taken in the next round since the truck was loaded.
                          Also they refused to replace the tiles and said we would have to pay extra if the same tiles were to be installed. Also the waste mud and garbage was not collected.
                          They said that if we purchase new tiles they would fit it for free else it would be chargable. So we said as soon as we get the tiles we would intimate them.
                          The supervisor for the area Mr. Babu was contacted for the removal of the waste placed in the premises of the Row Houses but still after multiple calls he said that
                          it would be done the same day and even after 15 days now nobody has turned up.

                          This is a big shame that a very well knowned organisation as Mahanagar Gas has such a staff who harrass people by giving false information and instead of clearing of the stuff just say that we would do it soon. It has been so difficult for us since our private garden area is filled with all the old tiles and mud for 15 days unattended.

                          The agency named Transwind and the contact person Mr. Arun Ganoo has also seen the situation and yet nobody has helped.

                          This is a kind request to you to please let this be done as the earliest as it it causing a lot of hinderances and problem as small children are there in the society who might fall and get injured due to all this mess.

                          mahanagar gas ltd — WRONG METER READING

                          I HAVE LODGED COMPLAINT 4 DAYS BACK ON MAHANAGAR GAS LTD ON THEIR SITE FOR WRONG METER READING AND WRONG BILLING. I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM AS OF NOW. KINDLY ASSIST ME TO GET RESPONSE FROM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

                          mahanagar gas ltd — Cheque Deposited... No connection

                          We paid money (final Rs 2500) for installing the gas line and the cheque was deposited 2 months ago. The representative from MGL was supposed to come and start the gas line in the evening after taking the cheque. Everyone in the building have their gas lines functional. When we call to the Help line regarding this, we are told someone will come tomorrow and start. We've been pushed aside a lot.

                          They are very prompt in depositing and collecting the money for installation but dont show the promptness in getting the work done. This company clearly need to get their act together. My mother keeps calling and they tell to her to call some other no and the other no we call tell her to call the HELPLINE 1917 no. No one seems to take care or pay any attention to this matter. If they dont want to install, they should pay us back Rs 5000.

                          All queries by phone or e mail are simply ignored by MGL and there is no response from their side.

                          tiles — Delay in Payments

                          Dr, Raj is a total cheat, she delayed the payment of her clients.
                          This is just to inform the customers who are willing to buy a flat there.
                          Be ware of such a cheater...
                          Although I hv not received bill for current month however I received email from EBILL wherein the total bill amt payable from me is showing Rs.848/- My monthly consumption is around Rs.75 to Rs.100/- It seems there is a mistake in meter reading. please clarify

                          mahanagar gas ltd — no connection after 4 months of application with deposit

                          I had applied for new mahangar gas connection in the month of MAY 2009, after 3 months of follow up they ask me to pay the initial deposit and application charges( Rs 6000), the amount was paid in august 2009.
                          I am still following up for the connection, all you recieve is just assurance that it will happen.
                          I am following up with call center for new gas connection since 26-nov-2009 complain. no. is 251021 but no has visit our place. it is too mutch delaying in process can give proper guide line for do it asap

                          or give some contact no where we can asscalate this matter.

                          I am a resident of Matunga labour camp muncipal chawl,Matunga(East),Mumbai-400019.Some people are putting tiles for our lanes which actually we don't need.They didn't take our permission for putting the tiles and are saying that it is the work of BMC .The lanes were good unnecessarily and forcibly they are constructing the lanes.Due to this our house is going down and the road is coming up.They are packing all the gutters also due to which we will have problem in the future for water to drain off.This is a work of a political party for the upcoming election.The people are telling us forcibly to put the tiles otherwise their bill will not be passed.They are showing dadagiri in putting the tiles so that they can get the money and commission.
                          Kindly take the appropriate action against them.

