My name is Indraneel Bhat... I have submitted the application form for a new pipeline gas connection on 15th January 2015. I was told that it will be done within 90 days... The cheque was deposited on 20th January 2015... I spoke to the customer care centre on 30th March asking them about the update since no one had called me regarding the connection... Since then I have been following up with them and the only answer I get is that the request has been forwarded to the department. My request number is 2249673. I even called up the Mahanagar Gas Ltd office based at Solitaire Park Andheri East as I had submitted my document at this office...They asked me to speak to customer care... I have been running pillar to post but there is just passing of bucks between all the departments... Would really appreciate if anyone can help me with a solution.

U have sent me a bill of 17000 for which I had come to u personally but u were not ready to do any thing I remind u that I had call several times to tell about my credit bill but the answer was yes. No one told me about any problem now since u have sent this bill I request u to do some think because it is a mistake of your side only. I can not pay so much amount. This connection is in the name of lata doulatram Thakrel.

        I hope some one will listen to my grievances below:- I stay at 106, B Wing, Shree Krupa Housing Society, Pathare Park, Ambernath (e) Thane Dist. Maharashtra. I need to address a complaint that your pipe line fitting guys have not fitted the pipe and valve in my kitchen. They came early morning and said that our kitchen is having glasses and for cutting that glass I have to pay extra amount. I dont want to pay any amount so i myself removed the glasses and kept aside. They then didnt turn up to my house, after being followed by me for 3 days. I asked whats the issue now. They said they will do it. After getting fed up of their excuses i called one of their senior Mr. Pravin Patil to fix the issue, he initially addressed the issue and committed me that he will do it in three days. I again called up Mr. Pravin Patil after a week and requested him to the needful. He said that he have instructed the guys but the guys are not obeying him. Now i need to know what should i do? Can Mahanagar Gas Ltd. will be doing something to address such issues as pravin patil clearly stated he is helpless. I hope my grievances will be addressed immediately and solved

          I am shobha agrawal, room no.801, raheja residency, sector 14, vashi, navi mumbai I have paid the fee for the installing the gas pipeline in august, 2014 and they have not installed the gas pipeline yet even after reminders and keep giving silly excuses for not installing it and have kept delaying it. complaint no.2193780 BP no.[protected]

            We are from Blue Horizon C. H. S. Ltd. Situated at Chincholi Bunder, Off Link Road, Malad (West), Mumbai 400 064, Opp. Inorbit Mall. We have MGL connection in our society. We would like to draw your attention that Gas pipeline fixed to our society building is quite old and sheddles on pipelines are rusty and they are broken, due to which now gas pipeline is in hanging situation which may collapse at any time and cause risk of gas leakage. You are therefore requested to depute your technician to fix the gas pipeline properly as early as possible.

              On 18th of March I recd a debit note (after seven years) from Mahanager Gas for an amount of Rs. 45, 667/- The meter was faulty. In 1994 it was rectified. But I did not receive any report about the same or the actual consumption of gas bills. Year 2007 till 2013, my mom was staying alone as I was not residing in India. So how is it possible to have the same amount of consumption of bill every month? On the gas bill it was printed credit bill and in the message Colum it says “this is a credit bill, no payment may be made. Necessary adjustments will be carried out in your subsequent bill”. So what one should understand. How come they have accepted the new gas bill when the old ones were pending and most importantly, during this seven years ‘of time, there was not a single email or sms informing me about this balanced payment. The amount they have asked is just beyond my limit. Please advise me….

                Hi, I have applied for PNG connection at my residence at you Mira Road office almost 2-3 months back. I will be leaving for Hyderabad for 3 months on 18th March and I have been told the connection cannot be provided before 31st March. I have already escalated this to the customer care and the Mira Road office that no one will be available at home after 18th March. And after coming back it will be difficult to get the connection in few days. The request so far has fallen into deaf ears. Could you please escalate this further and get this looked into?

                    We got Mahanagar gas connection on 25th October 2014. Before we got the connection the mahanagar gas asked us to pay the previous bills unpaid by the previous owners of the house and also asked us to file a police complaint as the previous owners took the gas meter along with them. After lot of debate we finally agreed to pay the unpaid bills of the previous owners as without that they weren't ready to give us the connection, so we paid rs 2500.00. After the connection every month the bills sent by them are too high, so they said there is still some pending amount by the previous owners. We refused to pay anymore amount and asked them to send our bill as per our gas consumption. Every month since then they are sending wrong bills and now threatening to cut the gas line if those bills are not paid. Consumer #[protected]

                          01.Bills not received
                          02.Delayed payment charges debited eventhough we make the payment before due date
                          03.Post office do not accept payment without hard copy of bill
                          04.Each time they send the bill only when it is asked for.
                          05.Earlier paid delayed payment charges are not adjusted.
                          06.Customer care do not listen us.
                          07.Sent many e mails to customer care to send corrected bill copy but so far not received.

                            Hi, I have already given letter to Mahanagar Gas Nigam that I am not staying in Flat B/14 Purshottam Residency, Behind Yeshraj park. Kasarwadwali Thane since Nov 2013. Prior to that we stayed in the same house for only 2 month [September & October] . Even informing about the same I am getting the Bill without any consumption of the Gas.                               Our gas line was deactivated earlier. We are calling the mahanager gas from one month, everyday they tell us that it will be enabled in couple of days but no luck yet. We are frustrated with this bogus attitude of mahanager gas. Atleast provide us the correct information and activate the line immediately. Is it that all the employees work there for bribe?                                     Dear Sir, This is to bring in to your attention that a Blacksmith (Lohar) has illegally raised a tent in our building proximity area o the road side leading from Payyade Hotel to Naya Nagar, Off Mira Bhayandar Road, Mira Road East on the utility Mahanagar Gas line that is running below ground. This man has illegally dug his furnace with the hand blower below the ground and carrying out the inflammable activity for melting and shaping metals which can be very dangerous and hazardous to the surrounding and even to the gas line below. Our Society has already launched a complaint to the local authorities and also requesting you to take the appropriate action before it becomes critical. My transaction was failed with error "Reasons: sorry!We are unable to process your transaction.Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries". But the payment is done successfully and the amount is debited from my account.So what should I do now? .please reply me at my e-mail mentioned below.                                         last bill I have received Rs-632 with bill no.[protected] which is due on dated 12/09/2014, this bill I have paid on 11/09/2014 in post office byculla at 1300 hrs with cheque no. 31049740 but in latest bill no.[protected] on dated 12/10/2014 you have charged Rs-25 as a delayed charge, this charge is unjustified with your customer my CA[protected] my BP no. [protected] pleas adjust Rs-25 in next bill thanks
