No pipeline in Gorai Area, Boriv

We have been staying at Borivali Gorai for last 12 years. The area is quit developed and sufficiently populated but so far MGL has not put its pipeline in the area. I request you to forward this message to the top official of the company so that the residents of Borivali Gorai is also benefited with this low cost alternate fuel.

One people start takin connections the usage of LPG will reduce to that extent leading to reduction...

gas leakage problem at home/compensation

Hallo sir,
This is sanjay mankani from mumbai receidence of flat no-903, emp-47, [evershines melllinum paradise]thakur villege, kandivali[e], mumbai-400101.since five years and i had received gas pipe leakage to my receidence kitchen, lots of time i complain to mahanagar gas limited, mumbai .
they come and check and say that there was no leakage but we are not satisfied and doing work there as usual.

Installation not done but promises given

I really pity that Mr. Manmohan Singh is our Prime Minister but he does not know whats going wrong with big companies and their harassament.

I was to get the piped gas connection from Mahanagar Gas Ltd.(MGL). My old parents were made waited on hot afternoons in their office and asked to come twice a day for 8 days. Then promised a piped gas connection. I have made the payment to this useless company in February 2009 and now...

No bills yet

This is to inform you that I got my cooking gas pipe line connection somewhere in the month of November 2008, and till now no body has come to read the meter and so no bills are issued to me. I have inquired with other subscribers of gas line in my colony, some have received three bills and some atleast two bills. It should not be that after a long time we receive a bill of a heavy amount not payable by us!

non co-operation from the office barriers as well as field representatives

As i am a Mahanage Gas consumer from last 2 yrs and submitted online complaints, through telephone and also personally for non generation of bills as no one is coming to take the reading of the meter. incomplete work

Dear Sir,
On the 18th on Feb 09, the instalation man(Mrs Ravnak) had come to install the gas pipe line. He made a big blunder, in the process of drilling the whole in the wall he drilled into the water pipe line and all the water bagan to leak, he said he would pay for the damage and asked me to get the repair done i called the plumber in front of him and he plumber said he would charge 300 rs for the repair of the damage.Mr Ravnak...

delay in installation

dear sir/madam
since 18 december 2008 i had given a draft for installing pipe gas line. On regular telephonic calls, on 17th feb 2009 work was commenced. Till today work is going on and after finishing it is not installed properly. i dont understand, when the line is already there in same building why is it delayed. please look into this matter. thanks...

No Refund After 4 Years

After Making Complain Seceral times with Mahanagar Gas Ltd., not getting reply that within how long time they are able to send my deposit back, Each & everytime getting TYPED answer, your request is under process, (Since May 2006). No one is willing to give name/Authorised person to whom we can forward our complain. If You can do anything for the same Will be highly oblige.

The people who came to give the connection subsequently told me that it was not feasible to give a gas connection at my premises. partial installation & coustomer harasement

I have called several times in the call center and personally meet the concern person in Head office as well as Account office.

Please make them aware that small amount also has meanings and take this as high priority and strong action is taken against them....

Not receiving Bills and Meter no read

My name is Rajesh Sharma and my CRN number is 332170.I am not receiving bills from Mahanagar Gas from August onwards I lodged complaints on their web site also but till now no-one has been in touch with me.

My meter is not read since for more then one year,one day someone called from MGL over phone and asked my father to give him the Meter reading on Phone he said he cannot take reading at his own as the meter is installed...

AFTER TAKING MONEY NO FOLLOW UPS EVEN AFTER LODGING COMPLAINT

I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE STAFF OF MAHANAGAR GAS-THANE UNIT WIDE CRN NO. 1021204 DATED 12TH DECEMBER 2007. TILL TODAY THERE HAS BEEN NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS IF ANY KIND NOR ANY FOLLOW-UPS. IT'S LITTERALLY A CASE OF "TAKING PEOPLE FOR A RIDE" AND "DEVIL MAY CARE ATTITUDE"...