                          mahanagar gas ltd — Very rude, impolite and non irresponsible behaviour from the team

                          Hi,

                          I have applied for gas pipeline connection for my residence in the month of July by paying the entire registration amount of 6000 in July itself. I stay in Andheri East in a 1BHK apartment. After this there was no update on the same front for the last 4 months. Then pipeline work started in the month of October end. I have waiting and requesting the team who has come for installation to get it done at my apartment as I had plans to travel for next 20 days. I did not get any response form the team and no commitment was given. I stay alone in the apartment and hence the installation requires my personal presence. Because of me working for 6 days in a week, i am not able to get time to get this done. I have taken special leaves for this work but the team has been very rude and showed no interest in completing the work. I also have personally stood witht hem for hours waiting to get their response. The team behaviour is very dissappointing and they have used abusive words in front of ladies and family. The supervisor name is Mr Anil and his incharge is Mr Pathan. The work is happeing at Raj Paradise Apartment in Andheri East and the gas has been registered on the mobile number of [protected] in the name of Ankur Mohindra. Kindly help me resolve this issue and strict action should be taken against such irresponsible people who are spoiling the name of Government's Agency.

                            Gas pipeline was laid down to our building i.e. "Om Sai Sakshi Co-op. Housing Society, at Sai Complex, Next to Hotel Hardik Palace, Near Joggers Park, Mira Road (East) Dist-Thane, in the month of October 2009, however till today gas connection was not given. If your company is not giving the connection please return our deposit amount with interest. Please reply.

                            Jupiter building Poonam sagar already have gas connection, I had applied for the gas connection for 003 B wings in the month of April; my application form no is SG/035805/1213. My cheque got cleared on 1-6-2012. I went several times, but they don’t give me the genuine reason for the delay.

                              The company never used to take meter reading for billing purpose.Bills are based on assessed consumption.During February 2008&June 2009 there was no bills.Actual meter reading was taken on 15/11/2009 ie after the lapse of 1year&6months.Bill for November 2009 is for328scm.Being an household user such high consumption is impossible especially in view of average monthly of 30scm.The price of gas escalated from Rs.10.51 to Rs.12.09 wef 18/07/2009.As there was no system of regular meter reading I have been billed at higher rate especially in view of the fact that the entire consumption pertain to a period priorto18/07/2009.I have ben roughly excess billed Rs.486.64+applicable vat My complained dated 01/12/2009 not acted up on by MGL.Being a retired person I am not in a position toget such mitakes rectified.CRN No.[protected],Bill No.[protected],CA:[protected]

                                Subject: No connection of pipe gas since last 3 years

                                Reference: Application for providing pipe gas connection dated 30/03/2006 &
                                Docket No. 738990 dated 28.01.2009

                                Sir,

                                On behalf of Mitraprem CHS, Postal colony road Chembur, Mumbai 400071 we had applied for the pipe gas connection in March 2006. We reapplied in 08 for the pipe gas connection as the previous records couldn’t be found. Responding to the request the company official Mr. Aftab visited our site & asked society consent letter which we submitted to Mr Aftab. Then Mr Aftab & others made survey of the site & with the consultation with society officials defined the layout of proposed pipe gas connection which was to be laid from the main header which is just 2ft away from the society entrance. It was confirmed that the work shall commence after the rainy season of 2008. from October 2008 we reminded Mr. Aftab every fortnight but only assurances were given. Meanwhile the approx. 100 me pipe line was laid for nearby Ganeshkripa society on war foot basis the reason best known to Mahanagar Gas ltd. While this work was going on we recalled Mr. Aftab to consider our application also but in vain. In April 2009 Mr Aftab simply refused to give connection from the header. We insisted for the connection from the header. Mr Aftab again assured the connection after the rainy season of 2009. From October 2009 we reminding Mr. Aftab but in vain. No progress so far done in our case while as other nearby societies have given connection from the header in the same period.

                                We request you to look into the matter & resolve the dispute at the earliest.

                                I agree totally. I paid Rs.500 on February 2010 and still await a connection. About two weeks ago, two men from Mahanagar Gas came to drill holes for the piping. I asked them to wait half an hour till I was free. That is the last we heard from Mahanagar Gas.
                                If they are this efficient, maybe we should stay with LPG.

                                  I hemen Bhatia am the resident of Mahavir Majestic CHS, Magnum-103, LBS Marg, Kanjurmarg-West, Mumbai-400078. I have a pipeline gas connection of Mahanagar Gas Ltd (MGL) for which I am continuously getting wrong billing, below is the history of the complaints I have registered to their customer care. I have taken the gas connection in the month of Jan-Feb 2008

                                  I was not getting bills for months; the first bill I got was in the month of Dec 08, which showed that the amount payable was around Rs. 6751 and the units consumed were Rs.571. Due to this error I had registered a complaint with MGL in the month of Dec 08 or Jan 08 and my complaint number as per their records is 61476. I was told the error would be rectified in the Feb 09 bill 09, but it was not and the bill of Feb 09 showed the previous bill amount as arrears. I again registered a complaint (Complaint no 29070) and was told that the bill would be rectified later.

                                  You would be shocked to know that I have made two more complaints recently (Complaint No – 240979 & 241011) as the bill I got recently is still showing wrong details. Th units consumption as of Nov 16, 09 is 142.318 out of whihc I have already paid Rs 400 on lumpsum basis, bu the consumption as per bill is still 714 units amounting to Rs. 8824. The bill is showing wrong arrears as well interest on arrears.

                                  I request Indian Consumer Complaints Forum to look into this matter, as I have literally got harassed from MGL for the mistake of theirs. I am alos showing the current bill which I have received.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    I would like to draw your attention that my last month's bill was Rs 355/- and unit was Rs 20/-. but this current bill is Rs 834/- and unit is 47 which is at a very higher side. So i have doubt that there is leakage or damage in my above mention meter no. Please look in to this matter as early as possible or you can send your person at my residence to check my above mention gas meter. For your ready referance current bill and till today (i.e 15 days time) my meter is showing[protected]i.e 62 units) which is again very high. Please take necessary action against this complaint.

                                      cooking gas — Wrongly Charged..

                                      Sir,We have been receiving wrongly charged Bills from u for the Gas Supply.We are only two persons & cooking is only once.For hot water Geaser & Solar system is used. Still we recd. 1st bill for Rs.400/- while all other neighbourers recd it for Rs 100 & 120/- only. We are complaining from very 1st bill.But nothing is heared.Thereafter I lodged a complaint with your office which was registered & a tech.was sent to visit & check our meter.He said that the meter is defective & needs to be replaced .Since then also I have phoned for several times But only getting the ans.as they will send a person for the purpose.But still no body has come to change the defective meter & as a result we are getting wrog charged.
                                      Your persons coming for taking Meter Reading are saying that it is not their job to report this matter to higher level.At last we had also requested to disconnect the meter/supply.,which is also not done yet.At last for last five months we have not allowed any person coming for meter reading to enter the house,complaining of the abovesaid matter. They kept on sending different different person for takinng reading every month but we refused. We want the meter disconnected if not replaced for the defective one.Surprisingly yet we are getting the bill much much on higher side. It is not only a great loss to us but it also causes "Mental Torture " to us.
                                      The bill which I recd. taday is showing the reading as 485.When we have not allowed only ,to take the 'reading 'how it can be shown as such. Any fake figure is submitted,to loot us.
                                      I am very sad to say but we do not want your connection any more & please arrange to disconnect it immediately.
                                      As you can also imagine,though inspite o[censored]sing geaser and solar heater,if we get the bill for cooking gas at around Rs.4oo/- the gas cylinder will be cheapest for us.Is not it?
                                      I hope any responsible Authority will take care of our complaint and solve our problem or else I will have to go the Grahak Panchayat.
                                      It is very shamefull that a family of two is getting the bill 4 times more & nobody is bothered to fix the problem.
                                      Even instead of my filling up the form for change of name etc.,the same has not given effect as yet.
                                      My very sincere request to please help us any how.
